Misaki inspected the gym around her as she stood in her usual outfit. somehow, it seemed a little overdressed for a place like this... but she just didn't feel particularly inclined to take off her usual gear. Still, this was a training room, and Misaki was, after all, here to train, so that was how it would go. In this situation, Misaki sighed, before walking up to the nearby weights. It seemed like these would work well enough for allowing her to train unhindered. "...Perfect!" The half-demon stated with a smile, before putting the heavier pads on. She didn't know if there would be any problems with her keeping these for a while, but they put a lot of weight on her body, enough so that she felt a bit of a struggle from her body when she tried to move... Hmmm... Misaki flexed a hand, as she looked around the training room. Wooden dummies, barbells, treadmills... none of them exactly what she was looking for. But then, she spotted the thing she needed... a living opponent! Jade, if she recalled correctly from the earlier mission. Juni's... family? Potentially younger sister... given how nice Juni was, she didn't expect Jade to be any different. After all, they were family cut from the same cloth, right? Though, then again, the cat ears gave her a lot of clear biological difference from Juniper. she'd have to ask about it at some point. perhaps after the spar? Misaki called out with a smile and a wave to the girl, regardless, hoping to get her attention. Since she was here to train, too, she hoped she'd be willing to do Misaki a favor. "Excuse me... Miss Jade? I Was wondering if you could help me with something. I have training weights I really need to get used to on at the moment, and you seem quite strong. Why? Is she this strong? Why did she have to be this strong? These were the exact same questions that went through her mind, as she was playing her electric guitar in her room. Hopefully it wasn't exactly disturbing Juniper and her sleep. That's.. if she was sleeping. Jade didn't like the fact that she ended her spars this quickly. She wasn't exactly sure about her first spar partner in the Western Lands' power level was, so she couldn't exactly complain about that. But Fenrir.. he was pretty much stronger than her by a little bit, and he just left the training room when she through a two balls of feiry energy at him. It was puzzling. He looked as if he didn't want to fight again. Did she scare him? Or is her attacks way more powerful that she thinks, and she uses it like.. all the time? In order to get her mind off of it, she was playing her guitar in her room. She actually created a song, by herself. Using the chords that she knows in order to make this brilliant song. She decided to take a break, after practicing her original song. The atmosphere was welcoming. It was a pretty windy and cool day. A day in which someone could take a walk, having the wind blow throw their hair, with their hair fluttering behind them. Ah.. that feeling. She actually went to that wooden bridge that she always liked to stand at. It just felt like.. an alone spot.. you know.. she just goes there for some alone time. She couldn't sense Fenrir's ki inside of the training room, which meant that he wasn't there. But what she did sense.. was Misaki. She hasn't really had a really nice one one one conversation with Misaki, Jade just knows her as a nice person from the few conversations they had, when they first met. Hopefully, this isn't a repeat of the last time.She thought. She.. was extremely tempted to walk over to the training room, and that's what she did. But wants she did so, Misaki had already spotted her. "Oh. Hi Misaki!"She said, as she waved at green haired gardener, greeting her with a smile. She wanted help with training weights. Since that was apart of getting your physical strength and punches, Jade.. wasn't exactly.. sure. "Uhh, I could try. I've seen a lot of videos on the internet, and given that you think that I'm strong, I'll help you out. You might actually know more than I do."She said, swinging her tail around in anticipation. Misaki chuckled, and then shook her head, as Jade's first words hit her. "...There's no think about it. I know that you're strong." The half-demon responded with a look of slight mirth. "I can tell, because I'm strong." Misaki pulled herself back slightly, moving to the training ring that appeared to be built for just such confrontations without equipment getting in the way. Looking around, Misaki realized that her usual favorite trick would be slightly harder to pull off here... luckily, she knew of a few ways to substitute for that. It took a bit of application, a bit of an understanding of the chakra thingies, and the general understanding of the traits she'd been born with, but as the two hit the ring, Misaki's smile grew broad as her body emitted a broad, yellow pulse of energy. Yellow energy swirled and flowed around Misaki, making a wind within the sealed training room, knocking anything else back as a Large, brutal grin came from that energy as it slowly coalesces, transparent and yet blindingly electric, around Misaki's form. Still, it was rather irritating... it insisted on it's own form, not one Misaki decided for it, and so the energy coalesced, not into something pleasing to the eye, but into the features of a 1-story tall large, horned Goat's head, sharp teeth showing through a wicked Grin that most such creatures could not manage. "...Hmm. Don't like this one as much... As I thought, flowers are simply far more pleasing..." Misaki stated with a frown, before letting the rest of her energy loose, demonic power swirling around her within the large