Ahri walked along the path towards the capital silently thinking to herself. Pondering what the future would bring. Recently, she had been travelling around the world we live in, participating in fighting tournaments, searching for powerful opponents to take on, training hard, so on, so on. However, nothing had managed to provide her with a decent challenge. Yes, she fought powerful foes who could easily rival her strength, but that wasn't what Ahri was looking for. She wanted somebody who could truly phase her. Someone stronger than her, to really aid her in pushing past her own limits. The very road she travelled on was a slightly dangerous route to take, since the city was somewhat near to the demonlands' border, and demons are dangerous. Very dangerous. Although, she wasn't worried in the slightest. She strongly believed that she could do more than handle herself against a lowly demon. Make that a couple demons. The tall woman felt powerful, and had confidence in her abilities, perhaps too much confidence. She continued to walk along the road while carrying her bag on her muscular back. While trudging along, she silently wished someone would just show up and challenge her to a good, old fashioned spar. She hadn't had a good fight in a long time and it pained and annoyed the woman. Head high, she looked towards the city with high expectations.

Sun shone from a cloudless, blue sky. Arid wind blew across the lonely path. Dust danced in the air. Even so close to the central city, the wasteland was treacherous. These lands were full of beasts, bandits and worse... demons. Savvy folks knew that the fiends loved to ambush lonely travelers and take everything. Only the brave and the foolhardy would want to run into them. Well, when dealing with demons, one should always be careful what they wished for...
That wish might come true.
Suddenly, the traveler would find her path blocked by a short creature. A closer look revealed a tomboyish girl, clearly not a human. Her pink skin resembled bubblegum lined with strange holes. Black sclerae and golden pupils were the first hint of her demonic nature. Pale horns parted her messy hair. Those who had sharp senses could feel wile ki clinging to her. With her gray tank top, black shorts and matching sneakers, she seemed dressed to exercise. Or to fight.
Zam flashed a smug grin, snickering under her breath. “Nyeh heh hee~ Stooop right there!” She held out a palm, like a little police stopping traffic. “If you wanna get through here, you gotta pay the demon toll!” Yup, just like the bigger demons had taught her. If humans wanted to get through, they had to pay the price... “Gimme all your candy!” Her demand was delivered with unwavering excitement. If the stranger didn’t have candy, then too bad, she wouldn’t let her through!

The universe really was a strange place. As soon as she had made her desires known in her head, as if on cue, a rather short being hopped in front of her, blocking her way. Woah, convenient.
She tilted her head down in order to make eye contact with whoever was bold enough to step in her way, and when she caught sight of who it was, or, what it was, her eyebrows raised questioningly before furrowing. It was a demon. A pink demon. A female demon. A..... child..... Disappointed, she thought to herself. Did she want to hit a child? Sure, it was a lowly demon, but she still could tell by her height, behaviour and facial features that this pink creature resembled a child. The pink girl had a decent amount of ki flowing throughout her body, and would probably have been a great opponent. But still, it was a kid. Ahri decided to respond to the girl's demand. "Look kid, I'm on an important journey to that city behind you. Now is definitely not playtime. So if you can kindly step out of my way before I have to get mean,"
At that moment, she flared her blank coloured ki as a sort of warning or threat to perhaps scare the child off. "We can both get on with our lives."
She spoke slowly as if the words pricked her tongue as she let them flow from her mouth. Perhaps she had been a bit harsh, but it didn't matter. Maybe the kid would even try to attack her for this. Then she would have a good, reinforced reason for punching a child. Her chiseled abs were clearly evident. She flexed her muscles slightly. Preparing to defend herself should the kid have a tantrum. Instead of candy, the little Majin got... words. Mean words. Her excitement -along with the pointing arm- deflated like a leaking balloon. Why were adults always so grumpy? Quickly her smile flopped into a childish pout. A puff of steam ruffled her hair. “Hmph! I’m not a kid anymore... I’m a big girl!” She underlined the defiant claim with the grace and maturity one could expect... By blowing a raspberry. Not really helping her case there.
Zam placed her hands on her hips and glared defiantly at the tall and toned stranger. Despite the obvious difference in size and muscle, she didn’t show even a hint of hesitation. Hard to say if she was fearless or just stubborn... Or both. When the stranger flared her ki, the pale horns wiggled, sizing up what eyes couldn’t see. Hm, this tingle... felt a whole lot bigger than the small ones that usually came through here... It tickled her curiosity. She had never met an earthling this strong. Ooh, or maybe this muscle miss was a demon who just looked funny, like hat mister?
The threatening demand was immediately shot down. “Nuh uh! No pay, no pass!” The small demon wasn’t budging on this matter, not an inch. Her hand curled into a firm fist and she hit it against her open palm. “If you don’t give me candy...” Suddenly her ki erupted into a blazing, pink aura. “...I’m gonna kick your butt!” It was another important lesson she had learned from bigger demons. If someone refused to pay, punching them a lot would make them change their mind. Worked every time!

