"Hmm, it seems that I have, at the very least now after he is able to get he should be a lot more faster then he was before," Will mused. With that Will turned to Lena and nodded in approval of her being able to sense her own Ki. "The first step is usually the easiest, however sensing the Ki of others won't be quite as simple. That's how training normally is, but it gets easier each time you try. But you have to do it everyday, that's the hard part." Will explained. He then watched to see apparently Grisha fell asleep after all that. Hopefully he didn't accidentally paralyze him or anything. Did he hit some pressure points by accident he thought. Though no use letting him lay on top of that battered table for any longer. Using another Capsule with a click a comfy mat appears on the ground. As Will manages to carry the massive Grisha over his head and lays him down on top of the mat. "The only thing we can do now is let him sleep and wait for him to wake up, perhaps he'll learn something through whatever it is he'll be dreaming about, or maybe he won't. At the very least Lena managed to find her Inner Ki so she could perhaps help Grisha along with finding his. You are free to trying to sense the Ki of everything around you while you wait Lena or you can wait for your friend to catch up." Will said. "Are you sure about that master? It'd be best if she could continue her training as soon as possible now that she has completed her first step." Barkley interjected. "Not every decision has to be wise, emotions are another driving force of what makes us people. She can go with whatever decision make her the most comfortable." Will said. Will then walked back to the spot he was sitting at earlier cross-legged and continued drinking from his cup of tea. Barkley paced back and forth. Word Count: 340 Total Word Count: 3,742 Tag: Grisha

Lena jumped when Will threw down another capsule. The advanced, fancy tech still startled her. Her mouth fell open and eyes grew when she watched the tiny cat pick up the giant Saiyan. “Oh wow! You’re so strong. Your little body is so deceiving!” Lena praised. She then pointed at herself as she wondered aloud, “Could I get strong like that?” When Will asked her if she was going to wait for Grisha, she sprang to her feet, puffed out her chest, and rested her hands upon her hips. “Are you kidding? Grisha has always babied me, and I just won our bet. I learned a technique before he did. If he wants to sleep instead of train, then I’ll just have to surpass him! Ha, ha, ha, ha!” Barkley’s ears folded back against his head briefly before he nodded to himself. “All right; sense my ki.” The canine instructor made sure to suppress his ki. He knew how overwhelming a high power level could be for a new martial artist starting out. He ensured that if she was to detect it, then she would only detect a small amount. “Okay. Here I go!” Lena grasped the sides of her head and narrowed her eyes as though she were staring into Barkley’s brain. The Shiba inu’s right ear twitched as a sweat bead descended his head. What is she doing? Why is she making such an odd face? he mused. Lena eventually closed her eyes as her brows knitted together in her concentration. “I think…I think I feel it. It’s…It’s pretty small.” The corners of Barkley’s maw curled in a smile. His gi fluttered a little as he increased his ki. “Oh! It just grew some. You can control it?” Lena asked in amazement. “Can I control mine?” Barkley grinned. “Wow. You learn pretty fast. Eventually, with some training you should be able to. Master, I think we have a prodigy over here.” Unlike a certain big oaf… WC: 328 Tag: Will O. Wisp

Will chuckled as Lena complimented his strength. "Well appearances can usually be quite deceiving, though I admit it does tend to throw off my opponents so I am not too bothered by it. So best to try to keep how strong I truly am on the down low eh, nya ha ha ha." Will said. Will nodded at her question if she could get as strong as he is. "Releasing one's Ki help's to release a part of one's true potential. The limitations of what the human body is capable of is all in the mind. That even includes gravity," Will explained. He then starts levitating off the ground and floating a few feet above the hair to about as tall as Lena is. He was surprised to see her being ready to continue on with Ki Training and going on to sense Ki without Grisha. Though it looks like her eagerness was not misplaced. As while she seemed to be trying too hard in her own unique way to sense his Ki. She eventually managed to do so, and on her first day too, such a rare sight to see. It seemed he got a lot more on his hands than he expected, a prodigy and someone with great strength and potential, but nothing he can't handle. He then nodded in agreement to Barkley's statement. "All Ki users learn to control their Ki, to suppress to hide their presence from those who can sense Ki and even fool technology that can sense beings as well like those new fangled Scouters. And of course you can also increase your power and refill your energy reserves for a bit by expanding your