Zenkai
Requirements: Saiyan
Effect: The essence of Saiyanhood is surviving. This is clear even by their racial trait. When in a battle, be it life or death or spar, the Saiyans truly shine. For every battle you participate in to the end, you gain an additional +500 EP and +50 PL for Spars and +1000 EP and +100 PL for Life and Death Battles. In addition, during battle, while your health is below 40% of its maximum, increase your Fighting and Energy Control by 5 each.

Momentum
Requirements: Reflexes Skill of 35
Activation: None (Passive) / At-Will
Effect: Whenever one of your attacks fails to hit their target, you gain 1 Momentum Stack. Momentum Stacks may be spent At-Will and allow you to treat the natural Accuracy die roll of a single attack as if it increased by 5 per Momentum Stack spent. For example, if you rolled a 50 and spent 2 Momentum Stacks, the die roll would be treated as if it were instead considered 60; this may be used to make an attack critically hit and/or to avoid a critical miss. Stacks of Momentum cannot be gained while holding back your Accuracy Modifier.

Additionally, you may retain one technique learned by “Prodigious Student” after battle, though it may not be ranked up. A maximum of 3 techniques may be retained through Prodigy Plus. Appearance: Fair skinned despite living on an island, she figures it is from her saiyan blood to withstand uv ray damage. Intense orange hair inherited from her human mother and ocean teal eyes from her experimented on Saiyan father. Ty’s orange hair is often unkempt loosely as a side ponytail with a teal ribbon, she wears black clothes because it is her favorite color, and tends to wear what is comfortable, including sneakers despite getting them wet on the beach making the man made rubber materials discolored. She stands at 5’10” when wearing her sneakers.
Personality: Curious at best, since her father never talks about saiyans she wants to learn more about her roots, and has been isolated at home for her entire childhood. Under her mother’s home tutelage she has learned a basic education in addition to world history and living life on an isolated southern island archipelago by fishing and living off the grid under the teachings of her stoic father who insists on calling her Kuri; an orange pumpkin she never even ate, which is more or less an identity crisis between her parents calling her different names and prefers being called Ty.
History: Every day is exactly the same, the only thing she finds indulging is listening to music, which is just about the only thing she can do while the rest of her life is on a schedule her mother has strictly set. While it is a great relief to learn how to live off the grid from her saiyan father, the lack of communication makes the whole experience rather dull, but taking a break from doing academics is still something she desires with no future goals to attending university. As soon as the opportunity presents itself she is taking off, while she does not see it as running away, Ty feels she needs to learn things on her own and make something of her life worth living.
RP Sample:
Ty found herself hanging halfway out of a white painted window syl of her bedroom, bored as she stared at the ocean with her teal eyes that reflected the same hue, and was listening to music through a set of large headphones but the sound was drowned out by the crashing waves and the glass hand blown wind chime attached to the frame that she made as a kid. At this time she was supposed to be studying so she can take her final exam from being home schooled and potentially attend University in South City. Not having a dream for the whole world beyond living a life as a civilian made her existence seem painful. It was mostly due to lack of experience, while her tiny island home was paradise for her aging parents, it personally felt like a prison. Granted she had been under age up until now and is under the protection of her parents she found it difficult to meet their expectations. Not having friends to know their aspirations of the future was part of the problem and had little influence towards a mysterious future. If not friends, then meeting other people would help her find the courage to make a major decision, and she stared at the speed boat docked an entire island over that belonged to a recluse neighbor.
It was either now or never if she really wanted to know what it was like besides living on an isolated island before enrolling into university she had to find out for herself. Ty tumbled forward and hit the sand with a thud and stood up with a look of determination turning around to write a small note on her open notebook:
Taking her black backpack from on top of her desk, it was already filled with fishing gear and survival supplies for next week's fishing trip, her saiyan father flew them over to his favorite fishing stop once a month. As a child she enjoyed taking flight and she always wanted to be able to do it herself one day. But she was never taught on how to do that exactly but was kept busy up to this point to even think about it or bother to ask about learning it. Based on her parents assumptions she did not need to learn of such trivial things as flying but she had to discover it for herself to determine if they were right about it.
Looking back she was certain that both of her parents were on the other side of the simple wooden house cooking barbecue and she sighed disappointedly for missing out on her favorite food. Taking a giant surfboard twice her size she took off with it while holding a paddle to steer towards the island across the way. Her sneakers were getting wet and soaking through her black leggings and realized she should have changed but it was too late. Ty’s orange hair whipped at her youthful face as she remained focused to reach her destination. Once there she ditched the board to the shore and rushed over to the speed boat tied to a stake, unraveling the rope quickly, and boarded it with keys on the console which allowed her to start the engine and go full throttle. If she did not secure enough distance her father would be able to fly over to find her so made a break for it.
A typhoon hit shortly after leaving, giving her the cover she needed, and it seemed her family missed the weather memo hoping they were okay. There was no turning back or else the chance would not come a second time. There was enough gas on the speedboat to get her to the South Lands, a dense ancient forest with old trees, being different from tropical trees she was used to made her awe at the splendor and in that moment she crash landed on to the cliffside.

Dear loving parents,
Having trouble focusing on studying for the exam. Going to travel for a bit before I make the decision to attend university. I promise to send email so check it daily. Wish me luck!