In a weird way, Ahri would get what she wanted. A fight. A good fight too. The little pink demon's body was in possession of an impressive amount of power. Ahri's attempt to frighten the child failed, and the kid announced that she was going to 'kick her butt'. The girl's aura flared. Unlike Ahri's aura, it was the rosy colour of pink, and it lashed around violently. Small things like pebbles, dust, leaves, were blown at least fifty feet away just from the power up. Yes, this demon was a powerful one. Ahri responded to the child, saying, "Is that so? Well then, I guess I have to show how mean I can get."
She reasoned within herself that the girl was strong enough to be able to fight her, plus the demon was the one who wanted the fight, sort of.... Ahri threw away any doubt she had about whether she should fight or not. She had made her decision. Ahri ignited her white aura once again, then suddenly, a heavy fist would fly towards the face of the demon, aiming for the girl's nose. Immediately after, regardless if it hit or miss, she spun around, delivering a roundhouse kick to the pink creature's jaw. Should the demon already succumb to an severe injury, she would decide that the demon wasn't a worthy opponent for her. Ahri wanted a challenge, so that's what this child had to give if she couldn't do something as simple as get out of the way.

To be fair, the little demon didn’t expect the towering woman to fight back. Most people didn’t. So the quick attack caught her completely off-guard. The fist hit hard and heavy, squashing the girl’s face completely. She tumbled backwards with a rubbery squeak. “Eep!” In the chaos, the roundhouse kick missed by pure accident. When the momentum finally wore off, she just flopped lifelessly onto the ground. KO in a single hit?
....Nope, not really.
All of a sudden the little creature curled her legs towards the sky and bounced back onto her feet. She sucked in a deeeep breath and... Pop! Her head snapped back into shape. Well, mostly. She rubbed her face tenderly. Purple blood trickled from the bashed nose. It wiggled weakly as she sniffled. “Owww... That hurt...” Muscle miss also hit as hard as hat mister. Now the girl was preeetty sure the big lady was a demon too... But that was still a real jerk move!
Zam’s golden glare focused on the foe. “You big meanie! Now I’m gonna beat you until you say you’re sorry!” Behind the childish chime lurked violent intentions. Dangerous power emanated from that small frame. She swung her fist round and round, seemingly winding up a punch. From a distance? However, without a warning her rubbery arm stretched. It aimed to wrap around the opponent, trying to trap her into a crushing grip. If she succeeded, she would’ve followed up by yanking the woman off her feet and slamming her against the ground. For someone so small, her raw strength was monstrous.

