Tiger Lily looked through her c-phone lucrative zeni jobs on the internet, she came across one that was particularly looking for martial artists to perform in public on a stage in costume, and while she enjoyed the first part of the job wearing some strange outfit seemed off putting. With a shrug, she replied to the posting, and was later given the details to audition. The audition took place the day before the public event was set, at a children’s park next to Herculopolis High in Satan City. An entire film crew and staff standing by to meet with the candidates. As Tiger Lily approached the area she was greeted by a man wearing an Orange Star hat and black sunglasses who said he was the Producer for the show and told her to get on the stage right away to display her martial arts talents. This was the first time so many people were watching her, let alone be standing on a stage, and was almost shaking from the unwanted attention as she stood there for a minute. With a sigh she dusted her black sweater, adjusted her glasses, hat, and snapped her fingers as she stood in a martial arts stance that she learned from Kiryu one night at a baseball field. From there she did a high kick and few air punches that were so fast the crew were left rubbing their eyes. The producer explained it was too fast to catch on camera so she needed to slow down a bit more. After a few takes, it seemed dialing back her strength and speed took quite a bit of adjusting, and she learned to suppress her power level by the end of it. Once she practiced a few punches and kicks her moves were picked up by the camera and the crew clapped. “Heh, sorry about that…it took me a while to adjust to the right frame rate for the camera.” Ty bowed in apology, her orange hair fluttered about, and she straightened up, “Mr. Producer, what kind of martial arts training job is this?”“It’s a live martial arts play about Mr. Satan and the World Martial Arts Tournament for the students at the former Orange Star High School now known as Herculopolis High.” [379/8,000]

At last, today was the day. Weeks of preparation and work in the auto repair shop had led to this day. Beruto had finally finished work on his RV, the Eagle 5 model produced by Winnebagle. This particular model had been short lived due to it's sheer complexity for the time. More than twenty years ago it had been produced as part of a pilot program for a hybrid Recreational Vehicle. Unfortunately due to that complexity it was wildly unpopular, proving to be difficult to repair and expensive to maintain when the time came to replace the huge bank of batteries under the frame. Even more bizarre was a proposed modification to the Eagle 5 which would have added wings and a pair of twin turbo jet engines, effectively turning it into a flying RV.
Not being a fan of flying, Beruto wasn't particularly interested in hunting down a set of wings for his restored Eagle 5 RV, instead all he was interested in was getting it back on the road again. With the new fly wheel installed and the combination engine and generator installed back into the frame, the vehicle was now ready to roll once more. It was finally time now to set off on an inaugural road trip and Beruto knew exactly who he wanted to share the trip with, his fellow muscle boy and shirtless enthusiast, Kite.
Arranging to have off with his employer, but making sure his job would be waiting for him again when he returned, Beruto packed his tools, charged the RV's batteries and finally cranked up the engine. The old girl belched thick black smoke from her tail pipe for a few minutes while the more than twenty year old engine get back into the habit of actually running. Eventually the exhaust cleared, although by that time Beruto was pulling up in front of Kite's house. The other shirtless teen hopped aboard with his bags packed for the trip and then the two were off. Central City was their aim, however unbeknownst to either of the boys, neither of them had a working global positioning system on their phones and Beruto had forgotten to pack up to date maps in the glove compartment. The result was, after a few days of travel, the boys were hopelessly lost and venturing ever further from their intended destination.
Eventually they rolled into a new city, somewhere in the Eastern Lands, named Orange Star. Neither of them had realized it, but they had passed their destination two days back and after another two days had traveled twice as far as intended and ended up pulling up to a park in Orange Star City so that they could ask for directions. They might have stopped days ago to ask for directions, but Beruto had been sure he was on the right road, which in fact he had been but for twice the distance they should have been. At some time they should have turned north and towards Central City, but Beruto didn't know where. In any case they were now in Orange Star City and in need of both guidance and fuel. With that in mind, both of the shirtless, muscular boys piled out of the RV and into the middle of some sort of television shoot.
“What the heck?...” Beruto commented as he looked at the setup. “Do cameras just follow us around now?” he asked Kite, referencing their appearance on the televised, Oolong Holiday extravaganza.

