It was nearing the end of his first full week in West City, having met Violet and discovered just how underhanded some guys could be during the encounter. The teen still felt the ache in his nethers, at least subliminally. Also fading into the back of his mind was the original, botched mission which had brought him to the city and his ensuing departure from the General's service. The shirtless boy had had four full days of relaxation and his wallet was beginning to show it. He was down to the last of his travel and lodging allowance from his former employer now and if he didn't find a source of income, he'd be out on the streets. Unfortunately for him, returning home was not an option, neither was asking his parents for help, once of the things they'd taught him was self reliance and he wasn't about to fail in that regard. No, what he needed was a job, something honest and well paying. Lawyer or politician were obviously off the table, while they both paid well, both positions required that the employed be a congenital liar, a snake oil salesman, a fake, and there was nothing fake about Beruto. The boy was exactly what he appeared to be at all times, he spoke his mind and he didn't take lip from anyone.
Deciding that taking a walk would help him think, the shirtless red head left the run down, cheap, little hotel he'd been staying in and headed towards the commercial end of town. So far he hadn't seen too much of that side of the city, having stayed mostly in the residential areas. However seeing as he was looking for a job now, a walk through the commercial districts might be a good idea. It wasn't long before the boy was passing by store fronts and inquiring at any places which had 'Help Wanted' signs out. Unfortunately most people weren't too keen on hiring a sixteen year old boy whose only marketable skins were his ability to both fix and bench press the family tractor and who never wore a shirt. Indeed that last point earned Beruto quite a few rude comments about wasting potential employer's time. One or two did give the athletic boy a second look though on his way out the door. Eventually serendipity did strike as Beruto happened upon an automotive repair shop. The owner was amicable, loved the boy's gun-ho attitude as well as his skill with a wrench. They spoke for some time, the teen filling out a job application in the process which was only glanced at during the proceedings. Finally the words the teen was waiting for rang forth, "When can you start?"
Over the course of the next day, Beruto familiarized himself with the tools of the shop, the vehicle makes that he would be responsible for and what to do when and if there was an irate customer demanding to see the manager. Having experience with larger, clunkier engines, Beruto was assigned to dealing with trucks, large vans and RV's if any came in. Other than a clunker which had been abandoned by it's previous owner more than a year or two ago, the shop saw very few recreational vehicles.Interestingly enough, the RV was still on the lot, parked in the back with a tarp over the front half and it's engine in close to a thousand different pieces splayed out on a table. Beruto having told the owner of the shop about his current living situation, the man was kind enough to offer the use of the vehicle if the boy wished to stop wasting his money in staying at a hotel. Since the boy would be working for him anyway and the RV was not being actively worked on, the shop owner offered Beruto the lodging free of charge, indeed, if the youngster could get the beast rolling again it was promised to him as long as he got it off the lot. Beruto of course agreed readily, jumping at the chance to have both somewhere better than the hotel to live in and the chance to actually own a vehicle in the future.
This is where today found the boy, shirtless as usual, smudged with dirt and grease, laying under the front end of the RV. It was nearing the end of his lunch break and he still hadn't actually gone to get anything to eat, instead he was working on installing new engine mounts for the RV. A rumble in his stomach however made the athletic teen think twice about working all of the way through his break. Sighing and setting aside his tools, Beruto rolled out from under the front of the vehicle on a dolly and hauled himself up to his feet. A quick glance at his phone told him that he had only ten minutes to get his food so the boy quickly wiped down his hands, they needed to be clean to eat after all. His chest and face could keep the dirty smudges for all he cared. Once his hands were decently clean, the boy jogged through the yard, waving to the owner on his way by and headed out to the street to find a hot dog vender.