Ahri's punch connected solidly; her roundhouse kick? Not so much. She felt nothing come into contact with her foot as she swung it 'round like a hammer. She fully spun around, to find the demon girl lying on the floor. Lifeless. Was that really all it took to defeat a demon? Her question was soon answered by the demon non-verbally, as she suddenly sprouted up on her feet without warning. Her face looked deformed for a moment until she repaired it herself. Demons are strange.... Come to think of it, her fist sunk into the child's face as if it was putty. It felt somewhat rubbery. The little girl was understandably upset at getting her face smashing in, and purplish blood trickled down her nose. Yep. Strange. The girl proceeded to call Ahri a 'big meanie', and began swinging her small fist round and round. Ahri looked a bit confused for a second, when suddenly, the pink fist was thrown at her, the pink arm stretching to allow this to be possible. The fist missed the taller of the two females, but suddenly, it wound round, trapping Ahri in its grip. "Woah, what're you- WOAH!"
Her sentence suddenly came to an abrupt end, as she was yanked off her feet, and carried into the air. The muscular woman barely had enough time to react, as she was thrown back towards the floor of the earth. She quickly attempted to right herself, somewhat succeeding. She landed feet first on the path they fought on with enough force to break a regular person's legs. The ground shattered beneath Ahri as she crounched, leaving a circular crater where she stood. That demon sure could pack a punch. "Not good enough!"
Ahri sprung up, charging towards the child, delivering yet another heavy punch aimed at the girl's face, attempting to tip her over. Immediately after, Ahri swooped downwards, trying to grab one of the girl's legs. If successful, she would swing 'round and 'round and 'round until letting the girl go, tossing her to the side of the road.

When Zam caught the enemy, she also regained her childish grin. Tossing people around was fun! Much to her surprise though, this person didn’t crack or cry out. Before she could really wonder about it, the opponent sprung into action. But this time she was ready. The powerful punch landed, bopping the girl’s head back. However, the impact felt much softer than previously. Like... Striking living putty... The grab caught the girl too, but maybe not with the expected result. “Wheeeee~!” She squealed in delight while getting twirled and tossed around. Yup, to her this was definitely playtime.
Landing by the side of the road with a soft squeak, the little Majin immediately bounced back up again. She wagged her finger and giggled mischievously. “Nyeh heh hee~ That won’t woo~ork!” Aside from a couple of new scrapes, she hadn’t gotten hurt much by the combination. Actually, she was just getting excited. “You’re pretty strong, Muscle Miss...” Yep, it was a nickname now. “...But Zam is stronger!” Proudly she puffed her chest and flexed her rubbery biceps. ...Not that she could really compete in actual muscle. That’s where demonic energy came in handy.
Zam took a stance, leaning forward almost in a crouch, like she was preparing to dash. Her devilish smile sharpened and eyes gained an ominous gleam. “Now I’m gonna hit you for realsies...” Spouts of steam shot from the holes lining her body with a shrill whistle. She rushed forward, shoes tapping rapidly against the dirt. Pink ki started crackling around her frame, reminiscent of static electricity. It gathered around her arms in unstable currents.
Upon reaching the opponent, the Majin aimed her left hand at the solid abs, palm open and fingers splayed. “Take this!” She fired a heavy burst of bright ki. It resembled a shotgun blast filled with glitter, painful and dazzling. If the foe got careless, it would leave her seeing stars. “And this!” The right hand followed the same motions, firing a second blast in a wicked version of 1-2 combo. Combined, the bursts carried enough power to send an average human tumbling a good distance.

Both of Ahri's attacks were successful, although while she spun around, carrying the child with her, the demon had let a squeal of joy leave her mouth. Clearly, she wasn't taking this very seriously. This had slightly annoyed her, seeing as how she had been straining herself a bit whilst fighting the little pink demon. Well, at least one of us is having fun.
The demon landed on top of the dirt on the side of the road as Ahri let go, immediately getting back up, giggling foolishly. Ahri was quickly losing her patience when it came to handling this little girl. She only grew more annoyed as the girl gave her a new nickname. Muscle Miss? Seriously? Well I guess that's accurate....
The sheer muscle mass difference between the two was.... colossal. Still, she was proud of them, of every ab, every bicep, every single one of them. And these would be the tools she uses to knock this girl out of her way. Losing was not an option. Especially when you're fighting a little demon child. The kid crouched slightly, as if she was about to charge toward, although, before she did that, hot steam erupted from the holes in her head. A shrill whistle pierced the air. It was like watching a kettle boil. Pink ki formed in her palms as she ran towards Ahri faster than she could process what was happening, releasing the two bursts of ki at her stomach. Needless to say, it hurt. Like a lot. On top of that, the sudden bright light from the two bursts had been so bright that in fact, she had been momentarily blinded by the sudden outburst. The world seemed blurry to her as she back flipped away, landing on the road once more. Now that was the kind of power she bargained for! "You're pretty good for a kid. But it won't be enough to beat me. Just a heads up, my name isn't 'Muscle Miss'. My momma calls me A.I."Once that was cleared up, holy white ki suddenly began to radiate from her palms. "Now I'll show you real strength."
Then, she charged forward with her fists. With her left hand, she threw a punch towards the blur of pink she could see. After that, whether it hit or miss, she dashed towards the demon and threw the other fist at her. All the while hoping she hit her target.

