Lena had been keeping the letter she received from Barkley Wan a secret from Grisha. The letter had requested he visit him to meet his master, and Lena knew how Grisha started to despise going to Training Island. He didn’t like the heat, and he didn’t find the tasks and errands to be benefitting to his training. It seemed that Barkley suspected this, and so asked Lena to accompany him. Smart dog. He knew that if she was going to travel to Training Island, then Grisha wouldn’t let her travel alone. The blonde girl approached Grisha’s room and gave the pine door a gentle rap with her knuckles. “Grisha?” she called, knowing he was probably still asleep. She didn’t hear a response and so slowly slid open the door to peek inside. The slumbering giant was hard to miss. He was larger than his bed, and they couldn’t have made it larger or the bed wouldn’t fit in the room. Grisha’s head was sunk within some feather and fur-stitched pillows. Blankets of elk and bear fur covered only his torso and thighs, while his legs rested over the side of the wooden bed. She always wondered if sleeping like that was comfortable for him, but seeing how Grisha was always as immovable as a boulder, she figured that he found it to be. The teenager crept over to his bed. She didn’t want to startle him awake. Once she was next to him, her blue eyes widened in surprise. Grisha being large was common knowledge among everyone in the village, but standing next to him, and seeing how his frame near hid the bed helped her see it clearly. She rested a hand upon his shoulder and paused. His deltoid was larger than her hand. She didn’t think she could shake such a giant so she patted his shoulder. “Grisha?” Lena noticed a change in his breathing pattern. His chest ceased deeply rising and falling, and his grey eyes cracked open into slits. She watched as they rolled over to settle upon her and she smiled cheerfully. “Good morning!” she greeted, kindly keeping her voice at a whisper. “I have to go to Training Island-” Grisha uttered a disgusted moan before she even had a chance to finish. The Saiyan then rolled away from her, his shoulder rising as he presented his brick wall of a back. Lena scowled and rested her hands upon her hips. She waited for what she had said to sink into his thick skull. It had only taken a few seconds before Grisha suddenly rolled back over to face her in a start. “Wait. What?” Grisha asked, giving her a disbelieving stare. Lena sighed and started again, “Barkley sent me a letter. He wants me to come to Training Island to help him with some things, so I’ll be gone all day.” “Tobias go?” he asked. “No; it’ll just be me. You know Dad doesn’t care for martial arts.” Grisha sat up in bed with a sigh and rubbed at his eyes. There was an annoyed look on his face. Lena could tell instantly that he was internally battling on whether to go with her or not. “I’ll be back in time to make dinner, so if you and Dad want to go hunting together and catch something nice, then I can make it later.” Grisha had a disturbed look on his face. He alone with Tobias? He would rather return to the mountains and train. He hated this. Grisha scratched his head as he expelled a large yawn. “Why Lena? Not Grisha?” he asked. Lena smiled and twirled playfully. “I don’t know. Maybe he wants me to cook or…” She started punching at the air. “Teach me some cool techniques!” Grisha snickered hard before erupting into laughter. He rested a hand against his stomach as he folded over in a giggle fit. Lena’s face flushed red in anger as she rested her hands upon her hips. Silently, she glared at him until he felt her eyes like lasers burning the side of his face. The Saiyan glanced out of the corner of his eyes at her and immediately ceased laughing when he saw how pissed she looked. “What’s so funny Grisha? You don’t think I can do it?” she challenged. Grisha blushed in embarrassment and turned upon his bed to face her. He held up his hands as though dealing with a ferocious creature. “No; no; uh…” “Then why was what I said funny?” she continued to challenge. She secretly enjoyed seeing him agitated. “Lena no need fight. Grisha protect Lena always,” he explained. “And what if you’re gone one day? Or multiple days like when you go train in the mountains? What if something happens and you’re not around? Won’t I need to protect myself?” “Uh…aye…but…” “Bye Grisha. Don’t fight with my Dad too much while I’m gone.” As Lena turned to leave his room, Grisha abruptly dropped to his knees with a loud crash and begged, “No Lena please! Grisha sorry. Grisha go too!” Ice solidified on Lena’s shoulder as she kept her back insensitively toward him. “I don’t need your protection Grisha. I’m a grown woman capable of learning martial arts whether you think that’s funny or not!” Grisha slammed his forehead down upon the floor as he pleaded, “No, no! No think! Not funny. No protect. Grisha go so Lena not lonely.” Lena secretly smirked. She might have enjoyed the power she had over him a little too much. She grasped her chin in contemplation and pretended to think aloud, “Hm…I’m sure there are others on the boat who I can meet and chat with. As well as other students on the island…” Grisha was staring tensely at her back as he anxiously awaited her decision. “Hm…I guess I need someone to carry my luggage…” She slowly turned her head over her shoulder and Grisha pressed his head back