”I do not think the chairman would approve of this. It isn’t even a holiday local to the Duchies.”
Seriously… she just wouldn’t give it a break. Of all the ways Duchess Rhyme could have rubbed off on her, she picked up everything except her sense of fun.
”I cannot help but notice that the others involved in these festivities are a lot younger than you…”
Did Maxine even have a sense of fun? No, she did blather on about those grating rap records she listened to, and she’d caught her with her face buried in a video game two or three times now. Both things that would surely rot anyone’s brain… did androids work like that, though?
”While I respect the variety, I do think that offering higashi may be a bit much for this event. I know it is within the style of the Shinobu, but – wouldn’t more chiroru be better?”
Enough was enough.
”Princess, if I may – eep!”
“I order you to be silent.”
A mute nod left the stick of pocky that had been jammed in the machine’s mouth bobbing; with an expression that made her look like a puppy that had just been scolded.
“Finish that, and get into the spirit of things. This isn’t about business! So, liven up. Otherwise, I shall make you trick-or-treat at the Zen Estate in my place.”
”T-That is not so bad…”
“You won’t be wearing my miko outfit – it wouldn’t fit you. So, I suppose the bunny costume that Hatsuka got for you would be the only option…”
The machine’s eyes flashed with fright – just as planned. The Princess allowed herself a smirk like her mothers, just this once. Maybe she’d have to make Maxine do it anyway… it might shut up the Oolongs for a while longer.
“Good girl. Now, once you’re done with the party bags, you can hold the ladder for me while I work on this spider webbing…
--- and, before you continue, be careful of that next pack! Remember, if you find any candy corn, incinerate it!”

Night of the Undead Walrus
Halloween in Kousetsu Village was not celebrated in the same fashion as the mainland. It was a time where every child’s favorite meal was cooked; and before bed, they were told ghost stories to keep the naughty ones in check. While Lena believed herself to be a grown woman—she was eighteen after all—she didn’t want to break the tradition. Her father, Tobias, always loved telling ghost stories, and he was anxiously waiting for his chance. She figured if she had to sit through it, then she was going to make Grisha do the same.
Lena sat cross-legged around the hearth with Grisha stretched out and slumbering next to her. She knew he was fat and happy for he got to eat as much walrus as he desired on Halloween. Tobias stood before them, sporting a tacky green and gray-striped sweater. There was a confident smirk on his face. He was certain that his story would give Lena nightmares this year. The weather was perfect for outside their little home was a blizzard. The wind howled like a ghost and caused the house to tremble.
“Do you hear that?” Tobias asked. “We grow up believing that sound is caused by the wind, but it is the howl of a creature no one in our village has ever seen. During a snow storm like this, the creature hunts, searching for anyone foolish to be caught outside their home. Because we have accepted its howls to be the wind, we have made ourselves easy prey. Don’t go outside to chop wood. Stay inside where it’s warm. This fireplace is our only protection.”
As though on cue, a chunk of snow and ice broke from the top of the chimney to land on the burning logs with a loud hiss. Both Lena and Tobias tensed when the fireplace briefly went out, casting their home in pitch-black darkness. When the flames managed to revive, their attention shifted to Grisha who was sitting up, but he was missing a head.
Lena and Tobias both screamed before Lena sprang into her father’s arms. They held each other close as Grisha slowly lifted his head, grasping the side of his neck. The Saiyan tilted his head left and right, cracking his neck as he grumbled something incoherent, he was still asleep. Lena and Tobias sighed in relief and relaxed until a knock sounded at the door next, and the two dove over to Grisha, causing the Saiyan’s eyes to open wide in bewilderment.
“Answer the door Grisha,” Lena told him.
“Yes, it’s probably for you,” Tobias added.
Grisha glanced over his shoulder at the two hiding behind him before he glanced over to the door. The knock came again. The giant rose to his feet and sauntered over to the door. Upon opening it, he was greeted by a giant walrus with red, glowing eyes. The vengeful mammal unleashed a garbled scream before its herd started to burst through the windows of the home.
Grisha woke in a start that morning. His heart was racing and he looked around the bedroom to see that all was normal. The Saiyan sighed in relief. That was the last time he was going to eat walrus…not.

Operation Totally a Kid (Or how Zam and her friends stole Halloween.)