West City Bound (Part 1) "Will the darkness free me, consume me or destroy me? The question remains as I meld my masters resurrection"
Dahlia remembered all that had happened even thought it almost felt like a vivid dream everything she transformed into Moth Violet and gave into her shadow self which was starting to worry her more and more. She had fought a cat girl at a 7-11 who had stopped her from bullying her classmates as Moth Violet out of revenge, she had been meddled with by the red haired boy Beruto at the ship memorial incident and then there was the insanity of the demon headhunter coming to her school trying to kill her only for the boy Beruto coming to her rescue. Those thoughts came to her mind as she started to realize her double life wouldn't last much longer, people would eventually find out she was Moth Violet and possibly her friends and family may get caught up in this as she felt like crying in her Algebra class. It seemed Beruto was the only one that understood her and was on good terms with as she doubted the strange catgirl who had fought her at the 7-11 would be on good terms with her after she had fought with her and tried to hurt her. Moth Violet is getting out of control, demons that are enemies with my master are coming after me and here I am sitting in class pretending everything was okay, it was a lie, a shame of a sad joke and she knew it as she wondered where Beruto was.
"I have to find that boy," she said aloud in class as people started to chuckle at her only making her more frustrated and resentful of them, what were they laughing at? She ever wanted any of this, she had accidentally stumbled on Moth Yokai's (her master's) dark crystal and gained these strange powers. They were stuck connected tell she could revive him, but what then if it was going to cost her everything including her normal life? And if she pretended everything was okay and ignored her master's voice eventually more demons may come after her as Headhunter had warned them before he kicked Beruto in the nuts and faded away. Screeech! Dahlia got up looking very upset staring down the teacher her emotions a storm of fear, frustration and anger as she spoke, "I need to be excused" she said getting her backpack and leaving ignoring as her teacher asked if she was okay. What did it matter if she was okay her life was out of control and none of them could help her, only maybe Beruto could as she walked off campus. "So you will seek the boy Beruto out" the familiar voice spoke him her mind even making her more upset reminder her of her forced servitude to freeing him. "I have too he is the only one I think I can trust, I hate all of this, I never wanted to be Moth Violet or dragged into this!" She said holding back her tears wondering how the hell she could find him, she had left him her cell phone number, but he had never called, maybe he thought she was a bad person or a freak. "Did you though not want this?" Moth Yokai made a rare appearance appearing as a phantom which he did time to time though it expended alot of effort on the near vanquished demon lord only the school girl Dahlia seeing her. (Demon Lord Moth Yokai) "It was you that touched the dark crystal with my essence to manifest a moth themed dark magika girl like the ones from your human literature! It was your desire for revenge and lust for that boy that triggered you transforming bullying your classmates tell that cat girl stopped you. It was your desire to gather more dark power from that ship memorial where you encountered Beruto. And it was you who decided to fight back for your survival with that boy helping you against the demon Headhunter at your school that won the day. So say you don't want this path, then quit and let my enemies slay you, human's die all the time from tragedies, you touched a dark crystal, others die of accidents and diseases or other random fates." He explained crossing his hands as if trying to make a point. "What are you trying to say? That I should just give up and allow myself to get hunted down by your damn enemies! What did I do to them?" she said starting to cry. "Like a human getting cancer or suffering a random natural disaster. The difference is you have the power to not perish and you are in this whether you like it or not. So will you continue to use my powers and save yourself or get slain? Those are the choices you must free me or it will be like this forever" he added as she ran off from the phantom crying tell she got tired and sat on a bus bench near a tree and some bushes sniffling. "All you care about is yourself you selfish asshole!" she said cursing her demon lord master. (Dahlia Lumin) "I wish Beruto would call me" she said wiping the tears from her face and calming herself down. Whether her master felt genuinely concerned or just grew tired of her human girl whining his faded hand touched her shoulder as the phantom sat down next to her on the seat though anybody watching would only she the girl though nobody bothered her. "Do you remember sensing his ki girl? We will find him working together my young apprentice" He asked. She blinked for a moment thinking, "'yes it was sorta like how I can sense dark ki, but his felt warm and nice" she said with a smile blushing at bit as her phantom master looked at her rather bewildered at her girly feelings towards the human boy. "Then that is your test for the day, sense him out as Moth Violet" He said as she shook her head. "No, I want Beruto to meet the real me, I want him