down against the floor. With a happy smile, she turned to face Grisha, her hands folding behind her back. “All right Grisha. You can come!” “YES!” Grisha cheered, raising his fists into the air. The cheer was short-lived. After a few hours crossing the channel to Training Island, a look of regret and unenthusiasm sank on his face. He was holding Lena’s luggage when they stood before the small Shiba Inu instructor. Barkley was looking up at Grisha with a pleased smile. “Hey, you got my letter! Thanks for bringing Grisha,” Barkley told Lena. Grisha’s eyes widened and his face changed from lack of excitement to shock as he slowly gazed over at Lena. What had he said? She brought him to the island, but hadn’t the letter been for her? Lena patted Grisha’s arm and laughed, “Grisha loves coming here!” Barkley’s ears perked in surprise. “Really?” The Saiyan’s face instantly contorted. His upper lip raised, brows crashed together, and his eyes were fixed on Lena as though his look alone could kill. Lena met the giant’s eyes bravely. She gazed up at him, her eyes saying one thing, and her mouth saying something else. “He loves coming here to train and grow stronger so he can keep me super safe!” Grisha felt the knife she was metaphorically driving into his side. His eyes fled away from hers as he bared his teeth as though resisting a scream of anger for having come here. The blonde leaned against his side as she continued to gaze up at him, driving the knife deeper. “I don’t think I could ever survive the training Grisha does here. I’m just so delicate and frail. My family is so thankful to have him around!” Grisha closed his eyes as he internally groaned. Barkley was beginning to suspect that there was some drama he wasn’t aware of. “I…see…” he replied. Lena beamed over at the Shiba Inu. “I’ll just go take my bags over to the guest house. Don’t be too hard on him okay?” Barkley laughed in a friendly manner, hiding the mild sadism behind it. “We only strive to do what’s best for the student!” Lena took her bags from Grisha’s hands and headed on her way. “Bye Grisha!” The giant didn’t even say goodbye. Barkley watched Lena leave before he glanced up at Grisha. “You pissed her off, didn’t you?” “Yes,” Grisha weakly admitted. Barkley shook his head. “All right; I asked you to come here because I wanted you to meet my master. Now don’t make the same mistake you made with me when we first met. Master Wisp is small like me, and he is the strongest fighter I know. I respect him greatly so don’t disrespect him in front of me. Do not ask him if he wants milk, try to pat him, or coo at him!” He started growling toward the end. “If you embarrass me, I will drop your big ass, you got it!?” Grisha smiled nervously and answered, “Grisha got.” “Good. Now let’s go meet him.” WC: 1,498 Tag: Will O. Wisp

Will's training has come a long way since he came back to Kame House. Besides learning the True Kamehameha he also mastered another one of the school's greatest techniques that were once used by the mysterious World Martial Arts Champion Jackie Chun. Will found the scroll one day hidden in a closet covered in dust that depicted how to use that technique and eventually found his own way to perform it. And of course, besides learning new moves he also perfected all of the techniques he knows to their maximum potential as well as even being able to use up less of his energy to use some of those moves through some stamina training. During the training, he was offered his position as master back believing that he has grown enough as a Martial Artist to deserve the title once more. Though he tried to humbly decline as he hasn't even fought in the upcoming World Martial Arts Tournament yet. Eventually, they manage to wore him down and talked to him about a large young man known as Grisha who came here long ago to get some training and will be returning soon. They mentioned that apparently long ago he managed to help the school with their training jobs when they were unable to not once but twice. Surely this Grisha is a kind individual with a lot of potential if he is able to go through such training twice willingly.
The most important part of martial arts, especially one in the ways of the Turtle School is to achieve complete and utter balance. Not just spiritual or emotional balance, but physical as well. So the one is not so easily toppled over. This is why during the training Will has found a way to achieve multiple forms of balancing. By doing a very unorthodox form of meditation. By standing on his upright staff with a single toe with a glass of water on top of his head. Not even a single drop of water moved in the glass on top of his head. He and his staff achieved total stillness and calmness. When Barkley would open the door to see Will in this state. Will notices and gently floats off of the staff and puts a glass of water on the table. He then sits down across from the table with his legs crossed.
"So you must be Grisha, I've been expecting you, come down sit, you can have that glass of water if you wish. Though if you want something cooler I will be happy to get something for you before we begin the lesson." Will said kindly.
With his appearance, smile, and gentle demeanor it would be hard to believe that this cat man is a powerful martial artist. Though that's a funny thing about appearances. The cover doesn't always match what's inside.