As the grinning full moon climbed to the sky, something stirred in the grim shadows... Yep, it was that time of the year again, when ghosts, monsters and other strange creatures came out to play. They filled the streets, going from home to home, repeating a mythical phrase that forced the occupants to pay tribute in sweets or suffer a terrible curse of eggs and toilet paper. ...At least that’s how the local demons saw it. Earthling traditions had always been a little weird in their eyes. A couple of them had wanted to join the fun, until older and wiser demons reminded them that they were all too old. They would never pass for children... But they all knew someone who would.
So the operation Totally a Child was put to action!
Soon a demonic trio made their way through the busy street. Even with their oddly-colored skins, horns and fearsome visages they blended in perfectly. People who passed them greeted them cheerily, or commented how nice it was of them to take their little sister trick or treating. Said ‘sister’ was happily leading the group towards the closest home. Her nose was already twitching at the scents of countless different kinds of candies. And she wanted some too! Standing on her tippy toes, she reached for the doorbell. As soon as the gateway to the Earthling home realm opened, she chimed the magic words...
“Trick or Treat!”
The man at the door cooed at her, commenting to her wife how cute it was that someone had dressed Buu. His words were met with a puzzled stare. “Dressed as who...? Zam is a Majin, is what Zam is!” Smiling, the man poured a big handful of candy into her bag, while chuckling that of course she was a real Majin. Her expression lit up like a shining star when she saw the candies. So many different kinds! Proudly she showed the haul to her friends, who all cheered. Together they hurried to the next house. So many doors to visit, so much candy to get... This was gonna be the best night ever~!

Usumi-chan plays Dress-up "What is the meaning of this..."The blade was in control of Griselda by the time she got everything done. Stood up in front of a mirror, the girl had put on a dark blue skirt, fake little bat wings and fake fangs. It was that time of year, and she was always a fan of vampires in media. Was it a bit of an appropriation to wear their stuff then? Ehh, Griselda never thought too much about it when she used to do it. Being cooped inside a mansion with all your tutors, teachers, and more coming to you would do that to you. Regardless, here she was, having makeup applied on herself to a pretty good degree of seamlessness. There was just one being she had to convince. "Come on, Master! Don't you think the red eyes and cooler features fit the whole vampire look more?"In the middle of explaining, Usumelda was already checking out their getup. Perking a brow at the strange craftsmanship while looking incredulous at its vessel. It was a little dangerous to just let Usumi run around to have fun with trick or treating. Not only was Grissy getting a little old for it, but she'd roughly not have any friends for it. Demon or not. She enjoyed the costumes and spirit of it enough to go through with it however. "And you want me to go up to random mortal's doorsteps, knock, and ask for this candy?"It was simple, and Grissy had to not say much on it. "Yes sir!"... The very first house would be so lucky as to be graced with the demon in his vessel. Willing, and trying to not lash out at any little compliment or transgression his body received, Usumelda would give the door to the domed home a few knocks before stepping back. Bag under his arm, he waited patiently at the door for an elderly couple to step on out with their own huge bowl of candy. And, for the moment, they smiled and waved at the girl in greeting. "Happy Hallow's Eve, little lady~ Are you allergic to nuts or anything dear?"There was a sudden snap in judgement though, and the possessed child stepped up aggressively to the door frame. A wide smile erasing anything neutral he had set on that youthful face before. "I'm here to obtain what is rightfully mine!" WC: 403

A Rest by The Fire
As the days passed and the leaves began to change hue, the air around the central lands became noticeably colder, forcing many people into hiding in their homes or into warmer clothes. There was one person, however, who was apparently exempt from this weather-based conditioning. Strolling aimlessly through the streets, a dark haired man slowly continued to enjoy one of his favourite pastimes: randomly walking around in towns he didn't know while looking for something to do (though he was starting to learn this place anyway). While many people fled to houses to put on coats or something like that, Nase was fine on his own, due to living in the northern lands for most of his life. And besides, he didn't have a house to get to, anyways. Travelling around in his thin jacket, Nase began to notice that the land he had spent the most time in since he arrived had begun to change, ever so slightly. The leaves near the town he was in had all turned, switching from the normal green to shades of maroon and red before dropping into the dirt below. As he was noticing this, Nase inadvertently caught one as he let it fall in front of him, eventually tumbling into his hand. Making a slow fist with his gloved hand, Nase nodded as it made a loud crunch sound.