The teen was excited about finally going on a trip in the vehicle that Beruto has been always talking about, his RV. He was informed in the morning that it was fixed and Beruto would like to have Kite accompany him on his road trip. Hearing that they were aiming for Central City, Kite was pumped from hearing this news. He got some clothes in a suitcase and the red headed teen picked him up in his RV. It was pretty.. old in Kite's opinion. The trip lasted for a few days, with Kite eating snacks and some water that he brought with him, and he shared some with his friend. That happened for the few days that they were on the road. One day, Kite was sleeping inside if the RV, and when he woke up, he was in this random foreign place.
"Wait.. what?! This isn't Central City. Hey Beruto, explain yourself."
Once they stepped outside of the RV, there were camera men surrounding them.
Man, it's a good thing I took a bath at the that river before getting here.
Beruto was overreacting a out the sudden attention given to them.
"Whatever dude, look."
He pointed at the girl on stage. It was a orange haired girl that wore glasses. She was a black sweater and a black hat. It seemed as if she was.. shadow boxing? She stopped for a few looking at someone that seemed to be the.. producer of something, but Kite just couldn't quite understand what it was for. Once she started again, she was doing everything she just did a while ago, but at a slower rate than before. Once she was finished, the crew clapped, along with Kite, and she took a bow. Her orange hair fluttered about, hiding her face for a few seconds. She walked towards the same man and started to talk to him. Kite decided to walk up closer to the stage to get a closet look, but as he did, he was stopped.
"Hello young man, are you auditioning today?"
Auditioning?
Kite thought for a few seconds, puzzled until he finally decided to answer.
"Oh, auditioning. Yes.. I am."
He said hesitantly hoping the man would let him through.
"Ok, you two. Go on and do your best."
"Wait, don't I need a shirt?"
"Nah, just go do your thing."
Assuming that Beruto is pretty confused he said
"Don't worry, I think I know what to do. Just look at what I'm doing."
He went onto the stage, and looked at the crew that had there stares affixed right at him. Kite didn't have stage fright at all, as he has always had this same attention when he walks around shirtless. Recieving the signal to begin, he started off with a few punches, at a slow enough pace for the camera to pick it up. He then started to do some sidekicks, and after some somersaults to end the performance. Once he regained his balance, he looked at the crew hoping that they were impressed. Yes, they were. They clapped while Kite took a bow and he left the crew stunned. But even after all this, he didn't have a clue if what exactly this whole thing was for. He came off the stage and went to Beruto saying
"Now, you do what you do what I did, but better."
Saying this, he slapped his friend on the back. He was still wondering about the whole auditioning thing though. He was still wondering.. what exactly was it for. Seeing the same orange haired girl, he approached her and said
"Nice going up there. The name's Kite."
He held out his hand, offering her a handshake.
"Say, would you mind explaining to me what exactly is this and what's it for?"
He waited for the girl's answer.

Ty stepped off from the stage, other people were auditioning with their martial arts, and eventually a teenage boy cut in to perform some of his own moves with a bit less struggle of matching the camera’s frame rate. While she watched the performance she caught the attention of the boy who extended his hand in greeting, she shook it back, and thought for a moment recalling them getting out of the RV. It seemed like she was the only one without a license at her age now which made her sigh but she perked up to introduce herself.
“Hi Kite! My name is Tiger Lily, nice to meet you. I watched your performance and you did a lot better than I did.” She admitted. The trouble was moving so fast the camera was unable to match her speed and she had no experience with film production to understand the limitations. “Where did you come from? Did you drive in that? You have a license for it?”
The RV looked strange from the outside, it was hardly visible to see through the windshield, so she flew up to peek through the sun roof window to notice the kitchenette and imagined the rest. When she landed back down she almost knocked into Beruto nearby, she pushed up her glasses against the bridge of her nose, and landed next to the bare chested fiery redhead.
“Hello there. You must be here for the audition, too. For some reason the students at this high school have not taken up martial arts, so this production company is looking for martial artists to go against the world famous Hercule tomorrow, here on this stage. So good luck! I could really use the money to invest in land and finish building my dojo. What are you guys saving up for?” Ty turned to Kite when she spoke, putting her hands inside the pockets of her black hoodie. “I wish I knew how to drive… besides a motorcycle that is. Everyone I know has been too busy to teach me even after I got my permit. I have a friend… around the same age as you guys and height it seems. Well, his name is Achido Nakamura, he helps train with his dad at a martial arts school and still attends high school while doing odd jobs like this one. We are slowly saving up zeni so we can train in our own dojo together. It is still under construction but we finish the dojo you are both totally welcome to train with us in the southern islands, which is where we were born and raised. I promise we will put up a good fight!”