The master’s hut was small. When Barkley opened the door, the short shiba inu saw his master training and remained silent so as not to disturb him. Standing next to him was a hulkish body with a missing head and shoulders. Grisha was staring at the wall of the building with a dull expression. His grey eyes lowered to Barkley as he watched him enter his master’s quarters. The dog instructor paused and looked back at Grisha, fanning for him to follow. Grisha bent at the knees until his skull cleared the doorway, and his eyes swelled at the sight of the tiny cat. Barkley’s muzzle wrinkled threateningly at Grisha. The Saiyan’s lips pressed tightly together as he felt the tickle of laughter surging inside of him. Barkley’s master was a tiny kitty cat. A snicker escaped him, and he quickly slapped a hand over his mouth. Grisha clutched it as though his life depended on it, while Barkley started baring his fangs in a death glare. Barkley approached the table and sat cross-legged before it. Grisha sat next to Barkely and glanced down at the glass of water. He removed his hand to take it and slowly took his time drinking it, hoping it would wash away his giggle fit. Barkley couldn’t stop frowning as he spoke to Will, “His friend, Lena, is also here. She went to go put her things in the guest room.” Barkley then glanced up at Grisha. “Grisha, this is my master Will O Wisp. Don’t let his appearance fool you. His power is greater than yours and mine even if combined.” Grisha set down the glass and gasped heavily. He finally felt as though he had control over himself to be able to speak. “Tiny cat man strong?” Grisha thought aloud. An excited smile then stretched across his face. “Grisha want see.” Barkley growled, “You will address him as Master Wisp!” WC: 318 Tag: Will O. Wisp

If Will had known that his guest he would be that used. He would have used a bigger Hut Capsule for his stay on Training Island. Though he always goes out to South City and gets one for Grisha while he is training here. And depending on how difficult that this lesson will be it could be a while before they can see any progress. "Well glad she was able to bring him back here, after all this lesson will be very important for Grisha's growth so it's great that he has someone that cares for him to help him out," Will said. Will could definitely tell from that slight snicker he heard that Grisha is underestimating him. He is used to it at this point and he prefers it that way as messing opponents that underestimated him with the old small helpless eldery man cat routine was just too much fun. Though he gives Grisha points for being able to courteous enough to hold in his laughter so it's good to know that he already has a lot of willpower. Though he sighed as Barkley angrily growled at Grisha. The man has a good heart but sometimes he can be a bit too loyal much to his chagrin and it feels like he overblown his image out of proportion sometimes. Though he is still a great student and he is glad to have helped trained him long ago. "Now now Barkley we try to keep a positive environment around here I think it's better if I showed a brief demonstration," Will said. Barkley whimpered as he bowed to apologize for his rudeness. Will then beckoned them with one of his paws to follow him. He then leads them outside his temporary home away from home to a massive boulder that laid on the beach side that was even bigger than Grisha. Will then walked to the boulder and managed to lift it with ease with both of his hands as if it had no weight at all before putting it back down. Barkley pumps his fist in the air as his tail wags back and forth ecstatic to see his master's power in action. Though of course, Will is not just going to be showing off as he wipes the dust from his paws before floating up to Grisha's height and faces him directly. "Now then Grisha it has come from my understanding that despite your great physical strength you seem to lack an understanding of how to use your Ki is that correct? Of course, before we begin at least tell me what you do know about Ki currently?" Will said. Cause, before they begin the lesson he would need to explain the fundamentals of Ki first, and he needs to know how much exactly he needs to explain before he begins his lecture about it.

Grisha followed Barkley and Will outside. The cat led them to a boulder larger than him, and the Saiyan’s eyes widened when he watched the tiny cat effortlessly heft it over his head. He had strength. Grisha gave him that, but lifting a boulder that size was like lifting a five-pound weight. It only proved that Will was above the common Beastman found in the country, and it made his blood race. When Will flew over to hover before his face, the cat would find that his words may have went through one ear and out the other. Ever since he showed Grisha a pinch of his strength, the Saiyan’s mind seemed completely focused on it. Will would see a large and arrogant grin broadly spread Grisha’s lips. To a normal being, Grisha’s next movement was a blur as he dashed over to the boulder. He cranked back his arm and with an excited bellow, he thrust his fist into it. A web-like ring instantly spread outwards about his fist. The back of the boulder exploded, sending fragments scattering before the force of the punch sent the rock formation flying backwards. Barkley had an angered and exasperated look on his face as he watched the boulder tear up the landscape, taking out some of the trees his students had trimmed, and plowing through a separating wall. It was when Grisha smugly grinned back at his master that the shiba inu decided to no longer restrain himself. He removed a capsule and popping from it was a bamboo sword. He took the shinai in his paw and in a blur was suddenly in the air next to Grisha’s head. Grisha blinked when he detected someone next to him and turned his head just in time to catch the bamboo sword across his face. Barkley appeared to have multiple swords that he whacked Grisha with, but the instructor had just been striking too swiftly. He answered Master Will: “This rock for brains doesn’t know anything about ki! That’s why he’s being such a cocky moron!” The shiba inu dropped to the ground and glared up at the giant who had his arms protectively wrapped around his