"Heh, that's actually pretty satisfying, after all."
Looking to his side, the cyborg Tuffle noticed a bunch of kids running past and enjoying themselves in the new season. Smiling faintly to himself as he did so, he shook his head and went to continue his tour. That is, until he almost faceplanted into the cement. Stumbling hard after trying to walk, Nase suddenly became aware of the fatigue he was feeling from his legs.
"Damn... Guess I've been walking for longer than I thought."
Standing back up and brushing off his pants, Nase realized that he probably need to find somewhere to stop and rest, and seeing that he lived off of sleeping at a random BnB place that was on the other side of town, he wasn't going to be finding himself there anytime soon. Sighing to himself as he thought on what to do, Nase heard te distinct noise of a door opening and turned to see someone exiting their house right ahead of him. Shoving his hands into his pockets as they did so, the tired man watched as an older man came out to greet him.
"Hello there, young man. Are you alright, you don't seem to be from here."
Facing the man now, Nase waited for a moment before speaking.
"Oh, yeah. I'm not really from here."
"Ah, you must be tried from your travels. Worst off, with how cold it is, you should be freezing if your only wearing such a thin jacket."
Hearing this, Nase didn't have the heart to tell the man that he was used to the cold (in fact, the jacket felt hot most of the time), but he was right about the tired adventurer part. Strangely enough, the old man raised his arm towards his door and beckoned the fatigued brawler over.
"Well, if you would like, my wife and I would be fine to let you in if you'd like to rest."
"Eh? Me? For real?"
The man chuckled a bit and went closer to his door.
"Of course! We have a fire going on and some candy left for the kids. It'd be great if we could share it with someone, as well."
"Oh! Well... thank you."
Walking over to meet the man to his door, Nase thought solemnly to himself. If anything were to happen to this land, Nase would be the first to protect it. He couldn't let these people get hurt if they were this nice. Distracted by his thoughts momentarily, Nase jumped back as he got spooked by the old man's wife, who was wearing a monster mask.
"EEP!"
Okay, maybe he'd need some time before he became some fearless hero.

A Zombie's Favorite Time of Year
"I don't get it. I'm already a Jiangshi, why do we gotta put this makeup stuff on me?" Nian Gao complained, as she hopped along with the small caravan of corpses heading out of their grave town.
"Well, don't take this the wrong way Nian, but, while you might be as dead as any of us, you aren't very scary, and besides! Just because we're dead doesn't mean we can't still dress up for Halloween!" Monroe was cheerful, with a red bandana, an eyepatch, and other typical pirate accoutrements, and even a cutlass at his waist. It was actually real, no sense being stupid just because it was a positive time of year! There were other corpses with them, a skeleton in what he called a matador outfit, whatever a matador was, a ghost who wasn't dressed up at all outside of her normal blue form, and Nian Gao. Nian was in a big black cloak with a tall collar, red on the inside, and fine garments right down to pants, fancy shoes, and a velvet vest beneath a fancy black coat, with fake fangs in her mouth. They were pretty good prosthetics though, and anyone who looked at her would probably think she actually did have sharp teeth! She'd also had some make up done to make her look properly ghostly white rather than just super pale.
They had two big carts, pulled by oxen. They were loaded with pumpkins, big, ripe orange pumpkins, just waiting to be carved. It wasn't really Halloween yet, but it was part of the sales pitch really. The village was coming into sight, one of many under the influence of the Pig Duchies. Nian Gao wasn't expecting a lot of hubbub, even though she'd been warned, so it still came as a surprise when she heard the shrieking of children and someone shouting. "The corpse crew is here!" Children came rushing forward as Monroe gave Nian a wink.
"Better get ready." Then he was striding forward, pulling out the fake flintlock pistol he had tucked into the back of his outfit's sash. "Beware ye scurvy dogs! Ye be runnin' towards tha Dread Pirate Monroe!" As children came shrieking in, the skeleton stepped forward, cackling as he prepared his red length of cloth, children that ran through it were deftly dodged, but a piece of candy was dropped into a hand. Nian Gao could see adults off in the distance watching them approach and some already walking over.