battle aura she'd summoned. "Well then... Was she as strong as Misaki stated, or.. was she even stronger, because most of her spars ended with her attacking only twice. Was it that her opponents were to weak, or.. is she really strong? As strong as Misaki stated. "Oh, thank you, I guess."She entered the training room, and we t inside of the ring, which.. was recently installed. Jade sensed her ki signature while she followed Misaki into the ring, and yes, she was telling the truth. She was strong, really strong, stronger that Jade herself. But.. to be honest, since Misaki actually wanted to spar with the pinkette, Jade didn't want her to hold back. Not even a bit. It seemed as if Misaki loved to train, and spar, and this was what Jade was waiting for. She didn't want an opponent that just walked out after two energy blasts struck them, that's not fun. Mysterious yellow energy surrounded Misaki, and Jade felt the gardener's ki, and felt.. a bit.. supernatural? Jade didn't exactly know why her ki felt like that, but that was what Jade wanted.. a mystery.. a mystery with a challenge. Suddenly, her aura engulfed her, creating this.. goat headed.. thing.. well.. that's how Jade thought of it. Suddenly, something came to her mind. "Did you do that with some.. mystical powers? Like Juniper's.."Her.. aura, it was weird. It had a weird feeling just sending it.. like it was.. dark. But, Misaki isn't evil, right? She still talked about flowers being more pleasant, so that might be a sign that she's good. She was obviously ready to fight the feline girl, and man.. even though some weird stuff just happened a few moments ago, she was pumped. "Ok, and.. you can call me Jade. Misaki looked towards Jade with a slightly broader smile in response to the thank you, happy Jade was willing to take the evaluation, if confused on the answer to the question. Was this really something she could be so uncertain on? Maybe it was some oddity to her personality, or maybe she just never really thought about it? Those were the only answers that made sense to Misaki. Her next question was a little more odd for Misaki. The Flowery-tongued florist Put a finger to her chin, looking slightly perplexed at the question, before smiling and giving a shrug. "...I'm afraid I don't have a clue!" The Gardener added with a smile. "It never seemed like an important question to ask." The florist explained, before the goat-faced aura began condensing, growing stronger and more bold whilst expanding further. Misaki's own power rose as her excitement to begin the battle grew, and she cocked her head to the side. "Most likely not, though. Juniper thinks through things. She treats it like I treat flowers, learning and studying and understanding... But this... I can do this because I am strong. There's nothing else to explain it." Misaki didn't exactly know what it was, but was sure that it wasn't anything like Juniper's powers. Once she explained everything to her, and she asked if she understood, Jade shook her head in agreement. Even after all of this talking, she was eager to start the fight, so.. why not? Her jade green aura evenly coated her body, as it appeared out of nowhere, as she stood there. Suddenly, her aura started to dance around her, in a very violent manner. As she raised her ki, she sensed Misaki's ki, and realized that it was still way larger in power. There wasn't a problem exactly, but still.. She was way stronger than Jade. It didn't take too much time though. Once she was finished, her jade green energy still lingered around the feline girl's body. Finally, a challenge. Someone that is way stronger than me. I've been waiting for this moment for a long time."I'll let you go first, Misaki."

Misaki smiled, enjoying the change of pace of going first as she gestured forward. It had been a little while since last she used her energy, so she hoped she'd do well enough with this opening volley... Misaki concentrated, and to her surprise, what she expected to be a slog of forcing her energy out of her into just the arrangements she want... instead, to her surprise, it formed exactly the way she asked... into pretty, wonderful flowers. Daffodils, lilies, roses, tulips... all flowery energy projections that she formed up and sent straight for her new opponent, each flower bursting to life and spreading it's explosive seed of energy in a cacaphony of explosions for Misaki. "The blossoming of the eastern lands." Misaki said with a wide smirk, as she unleashed the next portion of her Barrage: Not one, not two, but three large orbs she'd constructed straight in front of her. Jade was strong, after all, and she had learned from copy that the strong didn't appreciate being chipped away at... No. To deal with someone like Jade, she'd have to hit her as hard as she could, and she knew it. "please attempt to dodge these, Jade~" She'd add in that same singsong tone, adding a bright smile as she added in one more projectile - a lethal golden orb that eagerly spat out lasers at her opponent. What.. was this power? After Jade's request to let Misaki go first, she accepted, and Jade entered a definitive stance, waiting for Misaki to attack. As Misaki lashed out her flower attacks, Jade got her mind ready for any sudden movement that she would have to make. She had made a barrier also just incase she would've gotten hit by any of her attacks. She weaver her way throw most of her energy attacks. She sidestepped the flower looking blasts and weavee through the seed like blasts. But was immediately caught off guard with two of the three large orbs of energy thrown at her. The first one literally broke her barrier, causing her to stagger for a few