The ultimate display of the potent talent for martial arts in the Namekian. In order to use this ability he simply needs to release the tension in his form to allow a deluge of ki to uncontrollably burst from his mouth. While it is in fact a massive and very dangerous laser of a green coloration, the danger to most opponents facing it does not come from the beam itself. Rather the inferno it creates as it passes over objects, or the extreme amounts of debris and rubble it throws around as it destroys massive swathes of land/the environment. Due to the fact that it releases the ever-rising pressure of ki within Bass, this ability also has some restorative properties towards him when utilized.

Signature Effect:
Reflect: When using this technique, the user has a 40% chance to cause a status effect which they were attacked with last turn.
Major Effect:
Rejuvenate: For the next two turns yourself or a target of your choice regenerates 3HP and 3Ki per turn. Two stacks of rejuvenate may be active at a time.
Minor Effect:
Salving: Apply yourself "Salve" automatically or a have a 40% chance of applying "Salve" a target of your choice. Salve heals 3 HP per turn for 3 turns.
Cost: 15 ki
Learn: ---
A note, I steered this towards physical/melee because the main source of damage comes from debris and the environment. That, and I feel the signature is destructive enough to warrant some synergies with Giant Form that you can't get with a conventional energy technique.