to see this side of me" she said with a serious look wanting the boy to see she was a normal girl and not just some hooligan super powered moth girl. "Then focus and sense him out" he said finally fading from the bench as the girl was alone once again she began to close her eyes trying to sense out him out in a sea of lifeforce energy in West City. "Please, let me find you Beruto" she said her senses sifting through it trying to feel his presence wherever he was. Beruto meanwhile had no idea that he was being sought after. Indeed, the past couple of days had been so busy that he had not had the chance to reminisce much about the with the red eye'd girl and the masked daemon man, other than the lingering discomfort in his lower regions. That day had been born of craziness and hadn't let up for the whole duration. Today though Beruto was more concerned with keeping his new boss happy and getting his new home road worthy. The work on the RV would still probably take a few weeks to complete. After installing new engine mounts, the boy needed to finish reassembling the engine it's self and then finally get it back into the vehicle. Working alone he couldn't see getting it all done in anything less than two weeks considering his usual duties at the garage would be keeping him busy most of the day and by the time work ended, it would be evening. The only opportunities to work on the RV were therefore in the early morning before the shop opened and during his lunch break. Still the work was enjoyable and reminded him of home, laying under the tractor, or a combine or some other piece of farm equipment with his father.
With little time left to get his lunch and get back to work, the shirtless teen jogged down the street, passing a few stores, none of which served food, then a bank, than an upscale high school complete with uniform wearing students and ten finally spotted his quarry. Changing sides of the street, Beruto jogged along towards the park which was opposite the school, passing by some of the benches and their seated occupants, his vision locked onto his target. Indeed, so focused was the shirtless boy's attention that he nearly collided with one of the park benches, occupied by a young lady with strikingly purple hair. In fact the only reason he had noticed the bench at all was because of her hair. Just managing to avoid the collision the boy passed behind her and strait on to his target, a mobile hot dog stand right at one of the entrances to the park. There was unfortunately another patron ahead of him on line so in spite of the boy's rush to get to the food cart, he had to stand and wait for the man ahead of him to get his order before Beruto could make his own. Patience wasn't exactly one of the red haired teen's strong suits however so all the while he was tapping his food and generally being antsy while the man ahead of him got his order.

West City Bound (Part 2) "Will the darkness free me, consume me or destroy me? The question remains as I meld my masters resurrection"
A smile crossed Dahlia's face as she felt like she was getting a lock on him lifeforce, "wow its like he is moving closer to me...wait he is!" She said opening her eyes just in time to catch Beruto nearly about to run her over on the bench.
"What the?" She said flinching to shield herself as he seemed to pass right by her not even noticing her as she blinked, "h-he didn't even notice me....." she said (Dahlia Lumin)
"Beruto you idiot!" She yelled annoyed he not only had passed her up like he didn't even know her but also nearly ran her over in the process as she got off the bench and chased him down tell she caught up with the red haired youth. "Beruto you totally just ignored me!" She growled tapping her boot on the ground behind him with her hands crossed wondering if he was really so hungry for hot dogs that he had missed her in his ravenous hunger. Regardless even though she put on an act of looking a little annoyed deep down she was really happy to see him again after the whole fight with Headhunter, which was ironic because of how that had first meet at the ship memorial fighting each other. The only question is if he would recognize her as Dahlia even though she looked somewhat different in her normal for her voice was the same and she hoped he could see the normal side of her and not the more troublesome Moth Violet persona that often took over in her dark magika girl form. Beruto had only just reached the hot dog cart and started his somewhat childlike foot tapping when it registered in his head that someone might have just called his name. He wasn't sure who could have though, he was fairly certain that only a hand full of people in the city actually knew him. But then the voice pipped up again and right behind him no less, accusing him of ignoring the owner of the decidedly feminine voice. Turning around, the boy set his gaze upon a girl in a school uniform, likely from the place he'd just passed and then recognized the purple hair that he'd just managed to voice colliding with on his approach to the park. it too a few more moments of the shirtless teen just staring at the girl before some things started to click into place. She obviously knew him, and the purple hair was like that of the nutty cosplay girl he'd met the other day. But her eyes weren't right, they were purple instead of red. The attitude and the voice were the same though, so it looked like perhaps she might have been wearing colored contact lenses during their encounter.