Two bright flashes briefly illuminated the roadside battlefield. Dust danced in their wake. Seeing the tough opponent survive the blasts fueled Zam’s glee further. Finally someone who could play rough! The comment was immediately met with fierce protesting and fist flailing. “I’m not a kid! I’m a big girl!” She hated it when adults called her a kid, or a child, or a squirt, or a twerp or or... Bleh. Why didn’t they see that she was almost an adult too?
When A.I. introduced herself, the little Majin cocked her head. Her lips formed a little o. Deep understanding glimmered in those golden eyes. After a moment, she nodded excitedly. “Okay, Muscle Miss!” Yep, she totally understood! Since Muscle Miss said that her momma called her by that weird name, then people who were not her momma should use some other name, right? Right! So then she would call her Muscle Miss. Good name? Great name!
Zam giggled beneath her breath. A surge of energy shot through her whole body. It almost seemed like her figure blurred for real as she dodged past the attacks at an unnatural speed. Both strikes whiffed, swinging heavily through where she had been just a second ago. Her gleeful voice taunted the foe. “Missed me~!” To make matters worse for the foe, her magical regeneration was already beginning to work through the wounds. Her nose stopped bleeding and the scrapes were fading.
The energetic demon dashed around, circling the towering earthling. “You’re doing it wrong, Muscle Miss! When you beat up people, you gotta punch them like...” She slipped in front of the foe, fists ready. “...this!” Aiming to use sculpted abdomen like a punching bag, she unleashed a rapid barrage of punches. Accuracy, power and weight were all traded for dizzying speed. Papapapapapapa-pow! In technique she was a total beginner, but in enthusiasm she was a pro.

Things were starting to get out of hand. Not only had Ahri managed to miss both her punches, but she had also wasted more of her precious ki tossing attacks at the opponent, who cleanly dodged both fists. And on top of that, the little girl continued to call her Muscle Miss! Ahri frowned as she whipped back 'round to face the little demon, her eyebrows furrowing. Sure, it was just a mere child, but she had seen some of the most stupid children follow simple instructions! Then again.... The child landed in front of Ahri, looking as if she was readying a punch. Automatically, acting on instinct, she dropped her hands in front of her solid abs, attempting to block whatever she threw at her. However, there was one problem, she was expecting a single punch. Instead, it was a lightning fast flurry of blows aimed in the general position of her stomach. Understandably, the tall woman struggled to defend against the blur of fists. She blocked around, half of the weak, puny punches she guessed. It was at that moment when the demon would have a sudden fist fly towards her face. Attempting to put her onslaught to an abrupt end. The balled up fist was glowing, radiating with holy white energy. Whether the powerful punch hit its target or missed completely, she would then toss a side kick towards the demon's neck, attempting to knock the demon away. Not caring if the attacks were successful, she would address the little child. "You will always be a kid to me, and nothing will change that."
Ahri began to think to herself for a few seconds, until she spoke once more. "Except.... if you stop calling me Muscle Miss. Y'know what? I don't care. Because this fight will be over very, very soon. You're going to regret getting in my way."
With that, she crossed her arms. Igniting her white aura for the umpteenth time.