head. “All he knows how to do is swing his meaty arms around like an ape!” Barkley growled. Grisha dropped his arms and growled at Barkley, “Grisha no ape!” Barkley’s scruff raised as he devolved briefly in his rage into a dog: “RUFF! R-R-RUFF! RUFF!” Grisha stepped back nervously when Barkley started scolding him in what he believed was dog language— because he couldn’t understand any of it…“Grisha, are you making Barkley mad again?” Lena asked. The teenager approached the giant, Barkley, and Will sporting the orange Turtle School uniform. Her blonde hair was pulled back into a high pony tail, and she looked ready to fight. Grisha’s mouth was hanging open. Lena stopped before him with her hands on her hips. She looked over at the destruction and sighed. “Geez, I can’t leave you alone for one second.” Grisha pointed at Lena’s clothing. “Why Lena wear orange clothes?” Lena beamed up at the giant. “Because I thought about the discussion we had at the village, and I decided that I’m going to learn one technique to prove to you that I can learn martial arts.” Barkley’s ears perked at Lena’s declaration. “Oooh; how admirable. I’m sure you’ll learn faster than Grisha…” The Saiyan shot an ugly look at Barkley that caught the shiba inu off-guard. He had never seen such a look on Grisha’s face before. Was he being serious? Grisha dropped to one knee before Lena and rested a large hand upon her shoulder. He calmly apologized to her, “Grisha sorry. Lena no need. Grisha protect Lena, okay?” Lena slapped Grisha’s hand from her shoulder, startling the giant. Her blue eyes impaled his grey ones as she sternly replied, “I appreciate it Grisha, but I can protect myself, and I’ll show you. I’m going to learn a technique faster than you, and I am going to perform it better than you.” She then turned and walked over to stand before Master Will. She pressed her arms to her sides and bowed before him. “I hope that you will honor my request. I would really like to learn something so that I can show Grisha that I am not as dainty and weak as he thinks.” Barkley smirked up at Grisha and noticed the enraged expression contorted on his face. What was going on today? Why had Grisha been behaving this way with his good friend? He almost didn’t recognize the gentle giant anymore. There were several hot emotions surging through the Saiyan: anger, envy, and competitiveness. He took Lena’s declaration as a challenge, but he wasn’t understanding her declaration entirely. He understood her declaration as not wanting his protection anymore. Because he cared deeply for her, he wasn’t willing to stop protecting her and the village. She then claimed that she was better at learning martial arts than him. His arrogance found her claim to be a joke. While she was cooking, cleaning, and sewing, he was in the mountains training. He spent his entire life fighting. He was certain she wouldn’t learn any technique faster than him! The giant remained silent, watching her while his disapproval burned within him like a wildfire. Will looked in shock that his show of power backfired as Grisha decided to show off as well by punching the boulder to pieces. And caused some damage to the area. Luckily no students were hurt but when he was told by Barkley about him being a brute he didn't expect him to be this wild. This is going to be harder than he thought. And to make it worse Barkley started attacking and hitting Grisha which is probably just going to anger him more. That is when Lena came in saying she was going to learn something as well and before Grisha. That is when Will noticed Grisha's enraged aura. In a blink of an eye, he was right next to Grish and he lightly bonked Grisha with his staff breaking his concentration. "Now now calm down Grisha, Lena here just wants to prove herself to you and everyone around her. You shouldn't be angry you should be happy that she wants to follow in your footsteps. Of course, I will honor your request cause truth be told what I am about to teach can actually be picked up by anyone. As Ki is in every living being," Will explained. He then points his staff towards the landscape of the Training Island, the plain, the trees, the animals running about. "Ki is in all living beings as it is their life force, located in the center of their bodies. We Martial Artists have trained to be able to harness the energy within ourselves and use it for many incredible techniques. But of course before one is able to use Ki, one must also learn to control it. Though it's also important to know the three main components." Will explained. He then took his staff and used the bottom of it to draw three Kanji on the ground. And connects them all with a circle. "Genki, or Vigor is the life energy I mentioned, training and a healthy lifestyle can be used to increase it and is tied to how much power one can utilize. Yuki or Courage is another main component of Ki, fear is a driving factor that can cause someone to be unable to use their Ki to their fullest, conquering one's fears is important to it. And finally, Shoki or Mind, not just intelligence but the more one has an understanding of their Ki the more they are able to perfectly control it to be able to change the form of their Ki to whatever they wish. So Ki Control shall be our first priority. But first, let me clean up the mess," Will explained. In a flash, Will was there and was gone as a black white and orange blur moved around the around clearing up all of the debris from the boulder that Grisha broke. He then stopped six feet in front of them then got down onto the ground crouched in a meditation stance. "Now to control your Ki first you need to find it, calm and clear your mind and reach out to your center. Once you feel it out you are able to continue on to the next part." Will said. Barkley still kept his bamboo sword at the ready in case Grisha tried anything else after what he displayed earlier. And if he tried to harm a single fur on Will he would be sure to make Grisha feel the most intense pain he ever felt in his life. He knows Will was just trying to be gentle in calming him down but he is worried it would do the opposite and set them off. In which case he would protect his master no matter what. The furious look on Grisha’s face softened a little when Will bonked him. He