Appearance: The Fiend has long blonde dreadlocks and a face that would scare almost anyone. He is equipped with a black leather jacket, black pants with red stripes down the pants and black boots.
Personality: The Fiend is a sadistic freak only out to put fear in the minds of those around him. He has no real true goal, but he intends to cause havoc no matter where he goes.
History: The Fiend has been around for centuries, devouring the souls of those weaker than himself. With the Demon war going on between the Dabura Clan and Moth Yokai's faction of demons, the Fiend found himself taunting the mind of a woman. She had long black hair and a black dress that draped down over her feet. The woman was a demonic being that preyed on those weaker than her, leaching into their minds and controlling their every move.
The Fiend didn't know it, but the woman was controlling him and everything he had done in the past. The reason he didn't know, was because the beast enjoyed feeding on anyone weaker than him, causing them to fear the existence of the Demon race. With the woman in black at the helm, The Fiend had endless potential and needed time to get his strength back, but the only way that was possible, is if the Fiend can spread fear amongst the many cities.
RP Sample: Rain was pouring down from the skies above, thunder rattling in the background, followed by flashes of lightning scattering across the darkened sky. It was a dark and cool night and the bright neon lights of Oolong City lit up a portion of the sky, along with flashes of lightning to help. There was a large beast just standing upon the tallest building, staring down at the many different people walking the streets with their umbrellas in hand, protecting themselves from the wetness of the rain.
The Fiend stood tall, blonde dreadlocks just dangling down the right side of his shoulders and a large smile on his face. He was sent to the city by his master with hopes of spreading fear and gaining as much negative ki as he possibly could. With enough negative ki, the Fiend would be able to strike fear in the eyes and minds of anyone who got in his way or wanted to interfere with his goal. For now, he would feast on the souls of those within Oolong City, then work his way toward the more populated areas.

Learn: Rank 1 takes 3 weeks to learn. Additional ranks do not take time but cost 2 MP.
