Personal Information Name: Hebihime Manda Alias: Princess of Snake Way Gender: Female Age: 893 Species: Serpent Deity (Demon) Father: King Yemma Mother: God of Snake Way
Physical Information: Disguised Form Height: 5'8" / 172.72cm Weight: 385lbs / 174.63kg Hair Style: Incredibly long, with long bangs Hair Color: Blond with strawberry tips Eye Color: Violet Complexion: Sun kissed
Clothing Hebihime's preferred outfit while living on Earth is designed to be largely inconspicuous among the Earthling population... mostly. Her usual ensemble consists of brown and beige shoes with a matching color skirt, worn over a pair of dark grey leggings. She wears a zip up sweatshirt-suit jacket hybrid with a collar, worn over top a collared dress shirt with a long purple tie. The aforementioned tie in a deep purple in color, and shaped reminiscent of a serpent's forked tongue. Lastly, Hebihime is never seen without her iconic cobra themed hat. Wide brimmed and loose, in truth it is neither a hat nor a hood, lingering somewhere in between. Regardless, the garment is the same violet color as its owner's tail, and sports two red rings and crimson eye spots. When training, Hebihime adopts a more traditional martial artists attire, with a loose purple gi and a black undershirt, tied at the waist by a crimson sash. The back of her uniform is emblazoned with the 蛇 kanji for 'Snake'.
Description Hebihime's disguised form is a reflection of her great vanity and pride. She appears before others as an attractive young woman in her early twenties. Alluring and curvaceous, she is a striking beauty with a toned body and lightly sun kissed skin. Her disguised self is of slightly above average height for an Earthling woman, with a heart shaped face and large almond shaped indigo eyes. Hebihime sports very long blonde hair, ending in strawberry blonde tips. She styles it in two straight ponytails, giving the hairstyle the appearance of a forked tongue from behind. Last, and easily her most prominent feature, is an enormous serpentine tail the woman possesses. At over double the length of her body and as thick as her hips at the base, it is a lingering vestige of Hebihime's true form. Her disguise technique is nowhere near as advanced as her mother's, who can create illusions of herself, servants, and an entire castle simultaneously. With her inexperience, Hebihime is forced to leave her tail intact, regardless of whatever form she assumes.
Physical Information: True Form Height: 160ft / 50m Length: 1,000ft / 305m Weight: 66,140tons / 60000 metric tons Scale Color: Deep violet with black stripes Eye Color: Violet
Description Hebihime's true form, like that of her mother, is of a gigantic snake. Her mouth alone is large enough to swallow a full grown man with ease, and her titanic body is much taller, longer, and heavier than even the greatest dinosaurs or the largest whales Earth has ever seen. Her immense body posses a black underbelly, with a coat of deep purple scales interwoven by black striped bands. Hebihime's mouth has four large, venomous fangs big enough to skewer a man, dripping with venom. Her forked tongue is a blue color and her violet eyes with within black patches on her head. Her head is crowned by four stubby horns, two larger ones on the outside of her skull and two smaller ones towards the center. The serpent's scales are smooth, polished to a luscious sheen and give her body a glossy appearance. Beyond this Hebihime's true form is typical for that of a snake, aside from its massive size. Hebihime lacks arms and legs, propelling herself either by slithering or by flight.

Personality The child of two minor deities in the grand celestial hierarchy, Hebihime has inherited every once of pride that would be expected of a minor goddess. She views herself as ultimately superior to those around her, even if she often keeps that thought to herself. Shrewd and cunning to a fault, Hebihime delights in manipulation, and flirtation to achieve her malevolent ends. She has a ravenous appetite, given her monstrous true form, and views anything living as a potential next meal. More over, Hebihime is notoriously vain, maintaining only beautiful female disguises to mask her appearance. Even in her true form, she believes her lustrous glossy scales and royal purple color give her a more regal, and attractive look than her 'aging' mother. This opinion is partially driven by Hebihime's fiercely competitive nature. She takes dares and challenges to heart, and keeps her end of her bargains.