aura, though of course doing so is limited so I would recommend not using techniques that use up so much of your Ki." Will elaborated. He then looked over to the still snoozing Grisha. ""However she is not the only one with potential here Barkley, Will added. "Him, but master he-" but before Barkley could finish he was cut off by Will. "Is incredibly strong and durable without the assistance of Ki, with the right teachings and disicipline he would be a formidable Martial Artists and defender. In fact there is something about him that reminds him of someone I met long ago. An individual who gave me thrashing during a spar last year." Will said. Will then flashbacks to the monkey like tail he noticed Grisha having during the massage session. Which reminded him of Cayle Pota, who was the most formidable fighter he ever met. Even those he faced in the past where he was stronger then he was currently paled in comparison to Pota's fighting skills. But he has been hard at work improving himself and closer to reaching his past strength. He hoped that if he ever were to spar with Pota again then it won't be as one sided as it was last time. "Even so he is too wild and unpredictable, more beast then man if you ask me and this is coming from me. Seems too much trouble to deal with," Barkley said. "Ah but even the fiercest beasts can be tamed. And it would be not as fun if training him would be so simple. As a teacher I can't back down no matter how "problematic" you say this student is." Will said. A glint shined in his eyes as he got an epiphany with the comparisons to Grisha as a beast. "Lena, does Grisha happen to like music at all? perhaps some calming tunes or whatever he enjoys may better help him focus since tea and massages didn't work," Will asked. Lena’s eyes were gleaming. The idea that she could get as strong as Will excited her. She could probably even be as strong as Grisha and still be her cute and petite self. She internally covered her mouth and laughed arrogantly to herself. Immediately, her attention returned to Will, and the next words that came out of his mouth earned him a blank stare. “So…I could fly?” she asked. The cat went on to mention things she didn’t quite understand. Hiding and suppressing ki, scouters, power, energy reserves, blah, blah, blah. Now she knew how Grisha felt like when he didn’t understand. Will and Barkley started to talk about Grisha and she glanced down at him. He looked so peaceful, sleeping like a child. She crouched next to his head and rested her hand within his short, messy hair. When was the last time he washed it? She wondered, feeling a bit of oil. Her head snapped over to Barkley when he compared Grisha to a beast. “You’re wrong! Grisha wouldn’t hurt a fly! He is misunderstood because he’s big and mean-looking. He cares about everyone in the village and trains hard to protect us. Sure, he can be a big child sometimes…but he learns every day!” Lena defended. At Will’s question, Lena glanced down at him as she reflected on their life back at the village. “I don’t think Grisha is really into music. When Grisha trains, he leaves into the mountains by himself. He will be out there alone for several weeks. I think he’s just easily distracted, and it’s my fault. I intercepted Barkley’s letter, and when I read it, I feared Grisha wouldn’t have come here on his own. He has helped out the island in the past, but he doesn’t like the heat here. I feel kind of bad because I lied to get him here. I told Grisha that Barkley had sent me the letter, and the only reason he came here was to make sure I got here safely and that I’d get back home safe. And besides…” She narrowed her eyes at Barkley. “Grisha can’t read.” Barkley huffed a breath through his nostrils. “Why am I not surprised?” Lena stood. “Any who, I think he would do best training one on one or with as little distractions as possible.” Barkley stroked his maw. “I see. Well, that explains some things. He’s not really here to train. He’s here just because you’re here.” Lena frowned sadly and bowed. “I’m sorry.” Grisha’s tail whipped to the side, and his dark-grey eyes cracked open. He exhaled a deep breath through his nostrils and slowly rolled onto his back with a large yawn. “Enjoy your nap, Sleepy Head?” Lena teased. Grisha smiled happily and crossed his arms behind his head. “Grisha feel good!” “It was a great massage, huh?” “Mhm!” He nodded. Lena then smirked and straightened. She rested her hands upon her hips and gloated, “Well, while you were sleeping and being a lazy bones. I won our bet and learned a new technique before you did. Ha, ha, ha!” Grisha’s brows shot upward. “HM!?” He then rocked upward into a seated position and glanced between Lena, Barkley, and Will as though seeking confirmation. Barkley crossed his arms and nodded. “She did. She’s very gifted.” Lena continued to proudly laugh, “Yes; now you must catch up to me.” Grisha’s brows crashed together and he grasped his knees as he leaned forward and growled, “No need stupid skill! Grisha strong!” “Fool’s last words,” Barkley muttered with narrowed eyes. “You could use this skill