Appearance: Parzin is around 6'5" tall he and weighs in around 270lbs and he has a fare colored skin tone. He has long black hair and a pair of light blue eyes to go along with it. He is usually wearing a pair of blue pants with a white t-shirt, with a pair of black boots to go along with it. He is also always wearing a black short sleeved jacket that he very rarly buttons and usually lets it stay open and flow in the wind.
Personality: Parzin is a very down to earth kind of person and is very oblivious when it comes to somethings. He has been known to get very hot-headed from time to time and he is a very sore loser. He is usually very quiet and mysterious, usually choosing to keep to himself and work alone or fight alone when it comes to doing things. He loves nature and is often known to just sit down and relax up in a tree on a branch.
History: Parzin was born and raised in South City where his mother died giving birth to him and his father was not in the picture. He was raised in an Orphanage that he was brought to by the hospital workers, when he was just a baby. The Orphanage was in a small town outside of South City as the Orphanages in South City did not have a opening at that time, so they brought him to the closest one that did. He was made fun of by all of the other kids at the Orphanage, on account of him being the only human with a tail and the town they were in had been attacked and ravaged by Saiyans many years ago. Years went by of Parzin getting picked on by other kids and them yanking on his tail, and feeling intense pain when doing so. One day he decided enough was enough and he fought back, and by doing so he broke a bully’s arm, for not knowing his own strength. The bully and all the other kids were soon terrified of Parzin and what he had done, and even worse what he could do. Parzin soon ran away from the Orphanage as he didn't not know what else he could do.
Since then Parzin has just wandered the planet looking to get by and fend for himself. One day he stumbled upon a old hermit man being hassled by three men. He tried to help the old man, but he quickly and effortlessly took out all three men in no time. Parzin asked the man to teach him fighting styles, but the man said he was to old and he wasn't taking on any students anymore. Parzin wouldn't take no for a answer and continued to ask to be trained over and over, and every time the hermit told him no. Parzin knew he needed to be trained and decided to stay outside the hermit's house in the woods. He sat down and just stared at the hermits house for weeks and weeks, only leaving to eat, sleep and go to the bathroom. Eventually the hermit caved and saw Parzin's determination and agreed to take him in as a student and train him how to fight. After years of training with the hermit, learning a bunch of different styles of fighting, the hermit had no more to teach him and told Parzin he must train himself now. Parzin said his goodbyes and moved on, where he now travels the regions while focusing and honing his fighting skills.

Parzin was sitting up in a big oak tree on one of its branches, as he watched the sun rise up into the morning sky. Parzin had always enjoyed watching the sunrise, he liked all the colors the sun made the sky as it arose. Once the sun was up in the sky and it was now officially morning, he grabbed his bag and hopped down out from the tree limb and landed on his feet with ease. He stretched his arms, back and legs for a few moments before he set off towards the west. Parzin wasn’t really looking for anything, he was mostly just going to get a bite to eat with some zeni he had acquired from the last city he had been to, for doing a few odd jobs for some of its people there.
Parzin continued to walk in the same direction for a while, that's what was easy about most of the roads and streets of this region, they were a straight shot for the most part, and usually only got all twisty and a bunch of turns when you headed more towards the mountains. After a while of walking, Parzin was able to see a town off in the distance, and as he got closer and closer to the town, he could tell it was a farming town as he was able to see crops all over the place. He could see that the crops went on for acres and acres, and they were all kinds from corn to carrots, to plain old wheat and everything in between. Parzin then soon reached the edge of the town and he stopped for a moment and looked around to see what this town had to offer, if anything at all.
This town seemed quite concerned for some reason, as everyone looked nervous and as if something important was about to happen and go down. Parzin made sure to keep his guard up as he entered the town and walked around looking for a place to get some food. As he walked through the town, all of the townspeople stared at him and gave him odd looks, as if this town had never gotten strangers passing through before, well maybe they did but most probably didn't walk like he was. Before he was able to find someplace to get food, he found a row of supply shops, which never hurt to take a look as you were never too sure on what you would be able to find, especially in a place like this.
Parzin entered one of the shops, it was a dyno capsule shop. Parzin wasn’t too keen on Dyno Capsules as he wasn’t a huge fan of technology, but he knew that there would be a time where he needed one, so he decided to look at what they had. They had a bunch of different kinds from cars, planes, houses, artillery and so much more. But none of the capsules were able to catch his eye. Soon the shopkeeper had walked up to Parzin and started to ask him questions to try and sell him stuff. “Oh, you're the traveler I heard just came into town aren't you. We have the finest capsules for any means of transportation that sui-” He started before Parzin cut him off. “I travel on foot and only on foot.” He said in a monotone voice to the shopkeep. The shopkeep gave him somewhat of a strange look but then quickly took it away. “Oh well in that case what about a nice home capsule that has everything you need for a good night's rest in it?” He offered Parzin. “No.” He told the man as he soon turned and headed towards the door. “Well then how ab-” The shopkeep had started to say before once again being cut off by Parzin. “Thank you for your time tho.” He said in the same monotone voice as he exited the building and then looked up and down the road some more.