heard the cat’s explanation, and while it made sense, he wanted to hear it from Lena. The Saiyan’s grey eyes rolled over to the blonde, and Lena had a finger pulling down on her lower eyelid and tongue sticking out at him in the most childish and taunting face. Was she trying to piss him off? Grisha’s right brow was twitching as a vein pulsed angrily on his forehead. Barkley had a paw pressed to his face. He had hoped Lena’s presence would be a calming factor, but she was throwing oil on the fire. Since they lived together, it seemed she knew exactly how to upset Grisha, and having an enraged, careless Saiyan was the last thing he and his master wanted. When Will went on to explain ki to them, Barkley continued to monitor the two. Lena walked over and sat on the ground, listening to the ki lesson, while Grisha remained standing and was keeping his distance from her. He was taking everything too personally. Barkley quietly walked over to Grisha and hopped up to his shoulder. The giant glanced out of the corner of his eye at him before the shiba inu advised, “You know she’s playing with you, right? You and Lena are good friends. See this as a game and a chance to understand and grow close to her. Don’t distance yourself from her. Go sit and learn with her.” Grisha frowned for his internal feelings felt stiff and unwilling to budge. He exhaled all of the fires and smoke that had been building the anger within him on a deep breath. He decided to take Barkley’s advice, and as the inu hopped down, he walked over to plop down cross-legged right next to Lena. The blonde curiously looked up at him. He was avoiding eye-contact with her. She could tell that she had upset him even if she was teasing him. Grisha was frowning with his arms crossed, staring blankly at the kanji symbols Will drew. Lena was pleased to see him sitting next to her and drawing her legs close to her chest, she tipped over to lean against him, while she continued to listen to Will. Grisha tensed when he felt the sudden contact and peered over his shoulder at Lena. She was smiling, and she seemed content being close to him. The Saiyan smiled softly and returned his attention to the master. Barkley sighed in relief. His plan had worked. He and his master should have little to worry about. Lena and Grisha were in awe when they watched Will vanish and clean up the destruction. When the cat master returned, Lena raised her hand with a question, and asked, “What about anger? I’ve seen Grisha get angry and beat up some monsters around our village. Does anger affect ki too?” Grisha closed his eyes as a red hue appeared on his cheeks. She had used him as an example. He had looked angry, and he might have been angry, but he was more determined to protect her and the village. Protecting those he loved was his main driving factor, and he often seemed angry to intimidate his enemies. Fear made it difficult for them to focus and fight him. The giant scratched his head as his face scrunched up a little with difficulty. He had never thought about his actions before. Looking back and trying to put an explanation to them made his brain ache. When Will gave the instruction, Lena crossed her legs, rested her hands upon her knees, and closed her eyes. She had to clear her mind and find the ki inside her. She didn’t know what it felt like. How would she know if she found it? Stop thinking Lena. Keep calm and clear your mind. Maybe we can find it, her conscience told her. Grisha uncrossed his arms and appeared to be frowning in a forced concentration. He tried to keep his mind clear, but Lena’s question had brought up so many things for him to ponder. Barkley watched Grisha beginning to bare his teeth as though he were struggling. The shiba inu blinked. Was the master’s task really that difficult or was Grisha a dumb dumb. He started rubbing the back of his head between his triangular ears. Grisha wasn’t the brightest bulb. He could see that he was growing frustrated, and the anger was making his ki stir. Anger may have been the only way he knew how to draw it out. The shiba inu walked over to him and slapped his shoulder with the bamboo sword. “Grisha, take your time. This isn’t something most students can learn in one minute. It takes students days and sometimes longer to find their ki. You shouldn’t find it only through anger. You should be able to keep calm and find it. That’s the healthiest way,” Barkley corrected. Lena tried not to break her concentration, but she became concerned about what Barkley had revealed about Grisha. He was using anger to draw out his power. It explained why he was destructive at times. He didn’t know how to control his strength when he was angry. She should focus on not using emotions to find her ki. As Will said, she had to remain calm and find it. Perhaps it would give her more control. Grisha tried to listen to Barkley, but no matter what, his brain was making it difficult for him to concentrate; and thus, he was getting angry. He didn’t like it. He was already strong, and he had been growing stronger every day. Why had he needed to find this ki? Whack! He felt Barkley strike him again. Grisha inhaled deeply and exhaled to try and calm himself. It was so easy to get angry. His broken brain made it easy. WC: 983 Tag: Will O. Wisp

Will was glad to know that he said managed to reach Grisha a bit and Barkley's words also managed to help some. He was busy meditating and couldn't see exactly what was going on between Lena and Grisha but he could feel that Grisha's aura changing to be more gentle and calm. Mixed in with some other feelings of course. He can tell he really cares for her. It is then that Lena asked a good question regarding emotion and it's connection to Ki. "Well you see anger and other emotions are also tied to the Mind aspect of Ki. Your mental state can affect how your Ki flows with rage causing all of your power to burst out while self doubt can cause you to not be able to release your fullest ability. That is why it is important to have a calm mind but I am not saying you should repress your anger as it would just fester and grow within. Though I also do not recommend relying heavily on using rage to power up, especially all the time cause eventually that wrath will blind you and cause you to do things that you may