A tree collapsed in the middle of the forest, making a loud, deafening noise as it made contact with the floor of the earth. The tree had a deep dent in its side, the very same shape as a fist. A random boulder suddenly exploded into hundreds, maybe thousands of tiny pebbles, which scattered themselves all over the grass. A stray bird flew through the air, going about its regular day, minding its own business, when a bright flash of light showered the clearing it flew over. The bird was knocked out by the sheer brightness of the light, and fell to the earth limply, landing softly in one of the trees surrounding the clearing. The cause of the destruction was standing in the middle of the forest, surrounded by a generic, white aura. It was Ahri, a rather powerful female warrior. She was dressed in her regular training gear, and seemed to be engaged in some sort of training activity, throwing fists in the air almost randomly, with the speed of the fists increasing ever so slightly with each strike. Occasionally, she charged towards one of the trees surrounding her, delivering an unnecessarily strong punch to its trunk. She also fired small, electric, bursts of ki randomly at small rocks or boulders from her finger, causing them to explode on impact. Her aura spiked up again, and brightly illuminated the clearing she stood in. She'd been training there for hours, only now feeling a bit tired and strained. Sighing, Ahri allowed her aura to drop, ceasing all of her exertion. Ever since she'd met Shell in this very forest, she'd been trying her luck at finding another strong opponent to fight. There was always someone stronger than you in some way in the world, and Ahri took that fact to heart. She would search and search for someone powerful to cross fists with, to test how strong she had become, or to refine any fighting techniques that may be flawed, and maybe, just maybe, she could teach her opponent a thing or two about the beautiful art of combat. She didn't even care if the person she crossed was immensely stronger than her, or immensely weaker, she simply wanted to have a good fight with someone. Anyone. Well, maybe not anyone. But most people would fit the bill. Ahri walked towards her backpack, which lay on a surviving boulder to her left. She opened the bag and took a large bottle of refreshing, ice cold water, out of it. She drank for a long time, until she felt that she had drunk enough. Then, she would simply turn back to her training, and repeat the cycle. Her power level fluctuated wildly as she threw random punches and kicks, with the intent to grow stronger, stronger and stronger.

Something about this felt like déjà vu. Here she was, pursuing the sounds of crashing trees and destruction through a place she couldn't have imagined herself otherwise lingering. Was she just drawn towards the sound of conflict? Did she gravitate towards her own demise? Was she a tragic, disaster prone person? As Saaya entered the opening to what had probably once been a lovely meadow, Saaya was certain that she was, in fact, quite foolish. A woman, massive relative to herself, drank from a bottle of water without taking pause to notice her. "Hey," Saaya said as the woman set the bottle down. She couldn't help but gulp as she negotiated a way to properly compose her thoughts. She was, without a doubt, outmatched. Even against the angry green man she had remembered as "Cell," the distance in power was comparatively smaller. Still, she had promised herself that she'd work to improve herself. She still believed that she'd grow stronger by challenging the strong, and she knew that she needed more victories to stop savages like that demon she'd met. "You seem to be training. I might not be much of a match," she confessed humbly, "but perhaps you'd like to try out those skills on something besides those trees?"She remembered something about what Cell had said about people growing stronger, faster, by punching trees. She couldn't believe it. Yet, here was a woman beyond her skill level, in the woods training alone. As Cell had mentioned. Right? She furrowed her brow. She could swear the conversation went something like that. Was it before or after her nap? She couldn't quite remember. She scratched her head. "I've been working to train myself," said Saaya, a girl of only 16, dressed in an outfit that was almost impractical in its aesthetic. "I figure, I'll only get stronger and learn by challenging strong opponents. You seem to be about the strongest I've met."Her white bolero, black armored corset, crimson pleated skirt, spats and armored leggings were a peculiar outfit. The purity of her white stood in stark contrast to the earthy colors of the clearing. She, for now, looked to be quite clean. She had acquired a number of augmentations since her last battle, abilities which she hoped to put to use - the only way to test how well they worked was to put them into action. She sized up the woman in front of her; assessing her to be more than a match for anyone she had met before, much less herself. She wagered even Caffey would have difficulties tackling this woman. Even without a scouter, she could easily at least detect the woman's presence via her power level. The band across her head confirmed what she already knew. She mentally prepared herself for what was to come, and hoped that she didn't wake up in a crater again.