Grisha. It is very handy and fun. I feel like I can almost read minds using it!” she explained. ( Barkley: Those techniques aren’t even related…) “You just need to stop worrying about me so you can focus. Speaking of…I remembered something.” Lena looked over at Will. “We have a bathhouse on the outskirts of our village in the mountains owned and maintained by monks. Grisha loves soaking in the hot springs there. His hair is dirty, so he could use a bath any way.” Grisha’s face turned completely red in embarrassment. “NO…” he trailed off weakly. “Oh yeah? When was the last time you bathed?” She then shared for the two Beastmen. “Where we’re from a drop of water turns to ice before it lands. We often visit the bath house to bathe since it runs off donations. We haven’t been there in a while.” “Lena stink too!” Lena blushed and turned her cheek dismissively. “Hmph! Unlike you, I actually prepare hot water every night to bathe with. So does Dad. You’re the stinky one Grisha!” Lightning shot from their eyes and clashed as the two glared at each other. It was like watching two siblings argue and throwing their business out like weapons against each other. Barkley held up his paws and sighed, “All right; all right; you both stink and could use a bath. I think that’ll be just what we need to give Grisha some privacy and as little distractions as possible to train him. He won’t have Lena there to tease him.” Lena stuck her tongue out at Barkley. “What do you think Master?” WC: 865 Tag: Will O. Wisp

"Why yes once you have learned to control your Ki enough you too can fly," Will said. He then began demonstrating the ability by flying in the air for a bit doing aileron rolls and barrel rolls before gently floating back down. "Just make sure to use an aura around you to protect your face while flying through the air, help ignore the force of the wind pushing against you and also prevents bugs from getting in your teeth nya ha ha ha," Will said. Will listened to Lena's explanation of the true reason Grisha is here, and gives a quick disapproving squint to Barkley for that comment about Grisha's intelligence before turning back to Lena. "You just had your best intentions in mind, though nothing wrong with trying to be truthful next time, I wouldn't want to force anyone to be here if they don't want to. Don't think of yourself as a burden and the reason why Grisha has trouble improving not all students can be trained the same way. We just need to find a way to make things more comfortable for him so he'll feel more like he does when he trains back home. And more importantly, we need to add teaching him how to read and write to his regime. It's important to hone the mind as much as it is to hone the body." Will said. Will then sat back as the two began to complain about how the other smelled bad. Well, he didn't want to say anything about it, he can tell that they are due for their daily bathtime. Though this talk about baths and Lena's talk about Grisha not liking the heat here gives him an idea. He stands up as whispers his plan to Barkley. Who seems to smile mischievously at the thought of this. Some other Turtle School students were then called over as Barkley began talking to them. "Alright then Lena these two will lead you to the bathhouse, however, Grisha we'll have a special bath prepared for you that will make you feel more at home, please follow me," Will said. As Barkley went on ahead with another group Will leads Grisha over away from the training settlement to another part of the island. Leading him through the forest and to a beautiful grotto built into the hillside. The grotto seemed to be natural as s Barkley and a couple of other students have been filling the pool of water within this small cavern with ice cooling the water. Along with bringing some towels, soap, and other amenities. "I figured since you don't like the heat of this island so much it would be redundant to put you in a warm bath so I figured a cold bath would be able to help. I heard there's a lot of health benefits to bathing in the water this cold. Increases circulation, reduces muscle soreness and even helps give your skin and hair a healthy glow. I wouldn't recommend drinking from it though who knows who and what else has been bathing or swimming in there," Will said. "Come on now Grisha you don't want Lena to think you were too scared of getting a bath now do you?" Barkley teased. Will then gave Barkely a flick on the nose, which Barkley begins to rub the soreness away. As Barkley then does an apologetic bow. Word Count: 567