"Heeeeeey?" he said, not entirely sure if this was indeed the same girl, it was difficult to tell without the winged costume and the light show following her around. But then again, how many purple haired girls of his age were in the city. "You're uh... Moth girl right?" he added, lifting an arms to scratch the back of his head. All of a sudden the shirtless teen was reminded of what a mess he probably looked, grease smudges all over his chest and arms, and one or two on his face. Not that he went out of his way to look good in front of girls, guys really were more his speed, but at the same time, being covered in grime in front of company that knew him seemed a little improper.

West City Bound (Part 3) "Will the darkness free me, consume me or destroy me? The question remains as I meld my masters resurrection"
Dahlia ran up to him as fast as she could calling his name seeing him in line at a hotdog shop as she skidded to a halt nearly tripping and falling over panting a little in her sailor styled school uniform. Beruto finally realized eventually who she was calling her Moth Girl making her eye twitch a little annoyed, they had fought a killer ax wielding demon warrior at her high school and he couldn't even remember her name as Moth Violet as she rushed up to him trying to hush him. "Sssshhh, lets keep the moth girl part under wraps!" She said nearly covering his mouth before blinking and moving back. She was still living a double life though she was convinced pretty soon one way or another it would be coming to an end which stressed her out greatly. She hoped Beruto may have some answers besides just being happy to see somebody would could at least somewhat relate to having uncommon powers, "yes I am her, but I usually look like this. My real name is Dahlia Lumin, I have been hoping to finally meet you again," she said with an excited look as she started to notice he was dirty and covered in grease. "What have you been doing? You look like your covered in grease or something," she said curious, maybe he had a job or some sort of hobby he was working on she thought waiting for his answer. All she knew is even though she had not successfully sensed him out like she was planning luck must have been on her side to run into him like this. At least now they would finally have a chance to catch up. Word Count: 327Total Word Count: 1,789Writers Comments:Writers Notes: Moth Violet; Moth Yokai.

With his arm still up behind his head, giving the purple haired girl an unintentional show of his musculature, Beruto let out a sheepish laugh when she suggested that they should probably keep her alter ego under wraps. He could see why that was the case, after all, who would assume that this unassuming school girl had strange purple powers and a horde of daemons hunting her. Granted, Beruto had only met one of the supposed horde, and it wasn't until after the guy had introduced himself rather rudely to the teen's nads and left him half unconscious, that he made the threat about there being more after her. Confirming that his hunch was right though, the purple haired girl admitted to being the moth cosplay girl and then told him her real name, which to this point he'd been on the dark about, her listing in his phone literally reading 'Crazy Moth girl.'
"Ah, well good to finally meet you Dahlia." Beruto replied, bringing his arm down and offering her his hand to shake. "The real you anyway." he added with a grin. She did go on to point out the black grease marks all over his chest and he just grinned again. "Oh this, it's nothing, I get pretty dirty at work. I got myself a job at a mechanic's place a few blocks from here, was actually just running to the park to get my lunch. Did you uh... want to join me or something?" he offered and nodded towards the hot dog vender. He didn't know if she had already had lunch or not, but felt it was only polite to invite her to join him, he did need to eat his lunch after all and they could spend that time talking. He could also use the opportunity to coordinate a time to show her some moves, a promise he'd made the girl just before the unfortunate incident involving the daemon and his groin.