As Ahri drank from the tall bottle of water she held, she felt another power level enter the clearing. It was rather small compared to her own, so she didn't bother to look towards it until she heard the voice of a little girl. Ahri put her bottle down on the flat surface of the boulder and covered it with a cork. She turned to the girl and responded with a casual, "Hello." The girl offered Ahri a fight. Apparently, the girl seemed to be a martial artist or a simple fighter of some sort. Although, the girl's outfit didn't exactly fit with that claim. But hey, you could fight in anything, can't you? Ahri was a bit surprised at first, as someone much weaker than herself had offered her a fight. But, then again, she had gotten much stronger than she ever had before by fighting a certain blue skinned Namekian, and he was way outta her league, and probably will be for a very long time. The girl that spoke to her was smaller than she was, and Ahri boasted a muscle mass greater than the average female's, while she did not. It seemed like it would be a pretty one sided fight to Ahri. She could always suppress her power level to make the fight last longer. Ahri appreciated the little comment the girl made about her being the strongest fighter she's ever met. Now that she thought about it, there were only two people she knew that were stronger than she was. Kiryu and Bass. Both of them had been formidable opponents, and Ahri doubted if she could beat any of them in a one on one match, but there was always a way to surpass someone. She could help this girl surpass a lot of the people she knew, perhaps. "I'm up for a little spar. I've always trained by myself, anyways, so I guess it would be nice to change that."Ahri was already mentally preparing herself for a little scuffle, and also loosened her joints a bit by performing a couple stretches. She flexed her muscles a bit as she stretched, eager to see what type of moves and techniques the girl has in her arsenal.

At least she was off to a good start. Unlike her previous matches, Saaya had made clear her intention to simple test her mettle against a tougher opponent. Maybe the lady would give it her all and crush her, or maybe she'd hold back. Either way, Saaya would prefer a tough fight that challenged her abilities. It simply wouldn't do to beat down someone you knew wasn't a threat, not for her at least. Some people needed to win. She just needed to fight, like it was an instinct or something. "My name is Saaya. Saaya Sensougamiya. I'm from Orange Star City, but I came west to get stronger. It's a pleasure to meet you," Saaya smiled politely, almost bowing as she nodded her head. The clearing was quiet now that she'd stopped breaking trees, in the distance she could hear birds start chirping again. The canopies rustled gently in a midday breeze, but for the most part the forest was quiet. For now. At the very least, the woman she'd met was more than capable of teaching her a thing or two. She looked at the ground and the trees around her, trying to quickly mentally store the information in case she needed it. There wasn't much to work with, and she was sure if she thought of anything clever, the lady could just brute force her way through it. That thought brought a small smile to her face. That smile cracked into a grin. She puts her hands on her hips and declared: "I hope you don't mind, but you seem strong, so I'm going to give this everything I've got!" She couldn't possibly challenge the lady to a fight and then go easy on her! That would just be simply disappointing, she felt. She assumed a fighting stance, clenched her fists, and mustered more power to her.

The little girl seemed to be happy after Ahri agreed to a friendly spar with her. Perhaps she was someone who was like Ahri, always wandering and roaming around the world searching for someone to test her strength against. Maybe she enjoyed fighting immensely, simply fighting people for leisure. But, who would fight someone much stronger than themselves for leisure? The girl introduced herself as Saaya. Saaya.... Sen- something. Ahri had never been a professional at pronouncing odd names, and she doubted anyone else she knew was. She hailed from Orange Star City, and just as the tall woman suspected, the girl had been travelling to train and become stronger. She nodded, and Ahri returned the gesture. When she exclaimed that she would be fighting at the height of her power, Ahri smiled. She had been pondering if she should lower her power level or not. Sure, if she didn't suppress her energy, the fight might be over extremely quickly. But if she did, she felt as if she would be doing a disservice to the girl, as she had been looking for opponents stronger than herself. Eventually, she decided. "My name is A.I., and I was born in the west. I travel a lot, mostly to participate in martial arts tournaments, and meet strong fighters. I'll be suppressing my energy to make the fight more fair, but know this, I will be increasing my output the longer we fight."She assumed a regular boxing stance, ready to leap to attack, or leap to avoid at a moment's notice. She focused and calmed herself, lowering her power level. "Consider this as practice or training. I myself dont want to end the fight too quickly, but I also want to make sure that we both benefit from this experience."She threw a grin at Saaya, motioning for her to attack.

