Sanare was searching for relics for a temple located near Oolong City. She was on the outskirts of a small village drinking water from a nearby well. It was quite peaceful out here, and she didn't think she was going to find the temple thieves out in such a tranquil place, but it's where her latest investigation had lead her.
She was going to meet a man by the name of Yan out here by the well. He apparently had information she would need to secure a relic. She hoped he would have a description, since hunting unknown relics were becoming tedious to the say the least.
Sanare took a sip of the water. It was refreshing, she felt fully rejuvenated and ready for anything. She watched as what looked like someone appearing from the distant appeared on the horizon. With any luck this was Yan and not some other passerby.

It was going to be a long ride back to Kessho-ko, and Cabin was dreading every moment of it. Having still no mastered flight in any meaningful capacity, he was relegated to riding the Ostrich-Turkey once again. He and the bird never quite saw eye to eye, but he had learned that as long as he didn't threaten to eat it, it was mostly indifferent towards him.
The constant bouncing in the saddle and the strain on his legs had begun to tire him, and in the distance he could see a small village nestled by a tree line. A good a place to stop as any, he cracked the reins of the Ostrich-Turkey, spurring it faster for the short distance. They found a well at the edge of town, only one other person there, so he stopped to draw water for himself and the bird. The entire time, he couldn't help but feel eyes on him.
