ISLET
ISLET is the paramilitary arm of the Tuffle Science Executive. Selected from elite members of the now-defunct Tuffle Kingdom's military, the Tuffle Armed Services, the organisation that would become ISLET began as security units for the various Tuffle colonies and laboratories built on other planets during the Saiyan-Tuffle War. At the end of the war, the TAS officially created the Initiative for the Security of the Latest Enterprise of Tuffles, and assigned them to protect the surviving Tuffles as a division of the post-war government, CONTINENT.
It wasn’t long before a freak accident during a Fold Intrusion experiment destroyed the TSE-controlled planet Aspic, hurling large chunks of the planet - and pieces of its vast bunker network - through the Fold. They ended up stranded on Planet Earth. After discovering the presence of Saiyans on the planet - primarily from Pickles that escaped their prisons and set up communities, then later, those brought to Earth by Vegeta's wish - Dr. Aspic reorganised his ISLET Division from a mere security detail into a full-blown paramilitary force. Their new primary objective was simple: eradication of the Saiyans on Earth. As the centuries passed, the meaning of this acronym evolved into the Imperative Sanctioned by the Last Enclave of Tuffles.
ISLET is backed by the TSE's advanced superscience, although large segments of their database were lost to the destruction of Planet Aspic. The past 800 years have been spent attempting to recover the lost fragments of their tech base, either by rediscovering them, or locating and scavenging data from lost bunkers that physically survived the experiment, but lost all their personnel.
At present, it employs all sorts of advanced military hardware and hosts an extremely diversified arsenal of futuristic weapons, from rotary plasma cannons, to gauss assault rifles, to tactical nuclear warheads. Standard issue protective gear consists of the various grades of the TAS's Pomegranate Series of Power Armour suits, which by far, exceed the performance of Earth-based designs.
Personnel are either cloned from the mental and genetic templates of top Tuffle servicemen from the time of the war, or are recruited from extant generations of Tuffle youth. The former, due to their firsthand experience with Saiyans, and previous lifetimes, tend to receive higher ranks that reflect their past lives. These elites receive extensive genetic augmentation to allow them to become significant threats to Saiyans, and by extension, martial artists.
Some ISLET personnel may also infiltrate the human population as spies, although because of their military backgrounds, they tend to do so through some armed profession or another.
ISLET ultimately answers to the TSE's head, Dr. Aspic, through the top officers in its chain of command. Their headquarters, Command Centre ISLET, is a top secret underwater fortress concealed at the bottom of one of the world's deepest trenches. Multiple layers of advanced concealment technology prevents accidental discovery by deep-sea probes and water-capable sapient races, and an extensive external security system is in place to defend against direct assault.

Biography: Service Number TAC-18773257. The decorated commanding officer of the Tuffle Armed Services’ 212th Special Operations Battalion, under the 21st Special Operations Division. During the Saiyan-Tuffle War, she led her unit on missions deep within Saiyan territory, harassing supply lines, ambushing troops in transit, and assassinating elites, often with little to no support from the rest of the Armed Services.
For her performance, she became one of the most highly decorated officers in the TAS. With the establishment of the offworld colonies, she was selected by Dr. Aspic to serve as Chief of Security on the forest moon Ramune. It was here where she developed an antagonistic relationship with the Saiyan test subject SSFO-43, aka Konja of Clan Korm.
The latter was eventually shipped to Installation 03 on Planet Aspic, while the former went back to fighting the war, earning more experience, and with it, a sadistic taste for Saiyan blood. On the eve of the Plantian Full Moon, she took charge of securing the launch site of the evacuation fleet, holding back a riotous mass of people who were left behind by the last flight of commercial spacecraft.
With the fleet’s departure, she and her battalion followed in its wake. Weetsop was the last Tuffle to leave Planet Plant. She continued to serve directly under Dr. Aspic, and survived the experiment that stranded Planet Aspic’s inhabitants on Earth. She has since spent nearly five whole lifetimes hunting down escaped Pickle subjects and later on, colonists who were brought to earth by Vegeta’s wish on the Dragonballs.
Throughout her continued service, Colonel Weetsop has been “reincarnated” by cloning four times, and has received a vast number of genetic augmentations, granting her highly potent psionic capabilities. So far, these deaths have all been natural.
Today, she is ISLET’s most elite Saiyan Hunter, heading the 137th Special Warfare Battalion, which specialises in hunting down escaped Pickles and undermining the established Saiyan population. While the idea of a Saiyan being anybody's prey might sound bizarre, Weetsop instinctively stalks her targets with the precision of a seasoned predator.