Saaya afforded a nod to A.I., but by now was far too focused. She was eager to try out what she'd learn, what she'd bought, and she also knew that if she had any chance to win the fight, it would have to be while she had the advantage. Still, the woman in front of her was tough. Very tough. So tough, Saaya wanted to test her strongest techniques first, to see how they'd fair. She was still mustering power, focusing as hard as possible, her power levels spiking to their highest potential in this moment. Her fists were clenched, her teeth grit, her feet firmly planted in the ground. The trickle of a feint, red energy began to stream into her right fist, as if flowing through the gaps between her fingers. She opened her eyes, the glimmer of a low, crimson light humming in her pupils. "Here I go!"From her perspective, the cyber augmentation - an implant in her eye - gave her a wide breadth of information. She could see A.I.'s velocity, currently still, her power level, and even her heart rate. The amount of information flooding into Saaya's brain was borderline overwhelming, but she knew she could handle it for now. She raised her right fist to the sky and, like a blossoming flower, released her fingers to reveal a mass of black energy cloaked in a red aura. Simultaneously, she pressed out her left hand, an orb of blue and white forming in the space of her palm. At once, she released the first attack, the orb centered in the air within her palm pulsing as it released a torrent of white-blue hot energy pulses at her target. They erupted around where A.I. had been, where the impant told her she'd be. She closed her right hand into a fist, the dark orb above it pulsing and releasing a stream of red-black energy raking across the cloud where A.I. had been. She grinned, watching the destruction, the first time she'd used it against someone. Still, it couldn't be enough. Not with the readings her implant gave her. She braced for the inevitable counter-attack.

After Ahri had kindly decided to hold back against the girl, Saaya had been focusing her strength even more. Her current level of strength began to grow, and kept going upwards. Ahri raised her eyebrows slightly as she watched this happen. The girl could actually pose a challenge now with how low Ahri had brought her energy to. In her clenched fists, energy trickled out, as if she was struggling to control the amount of ki that was meant kept in them. Once she revealed the two contrasting orbs of ki within her palms, Ahri readied herself to either guard against the attack, or avoid it completely. The red energy swirling in her right palm looked deadly, and the bluish white ki in her left was potent as well. Eventually, Saaya released the weaker attack, sending a number of the bluish bursts of ki flying towards where Ahri stood. The ki blasts moved quickly, almost faster than she could even track. However, she still managed to cross her muscular arms in time, softening the impact as much as possible. The blasts of ki exploded on contact, forming a cloud of smoke around her, preventing her from properly viewing the battlefield. With a shout, she released a burst of air from her body, just about strong enough to completely disperse the cloud of smoke. She was just in time to see the crimson black stream of energy taking across the area Saaya had targetted. Ahri ducked low, avoiding the beam of destruction and doom, and rolled to the left, leaping to her feet as quickly as possible. The trees behind Ahri looked worse for wear, not that there was anything they could do about it at the moment. Ahri returned a grin to Saaya, and spoke with her right hand resting on her solid abs. "Dangerous, I like it. A lot of serious attack power packed into those attacks. But now, lemme show you what I can do."As she spoke, she clenched her right hand into a fist, which she almost immediately coated in her blank coloured ki. The fist seemed to glow with energy, and Ahri prepared to launch herself at her opponent. She leapt towards Saaya, bringing her right fist almost behind her as she flew through the air. As she arrived at the spot where Saaya stood, she tossed the glowing fist at Saaya's face, after which, regardless if the first attack hit its mark, she brought her knee upwards suddenly. She was tall enough that the knee drove towards the teenager's stomach, attempting to knock the wind out of the girl early in the bout.

BLINDING AURA(SOLAR FLARE) Ahri uses her ki to amplify the light around her in a blinding flash. Type: Utility Action: Bonus Action Effect: You have a 70% chance to inflict the Blind status on your target. The max chance to inflict with any effect is 95%. Attempting to flee from a thread on a turn in which Solar Flare was used increases your chance to successfully escape by +15%. Cost: 5 ki. Limit: Twice per thread.
BUFF FORM I Ahri takes an even more muscular form. She uses her superior size and strength to attack her opponent. Must be roleplayed as a substantial size increase. Type: Utility Action: Bonus Action Effect: While in Giant Form you gain 25 Temporary HP. However, your Defense is decreased by 15 in Giant Form. Each of your melee attacks deal an extra 1d4 damage. While in Giant Form you can make any melee Strike, Advanced, or Finisher an area attack(targets up to 3 combatants) for an additional 5 ki, irreducible, per attack. Cannot be used while Multi-Form is active. Cost: 15 ki. Limit: Once per battle.
Traits