end up regretting." Will said. Which he has some experience with that one time with an elephant man he faced unfortunately. At least he was able to pay for his tusk surgery to get back on after what he did. Ah but that's a story for another time. Though it seems that while Barkley is trying to help he doesn't like how he appears to be basically prodding the bear with his bamboo sword. "Barkley while you are correct I would appreciate if you'd also not hit Grisha like that, we are trying to have a healthy and calming environment here so please refrain from doing that again." Will asked. Barkely looked startled. "I am sorry Master Wisp I just was worried he might have gone out of control if I didn't discipline him," Barkley explained. And after a little bit Will was glad to see some peace for a bit before he could feel Grisha struggling and Barkley hit him again. "What did I say young instructor, keep that up and I won't make those bacon filled takoyaki you like so much," Will said. Barkley looked physically distraught from the threat as he bowed for forgiveness with Will having one of his paws to his mouth and letting out a chuckle "Nya ha ha". Though it seems that they are going need some help with some relaxing. Luckily Will knows just the thing. "Alright I believe we should take a break now to help us unwind a bit, Barkley would you be so kind as to get us some relaxing tea to help sooth their bodies and minds." Will asked. Barkley obliged and soon he would be back with four cups of tea, one for all of them. The tea is quite warm, not too hot as to singe the tongue or lips of whoever drinks it. "This is herbal tea with lemon balm, it's not only guaranteed to help you relax but comes with a lot of benefits to your health. Work hard, study well, eat well, and rest well. That is the Turtle School way." Will said. And with that he happily started sipping from his cup of tea. Barkley does the same as well as he starts to calm down a bit. He just hoped that Grisha and Lena would appreciate the tea. He wish he could give them a hint but truth be told everyone feels their own Ki differently as each aura is unique to an invidiual power difference or not. Some introspection looking deep within one self is required and he hopes that they will be able to not only learn Ki Control but also more about themselves in the process. Word Count: 645

Lena was relieved when Will told them they could take a break. She didn’t think she could concentrate knowing that the training was getting Grisha so worked up. When Will offered them all tea, she was pleased, but looking up at Grisha, she knew he would be indifferent to it. They may have come from the arctic, but Grisha was never much of a tea or coffee drinker. The Saiyan didn’t say anything. Barkley served the tea in cylindrical clay cups and sat next to his master. With an appreciative smile, Lena accepted the tea into her hands and enjoyed the feel of the warmth seeping through her fingers. As she already knew with Grisha, she side-glanced him and watched the giant sitting there staring hard at the cup that would seem small in comparison to his large hands. Grisha immediately looked up at the cat master when he said eat well. “Eat?” he repeated. Lena near spit her tea and covered her mouth to stifle some giggles. Lowering her cup, she explained to Will, “Be careful mentioning food around Grisha. You’ll get him excited.” Barkley sighed some. One of his ears folded over. “As expected of a Saiyan…Grisha doesn’t seem to care for your tea, Master. Perhaps we should interest them in a massage. The Turtle School has some of the best masseuse in the South Islands.” His tail happily wagged just thinking about it. “When I’m sore after training, I sometimes get a deep tissue massage to loosen me up.” Grisha was staring hard at Barkley. His brain kept translating massage to message. Lena beamed at the suggestion and looked up at Grisha. “I don’t think Grisha’s ever had a massage before.” Grisha’s brows rose as he repeated, “Message?” “No Grisha. Mah-sah-jeh. It loosens up your muscles and makes you feel good.” “With how wind up tight Grisha is, he’s going to need the works,” Barkley muttered. WC: 319 Tag: Will O. Wisp

"Oh sorry about that," Will said. Will then leans over and whispers to Barkley. "Make sure he doesn't smell the snacks for the students," he relayed. And it seems that Grisha doesn't seem to understand what a massage is. Or he seems to have hearing problems. Still, though a good deep tissue massage could be able to relax his muscles. Now how to explain it. "You see Grisha a mah-sah-jeh is where someone kneads and rubs someone's muscles to loosen them up. It especially helps to relieve any pain you have in the joints. Certainly helped me become more flexible," Will said. And to demonstrate his flexibility he rolled himself up into a ball formation. Then after that, he uncurls from his formation and puts a hand on his right leg. He then pulls his right leg behind his head while he is standing on his left one. Though there still seem to be a lot of creaking sounds coming from him which could be either from his bones or muscles popping. He is not in pain though as he puts his leg back down. "Of course it's not just being "wound up" that we need to give him the works. With how thick his muscles are we need someone with a lot of strength to be able to loosen them up well. I did a few massages now and again for my master back in the day as a part of my training, was like trying to smooth a boulder. Luckily this will be way less difficult and also a lot less likely to produce any mental trauma." Will said. "Oh right, I heard infamous legends of the late Master Kappa without his shell on," Barkely said as he shuddered just thinking about the legends. Will then pulled out a Capsule, with a click of a button and a throw to produce a massage table for Grisha to lay on. "Just lay on this Grisha and I can then get to work, I assure you once this over you will not only be very relaxed but any stiffness or pain you have been feeling in your joints will disappear," Will said. Will began to stretch himself to get ready for this tall order. As Grisha is powerful so he'll need to put some effort into this. This will definitely be better than the muscly wrinkly green slimy loose skin exterior of his late master. Ugh just thinking about it again made him gag a little bit. He waited for Grisha to get ready before he can begin. Word Count: 428 Total Word Count: 2,643 Tag: Grisha