West City Bound (Part 4) "Will the darkness free me, consume me or destroy me? The question remains as I meld my masters resurrection"
Dahlia noticed his physical physique as she tried not to stare too much, it was one of the most memorable things about the boy besides his red hair as she laughed nervously around her. The purple haired girl smiled and shook his hand, "its nice to finally meet you as the real me!" she said with glee though the truth was Moth Violet was apart of her just the hidden shadow side in all people and in her case brought to dominate her personality instigated by her demon powers, but not even Dahlia really understood this fully just thinking Moth Violet was just a unhinged alter ego she was afraid one day could get her in real trouble if she didn't keep her actions in check somehow. Beruto seemed glad to meet the real her though which pleased her greatly thinks were going just as good as she had imagined and she had so much to talk to him about she could hardly contain herself from spilling out her fears, anxiety and happiness to have him around as a friend who understood her, but she didn't want to make a scene so she controlled herself. He explained he had a job as a mechanic which was interesting it seemed he too had some semblance of a normal life too "Oh so you are good with your hands with that kinda stuff I see, yeah I will totally join your for lunch!" she said as she felt her heart pace a little faster as she smiled some more. "Pluuuuuus! You promised you would train with me Remember!?" She added reminding him in a teasing way, she would remain in line with him and get herself a hotdog too so they could eat together, it was usually around that time that Dahlia would be eating at school anyways as she pulled out some cash from her purse, "I will take a hot dog please and a water" she said a bit thirsty too. She didn't want to run their catching up with her worries just yet though she would have to eventually talk to him about them, she wondered if she should tell him the real truth, about her master but she was scared it would freak him out even more, the subject of Master Yokai a Lord demon who had been ordering her around to get dark ki to eventually use the resurrection technique to revive him as too down the rabbit hole right now. So she would focus on talking about her worries about her loved ones getting caught up in her double life like her friends at school who that fiend with an ax had nearly harmed and the demons in general that were after her. She also wanted to know what his plans were, he wanted to train with her which was a good sign, but it would be selfish to drag him into danger if he wanted to just live a normal life as a mechanic here in West City. Beruto couldn't help but grin, catching Violet's gaze scanning his body. While it was true that he didn't really go in for girls, the attention was appreciated and he although he had already lowered his arm to shake her hand, he briefly considered folding both of them up behind his head to tease her some. He nixed the idea though as it would just be way too flirty and he didn't want to send the wrong message. That wasn't to say he couldn't be more subtle in his teasing though, indeed the mischievous portion of Beruto's mind made a mental note to strike as many provocative poses as possible.
They shook hands and Beruto was happy to see how excited she was to be meeting him, though he still didn't entirely understand what the difference was supposed to be when she wasn't wearing a crazy cosplay outfit and red contact lenses. Nodding when she surmised that he was good with his hands, the boy smiled and replied with a succinct "Yep." After that the purple haired girl agreed, rather enthusiastically, to join him for lunch. Then as if she read his mind, brought up the promise he'd made to help train her, to which he grinned again. "Great. I'll see about getting a little extra time off after lunch.. It's better than waiting until I get off right?" Beruto jokes and dug his phone out of his pocket while Dahlia was ordering her lunch. The boss wasn't the the most enthusiastic about losing his young mechanic for the next hour or so, but a promise to stay late assuaged the man's concerns, and so Beruto managed to swing his time off. "Great, I got the time off, we can eat and have an hour or so to mess around." the boy stated to Dahlia, fully aware of the double entendre, trying to hide the smirk that crept across his lips.
Once Dahlia received her lunch, Beruto ordered his, two dogs with ketchup and mustard with a cola, and once he had his, gestured towards the bench the purple haired girl had been seated at when he arrived. Heading back over to the bench the shirtless teen seated himself and waited for her to join him before he started eating. "So... you planning to change into that wing costume before we throw down, or you going to train in that uniform?" he asked and took a bite of his dog.