Punch, punch, punch! Zam flailed her fists with eager glee. Beating up the human had been the plan all along. Her wild pummeling only ended when the opponent launched a sudden counter. Moving on pure reflexes, she ducked backwards, only narrowly avoiding the devastating punch. She flashed a wide grin, repeating the taunting chime. “Misse-eck!” Aaand that was also cut short. The sideways kick sunk deep into her neck, leaving a shoe-shaped dent. She stumbled from the impact, crashing into a hefty boulder. Most creatures would’ve died from losing their head or at least from a broken neck.
But Majins weren’t like most creatures...
Suddenly the little demon’s rubbery body wriggled. The dent on her neck snapped back into shape and healed seamlessly. Only the tiny scrapes from the tumble remained. She hopped back onto her feet like nothing happened. No matter how much she was beaten, she showed no signs of getting tired.
Stopping for a moment, the Majin immediately protested the insult. “Nuh uh! I’m not a kid anymore!” She patted her bouncy chest insistently. “All my friends say I have grown a lot!” In her mind, being an adult meant being big and strong, so that meant she was almost an adult too. Obviously. Everything the foe said only frustrated her further. She stuck out her tongue. “Nyuuuuh~ No, I won’t! Cuz I don’t know what that word means!” Yep, regret was a completely alien word to the little demon. It didn’t really have any place in her daily life.
Zam punched her fists together, causing unstable ki to crackle between them. “You’re not going anywhere before you give me all your candy!” Suddenly she thrust her grabby hands forward, stretching them towards the tall woman. Her goal was to grab the foe by the legs. “Gimme!” If she was successful, she would drag the foe into a familiar move. Swinging ‘round and ‘round, she planned to make the meanie dizzy before launching her towards some nice, big boulder. Majin see, Majin do.

The child continued her childish antics once Ahri's sudden assult was over. Of course, she was insisting that she wasn't a kid.... blah, blah, blah, yada, yada, yada. She raised an eyebrow as the kid continued talking. Apparently, this child didn't know what the word 'regret' meant. That only reinforced Ahri's views about the demon, not that she was going to drop them anyways. The little child suddenly threw her arms towards Ahri's feet, wrapping around the two legs she possessed. "Dammit, not ag-AIN....!"
Once more, Ahri flew through the air, as the little demon began to spin her in a circular motion, picking up more speed as she continued spinning the toned woman. That child seemed to really want candy..... finally, Ahri was released, as she flew towards an unsuspecting boulder, making contact with the large rock. The rock shattered under the sudden pressure of the impact, seemingly caving in as Ahri sunk through its surface. Dust was thrown in the air, forming a cloud around the broken boulder. Once the dust cleared, nothing but rubble was visible. Where the boulder once stood, a pile of smaller, lighter rocks and pebbles. Within the rubble, Ahri was laying down, producing several thoughts. Ah- Wha? I'm being pressured? Against a child? Why is.... how did this happen?
She felt a mixture of joy and shock in her heart. This was what she wanted in the first place. A worthy fighter someone who could push her beyond her limits. Someone as strong as her, perhaps even stronger. Still, she hadn't expected such a rush of things. Immediately, this journey she was on provided her with a good fighter, someone stronger than her, a.... demon child...... Suddenly, anger replaced shock as she replayed that statement in her head. She was losing to a mere child! A lowly demon! A pipsqueak! For an excruciatingly long couple of seconds, nothing moved. Not even a sound was made. Until, the rocks were tossed aside as a sudden explosion occurred, with Ahri's scream piercing the air. Dust and rocks were flying once more, as Ahri stood there, aura ignited, muscles flexed, eyes flashing with anger, teeth grit.... "Look here, pipsqueak! I'm sick and tired of having to deal with you! I'm not going to just sit down and let myself be beat by a little kid!"
Soon enough, the anger subsided, and Ahri continued speaking. "A long time ago, I made a promise to myself, telling myself that if I ever come across anybody who tried to tear me down, I would train, train as hard as possible to be stronger that them. So, if you understand, I can't allow some random demon to defeat my so easily. So..... prepare yourself....."
The white colour in her aura faded, the ki remaining only in her glowing fist. She charged forward to deliver a punch to the girl's stomach. Not caring if she hit her target, she produced a flurry of punches and kicks aimed at several different spots the girl's body. She had to win.... She just felt like she had to.....