Her name was Tiger Lily, pretty nice name, in Kite's opinion. She complimented him about his performance on the stage, which really made him feel sympathetic towards her.
"No, no. You were good too. It was just the first part that got you down."
As the conversation progressed, she asked where he was from.
"I'm from the Central Lands. A nice place, really. It has a park which I go to like.. everyday to exxersics. Nice right? I guess this is why I look like this, hehe."
She then proceeded to ask if he drove the RV parked outside and not giving him a chance to answer, she also asked if he had a license for it.
"Oh, that old thing.. my friend, over there that's on stage performing right now, drives that. I've recently heard that he just got got it fixed.. well, he is a mechanic so, ya, he fixed it himself. I wish I had a lisence, really. Can I tell you a secret? I'm actually kinda jealous of the guy. His name is Beruto, just so you know. He'll be coming over here soon."
Finally, Beruto came from the stage.
"Hey Beruto, I wasn't even looking at what you were doing up there, so I can't tell you if your performance was better than mine. Anyways, this is Tiger Lily."
He said, introducing them to each other. After all of that, she finally explained what the auditioning was about. And soon after, she said that she could using some of the money to finish building her dojo. She asked what Beruto and Kite were up for, only to learn that she always wanted a motorcycle.
"Oh, I've always wanted a motorcycle too."
He said, smiling. She started to talk about a friend that she has, that is about the same heoght and age as Kite, Achido Nakamura. After giving a brief summary about him, she stated that after the dojo is complete, Beruto and Kite could go to the Southern Islands to train with them.
"Sure thing."
With that said, he turned to Beruto and said
"So, what did the judges say about your performance?"

Annoyed was a word that very quickly was becoming the perfect descriptor for Beruto, the red haired boy was not in a good mood. Not only had they been traveling for days in the wrong direction, but when they did stop, it was in the wrong city and in the middle of some media circus. Granted he was the one driving, which only made it worse since he couldn't turn and blame it on anyone else, although Kite could have helped with navigation. Adding to his growing list of annoyances was Kite running right off into the event without so much as a how do you do, and the strange young lady with a mouth like a motor boat. Beruto knew some fast talkers but damn, this girl was on a whole other level, it was dizzying trying to keep up with her, so the boy didn't even try. It wouldn't have done any good to try anyway, before the red haired teen could get a word in edge wise, she was climbing all over his rig like a spider, peeking in his windows.
"Oy!" the boy yelled. "I don't go peeking in your bed room window. I'll thank you to do the same, at least until I invite you inside."
The list continued to grow however, after abandoning him to go run off to the martial arts event, Kite came back and not only started answering the girl, but started answering for HIM. It was unreal, Beruto knew his friend was a little hyper active, but this was getting ridiculous, he was beginning to wonder if Kite hadn't been gorging on sugar or something in the back of the RV during the last few hours of the drive. Needless to say, Beruto wasn't having any more of it. He was frustrated, tired and annoyed with everyone around him at the moment. He thought it especially rich that Kite was so hyper actively unfocused that he didn't even know if Beruto had gone with him to the event and hadn't stayed to watch the teen if he had. Being the red haired boy was still at the RV, it wasn't possible for him to have performed and made it back before Kite, so why his silver haired friend would make such an assumption was beyond him.
"If you wanted to do their show, why didn't you wait for me instead of running off?" Beruto grumbled and walked around to the front of the RV, pulling open the engine access panel to check everything over. "And if you wanted me to go, why didn't you ask me? I thought we were supposed to be a team." he added. Tinkering around in the engine compartment, the shirtless, muscular boy made it perfectly obvious that he was aggravated and was going to make them wait for him now. Once he'd spent a good minute seeming to pointedly busy himself looking the RV's engine over, he wiped his hands off with a rage stored in the compartment and then closed up the access panel.
"Now, miss, Lilly?" That was what Kite said he name was right? "You wanted what?" he asked, not having followed half of what she had said. Folding his arms over his chest, Beruto looked between the two and could help but notice the similarity in that both Kite and Lilly seemed that zippy, hyper active types. Beruto was decidedly much more sedate, his energy spent in large surges of phenomenal power rather than a constant buzz of hyper activity. It was no wonder he was being talked at, over and around rather than with.