"My dear child, you have been doing so well and making me very proud. I can feel the dark energy buzzing within, can you? Truly, you must feel it! The darkness is so satisfying, my creation and you must let it consume you." The voice echoed throughout the mind of the Fiend as he stood silently in the darkness of the cave he resides in. The demon does not sleep, he just waits in the darkness until the sun comes down so he could feed off the souls of the innocent, but it seemed that The Voice had other plans for the beast. "Hm, you don't speak, but that is okay. I can sense the dark ki inside of you, waiting to be unleashed. Listen, child. There is much more dark energy within a female figure just south of here and I will lead you to her.." The Voice had plans that involved them going out during the day and the Fiend disliked that very much, so he just shook his head slowly. "You're afraid of the sun, my dear? Don't worry, you have enough dark energy to make this possible. Like I said before, I will guide you there, you just have to trust me."
The Fiend was a bit confused and irritated at The Voice and her decision, but he knew that she was there to guide him to a greater power. The beast just slowly began to tilt his head to the side, allowing his blonde dreadlocks to get in the way of the sadistic looking smile upon its face. Fiend stepped forward and began to walk through the long halls of the cave. Just as he seen the light to the exit, the being stopped dead in his tracks and grunted in anger. "Ah, yes I do apologize." The voice said in the Fiend's mind once more, then the light quickly faded to a more darkened tone, followed by sounds of thunder rumbling throughout the valleys across the mountains near Oolong City.
"HaHaHaHa!!!" Escaped the lips of the Fiend, then the beast continued to walk forward until he stepped outside the large cave. The clouds were darker than the average storm clouds, swirling across the skies, along with thunder and lightning. The Fiend was now comfortable and knew that he could fully trust this voice inside his head, so he followed his instincts until he finally made it to what seemed like a social area for the earthlings and the demon did not like being seen at all. He looked around to see several people around the area, so he thought of an idea, and instantly conjured up fog to fill the entire park...

West City Bound (Part 5) "Will the darkness free me, consume me or destroy me? The question remains as I meld my masters resurrection"
Dahlia got her hotdog on a bun with ketchup and mustard with a bottle of water as she followed Beruto to a bench in the park ready to enjoy a day with the red haired boy, they had been through a lot as she remembered fighting him and then they had teamed up to take the demon monster Headhunter down. So... you planning to change into that wing costume before we throw down, or you going to train in that uniform?" he asked as she say down and crossed her legs leaning back on the bench taking a deep breath where her food on her lap, for all his strength he definitely could be rather sense sometimes. "I don't change into Moth Violet by just putting on a consume, I transform into Moth Violet, haven't you ever seen a Magika Senshi Manga?" She said being a fan and possibly expecting him not to understand fully she reached for her purse and unrolled a magical girl manga labeled "The Sailor Scouts" on it. "See its sorta just like those shows, do you kinda get it now?" She asked as she was about to put the comic down and start to eat. But then something happened as a fog was building all around them and she could sense even in her normal human form that these was something off, like a hint of dark ki in the air as she looked over at Beruto thinking they maybe under another Demon attack like Headhunter. (Dahlia Lumin) "Oh no, this doesn't look good!" She said freaking out at bit, Dahlia was definitely not as brave or ready for a good fight like her alter ego Moth Violet was. "This is no ordinary fog, you should transform into Moth Violet very soon," the familiar voice of her master rang out in her mind stating the rather obvious slightly annoying her though she didn't say anything, all she needed was for Beruto to think she was crazy talking to herself in a strange way......somebody seemed to be coming for them. Sitting on the park bench, enjoying his lunch with some friendly company, the meal was the usual affair one would expect from a city hot dog vender. The dogs themselves were unremarkable, the usual slightly shriveled, somewhat over cooked, hot, salty meat wedged in between the two halves of a starchy, sliced bun trying to pass it's self off as some form of bread product. The condiments were strong though, their marginally overpowered flavor helping to mask the otherwise bland bouquet of the mystery meat and bun combination. Taking a sip of his cola to wash down the last bite he had taken of the first dog, Beruto listed to Dahlia's reply to his question. It had been innocent enough, frankly until now he had thought her Moth costume was exactly that, just a costume. Granted there was some sort of crazy magic possession thing going on that he frankly didn't understand, put a costume on a cosplay girl with a sadistic side to her personality none the less. Now however she was explaining it in detail asking if he knew what she was talking about, and even going so far as to actually pull out and unroll a comic book, which she evidently carried around with her.
