Name: Ahri, nicknamed A.I.
Species: Human
Age: 22
Gender: Female
Appearance:
Ahri is a woman that could very easily be spotted in a crowd. First of all, she's freakishly tall for a female and a twenty two year old. She stands high at a little above 6'1", automatically being taller than the average person. On top of that, she is powerfully built. Her defined muscular mass and figure allow her to stand out from the crowd. With the arms, legs and stomach of a professional bodybuilder, she could almost be described as 'the human body at peak performance'. Of course, this wasn't true, but it didn't stop people from labelling her as such. On her head lay brown, brunette coloured hair tied into a ponytail. She was in possession of hazel brown eyes, which carefully perceived the world around them. She didn't care too much about what she wore, but her most frequent outfit was the one she wore while fighting or training. The outfit consists of somewhat tight light blue bottoms, black sneakers, and a small black top which adequately covered her chest and nothing more, leaving her tough abs on public display.
Personality:
Ahri considers herself to be one of a kind. She's extremely proud of her physique and often considers herself superior to others, depending on their looks. She's not very talkative, either, and she'll gladly punch an annoying person in the mouth just to shut them up. She only talks when she considers it necessary, which isn't often. Under her tough, cocky exterior, is a merciful, kind hearted girl. She tends to pity those who aren't strong enough to defend themselves, or those who don't possess simple talents which she considers necessities, such as common sense, or fighting
ability. Which is exactly why she strives to be the strongest there is, to never be part of the group she pities. If she should stoop down to their level, she couldn't forgive herself. Not to say that she's never lost before, as she's a girl who's spirit cannot be easily shattered. Should you succeed in the near impossible task of cutting her down to size, she'll get right back up, and continue fighting. She doesn't go out of her way to make friends, nor will she reject anyone who wishes to be friends. She simply doesn't start conversations without an important reason. Despite her overconfidence in her ability, she normally doesn't underestimate her foes. She's not the one to ask questions you don't want the answer to. She's brutally honest, and despises people who arent true to themselves. She's also not a fan of demons, believing that they're too destructive to live alongside human beings, despite never meeting one first hand, only knowing of rumors. She does not care about many things, especially since her only goal in life is to become stronger; she enjoyed the journey to become the very best. Better than everyone else. And better than you.
History:
Ahri was born in a family of fighters; well, most of her family were fighters. Her mother was probably the strongest of the bunch, while her father had made quite the name for himself in the business industry. Growing up, Ahri watched her mother and two brothers train, as she became more and more inclined to be like them. To be strong, to be tough, to be.... powerful. Despite being in an incredible financial situation, she learned basic household skills like cooking and ironing. She began training with her mother at the young, tender age of 13. Ever since then, she became fully addicted with training, spending most of her free time at that age shadowboxing, lifting large weights, sparring, and, well.... you get the idea. She excelled at this, quickly learning about the concept of ki and fighting techniques, despite only being a teenager.
Being the lover of fighting that she is, she was never too outgoing, though despite this, she met many people at school, once she enrolled at 7, as school was a 'necessity in life', quoted by both her parents. This meant that she had to juggle school with training once she started. And boy, was it tough.
She didn't have the best grades, and as such, her parents quickly realized their mistake, severely shortening the hours spent training. Ahri, as you can expect, wasn't pleased. They had barely started, yet restrictions were being put in place? She began to take school a bit more seriously, however, and eventually graduated out of high school. At college, she managed to juggle training and her studies, finally completing the entirety of school.
She moved out of the house she was raised in the moment she was free from the abyss known as public school, and lived on her own, living off prize money from fighting tournaments, rather than a regular salary. Until, she stood face to face with her own mother in the arena. It was... awkward to say the least, and none of them held back....
Ahri lost.
Her mother carried her out of the ring, and she felt a bit embarrassed to be babied like that. But there was something in her mother's embrace that felt loving, comforting, comfortable. After that, she strengthened her resolve to be the strongest there is. Or at least, stronger than the same woman that gave birth to her.
RP Sample:
The sound of the crowd cheering kept replaying itself in her head. Probably because that's what was actually happening. The audience was eager to see a fight, to see blood spill, to see chaos. That's kinda what this business was all about. You get in, beat your opponent into submission, then advance to the next round. Rinse and repeat. Until you get to the finals. Then you win enough cash to set you for a few years. Win a couple more times, and you're set for a lifetime.
She stood in her respective waiting area in anticipation, excited at the prospect of fighting a challenge. The other fighters were pretty average. She heard her name get called, and she walked towards the arena. Which is when, she saw, the woman. It was her own mother! Out of all the fighters in the world, she had to be her opponent. Ahri's parent looked just as shocked as Ahri was, although she almost immediately regained her composure, and threw a smile at her daughter. Ahri was still bewildered even when the announcer said,
"Go!"
She and her mother both stood there, as if the chants from the crowd didn't register in their minds. Ahri's mother made the first step, while Ahri made the second. Eventually, they stopped in front of each other. Neither of them said a word for a flat ten seconds, further annoying the impatient crowd, until Ahri's mother spoke up.
"Hello, A.I."
"Hi, mom."
After that short exchange of words, they continued staring at each other.
"Consider this training, A.I. I hope you know I can't hold back just because you're my daughter."
Ahri grinned.
"It's alright. I wouldn't have it any other way."
Ahri's mother grinned.
Once introductions were over, they finally crossed fists.