While Beruto imagined that Tiger Lily touched his RV, she was floating in the air to take a look from the outside, and she pouted when the fiery redheaded teen scolded her for it. For the most part, the way he was talking to Kite seemed like he was still equally as upset at his companion, and she remained silent the entire time until he started tinkering under the hood. She averted her ocean teal eyes since he was so offended that she looked at his vehicle, she had no intention to upset him further, especially since she just wanted to make new friends.
“Lily is my mother’s name. My name is Tiger Lily but you can call me Ty if you like.” Ty glanced at Beruto once and then looked away, “...I was inviting you to visit the dojo I am constructing with my best friend in the Southern Islands….”
It was awkward that Beruto did not hear anything she said to him just standing less than two feet away from his personal space when she proudly spoke of her accomplishments. Even if she did have a mouth full to say, his attention to detail was discouraging, and she did not see the point in repeating herself if he only had selective hearing especially after repeating her name three times; one of those times was from Kite.
“Nice to meet you, I guess.” She rolled her eyes as she was becoming equally as irritated, “You sure are defensive about everything, so I will leave you alone with your vehicle then.”
As soon as she turned away the Producer approached her, asking her to repeat her ability to fly on stage, and she shrugged wondering what he meant. The entire crew witnessed her flying in the air and asked if she could carry someone with the same moves. The cameraman, was a large man, the size of a sumo even, and was asked to pick him up and make it look like he was flying. The producer explained that the cameraman was around the same density as the main actor playing Hercule and if Tiger Lily could perform well assisting everyone to fly in the air for epic martial arts moves the production tomorrow would amaze everyone.
“Sure, if I have permission to touch him, I can do it.” Ty explained.
The cameraman was rather shy about getting picked up by a teenage girl, he lowered his baseball cap to hide his face feeling insecure about what the Producer was making him do on stage, and Ty grabbed him by the back of his belt so she could lift off the stage to hover in the air with him in tow. The crew were impressed by her talents, clapping to congratulate her strength, and she lowered the cameraman who was completely flushed running off the stage. The Producer handed her a black full body suit that would cover her from head to toe if she wore it, assigning her to the special effects crew, and she nodded as she took the costume she would be wearing tomorrow.
Using a megaphone the Producer issued the final call for auditions before wrapping up, at that exact moment the catering arrived, and the crew began to line up with plates to eat dinner. The cameraman from before was the first in line holding two plates which he handed to Ty and ran off again which made her chuckle since he was acting rather strange. There were picnic tables at the park, so she sat down at an empty table, and stared at the plate of food that was given to her. It was an assortment of salads, with greens, potatoes, and pasta combination; piled on top was BBQ wings and a cob of corn. Ty wanted the pasta salad but the food was stacked in such a way that would cause an avalanche so she started with the corn.

“Well good to meet you Tiger.” Beruto returned and offered his de-greased hand. “I'm not defensive, I'm just having a bad day... And I think Kite ate a literal ton of sugar before we got here.” the red haired boy went on to explain. Before Beruto could get the conversation on any more of a cordial track, the young lady was called away by an official from the production going on. At first Beruto had absolutely no interest in the production, however looking at the gaggle of actors on stage, none of which had a physical build nearly as impressive as his own or even Kite's, Beruto saw an opportunity to inject a little eye appeal into their production. Add to it, that since few if any of the cast or crew had any martial arts experience, it was a fore gone conclusion that none of them would be “fighting” with any earnestness behind their blows. Since he was experienced and about as tough as nails as anyone comes, the read headed teen surmised that if they had someone in their troupe which they could strike without any worry of injuring, it might make any fight scenes that were to take place , that mat much more believable.
Specifically Beruto intended to simply train the actors to fight and let them practice the moves he taught them on himself. If however his phenomenal physique won him an on screen part, he'd accept and likely show up who ever was playing the lead. But then again, if that happened and he was cast as a villain, it would only serve to enhance the hero character even more when he is pitted against such an impressive villain. Them more the boy thought about it the more he liked the idea, it was like being a part of one of his beloved action comics, except without actually having to beat someone into the pavement and with lunch breaks.
Walking into the crowded park, Beruto did what he could to catch the producer's eye, which for him wasn't really hard, all the boy had to do was flex and look intimidating, second nature to him. A little bit of fast talk and a quick demonstration, which included at Beruto's insistence, a grip cracking a two by four an half across the boy's chest, and the red headed teen was sure he had the training position and maybe even a part in the film.