moments, and the other went straight at her shoulder. She gritted her teeth as she felt the burn from the blast. She looked at her shoulder, and a smirk appeared on her face, as she said "You're really strong. This is the fight I've been waiting for since I've had this much power. Misaki's grin grew slowly, as she saw her enemy weave through the attacks. one of the attacks was swiftly dodged, while even one of her larger blasts was gingerly avoided, her admittedly new orb technique firing and the blast going careening ofF-course wasn't ideal, but even so, she was happy with every part of this situation. Herself, for being able to do so much more in such a short amount of time, and her opponent, for being more than capable of dodging around the Gardener's shots. The quick-witted cat was quick to respond with her own attacks, and Misaki quickly found herself under attack from every side with the goat-head's bleating drowned out by an avalanche of shots as it was struck on all sides, eyes narrowing in hatred before the energy shell shattered and broke, letting some of the resulting energy through to hit Misaki. As the strike hit, one would normally expect a look of pain or suffering from the blow... Instead, even as Misaki pulled back a burned palm, the expression on her face was an uncharacteristic, open-toothed grin. "...Wonderful. And after all the effort I put into that defense... wonderful!" Misaki breathed with Glee, before holding up another hand. It seemed she'd used quite a bit of energy in that opening display. she'd have to recoup it... but that didn't mean she couldn't keep her foe off-balance. "...Well then. Let's continue." Misaki managed, before closing her eyes, simultaneously concentrated on recouping her own power... and Feeling out her opponent's own. Blackness stretched out in front of Misaki's blinded eyes, but Jade's lovely verdant energy could be seen like a nexus. It was that energy, not her physical, zippy form, she focused on before firing her next volley of scattershot, hoping to knock the beastgirl off her feet with another deadly volley before preparing her finishing blow. Wow. She actually took the blows.. head on. Jade smiled when she saw this, but it kinda died out once she started to show signs of exhaustion. Her smile reappeared once Misaki indicated that they should continue. "Wow. You know.. no one has stood straight after taking a blow from that attack. Not even Fen. You know Fen, right? Blue haired, tall."A fast barrage of ki attacks came at her, and.. to be fair.. Jade has never thrown that much attacks at someone.. ever. It's a good thing that her attacks are pretty effective though. She somersaulted and tried to dodge most of the attacks, but there was this one large ball of energy connecting with her leg. There was a slight burn because of this. Once she had regained her balance, she looked at her leg, smiled and said "Wow, your aim is really good. I'm also working on my aim. We seem to be a bit balanced. My turn."She dashed backwards, while charging up a burning orb of jade green energy in which she fired at Misaki. While during another, she created yet another barrier around her body, but this barrier was much weaker than the first one. She heard Misaki telling her to dodge her attacks, so why not.. Misaki thought about that first statement for a moment, before running a hand through her hair. "Well, I suppose you'll have to correct that from no people to one person, won't you?" Misaki's smile didn't fade as she heard the words she'd given Jade thrown back at her. "Dodge?" The woman asked with a sweet smile, even as her golden orb moved quickly to scoot past the first attack, dodging the blows Misaki's smile grew wider. "...But I don't really want to." The cacaphonous Energy blast struck home and engulfed the powerhouse in energy, and smoke and flame kicked up around the room... Misaki's smile was the first thing to show through the smoke, as She leaped forward with a cacaphonous aura of golden light filling the room and leaving her shining like a bright star for all to see. "...I'm busy painting my target~" The Florist held a hand out and blasted full-bore at the Cat-girl with a look of grinning confidence on her features, as she let off a barrage just as strong before. her foe's concentration had slipped and her battle aura had fallen below where it was before. Golden blasts would zip from behind Jade as another trio of golden blasts rocketed from the cloud of energy Misaki had only just been hidden in, leaving her barraged from where Misaki was in the front by golden blasts whilst the Florist used the delay to add more of her personal artillery from behind! She said, as Misaki stated that she didn't want to dodge. Jade knew that people were there in the world that she was living in that were.. 'tanks'. People who could take a million hits and still stand. Was Misaki one of these.. 'tanks'? Because if she was, there would be a problem. Jade's ki pool felt a little.. drained and a bit empty, and she had used up most of it on her tailed ki blasts, aa she tried to shake off her most challenging opponent. She was good, really good. As the burning orb of ki connected with her aura, the smoke engulfed her, and as it dissapated, Jade could still see that grin she had on her face since the start of the fight. "Having fun, huh? Me too."
Soon enough, more barrages of ki attacks came at her. Man, she had a lot of.. power. She has been throwing this much attacks at Jade, and there wasn't any sign of.. fatigueness.. at all. They were so quick, Jade didn't even get the chance to move, and somehow.. there were attacks coming even from behind. I have an idea.