"Uhhhh.... No... Can't say that I do. We didn't get a whole lot of channels on the TV back at home." Beruto replied, looking a little confused. "I recognize the cover of your comic though. Those ones were in a section in the back. Not exactly my speed though. I read the action comics." the shirtless teen added and turned his attention towards finish off the first of his two hot dogs. As he was taking another bite though, his bare skin registered a drop of water hitting his shoulder and running down the striations of muscle as it rolled down his back. Then other, and then another. He hadn't noticed it at first, but the whole block had been getting steadily darker as thick, angry storm clouds rolled in overhead. Looking up, he thought that it was weird, usually weather men aren't this wrong, the day was supposed to be sunny and clear, now droplets of water were starting to cascade down the shirtless boy's muscled form. Looking back to Dahlia, she too noticed the suddenly odd weather, as while Beruto's gaze had been turned to the sky, a thick, almost unnatural fog was rolling surprisingly quickly.
"You're right, this is a little weird." Beruto commented following the purple haired girl's statement that this meteorological phenomena, what ever it was, didn't look good. He also couldn't help but notice just how anxious the sudden change in the weather made the girl, and while not exactly the white knight kind of guy, he also didn't want to see her school uniform get wrecked by the rain. So standing up with his lunch in one hand, bottle of cola pinned between his arm and his side, Beruto offered the girl his free hand. "Come on, you're going to get soaked if those clouds really open up. I don't know if you want to go back to school, but I'm sure the boss wouldn't mind you hanging around the office until the weather clears. I could even show you my cool new RV." the red headed teen offered. "Or we could run into the park and hide under the gazebo. Your choice." It really didn't matter to him either way, wearing just track pants and sneakers himself, the rain wasn't going to do much to him other than possibly make him a little cold. Her uniform on the other hand didn't look like the kind of thing you wanted to be stuck in the rain while wearing.

As the thunder cracked loudly within the dark skies, strikes of lightning came jolting across the clouds as well. This was all the work of Sister Abigail and The Fiend was her puppet to do the dirty work she needed in order to be freed from the mind and body of the maniacal beast. With the dark ki being the key to her freedom, it was up to her words to cause the Fiend to absorb as much dark energy as he could. Once the energy was maxed out, Sister Abigail would be able to manifest herself into their realm. As for now, she was still the voice that lead The Fiend to do anything she had asked.
With Beruto and Dahlia still in the streets of West City, the fog moved in even closer, getting thicker and thicker with each passing second. The Fiend stood back and remained unseen for the time being, but his eyes were on the woman who was with Beruto. "Ah, yes! Your senses are true. She is the one holding the dark energy within. I want you to get it for me, my creation. Absorb it and make it your own.." The voice echoed throughout his mind, but the beast knew that she was right, and that energy was what would make him even stronger than before.
Once the fog covered the entire street, The Fiend began to walk forward, making his way down the middle of the street with short steps and the same sadistic smile that always crept over his face. With Beruto and Dahlia being confused, The Voice within Fiend's mind had a terrible idea, but it was one that may work for them in the long run. "My dear child, it is okay to be scared. This is no ordinary storm you are about to experience, I promise you that." The woman attempted to speak through the mind of Dahlia to get her attention. This would be the first step to her plan and if it were to work, The Fiend and Sister Abigail would grow stronger than they could have ever imagined.