Grisha grasped his bicep as Will explained what a massage was. He gently rubbed the muscle, while he contemplated what the cat had told him. His muscles were always hard and tough. Why would he want them loose and flimsy? He frowned suspiciously until Will started to demonstrate his flexibility. Both his and Lena’s eyes were wide with fascination. Lena actually thought it was cute and had to resist the urge to pet Will. After his demonstration, Lena looked up at Grisha and saw his nose wrinkle. He must have felt uncomfortable. “Grisha is pretty tough,” Lena agreed with Will and Barkley. Grisha smirked proudly and added, “Very tough!” When Will removed a capsule that popped and created a massage table, both Lena and Grisha were stunned. Kousetsu Village didn’t have such advanced technology. To the both of them, it looked like magic. Grisha discreetly glanced at Lena’s face as though verifying if he should have felt surprised. Seeing her just as amazed as he was made him feel a little nervous. If Lena hadn’t seen it before, then it must not have been safe. His eyes then snapped over to Will as the cat master directed him to lay on the table. They thought he was tense before. Grisha’s scowl hardened as he remained where he sat stubbornly. Barkley mentally sighed, Oh boy…Lena approached the table and rested her hands on it. She inspected the padding and its sturdiness. It hadn’t been an illusion or some trick. The table was genuine. She then shared her awe with Will: “How did you make this table appear? Was it magic or maybe something we just don’t have in Kousetsu Village? I think it may have spooked Grisha a bit.” After her inspection, Lena glanced over her shoulder at Grisha and patted the table. “It’s okay Grisha. It’s just a table.” As Grisha continued to resist, she smiled and offered, “I’ll go first okay?” She climbed onto the table and laid upon her stomach. “Is that okay, Sensei?” she asked Will. “If Grisha sees what a massage is like, then maybe he won’t feel so nervous.” Barkely restrained a whimper. He wished he had volunteered to demonstrate. A massage from Master Wisp must have been a once in a lifetime experience. Grisha rose and walked over to the table when he saw Lena laying across it. He crouched and grasped the table, inspecting it for himself. He could have broken it into pieces. He wondered how sturdy it was to hold someone as heavy as him. Lena held out her hand to Grisha and he took her hand that appeared the size of a child’s in comparison to his own. She smiled up at him. “It’ll be all right. Just watch, okay?” “Okay,” Grisha agreed. WC: 464 Tag: Will O. Wisp

Will didn't count for the fact that Lena and Grisha were so far removed from civilization that they never saw Capsule tech before. Though Lena's reaction doesn't seem to be as extreme as Grisha's. Who just seems absolutely terrified by the sudden appearance of the table. "Perhaps not so tough after all are you Grisha nya haha ha, seriously though it's alright it's just a normal massage table that I had been keeping in one of my Capsules. Of course, I can't be able to tell you how they actually manage to do that but all you need to know is that these little Capsules can be quite useful lugging around all sorts of things," Will explained. Still though to assure her friend that everything will be fine she offered to get massaged first. Perhaps a demonstration will help Grisha not only not fear the table that just appeared before his eyes. Of course, this means that Will will have to be gentle with her. As Will got onto Lena's back. With his paws, he kneaded her muscles and joints in the spots that the tension is most prevalent and full of stress. It resembles a lot of when cats knead their paws on a blanket or something else to mark their scent, though of course, Will is not using his claws while massaging thankfully. Barkley couldn't help but secretly take a video on his C Phone due to how cute this scene before him is. Though of course, he is not going to post it online he is just going to keep it on his phone to study Master Wisp's massaging techniques. That will be the reason he would give if Will notices and asks. Though luckily Will is too deeply focused on the massage to do so. After thirty minutes have passed Will was done as he jumps off of Lena and turns back to her. "I hope that massage was good enough, I am a little rusty at doing this but I have had a lot of experience in my past with it as a form training to remember the ins and out." Will said. Grisha gave the cat a glare for his gibe. He watched Will climb onto Lena’s back and knead his paws in a strange manner. Grisha had never owned a cat before, and so seeing the cat’s paws work made him frown in confusion. Beneath him, Lena smiled pleasantly and buried her face into her forearm to stifle a moan. She peered over her shoulder to regard the Turtle Master, and in that moment, she only saw him as a cute kitty mashing his adorable paws into her back. Oh my gosh, he is so cute! she thought. She had to resist the urge to turn over and grasp his fuzzy cheeks. Her eyes fled to Grisha who had crouched next to her and was giving her a scrutinizing stare. Lena’s cheeks bloomed a shade of red as her eyes then fled from him. “It feels good Grisha,” she reassured him. Why is he staring so intensely like that? she thought. It was so embarrassing. Was he trying to hear her? Or see if she made any funny faces? It had taken so much effort to hold back hums of relief. When Will was finished, Lena slowly sat up as though her shoulders had become butter. She rose into a cobra before turning onto her bottom and bringing her legs around. “Mmm!” she hummed and rolled her shoulders and rotated her arms. “That felt so nice. I feel so loose and light now!” Grasping the edge of the table, she hopped down as Grisha rose back to his full height. She beamed up at him, “You should try it!” Mentally, Lena was rubbing her hands together and cackling wickedly, Now it’s your turn…Grisha made a reluctant face in which Barkley crossed his arms and folded an ear. “I don’t know…big and strong Grisha is looking