Grisha and Lena looked to Will when he called for their attention. She glanced at each of the students and then glanced at Grisha when Will told her to go with the two students. It was strange being separated from Grisha. It wasn’t anything unusual, but going one way and he going the other. She figured it was because of the bath, which made sense. Grisha was also giving her a worried look like a puppy with separation anxiety. “I’ll see you after Grisha,” she reassured him as she turned to leave with the students. Grisha frowned some before he turned to follow the cat master and Barkley. He watched even Barkley leave, and soon it was only him and the cat. They seemed to leave the dojo, which made Grisha’s tail sway back and forth with a little agitation. Where were they going? If he had been with anyone else, he would have suspected a trap. He still felt a little nervous. The grotto was interesting. He saw the pool that some students were filling and the bath items: soap, towel, etc. When Will revealed the bath was cold, Grisha smiled. His brows then shot upward when the cat master warned against drinking the water. He nodded. At Barkley’s tease, Grisha smirked and started removing his clothing. He dropped his furs, leathers, and pulled his cotton clothing off. Once he was bare, he dropped to his hands and feet like a cat and exclaimed, “CANNON BALL!” Before he sprang into the air with his legs tucking against his chest. The giant plunged into the pool. The water swallowed him before it surged upward and expanded, dousing anyone who would have been around it. One person being Barkley. He was stunned. He hadn’t expected anyone in their right mind to go jumping into a bath like a pool. The Shiba inu was soaked. His uniform clung to his body and he slowly glanced down at the water that had become so low. Grisha was practically sitting on the bottom with only a few inches left. He blushed and sheepishly grinned up at Barkley and Will. “Sorry,” he apologized. Barkley’s right eye was twitching. He and the students had worked hard to quickly fill that bath before they arrived. Not wanting to get his nose flicked again, he had to hold back a fit of furious barking. He silently glanced over to Will not even trying to hide his angered expression. He hoped his master finally understood what he meant by Grisha being stupid. He knew that Will had only known the behemoth for a short period, surely, this incident would have him sympathize with his most faithful student over this Neanderthal! WC: 451 Tag: Will O. Wisp

Will then turned around to give Grisha some privacy while he was undressing. And gestured Barkley and the other students to do the same. That is until he heard Grisha yell cannonball. He knew exactly what that entailed. With a blink, he was gone as the students managed to get out of the way in time. Leaving only Barkley to be the one doused by the splash zone. As Barkley is trying to find Will he looks where the feline sage was to see he was not there, until he looks up and sees Will on the ceiling of the cave. His hands and feet paws with their claws embedded into the rocky ceiling of the cave with his back arched and his fur standing on end. Noticing that the big splash was over and that Barkley seemed to be very cross with Grisha still. He came back then gently floating down to a part of the cave not drenched in water. Before turning his attention to Barkley keeping this conversation quiet so Grisha won't hear. "I know that look Barkley, you want me to give up on teaching Grisha because you believe he is unfit to be a student. Grisha is not perfect but that's okay no one is perfect. Not even me, I have done my fair of mistakes in the past, even one quite recently." Will said. "But, but Mast-" Barkley interjected. "He said he was sorry didn't he, besides the water was still cooled down for him thanks to the ice and though most of the water is out it's not like there won't be enough for him," Will said. He pointed at various holes within the bottom of the grotto pool. The holes are bringing spring water from underground to the surface to fill the grotto. And to Grisha, it might feel like the jets of a jacuzzi. As the grotto slowly began to refill itself. "You saw something like this coming didn't you which is why you picked this spot in particular for him to bathe in," Barkley said defeated. Will put a paw up to his face before giving his signature laugh. "Nya ha ha, well Grisha has earned a bit of fun for his break from training. Alright, Grisha we will leave you to finish the rest of your bath. You can just relax and try to focus and find your inner Ki if you wish. After you're done and dry off we can start by teaching you how to read and write next." Will said. With that Will, the students, and the soggy dog Barkley walked out of the cave leaving Grisha by himself. Will hoped that this would give Grisha all the time he needed to be able to get the hang out of feeling his own Ki. Though he won't rush him if he doesn't manage still. Everyone has their own pace and learning curve. It is a matter of patience and as someone who already lived for over a hundred years, he has all of the patience and time in the world he can be able to give to someone like Grisha. Word Count: 524