Personality: Colonel Weetsop is generally stoic. Cold, calculating, and whenever things are going her way, particularly condescending to her foes. To acquaintances, she can be amicable, at least as amicable as a stoic person can get. There's a reason she keeps her mouth behind a very tall collar. Nevertheless, underneath this surface is a hunter's burning passion. She lives and breaths the hunt, spending every waking moment either hunting, or preparing to hunt.
There is nothing she enjoys quite like being on the hunt for a Saiyan, whether a freshly escaped pickle, or a straggler from some community. An opportunity to cause trouble. During such times, though she tries to hide her glee, it tends to slip out as her stoicism occasionally gives way to chuckles. She will tend to play with her prey before either abducting or killing them, depending on the mission profile. From mind games to taunting, to plain condescension, she will take the time to break a Saiyan's will, one way or the other.

Name: Colonel Armen Pricota
Age: Biologically 12, Mentally 50+
Race: Genetically Modified Tuffle Clone
Eye Color: Blue
Hair Color: Blonde
Height: 4’3”
Distinctive Features:
Duck lips, "frog face"... Tendency to use various bodies as disguises
Occupation: ISLET Commander, High-Level Infiltrator, Tech Scavenger
Faction: ISLET
Residence: Command Centre ISLET, somewhere beneath the ocean
Biography: An elite commanding officer who served in the Tuffle Armed Services' 51st Techwarfare Division, Colonel Pricota served a distinctive career. Somewhere between scientist and soldier, she was involved in pushing the envelope with experimental technologies, and never fought with standard issue equipment. From drone swarms to irregular custom-built power armour suits, her career consisted of inventing something, testing it in the field, and then either tweaking it for mass production, or scrapping it for a better idea.
During the Saiyan-Tuffle War, she was involved in many of the various weapons tests overseen by the Tuffle King's Chief Advisor, Dr. Lychee. As the years wore on and the Tuffles began to set their sights on offworld escape, Pricota drew the short straw, and was only allowed to survive in the sense of donating a copy of her genes to the Master Index, and equipping a NeuroJumper, a device that would transmit a perfect recording of her consciousness to the Master Index at the time of her death.
She served as one of the officers in command of the remnants of the TAS, and died on the Night of the Full Moon while putting up a fierce last stand at the Tuffle Capital, Compote City. As promised, her recorded consciousness was transmitted to the Master Index, which stored it for future use.
Colonel Pricota was cloned 12 years ago in Command Centre ISLET. In addition to her memories and experience, she was trained in infiltration and psychological tactics. Her genes have been modified with those of a race of aliens capable of swapping bodies. Combined with her collection of bioprinted "undercover" bodies from various local races, and her meticulous tendency to research local cultures, she is essentially a master of disguise.
In the years since, she has served as the head of the 291st Reacquisition Wing, a deep cover unit that covertly scours the world for hints and clues about their lost bunkers. Her subordinates are all capable of disguising themselves, albeit their methods of doing so are extremely varied. In addition to their primary objective, elements of the 291st are occasionally sent to perform deep cover infiltrations of various world powers, as a means of supplementing the TSE’s Intelligence Division.
Personality: Colonel Pricota is something of a maniacal manipulator. Her favourite activity is using persuasive psychology and maximising the use of her current disguise, in order to get others to do her bidding. This also feeds in to her hands-off personality. Given her superior intellect, and her awareness of this, she finds it far more fulfilling to get someone else to do what she wants, rather than do it herself. After all, if she did everything herself, it would be too simple. Too... boring.
Understandably, her disappointment becomes palpable whenever her intended target doesn't do what she wants, but she doesn't let that get to her. After all, there's a sucker born every minute, and there's over a thousand minutes in a day. Once a job is done, and she's home, Pricota does not hesitate to regale her subordinates with tales of her masterful manipulation of a pawn into giving up information regarding the whereabouts of a suspected bunker. Indeed, she encourages her unit to be just as talkative about their results, claiming that they can learn from each other that way. Some suspect she only does this so that she can laugh at the occasional super amusing anecdote.
When the Colonel is in a bad mood, however, she can get bitingly sarcastic. While she is an exemplary actress and roleplayer, that one part of her does tend to bleed out when a prospective pawn proves to be very stubborn. In which case, she must remember to excuse herself if things go south for the current scheme. At which point she will instead deploy a swarm of drones to find the bunker the old fashioned way.