New ideas for Jade were good.. they always made a difference in how she fights. Her aura flared up around her, as she tried to regenerate some ki, and at the same time, let her aura soak up some of the attacks.. just like Misaki did. It worked.. partly. Once a few barrage of attacks connected with her aura, it dissipated, and her barrier broke immediately. She staggered for a few moments because of this, and to be honest.. that actually put a bit of a strain on her body. "You're.. really strong. I must say."She really was. Just feeling her ki signature just tells how strong she was. She got up out of her crouching position and stood there, thinking about what exactly should be done next. Maybe something to interfere with her aim? Nice. She has heard about this technique many times and finally.. she has decided to try doing it. She laid her index and middle finger of her right and left hand on her forehead. Suddenly, a flash of white bright light appeared from her forehead. Misaki's grin simply widened in response to Jade's statement regarding her enjoyment of the fight. she was certainly far from wrong - excited, elated, feeling her heart pounding in her chest as she fought her foe. She had no idea which one of them had the advantage, and, in this glorious moment of pure combat, of blow and counter-blow, of strike and counter and block and strike again, in this dizzying spiral of attacks that had left both of them with bruises and burns to think about... Misaki felt at home within this dizzying battle, and already felt assured within herself that it would raise her to heights even further ahead. Jade's blinding light did give a little snag to that dizzying clarity, though, cutting her down in the midst of her speech with a ray of light that left Misaki dazzled, unable to see straight as her weakened eyes felt stung by the attack. Closing her eyes on reflex, Misaki sought out Jade's energy. it was still harder, she could be practically anywhere within Misaki's senses... Then, the girl's smile returned in full as she realized the simple solution to this problem. "Only slightly." Misaki would reply evenly to the strength comment, before holding up her hand with a grin, Creating a new ocean of flower danmaku. If she could be practically anywhere, after all, the only solution was to shoot practically everywhere. The flowery bullets flew off in a beautiful pattern that cut off escape and sought to hem in Jade, wherever she might be, and crush her under their numbers. She did it! Misaki really didn't see that coming. Jade opened her eyes, only to see Misaki.. which was blind. She still had that grin on her face, which meant that she was still having fun, right? Because Jade was surely having fun. But something happened, in which Jade didn't expect.. as soon as Misaki fired her 'Flower Danmaku', it was scattered in all directions, and the only thing that Jade could have possibly done was to guard. She crossed her arms in front of her, and took the full blow of that one hit that caught it's target, and.. it was a bit painful. Jade was the type of girl that liked to dodge attacks, so this was one of her.. dull moments. She staggered once more, and to be honest, her ki pool was not holding up. "Gimme a sec."Once she had regained her balance, her aura flared up around her, and it danced around her violently. I need to try something.. more effective.. if only I could..She stood there, raising her ki while she did so. Suddenly, the area started to get extremely windy, as she raised both of her arms in the air. "I thought that I'd try something new. HAAA!"She exclaimed, as she pumped all of her ki that she has just regenerated and some ki that was reserved from before into the attack. A huge orb of burning jade green energy emerged from her palms, and it got larger and larger as time passed. Did she want to destroy the training room or something? Hopefully.. the training room is strong enough for this..That said, she threw the huge ball that was above her head, towards Misaki. That large ball of ki looked somewhat like her tailed ki blast.. but twenty times bigger. She panted and panted.. as that attack took way too much out of her.. and she was a bit tired because of this.. Can I go any further? Yes, I can.

Misaki had readied herself for her foe's next attack, but as it finally came, it seemed she wasn't as ready as she needed to be. both of her shoes clacked against the floor as two Hands went in the air, ready to hold back the giant blast of energy, and Misaki's face showed sweat and effort as her golden aura collided with the Jade energy blast. For a moment, the contest seemed fairly even, Misaki's demonic aura running against the green energy blast with wisps of energy trailing off her, some of her aura curling and twisting into what could be mistaken for curled horns before dissipating into the air.
Eventually, though, her aura started to disperse, sifting into the ether, and Misaki quickly realized that she did not have this. she'd never dealt with a large energy blast of this type before. she'd never learned how to deal with something like this, or even thought of a counter-measure at any point in her life. She didn't have a chance.
So... with a smile, she let go, allowing the blast to hit her square in the chest. the ensuing explosion sent training equipment every which way, pinning Misaki to the wall in a cacaphony of energy.
When the dust settled, Misaki gave a soft smile to Jade, down to one knee. Her dress was in tatters, one of her sleeves destroyed, the tattered remnants of her vest blowing off, and a satisfied smile on her face, even as she looked at her ruined shirt. "well... it looks like your win. congratulations!" Misaki would say with a smile, struggling to her feet with clear effort and shaking from her body, but not even a grunt of revealed discomfort. "...It looks like I need to get changed. How about after, we get a spot of tea?"