"Hey, hey lady! Who are you?" A child asked, looking up at her excitedly. Nian Gao had candy hidden across her costume, and well...she could play along. She smiled, her fangs poking out of her lips as she used one hand to bring her cape up. "Why, I am none other than the Duchess, Emti Graves!" She chuckled as she leaned down, swooping her cape around the young girl and producing a piece of candy. "Now, might I interest such a pretty thing in a trade? A bite...for a bite! Ha ha ha!"
She could easily see why everyone back at the graveyard loved this time of year. If the rest of the villages were like this, this was going to be the best halloween season she'd ever been part of!

A Strange Spell The night darkened over a grim forest. Only the pale moon shone light on the foggy paths below. One such path, snaking past twisted trees, led to a small hut. It resembled, much to the resident’s chagrin, a huge mushroom with a pointy, purple hat. Candlelight flickered through the window. Inside, the aforementioned resident, a pale girl in long, dark robes, was busily painting strange symbols on the floor. All Hallow’s Eve was, perhaps, Lilith’s favorite time of the year. Not because of any foolish festivities, no, but because tonight the ambient magic was at its strongest. The veil between the worlds thinned. It was the perfect time to practice a new spell she had been studying.
Unfortunately, Lady Luck had a strange sense of humor, as evident by a sudden knock on the door. It was quiet. Feeble. For a moment, the witch thought it had merely been a branch shaking in the breeze. Regardless, merely out of curiosity, she opened the door. Her crimson gaze stole its baleful gleam from the moonlight, as it stopped on a small visitor. A young girl, couldn’t have been older than ten, was standing in front of her. She was dressed in strikingly familiar robes, along with a wide-brimmed hat nearly identical to the one the young noble had in her wardrobe. Shakily she presented an empty jute sack and managed to utter the spell of the night.
“T-trick... or... treat...”
Lilith stared back blankly. Several questions bubbled in the cauldron of her mind, but one surfaced before the others. “Are you all alone?” The young child nodded weakly. Another question... “You do realize that I am an actual witch, do you not?” ...was met with another nod. Yet the wordless answer left the witch quite quiet herself. “I see...” Before the moment could get awkward, she took the wand from her belt and gave it a gentle flick. “Offerings of the night, obey my call and come forth.” With a puff of twinkling smoke, an assortment of strange, old-fashioned candies appeared from thin air and rained into the bag until it was positively brimming.
The wide-eyed girl’s jaw dropped at the bounty. Soon the surprise evolved into a grand smile. “T-thank you!” The young noble puffed her petite chest proudly. “Hmph, child’s play to a real witch.” Admittedly, she wasn’t quite sure why she had even bothered. Maybe that peasant girl reminded her of someone... As she turned her back, the child chimed one more spell of her own before dashing off. “Happy Halloween~!” And a strange spell it was, filling an icy heart with inexplicable warmth for the rest of the night.

In His Defense, He Has Literally Been Living Under a Rock
The moon floated up above, it hung low in the sky, and looked far larger than normal. It was quite strange to look at, strange to see; how large the moon looked with its pockmarked surface. It was almost as if the entire celestial body had moved closer to the Earth or the Earth had been drawn closer to the moon, either way. It wasn't normal. There was also the fact that the night sky lacked a single cloud. Not one cotton candy cloud hung up there. Instead it was a smooth black stone lacking in any twinkling star. Instead, it was the moon and only the moon, looming down over the area as if it were glaring down at it in a fit of rage.
But, despite the moon's apparent anger at the existence of the Earth, or maybe perhaps it was angry that the Earth had intruded on its personal space, the area beneath it was exuberant. There was an air of excitement, an energy filled the region, and in the middle of it all was Vidar; and he was adequately visibly confused.
There were people running around, all over the place. Young and old. Or, at least he guessed they were young and old. He could not see their faces. But some of them moved with such strange staggered exaggerated limps and uttered groans and grunts whenever they had to exert themselves so he could only guess that they were old.
His bright softly glowing golden irises were the only indication of movement from him. His eyes were sweeping across the area from one person to the next attempting to gather as much data as possible.
A strange hobgoblin ran past him, shrieking and giggling and waving the decapitated head of some unfortunate creature, its eyes were alight with fire as if the flames of Hell burnt within.