Grisha was pleased to know that he wasn’t in trouble. He had seen Barkley’s face and even still, could tell he was furious with him. The cat master and his students decided to leave him in peace, but his last comment had disturbed it. As the water in the grotto started to return, Grisha remained sitting on the bottom scowling. He didn’t want to learn to read and write. That was so boring! Clenching his eyes closed, his face contorted into something of anger and irritation. He found himself pondering over questions he already knew the answers to. Why had he come here? Because Lena had tricked him. If he had known this was going to be some trap to teach him phonics, then…Several frustrated bubbles left Grisha’s mouth. He knew that he would have never let Lena come to Training Island alone. Grisha pushed off the bottom and floated to the surface. When his head emerged above the water, he glanced around to see that he was alone. The cat had told him to try and find his inner ki. Lena had supposedly found hers. The Saiyan’s eyes watered some as he thought that maybe he was stupid. He couldn’t remember anything before meeting Lena and Tobias. Even when alone, he couldn’t feel anything but his emotions. He remembered how Barkley had become frustrated with him. The Saiyan frowned. He was wasting everyone’s time. He bathed, his tail helping him reach his broad back. Despite how he currently felt, he did enjoy the bath for it was a different experience. He had never swum in a grotto. When he was finished, the Saiyan dried off and got dressed. He used his nose to find his way back to the school since he didn’t quite remember the path (he hadn’t been paying attention). Lena had been waiting eagerly with Barkley and Master Will. She was hoping that after everything they had tried that this would have finally been the solution. Her hands were interlaced and resting against her lap as she watched Grisha approach them. Her hopeful eyes met his dark-grey ones and without words needing to be exchanged, she saw the look of defeat in them. When his eyes fled from hers as he scowled down at the ground, she knew that he hadn’t learned what Master Will had hoped he would. Barkely’s arms were crossed and he tapped a finger against his forearm. His eyes narrowed as he muttered, “Why am I not surprised?” Lena shot him a venomous glare before she raced over and threw her arms about Grisha’s waist. She buried her face in his stomach and attempted to cheer him up, “It’s okay Grisha. You have protected the village before coming here, and I know you’ll continue to do so. This is my fault. I should have never tricked you into coming here.” She felt so bad for rubbing her ability to learn the skill he struggled with in his face. She didn’t expect him to struggle with training since he had always trained in the mountains. She thought this was something that he would have enjoyed. Training was what he loved to do, and seeing him disappointed with himself broke her heart. Grisha raised his hand and rested it atop of Lena’s head. She looked up at him with tears in her eyes, and he only smiled down at her. Wiping away her tears, Lena turned to Barkley and Master Will and bowed. “I enjoyed my time here, and I am sorry for lying to you both and Grisha. I’m sorry if we have wasted your time, Master,” Lena apologized. Barkley’s ears flattened against his head and he inhaled a deep breath before exhaling it on a sigh. Grisha had annoyed him today. He didn’t like seeing his master bend over backwards only for his efforts to be fruitless. It hurt his pride, but as an instructor himself, he didn’t want to give up on Grisha. He was strong, hard-headed, and there was some hidden potential inside him. He didn’t want to leave him wallowing in his hopelessness. “Keep training Grisha. You’ll understand my master’s lessons soon. Every student is different. Some get the lessons right away, while others spend years. Don’t try to compare yourself to others. Look at your own weaknesses and try to overcome them. Then you’ll find true strength,” Barkley explained holding up a paw-fist. “I better see you again. Don’t run away from this.” The Saiyan said nothing. He listened to what Barkley had said, but in that moment, he was still chewing his words. There was a lot on his mind. WC: 773 Tag: Will O. Wisp

Will was saddened to hear that Grisha wasn't able to figure out Ki Sense yet. Though not everyone can do it in a day like Lena. And when Barkley said that snide remark he gave him a disapproving glare as well. Seeing the two like this saddened Will. He knows that Grisha probably tried the best he could do but he was unable to find that spark. When Lena bowed and apologized he gestured with his free paw that she didn't need to do that. "None of my time was wasted, everyone has their own pace when it comes to climbing a mountain and you just wanted to help Grisha be the best version of himself. Heck, do you really think I was able to get it done in one day like Lena here? It took me a month actually until I could figure out how to sense my own Ki, and a few weeks just to sense other people's Ki nya ha ha ha. The point is Grisha, don't let any doubts linger in your mind. It doesn't matter how old you are, where you came from, or what your talents are. To become a better person we all must confront the tasks we find difficult and keep confronting them until we can conquer them and move on to the next," Will advised. Will was surprised to see that Barkley had something nice to say to Grisha after