He was able to see there was a diner type of a building on the next block and Parzin turned and moved towards it. Once he got to the diner he opened the door and walked in. As he did so, everyone already inside stopped all of their chit chat with one another and turned towards Parzin and stared at him a bit before they slowly went back to their everyday lives. He then walked up to the counter and took an open seat away from everyone else at the counter and placed his bag by his feet and sat there as he waited for a waitress. “Welcome to Flappy’s Dinner. First time here sweetie?” The waitress said to Parzin as she placed a menu in front of him and placed a cup down and poured some ice water into it for him. Parzin gave her a nod as he picked up the menu and started to look it over. Parzin had then ordered some food with the waitress and sat there waiting for it to come out.
Soon the door of the diner opened up abruptly and there were seven men with weapons all of a sudden in the diner now. “Time to pay your weekly rent.” A man who seemed to be the leader had said to the waitress behind the counter. Soon after a man came out running from what seemed to be an office and got on his knees before the men. “I’m sorry but we don't have the zeni you want. Everyone in town is stretched for cash as in because of all the weekly rents you make us all pay, and then you take our crops on top of that. Please jus-” The man said before he was cracked in the jaw with the butt of a gun. The man fell back and held his jaw in pain as the man smirked at him. “I don’t remember asking for excuses. I asked for zeni!” He said as the men started to destroy parts of the diner, and as they did so all of the patrons and employees started to run around and evacuate the building.
Soon all the customers had evacuated and the only people that were left inside were the seven men, the man clutching his jaw, a few waitresses and cooks, and Parzin who was sitting at the counter watching everything unfold. The leader smirked as he saw Parzin sitting there unfazed, and decided to walk over to him and sit down next to him. “New in town aren't you?” he asked Parzin. “Just looking for something to eat.” He said in a low voice as he took a sip of his water. But before he was able to finish his sip, the man placed his hand over the lip of the cup. “Well why don't you give me all the zeni you got on you, and i’ll make sure you find some food.” He said with a chuckle. “I’m sure i can find you some applecores, stale bread and some chicken bones somewhere. So just empty your pockets and give the zeni to my men over there as you leave, and this won’t get messy. Also don’t come back to this town again, you hear me?” He said as he removed his hand from the cup.
Parzin took a drink of his water and stood up, and looked the man up and down a bit and put his hands in his pockets as he moved towards the exit. He then placed a pouch in one of the man’s hands before heading for the door. The man then opened the pouch and saw it was empty. “HEY ITS EMP-” He said as he turned towards Parzin and was met with a hard punch to the jaw by him. The man went down and the other men and the leader looked up at Parzin as he closed the door to the diner and stayed inside. “I needed a little exercise today.” He said as he started to dash and jump around the men.
None of the men were able to keep their eyes on Parzin as he moved around. “Wh-What do we do sir? He won't stay still for us to hit him.” One of the men said as he turned towards their leader. “Just get him!” He shouted as the other five men all tried to grab and hold Parzin down, while the 6th man started to stand back up while still holding his jaw. Parzin then soon stopped and dashed right towards the five men and hit two with strong punches to the chests and followed up with two supercuts to the same two men. One of the other men tried to grab him from behind, but as soon as he made contact with Parzin he grabbed his arms and flung him into the man holding his jaw and watched as they both hit the floor. The last two men both went to punch Parzin, but he quickly side stepped them as they then punched each other and he followed up with stomping both men’s feet before headbutting them as hard as he could. He then started to pick the men up and toss them around the diner into the walls and through tables as if they were rag dolls.
Parzin then tossed all six men out the door as they laid on the ground knocked out. Parzin then turned his attention to the leader who was shaking in his boots. “I didn’t mean anything by that, it was just a joke.” He said to Parzin who slowly walked towards him. “I don’t want to see your face in this town ever again.” He said, and the leader shook his head in agreement. “You got it. I won’t ever come back and neither will my men.” He said with a smile. “You're gonna let me go right?” He asked. “Oh of course.” He said as he grabbed the leader and brought him outside and wound up his arm and hit him with a devastating uppercut that sent him flying backwards, knocking him out.
Parzin then watched as the six men gathered their leader and all of them hightailed it out of town. Parzin then walked back into the diner and sat back down in his chair at the counter and waited for his food once more.