"What is the meaning of this?" He questioned aloud, the question caused a nearby creature, a small fairy in a pink dress and topped with a small tiara - she had been dancing in glee around a tall tired looking werewolf (?) - to stop her frolicking. She peered over at him, looking just as confused as he and ran over as she grinned up at him.
"Wow! Look, look, look at him!" The diminutive fairy was abuzz with excitement, bouncing and flailing her wand through the air as she pointed one arm at the blonde cyborg who looked on in confusion. His eyes scanning over her small frame. He had never seen a fairy before. But, why was she spending time with a werewolf, of all creatures?
The yellow eyed cyborg had been searching for some information, trying to ascertain the location of a lab in the nearby area, when the sun had set and the moon had risen and all Hell, apparently, broke loose around him all at once.
"You've got an awesome costume, mister!" Her voice brought him back down to Earth, peering down at the girl. The fairy had exclaimed in effervescent excitement as she pointed her little wand at him, waving it about in excitement as he heard it jingling with every wave
"Costume?" Vidar for a moment did not know how to react.
"Yeah, isn't that a costume? Where did your other arm ago?" She then noticed the empty socket where his arm should be.
"Honey, don't bother the man." The werewolf wandered over, though he too looked at Vidar funny.
"I do not understand what is happening," Vidar commented, confessing his confusion to the werewolf who stared in blank befuddlement before finally understanding what was happening here.
"Buddy, you're not wearing a costume are you?"
"...This is what I usually look like." He looked at himself before answering.
"It's Halloween, Pal."
"...Halloween?" His HUD began to dig up information on that. Though before he could find anything relevant, the little girl held up the same orange colored decapitated head the small hobgoblin had been carrying... It was actually a pumpkin. Now that he got a good look at it. It had a face carved into it, a goofy smile.
"Trick or Treat!" The girl exclaimed, "Smell my feet, give me something good to eat!"
"... Why would I smell your feet?"

TRICKS AND TREATSThere was a thick fog covering the ground. It was not something that was planned. It just happened naturally. It was as if Mother Nature recognized the day, and furthermore, perhaps she recognized the need for drama. Mother Nature always did have a flair for the dramatic, and a cool eerie All Hallows' Eve night with a big round moon hanging high in the black sky and a thick fog spreading out across the ground, was the perfect recipe for a creepy evening. There was also the soft distant sound of growling thunder, as if the sky were threatening to bring a storm but the storm was so far away that there was no chance it would fall in that area; at least, not until morning more than likely. It was because of this, the clear sky, that kids were allowed to stay out, with parental supervision - or at least supervision from a guardian or elder sibling in the case of some of the kids - and trick or treat. The Zen Tea estate had been decorated; it had taken quite a lot of work by the staff, but they laid out the place with beautiful decorations. There were Jack-O-lanterns of many sizes all over the front walk that led up to the entrance. There was even a fake cemetery set up, the fog which wafted and swirled over the ground around the trick or treater's feet made the cemetery feel all the more authentic. There was a group of children making their way up to the large front doors of the estate. They were, of course, being supervised. Their guardian was a tall man, he was dressed up as a bottle of ketchup. As the kids approached, one of them was brave and pulled a red rope beside the door; it wasn't the usual door bell, but it had been set up for Halloween specifically. So when it was pulled, there came a recording which sounded like groaning and a scream in the background before the doors of the estate slowly creaked open. Stepping forth from the inky darkness filling the doorway was the seven foot tall deity. A big toothy grin on his face. He was clad in a white lab coat, though it was wide open exposing his well muscled chest and the beautiful make-up job done to him by some of the young women working in the estate. He looked different, there was darkened necrotic skin on him, staples and stitch work, as if he were made up of different parts, stitched together to make an undead grinning creature. "What do we have here?" He spoke with a slightly deepened voice, his tongue slithered out to lick across his lips, "Why, Mr. Ketchup, did you bring me some tasty treats to snack on today?" He said in a joking tone before he pulled from the side a large bucket filled to almost overflow with various different types of candies; he had bought quite a lot of them specifically for that evening's