On this particular day, the sun's burning hot rays were shining directly on the face of the Earth, torturing anyone who wandered and roved about the place without any type of cover. The forest wasn't bathed in as much heat as the open fields and plains, as the heat rays shined brightly through the leaves of the tall, towering trees, giving the ground a sort of shimmery look. A lone figure walked down the path created by the trees' position almost aimlessly, and a large majority of the wildlife withdrew themselves whenever this person walked through the general area they stood in.
It was a tall woman dressed in simple sporting gear, a small black sports bra with blue shorts and a pair of sneakers. She flexed her muscles as she walked, loosening her arms as she did so. It was Ahri, of course, and she was probably the most frequent visitor of the forest. She'd been coming to the forest ever since she first arrived in the Southlands. She always searched for powerful opponents to fight, to further strengthen herself, and maybe teach other people a thing or two as she did so. Although, going to the same place all the time isn't yielding many results. She continued nonetheless, deciding that she would simply train by her lonesome until she stumbled across another soul lost in the forest.
As of late, she hadn't encountered anyone that was powerful enough to truly push her past her limits. She always ended up ending the fight abruptly, or suppressing her power. It was getting tiring to the young woman, and she felt that she wasn't making any noticable gains in her level of strength. She didn't want her friends to leave her behind in the race to be the most powerful, although a certain being had already lapped her several times. Ahri knew that she wouldn't even dream of becoming as powerful as that anytime soon, but as long as she tried, she felt that she might make good progress. The progress she was making right now was not enough for Ahri. She wanted to be powerful, super powerful. Much like every other regular fighter did. But the milestone she had set for herself felt impassable. But that didn't mean she wouldn't try.
She walked for a couple more minutes, and stumbled across a small clearing in the forest. The grass looked fresh and green, and there were trees and rocks surrounding the area. Stepping into the clearing, she dropped the backpack she carried, and took a long swig from the tall bottle of cool water she held. The bottle was only half filled when she placed it down on the ground next to her bag. She then walked towards the middle of the clearing, planted her feet into the ground, and flared her holy white aura. Her power flew upwards as the generic coloured aura surrounding Ahri did the same. The dust and pebbles lying on the ground near Ahri were awoken from their slumber, and were roughly thrown away as a burst of air erupted from Ahri's form. Almost immediately after she ignited it, she allowed it to drop as her power fell back down. Sometimes, doing stuff like that attracted other fighters, and she idly hoped that her sudden and explosive power burst would have that effect.
