Mizukiri Nadare (Skipping Stone Avalanche) The user either launches carried rocks or punches the ground to make them, and then launches them. Every throw has its force magnified by the user's spiritual energy flowing through their arms to increase their muscle strength . Type: Physical Ranged Area Action: Standard Action Base Damage: 10, +15 Accuracy Major Effect: Bashing Minor Effect: Projectile Cost: 27 Ki Ranks: 3 Learn: 2 weeks.
Kamefunshaha (Turtle Jet Wave) A modification of the Turtle School's Kamehameha with inspiration from Baby Gamera so blatant it was almost called Gamerakoken or Baby Gamera Fist. With it, the user molds spiritual energy into the palms of their hands and feet and jumps, continuing to push out energy and spin in the process. It ends with the user plummeting into the target. Of course that dizziness and using yourself as a projectile has a price. Type: Energy Melee Barrage Action: Standard Action Base Damage: 4d6+14 Base Damage Major Effect: Draining Minor Effect: Imbued. Out of Battle: This technique may lower travel time/word requirements by 20%. Cost: 22 Ki+5 HP Ranks: 3 Learn: 3 weeks.

First one looks fine.
Second one needs to have Imbued in order to be a melee energy technique.

Cayle Pota increase the cost of the turtle jet wave to 22, since imbued adds +2 cost. Also, I assume +14 damage on it is a typo, 'cause barrage is +4 damage inherently. Also, I don't think we have a precedent for travel cost time reductions on special techniques like this. I'm not opposed to the idea, but I feel like it should be paid for in some way-- like maybe add an extra week onto the learn time? edit: Ahh, I see where I was confused. You were adding the draining damage in there-- that's fine, then. Cost should read 22 Ki + 5 HP in that case!

A week extra travel time seems fair for the travel cost reduction. As far as the cost, I thought I had fixed that before- but it's fixed now.