Why is he acting like this?
First of all, Kite wasn't ready pleased when Beruto was acting like a spoilt brat. Kite.. didn't know exactly what was his problem, but it was embarrassing. Kite felt like he wanted to punch him in the stomach right there and now. It was rather aggravating to see the red headed teen arguing about Kite leaving him to participate in the thing on stage.
"Dude, why are you acting like this? We are a team, yes, but I'm sure you would've wanted to follow so I just assumed."
No wonder Ty rolled her eyes, while she was talking to him. He couldn't listen to the conversation anymore, so he turned his back to them and tried to time them out. But what aggravated him was when Beruto mention him eating sugar at the back of the van.
"WHAT?! DUDE.. STOP! YOU NEED TO CHILL! OKAY! THIS IS NOT NEEDED!"
He paused in order to calm himself down.
"What I'm saying is.. stop your blabbering. We are here ok, and it's not our fault. Now just enjoy the damn thing while you can, OK?!"
After which, the producer ended up calling Ty once again, asking her to fly once more. Soon after, Kite turned around only to see the girl flying. He chuckled when he saw the reaction on the cameraman's face, as Ty picked him up from the ground. He had always wanted to learn how to fly someday. And he thought about something.
If I go to her dojo, she might reach me how to fly.
He didn't even bother to look at where Beruto was.. as he needed to chill and that's probably the reason why Kite was left at the RV.. alone. He simply went to look at Ty and her performance and once she was finished, he was going to compliment her. Once he got there, he saw her digging into the food, as she sat around an empty table. He joined her, after he got some food and said
"I don't know that you could fly. That's nice. You should teach me that sometime. I would love to come with you and train with you and Achido.. but as for Beruto.."
Leaving that statement, he dug into the food. He was really hungry, to be honest.

Carlos Alfonso de La Reyes was a far traveled and well connected man. Before he had started his own restaurant, he had lived all around the world learning cooking styles and recipes, tweaking them and trying to make them his own. Born with such a size his family his age called him “Gordy” instead of Carlos Alfonso, the man know known throughout the Southern Islands as the Taco King had started from humble beginnings. Born with a love for the martial arts but with a hefty weight, and a short stature, the young Southern Islander from the Island of Marañon knew his dream of being a grand martial artist, the supreme one beneath the heavens as they declared the victor of the World's Martial Arts tournament, would never be.
So he trained beneath the greatest artist of his island, his Abuelita, to learn a different type of martial artistry. Not everyone had to be defended. But everyone had to eat. From the greatest inventor, to the blood thirstiest warrior, to the lowest peasant on their field. Everyone had to eat. It was in the seaside shack known as the Two Cadejos, he learned the culinary arts in a school as proud as any martial school. While he never grew into a martial artist's physique, he grew strong and clever under his grandmother's care, and when she was on her death bed, she made him promise not to take over the restaurant. Grandmother De La Reyes had told young Carlos to go across the world and learn nine thousand and one recipes and master them. To win great culinary triumphs, and then start his own restaurant. Grandmother De La Reyes had called him her prince his entire life, and as she lay on her death bed she demanded Carlos Alfonso have the courage to become a King.
So the South Islander had done as his grandmother said, making friends, connections, and enemies along the way. He became a legend in some circles and learned styles of food he had never seen before. He had once even braised a frog in soy sauce for a Namekian Chieftain. He would never become a martial arts master on his own, but his skills got him invited to the World Martial Arts tournament as a guest judge, as a sponsor, as a culinary caterer. Then he met Cayle Pota and the rest of the Saiyan refugees in the Shadow of Mount Allion – and in that moment he knew that he had met the person who would make his culinary skills transcend their place at the table and bring some fragment of Carlos Alfonso into the World Martial Arts Tournament's championship circle. Was not the man who fed the champion and provided him nutritional advice, at least part of the champion's ascent, and thus apart of the champion?
Time passed, and the two became great friends, genuinely and throughout. Cayle showed little interest in the World Martial Arts Tournament, and so Carlos Alfonso chose to use his connections to try to trick his friend into being more interested in the greatest tournament under the sun. So Cayle had been sent to Orange Star City to help put on a play which was supposed to influence the youth and teenagers into learning martial arts, so that they could be as great as Mark 'Hercule' Satan. The fact that Taco King was sponsoring the play and had recently started a food truck in Orange Star City to test the waters against competition from Majin Moo, The Midnight Son, and Ox-King Barbecue and see if a permanent location would fit in the city.