all. Perhaps he felt guilty about all of the times he made fun of him and has finally come around. Though since Grisha was only here because he was tricked. It seems that Will had to tell him something. "Grisha, I've been trying to help you by making things more comfortable for you in your stay here. That's why I opted for the ice bath so you would feel more at home. If you truly feel more comfortable training back home in your village then I won't stop you. Though speaking of which, while it's a long way from home from your island near the South Pole I know of a place you prefer the tropical climate around these parts. In the Northern Lands my mother runs a very nice Inn called the Bobtail Bell Inn that is quite a popular spot during the holiday season around winter. If you and your family ever want to find a home away from home during the Holidays or want to try some quality cuisine. I am sure you," Will said. And instead of a paw-fist like Barkley, he hands out his paw for a paw to handshake to Grisha. Even if Grisha's hand dwarfs Will's entire arm. Word Count: 444 Total Word Count: 5,894 Tag: Grisha

Grisha listened to Master Will reminisce and share his past experiences. His graphite eyes were sullenly on the ground as the cat spoke. There was one thing that cat said that he focused on, and it was how he said that he needed to confront the tasks he found difficult to become stronger. His eyes lifted a little when Will addressed him once more. Lena happily hopped and clapped her hands together in excitement when Will spoke about his mother’s Inn in the Northern Lands. “Ooh! That sounds like fun. We should plan a trip there, Grisha!” Lena exclaimed as she whirled to face him. Grisha cast his eyes away from her as though not wanting her to see how gloomy he was. She looked back at Will and saw him offering his cute, little paw. It was so adorable that she couldn’t help but squeal and clap her hands against Grisha’s chest. “Grisha look! He wants you to shake his cute paw!” Grisha’s eyes lowered from the sky to the cat master. He slowly approached his outstretched hand. It was so small that he was actually frightened to touch it. The giant turned his right hand, palm-up and stared at his own hand as though it were a dangerous weapon. Gingerly, he reached out and slowly clenched the cat’s paw, underestimating how powerful Will really was. The master’s paw completely disappeared within Grisha’s hand. The Saiyan was feeling nervous about giving it a shake. What if he ripped his arm off? After a moment, the soft, fuzzy appendage and the meaning behind the gesture warmed his heart some. The gloomy storm that tried to settle over his head moved on and Grisha couldn’t resist the happy smile that stretched on his face. Grisha’s smile even got Barkley’s tail wagging with joy. He was glad that the giant wasn’t going to stay dispirited. “That a boy, Grisha!” Barkley praised. “You’ll get stronger in no time.” WC: 325 Total: 8,283 Tag: Will O. Wisp

Will was glad to see that Grisha was able to get over his own worry about his own strength. Through this hesitation managed to give Will more of an idea of who Grisha is and Will can clearly see that is a kind soul who doesn't know their own strength and was worried about taking the risk of not wanting to harm him. He gave a bright smile back as he gave a firm shake back. At the very least he didn't end this on a down note. And gave the gentle giant some hope that he can be able to learn what others have learned. "I hope to see you again soon, if you are ever in needing of a sparring partner just give me a call and I'll help you, perhaps a bit of friendly competition might be more your speed," Will said. He was also glad to see Barkley become happier to see Grisha smile, deep down it's nice to know he still likes the boy no matter what he says, but still Will needs to have a long hard talk to him about ableism soon after Grisha and Lena leave. Though it seemed it was time for them to depart. "Also if you ever do want to come, of your own volition that is fine too, though you are free to find your own school or teacher that might help you better than I. Just remember to cherish every experience like this, you never know when something from the past might help you in the present. Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift. That's why they call it the present, nya ha ha ha. And don't forget to move well! Learn well! Play well, eat well, and rest well!" Will said.
He then leaves them off with a peace sign, before he waved them off as they headed back to their island. As Barkley and some of the other students began to wave them goodbye too. Once Grisha and Lena were out of earshot, Barkley leaned down to whisper to Will.
"Hey I know I was hard on Grisha but did you really have to flick my nose like that?" Barkley asked.
Will floated up and put a paw on Barkley's shoulder.
"Well Barkley first we're going to have a long talk about why you shouldn't be hard to the mentally impaired. And why I won't allow any of that nonsense in the Turtle School as long as I am around." Will said. Word Count: 422