festivities. There were so some candies that he personally made and wrapped up mixed in, hard candies, taffies, which he had spent quite some time making. "Ooh? What do we have here? A little witch?" He peered over at a small child clad in a witch costume, pointy hat and all, "Try not to turn your little friends into newts," he teased and offered the little witch a chance to reach into the candy bowl. Though he did peek over at the tall man in the ketchup costume, his grin grew a bit wider, "I don't usually use ketchup for much of anything, but for you, I wouldn't mind putting on everything," He said teasingly. The bottle of ketchup blinked, confused but also he cleared his throat, his cheeks growing a bit red. "Ok, kids, two pieces of candy each, Ok?" The kids cheered and Fen motioned to them. "Alright, get in a line and grab two pieces of candy from the bowl." He instructed politely as the kids moved accordingly. WC: 675 Costume: Picture is being Edited but this is the unedited version:

Juniper emerged in a cloud of vapor smoke from a smog machine after, all the children who visited zen estate collected their candy from Fenrir, to make a grand reveal of special glow in the dark rock candy dust inside of plastic vials with a plastic seal, similar to that of the boba drinks they served at Okami bakery, and also handed two of each colors. The plastic vials were neon green and neon pink which the children jumped excitedly to try. Even their guardian dressed in a ketchup costume, was given the candy that was designed at the bakery for the festivities in the city, while the neighborhood was often riddled with crimes the police were on double patrol for this event as usual whenever there was an event.
As the night became colder, a gong went off in the distance to conclude the night festivities, and the staff began to turn off the halloween decor to return the darkness to the grounds so it did not disturb the tree of might. Hachi emerged with a camera, hovering over Fenrir and Juniper who were dressed similarly as a mad scientist who raised a body from the dead, which was suitable for the event.
“Shall we take a photo of our costumes, Fenrir-san?.” Juniper lured Fenrir over to the haunted house corridor with neon spotlights, their clothes, hair, and part of their skin reflected the lighting as Hachi snapped a few photos with the camera.
“Thank you, Hachi.” She said sweetly, as he took the camera from his tentacles, and browsed through the LED screen for the photos picking the best one. “We can develop this one and have it framed at the bakery. I will email you the rest of the photos. Have a good evening...or rather good morning as it is midnight.”
With a gentle bow, she turned the corner, taking a set of stairs that led to the second floor of the zen Tea house, and retired in the master chambers. In one of the oranate western style dressers, she pulled out a laptop, along with a cord to connect the camera to the computer in order to transfer the images into the local disk to email Fenrir copies of the photos. Once she was connected to the internet she placed an order with a local vendor to have the chosen photo to be jelly printed on special photo paper to a certain size, then took a minute to pick a white frame to match the aesthetic of the bakery to have it hung on the wall once it was delivered there.

In High Spirits Will walked a path through a village as the fall leaves scattered across the ground and were blown away by the wind. He noticed everyone setting up decorations for the season. From Jack O' Lanterns to fake tombstones, it was almost time for Halloween. Of course, he is too old for trick or treating, he hasn't been since he was taken by his master as a boy to learn more about the outside world. Though he wished there was something to do during this time. Though no one invited him to a costume party or anything. It was then a robed otter drinking sake passed him by, Will did not take that as an oddity because well, it's a common sight to see Beastmen. Though the otter noticed Will and stumbling turned towards the feline. "Oi, Bakeneko, where you going? The party's this way, everyone's invited!" the otter said. "Bakeneko? Monster Cat? What part of me looks like a monster, is it my big head, bah he's just a drunk otter though this party sounds interesting." Will thought. He follows the otter in a path through the woods and into an abandoned dilapidated shack, the otter then opens a floorboard and gets inside. Will was starting to have second thoughts. In fact, he can feel some very strange vibes from this place. Something that doesn't feel like Ki but nothing he has ever sensed before. He opens the floorboard and as he squeezes through he finds himself falling through sliding doors in what looks like an old eastern style room complete with various tables with food and drink scattered about. Though a room underneath that old shack is not the only strange here, it was the partygoers as