The fact that Tiger Lily had been hired to help only helped convince Cayle to do it. The fact his only requirement initially had been to help train basic martial arts to the actor playing Mister Hercule Satan in the play had been another step in convincing him to participate. Having just got back from checking he and Tiger Lily's accommodations, checking on the food truck and its crew, and ordering food, Cayle headed back to the actor's side to train him some more.
“I don't get it! Why can't I just hit you?”
“It isn't about hitting me or anyone else. I'm only teaching you martial arts for the play's sake, after all.” “That doesn't change the fact you're making a fool of me in front of the whole cast and crew!” the man, muscle upon muscle upon muscle said, machismo to a fault and filled with testosterone filled rage as he practically barked it out.
“Believe me, Mr. Satan. You don't need anyone else to make you look like a fool.”
That caused the man to charge forward and land his one and only strike upon Cayle. A sucker punch to the stomach, it was meant to be, to show the scrawny barely muscled Saiyan what for. The Hercule impersonator and actor soon realized that was like punching an ocean liner. Where Cayle should have by all rights crumpled to the ground, the man's hand did instead, warping in shape and size and sending shocks of pain through the man as broken knuckles and bones sent a tsunami wave of signals from his nerves.
“Mr. Director, we have a problem.”
“Do we? We're running this play like a pawn shop. You break it you buy it. So you've got to play Mister Hercule Satan.”
And so it began. So are the sands of time in the days of our lives.

Ooc: Sorry got caught up with staff duties and muse honestly.
Ty overheard some of what Kite and Beruto were discussing before the sandy blonde haired teen joined her for dinner at the picnic table. Ocean teal eyes looked over to the Producer who approached the firery red head before she met with Kite’s opal green eyes with a smile.
The Producer did notice Beruto, the grease from working with the engine made the teenager’s muscles glisten under the street lights, he asked if he planned on staying until tomorrow, and if he could play the role of a tournament competitor against Kite so that the fight between them looked real on stage. Upon acceptance of the role he would be more than welcomed to help himself to the catering before they wrapped up for the night with one last rehearsal taking place in the next morning.
“I am also here with my boyfriend Cayle, he is working with the Director in training the Hercule star in the hotel gym nearby.” Ty ate enough to reach the pasta salad on her plate, “I will give you my c-phone number, if you are ever in the southern islands, or Pilaf lands you can call me or text. I am not sure about flying, I have been trying to teach Achido to fly, and he only manages to hover off the ground. I suspect he is fearful of heights but he won’t admit it. Flying is fun as long as you don’t end up with bugs in your mouth.”
By the time she finished her entire plate she stood up, tossed the empty plate in a nearby bin, and picked up her costume. “Congrats on being cast as a tournament fighter. I am doing special effects, so if you get tossed and fly off the stage, I will be the one to catch you. Have a good night, I will see you tomorrow morning for rehearsal, Kite.”
With a black costume in hand, she rushed over to Beruto after he was done talking to the Producer, and slightly bowed at him. “It was nice meeting you. If you are staying until tomorrow then we shall meet again. Have a good night.”
Ty took off flying into the air, she was like a rocket, and part of the crew were filming her in awe with their c-phones as it was such an uncommon phenomenon. The footage they did manage to capture was blurry by the end of the evening, the internet was full of DynoTube videos of ki enhanced individuals where users suspected as a hoax, and only a select few understood the power of martial artists.
By the time she arrived at the hotel, a red ambulance truck was outside of the entrance, the Hercule impersonator was sitting on a medical bed inside the cab getting his hand wrapped in gauze, the Director had his hands on his hips in disappointment standing next to Cayle having a brief conversation with him.
“Cayle? What happened? Did something go wrong during training?” Ty blinked for a moment until she remembered what her role was, “The producer put me in charge of special effects. I am supposed to help Hercule fly on to the stage… but is he going to be okay wearing all the gauze by tomorrow morning?”

Flexing and posturing his way right into getting a part, Beruto found that the producer was evidently so interested in having him join the production that his intent to have an extra demonstrate his near inhuman heartiness was apparently unnecessary. It was telling that the man wanted him to face off in a scene with Kite though, and had not mentioned anything about a scene with the star. The case was either that they were booth just cast to fight each other to make other characters look good, or evidently what ever Kite must have done had impressed the producer enough to put him in a scene with the lead. In either case from what the muscled, red haired boy had been told, he likely wouldn't end up in a scene with the lead, which did disappoint him a bit, but considering he had only heard about this whole thing barely a hour ago, he wasn't too disappointed. Beruto thanked the man and confirmed he would stay the night with Kite and that they had lodgings in the form of his recreational vehicle positioned just outside the park.