West City Bound (Part 5) "Will the darkness free me, consume me or destroy me? The question remains as I meld my masters resurrection"
Dahlia mirrored Beruto scanning the horizon seeing the strange storm clouds as Beruto offered her his hand and she smiled taking it, even under the strange circumstances of another problem literally on the horizon she was happy the ginger haired boy was with her. "Now its raining as well?" She complained remember during breakfast the forcast mentioned nothing of rain or she would of brought her umbrella. "Come on, you're going to get soaked if those clouds really open up. I don't know if you want to go back to school, but I'm sure the boss wouldn't mind you hanging around the office until the weather clears. I could even show you my cool new RV." Beruto offered to take her to his job out of the worsening weather as she nodded in approval, "okay that sounds good this weather is getting crazy lets see where you work" she said finding the advancing dark clouds strange and not like anything she had seen before, it seemed unnatural in some ways and it put her more on edge. She wished it was just a strange storm and not another demon attack so she could have some semblance of a normal time with Beruto and enjoy herself but she knew deep down something was not right. It got worse as the loud crackle of thunder started making the school girl flinch as her heart raced it she could sense the presence of dark ki, or some sort of evil presence. "Something is not right.." She said concerned as her purple eyes flashed crimson and then back to her normal purple, if Beruto remembered he may of noticed in that instance of the color changing that it was the same eyes of Moth Violet. The dark ki inside the girl was surfacing almost as if triggered or riding her own fear and anxiety to the surface. She tried to play it off, hating the face that she as much as she described herself being like the characters in her favorite magical girl manga she could not always control when she transformed into her more unhinged alter ego. As the fog advanced on them the girl heart raced faster as she sensed an evil presence with it, "this is the work of the demon race, you must transform Moth Violet!" Her master Moth Yokai voice rang out in her conscious making her stop in her tracks leaving Beruto behind a few paces. "No, I am tired of causing so much trouble! Why does my life have to be ruined?" She whined as if talking to nobody as that frustration, fear and anger only ignited the dark demon energy in Dahlia as her eyes flashed from purple to crimson back and forth as she almost seemed to be in a trance. Dahlia was fighting to keep herself together as her shadow self emboldened by corrupting effect of the dark ki was starting to win the battle inside her tell finally as the fog surrounded her and Beruto a mysterious female voice spoke out to her, "My dear child, it is okay to be scared. This is no ordinary storm you are about to experience, I promise you that.""Tch....." He eyes glowed full crimson as she caught fire in purple ki energy that exploded outward in its own smoke cloud tell Dahlia had became Moth Violet. (Moth Violet)
(Moth Violet)
"And I am no ordinary girl, I promise you that whoever you are...." She spoke back in her mind at the unknown voice (Sister Abigail). Whoever the enemy was now they faced an angry Moth Violet whose date was ruined. Word Count: 645Total Word Count: 3,369Writers Comments:Writers Notes: Moth Violet; Moth Yokai.

Beruto was starting to get a little alarmed by the speed at which the fog was moving in. Along with the rain that was starting to cascade down his athletic body, such rapidly accumulating fog wasn't exactly normal. Thankfully Dahlia agreed with his suggestion of looking for shelter and even agreed to return with the red haired boy to the auto shop to wait out the storm, at least at first anyway. Once she was standing though the girl seemed to get even more disturbed by the rapidly changing weather than he was and then became distracted, almost as if she were listening to someone who wasn't there. Releasing the bewildered boy's hand, Beruto could only look on as she announced to that invisible someone, that she was tired of having her life messed with.
"Dahlia, what the heck are you talking about?" the shirtless teen asked as she stepped away from them and then a moment later, literally poofed into her Moth costume with an accompanying puff of smoke. "....Ohhh Kaaay... What the heck is going on here?" the boy asked again, the entire situation reading an eleven on his strange-o-meter.