well. While there are some that resemble Beastmen there were also dogs with human faces. A woman helping herself to hors d'oeuvre by feeding a mouth on the back of her head. A woman an extremely long neck almost like rubber as she stretches it to be able to drink from her cup. Even various inanimate objects are living, from the one-eyed lanterns that light the party by flickering in everchanging colors of light to one-eyed umbrellas hopping on a human leg. And what looked like demon people with red, blue, and other colored skin cheering on one whose drinking most likely alcohol from a giant gourd. They were all too good to be costumes, these were real...Will didn't even know what to call them. As he was watching what's going he got startled by a strange bald cyclops boy in priest robes who then runs off giggling. They don't appear to be malevolent in any way so Will decides to stay. He goes to one of the tables to drink some of the punch. He noticed that one of the things this party had was a "Make Your Own Sushi Bar". Not really a Halloween thing but he is not complaining as he prepares himself a plate for himself as he is approached by a woman. "Hey there kitty, come here often?" the woman replied. "Actually-" Will was about to say something before he turned and noticed the woman he was talking to had no face. "It's okay, I get that reaction often," the woman said. The woman then took a piece of sushi and absorbs it through her featureless face and walks off. Will figured that it was time to go. Before the otter comes in and insisted he drink some of the punch and Will politely drinks and realizes that it spiked too late before forgetting about what he was about to do. As he danced with these various strange beings more would show up. Some appeared to be ghosts in different forms, shapes, and sizes. Though Will could hardly tell in his drunken state as whatever was in that alcohol was heavy stuff. The spirits cheered him on as even while drunk through his dexterity, athletics, and acrobatics he is still able to pull amazing dance moves before falling over. As he woke up he found himself in the middle of the woods and his fur is dusty, covered in dead leaves, and he had a massive hangover. As he thought that the events last night must've been him misremembering some party he went to he then picked up a note that was on his gi. On it wrote was a phone number and a doodle of the faceless woman from last night saying. "Guess you couldn't handling partying with us, still though you were great there, hope to see you again" and next to the doodle of her face said, "If you can't tell I'm winking". So that answers his question of if last night was real. As he got up and looked around he figured it is best not to tell anyone about what happened here. Cause no one would believe him otherwise. As he gets up he feels something clinging to his back. He turns his head to see a small impish creature on there smiling at him. "Hey buddy, can you give me a ride home?" the strange creature asked. And Will begrudgingly brought the piggybacked with him as he went to get some medicine for the massive headache he has first.

After visiting the business plaza with Velocity Industries and Momentum Financial, Clove figured she would cosplay Lilith Nevermore from the DynoTube videos, and make Frog Mochi cakes with matcha white chocolate lava filling to sell at Mochiko Tea in Oolong City. In order to promote the item, she had the video on loop at the tea shop, specifically the clip where Lilith summoned frogs to rain on the company picnic, and it made anyone laugh at the spectacle as people screamed at the sight of slimy skinned frogs in the video.
In one evening, the mochi cakes were sold out, a frog candy with green ooze filling was still being handed out for free to the children who showed up in costume. Even Duchess Melody visited the shop with her twin sons dressed as a vampire and an undead. Sakuya was dressed as a cat escorting a noble’s children, the princess was dressed as an angel and the prince was dressed as a werewolf.
A photographer published Clove’s photo online and local vendors of the fashion district made the witch design costume for sale for next year. The witch costume featured Lilith’s actual face, in a style of clothing she would never wear in reality, and it was sold out in minutes because it was popular in both the Western Lands and the Southern Islands. A large order of frog candy was made the same night, as the costume vendors desired to ship the costumes with the special candy, for anyone who missed out on it as a thank you gift.
Clove fulfilled the orders after the tea shop was closed, she had Verna Tea help her box the candy, and place shipping labels on them to prepare them for the courier who knocked on the door. A flat bed by the company was pushed through the shop to carry all the boxes of individually wrapped frog candy to the local vendors selling the costume in Oolong City.