With his business with the Producer sorted out for the time being, Beruto set his gaze upon the craft area, sure that he would find Kite there and tell him the good news. No sooner had he started walking however than did the young lady from earlier approach and announce to him that if he was going to be around on the following day that they were likely to meet again, and then took off like a rocket into the sky. He didn't even get a chance to reply before she was out of earshot, and indeed, mere moments later she had vanished from sight as well. Raising a crimson eyebrow and shrugging, Beruto continued on towards the craft area and did indeed find his friend there.
"Hey man. Sorry I melted down on you earlier. This day hasn't been the best and I took it out on you." Beruto apologized as he walked up to Kite's table and took a seat. "Got good news though. I got a part in this shindig." Beruto announced and then went on. "Yeah, I flexed at the Producer and I swear the guy was about a wet himself. Anyway, they're going to put us in a fight scene together. What do you think about that?" the shirtless teen continued, embellishing slightly as he described how he ended up getting a part in the production.

The food was rather delicious. It's been a while since has eaten something like this. Yes, he tries to eat healthy by eating foods that are healthy, but this.. was something he wished he could eat for a week, non stop. His opal green eyes were affixed at the orange haired teenager, as she started to talk about being here with her boyfriend, Cayle. "Oh. I didn't know that you had a boyfriend. That's cool though."Yeah, he didn't have anyone that he could consider to be a 'girlfriend'. To be fair, there's nothing wrong with not having someone that you like.. or love? At least.. not at his age. He was pretty much a jerk anyways. Beruto finally showed up, and Ty went towards him, saying something to him in which Kite didn't exactly hear. Soon after, she left, flying in the air, going.. somewhere. She didn't say. "Yeah, thanks. See you tomorrow."As Beruto approached Kite, his facial expression changed completely, raging with anger, but as Beruto apologized, and he told Kite what was going on, he smiled saying "That's a great man. I knew that you would get a part in the play. I'm pretty tired now though. Ty's probably gone to get some sleep. We should. Come on man, let's go. But first, I guess you could have some food. Aren't you hungry?"WC: 227 | 1613 Total Mission WC: 6538 | 8000

Cayle was somewhat exasperated, if not somewhat infuriated, by this turn of events but none the less he allowed the play's tailors to take his measurements so they could do some emergency modifications to the Mr. Hercule Satan costume and make it ready for the next day.
“He isn't actually going to be playing Mister Satan tomorrow, by the looks of it. The Paramedics think that he's got at least a few dozen small broken bones in his hand. He tried to hit me, and that did not go well for him. Apparently my stomach was harder than his fist.” The Saiyan said it rather stoically, before shaking his head. He was too dignified to throw out a full sigh, but it was somewhat annoying. “So the director is now insisting that I play Mister Hercule tomorrow, because his chosen actor is in no condition and because of his actions and because I apparently caused the hand break of the overly cocky fool, even though I didn't lay a hand on him. As such, we need to head back to our rooms so I can study the script and we can eat and then you can get some rest.”
He didn't bother to say so he could get some rest, as he was not sure if he would be able to do this 'acting' thing at all. It was tantamount to lying or telling tall tales, and Cayle was not the type of person who innately was skilled with or aligned with telling fibs.
After telling her as much, Cayle took the script and then walked with his girlfriend to their shared hotel room. He ordered around three hundred different dishes from a local take out restaurant, “The Midnight Son”, and then stripped to a t-shirt and boxers and began to read at the desk of the hotel room, reading again and again until the food arrived.
When it did, he set it out at the suite's small kitchen table, and began to make piled on plates for himself and for Tiger Lily, though this restaurant's 'to go containers' included for the dishes to be doled out in were closer to a baker's mixing bowl than a flimsy plate that one might expect at another restaurant.

