BRIGHT BUSTER
An overcharged version of Zam's signature Bright Burst reserved for moments of extreme anger. She loads her entire body with volatile energy before unleashing it in a devastating blast. Mercurial like the Majin herself, this strange attack changes shape to fit her wrath. All variations are colored bright pink and glow so hot the opponent might get burned.

Cost: 35 ki + 5 HP
Ranks: Rank 2 grants +5 Accuracy and +2 dmg bonus. Rank 3 grants +10 Accuracy and +4 dmg bonus. Ranks do not stack.

Learn: 2 weeks for Rank 1. Rank 2 can be purchased for 3 MP. Rank 3 can be purchased for 5 MP

This is a special move from the looks of it? You should have gotten it approved in the special moves section as a result. Are you sure you want only 1 rank of it or do you want to be able to make it better?

All Special Techniques have a maximum of 3 ranks and begin at rank 1. Rank 2 may be purchased for 3 MP and gives that technique a +5 Accuracy and +2 Damage Bons; Rank 3 may be purchased for 5 MP and gives that technique a +10 Accuracy and +4 damage bonus. Ranks do not stack with one another.

Beyond that everything else looks standard/good and is approvable. So just go post it up with the '3 ranks learnable' in the custom technique's forum and we'll get it approved immediately.