scared,” the shiba inu taunted. Grisha scowled so hard at the dog that his gaze felt like hot lasers running over his face. Lena pushed her hands against Grisha’s hip, trying to direct him to the table. “It’ll be fine. I’ll be right here okay? It’ll make you feel great—maybe even stronger.” The giant glanced down at Lena and sighed long and heavy in defeat. He didn’t know what was the big deal about a cat dancing on top of someone’s back any way. The Saiyan approached the table and carefully crawled on top of it. He felt it wobble a little from his weight, and for a second, Grisha paused fearing the thing would fold beneath him. After not feeling anymore instability, he crossed his arms before his face and rested his chin down on the table behind them. His dark grey eyes were seen scowling over them as though fearing for the worst. Lena walked over to stand in front of him. “I’ll make sure he doesn’t try anything weird,” she told him. Hee, hee, I can’t wait to see your face…The table was completely hidden beneath Grisha’s broad body. If one couldn’t see the legs beneath him, they wouldn’t have known there was one there. Even Barkely was secretly marveling at how large Grisha was. WC: 525 Tag: Will O. Wisp

Will was glad to see the results of his massage work. It was the first time he had to do it on someone so delicate to say the least. After all one of the main things taught in the Turtle School is restraint. Though as Grisha laid on the surprisingly sturdy table he saw that it would take a lot more work for this one. She made a joke suggesting Will would do anything untoward. "Not to worry this won't hurt a bit though I will have to be a bit more forceful in order to be able to massage Grisha as his muscles are so thick and dense that I would use a bit more of my strength to be able to massage them," Will explained. He powered up just a tiny a bit and got to work. Instead of kneading he would begin pounding Grisha's back with a fast flurry of karate chops. Of course these light karate chops wouldn't be able to hurt him but are just enough to be able to loosen the stiff muscles and joints. He tried to get every muscle in his back that he could. After which he sat on top of his back and grabbed it with his paws. He then begins rubbing down around the back with his paws before doing the same to his shoulders. After which came the arm and leg muscles which he had to rub down as well. It felt like he was trying to massage lumpy metal, that's how hard it felt. Finally came the neck Will rubbed and squeezed the neck muscles with his paws as well as he could. After all of that it still didn't feel loose enough. He kept repeating the process starting from the back muscles again before returning to the neck muscles as long as he could till it was enough. However long it took to complete he was breathing heavily and floats back to the spot he was sitting before and pours himself some more tea. He took a sip and then let out another sip of tea. "Besides his tough exterior he has certainly harbored a lot of stress over the years from how it felt. Took a lot more energy and time then I thought but it should be finished. Now how do you feel Grisha? Have you managed to relax after all of that?" Will asked. Word Count: 401 Total Word Count: 3,402 Tag: Grisha

Grisha couldn’t stop feeling nervous about the entire situation. Lena was giving him an awkward and disturbing gaze, and he could barely see the cat behind him over his shoulder. He just wished they had never returned to the Turtle School. When the master suddenly unleashed a barrage against his back, Grisha’s eyes widened and his hands gripped the edge of the table so hard that there was a loud snap as pieces of it broke free within his grip. The Saiyan’s back muscles had attempted to harden into steel in his surprise, but the cat master was beating them into putty. Lena’s hands were clapped over her mouth as she laughed silently into them. She turned her back to Grisha as she bent over, continuing to laugh and hide her face from him. She hadn’t expected him to break the table. Grisha bowed his head, baring his teeth as Will kneaded his back and shoulders. His muscles felt so loose and unresponsive. They didn’t want to tense up no matter how nervous he felt. Grisha’s tail was stiff and puffed, tensing for him. His hands dropped the pieces of table he broke free and grasped an unbroken section. Will had worked his way down from his back to his legs and Grisha managed to lift his shoulders. Lena turned around to peek at Grisha and she could see his flushed cheeks and the look of shame and pleasure on his face. She cracked a grin at him. “Does it feel good Grisha?” she asked. Grisha gave her a pathetic look. He didn’t want to comment. When Will’s soft paws were at his neck, Grisha closed his eyes. His face scrunched up and his tail started bobbing. When the cat finished, Grisha was sprawled across the table—arms and tail limply dangling over the edges of it. Lena could see the metaphorical steam rising off the giant’s body. It must have been more than he could bare. Lena giggled and answered Will for Grisha as she patted the Saiyan’s back, “I’m sure he feels great!” Grisha’s eyes were closed and there was an exhausted look on his face. Barkley couldn’t help laughing himself. “I think you might have overdone it, Master. He’s probably feeling like dough right now. I think we’re ready to continue the training. Grisha, you can just stay there and try to concentrate.” Lena nodded and sat next to the table. She crossed her legs in a lotus and closed her eyes. She felt determination heating her core. She was so certain that she would be able to sense something this time. “I think…I think I feel something,” Lena said. “I think I may have been feeling it this whole time since after my massage. I feel a warmth in my chest. It’s small, but it’s there. Is that it? Is that what it’s supposed to feel like?” “Yes, and when you learn to control it, it’ll make you feel invigorated. What about you Grisha? Any luck?” There were a few seconds of silence. Lena opened her eyes and leaned closer to the table to listen before she blushed and smiled in embarrassment. “I think he’s asleep.” Barkley instantly fell over. “Come on! What do we have to get right here?” WC: 544 Tag: Will O. Wisp