Tiger Lily was shocked to discover that the Hercule actor punched Cayle so hard that he broke his own hand, on their way to their hotel room she explained to her boyfriend that he should dodge out of the way or else he would be taken to court for injuring someone, and while Taco King had been funding his promotion trips it would be an inconvenience to company to get involved with legal matters; especially since the reputation of the company would be effected. The two bedroom hotel room suite was quite grandiose, it made Ty feel a bit uncomfortable being accommodated despite not being a company worker, and she took the time to shower feeling fatigued from suppressing her speed on the stage.
The common room of the suite was quite comfortable, it was a shame that it was wasted in a hotel room meant for sleeping, and she wondered if it was the interior designers method of convincing patrons to extend their stay. Ty entered the common room wearing a long t-shirt that reached her knees with a towel around her shoulders, her damp orange hair was naturally drying on the fact that Cayle had the A/C unit running on full blast despite being lightly dressed while he practiced reading his script, and she sat down in an armchair next to him by the desk. There was no time for him to get food from the catering and so he had ordered something hot to eat while he memorized all his lines. When he took a break from reading to eat, Ty looked over the script, and placed it down; concerned that it was a bit much to learn in one night. The orange haired teen had some doubt but kept her feelings to herself since she did not wish to discourage him from trying.
“I met two teens my age during auditions, they were selected to be contestants on the stage play, but I did not get a role as contestant because I moved so fast the camera did not pick up my movements. It seemed that they have been traveling, their names are Kite, and Beruto. The ash blonde boy is Kite and the fiery red head is Beruto. You will probably be fighting them as Hercule tomorrow and I don't think they're the type to break their hand by landing a real punch on you. So it's probably for the best that you're the main star for this because it seems that the impersonator would have broken his hand on stage with those teenage boys anyways. Since they seemed so capable I invited them to come train with us in the Southern Islands. I think Achido would appreciate training with people around his age apart from just us, it's good to make new friends, and maybe it will be fun since you have working so hard at your job lately.”
Tiger Lily stayed up until midnight helping Cayle memorize the script, she was impressed that by the end of the night, he was able to act out all the lines in a short period of time after the first run through. However, she had become rather drowsy before they could run through it all a second time, and excused herself to retire as she was certain to fall asleep on the couch as she often passed out like a rock.
The alarm was set for the 6am call time the next morning, it was mainly to get everyone settled in before the dawn, as the window for the best lighting was limited when the sun was rising and its highest point in the afternoon when the students would be allowed to watch the performance. It was a play and a promotional piece to encourage students to learn martial arts as a method of disciplining their mind, body, and soul. The positivity of the crew, talent, and even the audience reflected well on martial arts over all. Tiger Lily was convinced that she gave up studying for a good cause, she wanted her family to trust in her ability to be strong enough to protect people, and spread the message for other people her age.
After catered breakfast, everyone assembled on stage, Cayle was dressed to look like Hercule with a wig, an adhered handle bar mustache, and he narrated the story of being the World Martial Arts champion. Around sixty five percent of the performance was focused on Cayle, with eating healthy foods, doing chores as a method of fitness, and training every second of the day to be the strongest martial artist. The next scene, actors performed as contestants during the tournament, Cayle gently exchanged blows with these people, and Ty who was fully outfitted in a black full body suit shadowed the actors as if she was their shadow. Whenever the cue to toss the competitor into the air occurred, Ty would pick them up by the waist, and imitate the action of being thrown off the arena. The students cheered at the special effects as it seemed quite realistic. Next, Beruto and Kite were set to fight, the tournament was open to teens so they were competitors to represent that young people could enter the tournament at a chance of becoming the next champion. It was Beruto that won the match, since Kite had already defeated him in a sparring match, he was a bit humble in allowing his friend to win since they were being filmed and paid to be part of the promotion; he felt it would improve his mood since they happen to get involved on happenstance. The last match was set up for Beruto and Cayle to fight which ended quickly with Beruto being tossed out of the staged arena.
The play ended with more lines delivered by Cayle, who had watched all of Hercule's movies, that his voice was rather deep when he wrapped up the play of being a good model citizen and protecting people. The High school students were fascinated with the whole production that they began gifting all the actors and crew with small gifts: toys, candy, flowers, and snacks. It had been a long time since they were enthralled in the history of their school's name Herculopolis High, as the films were quite old, and it had been a while since WMAT had taken place to recall the last champion. The Producer and Director thanked everyone who participated in the promo, issuing everyone envelopes with their pay, and exchanging contact information for the next project. The Producer gave a small speech that he plans to submit the video to the WMAT committee to promote the next tournament and that he will personally keep in touch for the next production.