Next year’s Hallow’s Eve was going to be interesting. [337] @note Lilith Nevermore

[The Night is Young, and the Demons are Hungry] There was silence in the forest, darkness lay a blanket over the trees and in that darkness the rushing of feet. The heavy breathing of a couple running, their foot falls hurried in the dead of night. Owls echoed their voices through the night, the howls of their terror while they fled from the unseen threat that lurked within. Dead leaves scattering as one fell, only to be helped up by the other. Ushering the other to hurry while tears of fear streamed down the fallen person's face. Soon their flight gave fruit as they neared the edge of the forest. The light of the moon shone through the trees, promising freedom should they make it. Yet as they neared the edge of the tree line, the man leading the duo felt a tug and heard a scream. His head turned just in time to see his companies hand fly into the darkness once more. Their screams echoing through the forest before silence followed. His eyes wide with terror, he turned heel and fled with all his might. His efforts rewarded as he breached the tree line, and he came to a stop to catch his breath. His eyes casting over his shoulder to see if his pursuer had followed, yet he saw nothing. Once his breath was nearly under control, he turned to see his freedom. To be rewarded for his hard efforts, but it was not to be... For he wasn't out of the forest, but rather deeper within. Circling him was the tree line and he was in the middle... trapped. His fear returning as a voice echoed from the forest behind him. "Oh? Have we run out of places to flee little bird... Why not come back into my arms?"Slowly the man turned, his eyes falling upon his pursuer. The giant ebony and emerald green demon standing in wait, smiles upon the three heads that decorated his huge frame. He stood silently, watching his query debate running once more. "It was rude to leave your darling behind you know... She yelled for you... but you didn't come for her... I'm sure she had quite a lot to think about..."The demon approached slowly, his foot falls burning the grass at his feet with infernal fire. The young man's hopes turning to despair as he fell to his knees and fear filled his eyes once more. But just as he was ready to accept his fate and death... the demon gave a chuckle before turning to one side to reveal a female woman... an angry one at that. Confusion set in as he was soon bombarded with insults and yells of anger while Shibito simply chuckled to himself before throwing his hands up. He had done his job of scaring the couple, after all he had been paid to do so. Working in a fake haunted forest with his appearance had its benefits, he was terrifying to look at and to top it all off... it was rather fun to scare the hell out of people. However... it sometimes came with a negative, as demonstrated by the woman peppering her boyfriend with her fists and insults. So it was on halloween sometimes he supposed. [548]

The boy growled as he pulled his frozen claws free of another corpse. He stood fighting in a field of the walking dead, glaring at all the corpses that walked around him, seeming intent to eat the life out of him. Claws and fangs bared, he would teach these walking corpses not to mess with him.
There were many of them, all walking towards him with a shambling stride. He didn't make a thorough count of the bodies, but he'd guess there were a couple dozen of these walking flesh bags.
Lifting a hand out to the side, mist gathered in his palm before forming into a blade of sharpened ice. With frozen blade in hand, he dashed into the gathering crowd of zombies, tearing into them with vicious glee. The corpses barely bled, and Arashi aimed to take the head off each corpse he passed since it seemed to be the most effective method of making sure they stayed dead.
They also didn't seem to react well with the kind of cold he could summon. The ones he did not cleave apart were simply frozen instead with a wave of his hand as he froze them in a burst of cold energy.
They moved so slowly, and he was small and quick. They had barely a chance to react while he hoped between them, leaving frozen bodies and rolling heads wherever he went. Falling one by one.
When he had cleared this wave of zombies he took the time to walk around and shatter the remaining zombies who he had frozen, but not cut off the heads, instead of shattering them into froze dust.
Apparently, he was not done though. Because from the woods around him he could see more zombies shambling forward, making Arashi his in frustration. "Guess I will be fighting all night. The dead outnumber the living after all. I can only hope this ends when the sun rises. What a night." The boy mused before stepped forward to continue fighting against this undead nightmare.

Prank Night[/font] The Earthlings' custom never ceased to amaze Cabin as he strolled through Oolong City on the night of Halloween. He didn't particularly understand the purpose of such a custom(what did candy have to do with the dead?) but he quite enjoyed the sights and smells of the night.
As he tore through his fourth(or was it fifth) helping of candied apple, Cabin was called over by a group of teenagers. They had obviously mistaken him for a friend, but in his food-stupor he went where he was called. "Alright look guys, Old Man Jenkins has been terrorizing us lately, we all know this. So I say, tonight we get a little revenge!" The teen began to pass out eggs and then motioned for the group to follow him. They came to a small house in the middle of the city and the teens began throwing eggs at the house. Cabin quickly clued in a followed suit.
The first egg shattered the front door in a shower of splinters and the second took a window completely out of it's frame. The loud sounds sent the teens into a panic, "What the hell, Charlie! It's just a prank!"
"What's a prank, Earth-child?"