A playful giggle chimed in the background of the painful crash. While the dust slowly settled, the curious creature skipped closer. The golden gaze scanned the pile of rubble. “Hmmm~?” A quizzical hum left her lips. Was Muscle Miss done already? Much to her surprise though, the rocks suddenly exploded! Oh, nope! She cocked her head at the shouting. Now these words she did understand. Her grin sharpened. Oooh, Muscle Miss was mad~!
Payback tended to be swift. And merciless. Unfortunately the Majin was too busy snickering to dodge. The heavy punch sunk deep enough into her stomach to bulge out of her back. Her tank top ripped from the center of the strike. It lifted her off the ground, a prime target for pummeling. She was helpless against the barrage, taking each attack with a squeak...
Until finally something snapped.
Suddenly the girl’s body started crackling with pink sparks. Unstable energy coursed around her entire body. -BOOM!- An enormous explosion rocked the road. Dust and rubble rained down. At the center of the resulting crater stood the bubblegum colored creature, head hanging low, still bathed in that volatile ki. “Zam is not a pipsqueak...” When she raised her head, the shiny gold in her gaze had turned into fierce crimson. “Zam is a Majin, is what Zam is!” Aaand that was the part she was so upset about. Not about being punched repeatedly in the face.
Zam leapt from the crater, drawing her fist back. “Yaaaaah!” She unleashed a furious flurry of punches, aiming to beat the tall woman to the ground. By now the foe might notice the red eyes weren’t the only difference. Her movements were faster now. Stronger too. Instead of succumbing to her injuries like most creatures, she was actually gaining power. Even among demons with freaky powers, Majins were especially troublesome.

Ahri continued to punch, punch and punch. With each strike she gained more vigor, more drive, more resolve.... It was at that very moment that the taller of the two noticed that the pink demon's body began to eerily crackle with rosy pink coloured energy. Immediately, Ahri abruptly ended her assault, jumping backwards, predicting what was to come. Sure enough, the girl released the built up ki in her body as an explosion which rocked the earth. Dust cleared, revealing an extremely pissed child. The girl stared at the ground, as if she was possessed by an unknown force. Her pink coloured aura was violently thrashing around, as the air around her was treated to a forceful push. As if she was responding to the girl's sudden power up, Ahri ignited her own aura as well, the energy pulsating in the air around them. The demon didn't even need to raise her head for Ahri to understand that she was angry. She wasn't just pissed, she was livid. Her eyes were glowing red!
There was one thing that even Ahri wasn't able to understand. In fact, it confused her. Actually, it confused her so much, that her eyebrows raised. Her hazel eyes grew wide. Her whole sense of concentration slackened. Her aura seemed to fade slightly. Until she finally shouted to the little girl, "What the hell is a majin!?"
Ahri's lack of concentration would cost her, as the majin suddenly charged towards her. Faster than she could see, the pink creature threw the first fist. It stung, even a small bruise on her solid, exposed midriff was visible, adding to the collection. The pink majin continued punching, each blow feeling more fierce than the last. The strikes were fast, furious and unforgiving. Ahri feebly attempted to block the onslaught, but the majority of blows hit their target. Eventually, Ahri pulled away from the altercation, jumping backwards. She stood there, staring defiantly at this.... 'majin' creature. "Ah, so this is your true power, huh? Finally..... time to end this. For real this time!"
With that, she threw a punch with her left hand into the palm or her right hand, both fists glowing brightly as they made contact. She charged forward with both hands, aiming to ram them both into the majin's stomach at the same time. Whether she succeeded or failed making contact, she would perform an acrobatic back flip, shouting once more, "C'mon!"