The serpentine goddess is particular when it comes to notions of honor. While she is herself averse to fighting losing battles, defending anyone other than herself, and is generally self centered to a fault, she does hold a silent admiration for the more noble warriors of the universe. Having lived a life without anyone worth protecting, save for herself, Hebihime silently admires those with the conviction to stand in defense of others. Not that she won't happily cut them down and grant them a 'worthy' defeat at her metaphorical hands. On a similar note, while she herself is something of a duplicitous schemer, Hebihime in turn hates being lied to or misled. She thinks herself too intelligent to fall for the schemes of others, and when she realizes she's been caught in machinations it makes her blood boil as her carefully constructed ego takes the hit.
Hebihime is short tempered, and very capricious. Her mood swings rapidly when irritated, particularly so when hungry or forced to maintain her disguised form for abnormally long amounts of time. When angered she often resorts to violence, and will devour anyone she deems unimportant to her without so much as a second thought. In her vanity, Hebihime is an admirer of beauty both male and female. She places greater leniency on those she considers beautiful, and will even spare victims from their fate if she finds them particularly attractive. In her eyes the universe would be better off populated only with beautiful things, with ugliness stamped out like a disease. This notion has brought her into contention with many of the other malevolent forces of Earth, such as Vampires, Demons, and mutant Namekians, many of which she categorizes anywhere from 'unsightly' to 'repulsive'.
Duplicitous by nature, Hebihime has no quarrels lying to others. She hides secrets behalf half truths, is known to twist her words, and can only be taken at face value under the most dire of circumstances. This is par for the course for a snake goddess, and she wouldn't have it any other way. She sees the blunt as tactless, the confident as arrogant, and the ignorant as imbeciles. And yet for all of this, she is compelled to be worshiped. Hebihime longs for retainers, followers, servants, champions, and more. She would love nothing more than to rule a planet, or better yet ascend to a worthy place in the heavens. Though she is well aware the latter would invoke the ire of beings who's celestial reach vastly outweighs her own.
History Hebihime's story begins almost a millennia ago, in an age few but the Kais lived to witness. King Yemma, the King of all Ogres and the Judge of the Dead, set off down the legendary Snake Way to receive training from King Kai. Along the way, he, like all who traveled before him, encountered a lavish palace filled with beautiful young serving girls wishing only to bathe him in their affections. Snake Palace, as it were, was but one of many illusions of the God of Snake Way, who preyed upon the living and the dead who sought to travel along 'her' domain. Unlike the previous travelers, Yemma proved a mighty and fearsome opponent, one the snake goddess could not devour. In turn though, the serpent deity was too mighty for the Oni King to slay, leaving the two fighters at a stand still.
The two ended up parting ways amicably, in spite of having tried to kill one another. Yemma traveled onward and ultimately did receive his training with King Kai, and the God of Snake Way returned to her illusions, continuing to lord over her domain devouring those who sought to cross it. When King Yemma returned, he faced the snake goddess once more, intent to capture her to face justice for all the souls she'd devoured. To his surprise though, the God of Snake Way had no desire to face Yemma again, especially not after he had completed his training. Instead, she professed her love, having become smitten by the first warrior to match her in battle. Yemma in turn, was smitten by her beauty. In time the two would be wed, and it was a happy marriage, for a time.
However, King Yemma is a notable workaholic, spending nearly every waking moment judging the countless souls of the dead and designating them an afterlife. This led to a very rocky home life, with the God of Snake Way finding herself lonely and longing for her beloved husband, only for him to constantly blow off his wife in order to continue his celestial duty. The snake goddess, selfish and spiteful, slowly grew more resentful of her husband as the years dragged on. When she finally did find herself pregnant with Yemma's child, she hoped the announcement would drive her husband back into her open arms. Instead, the now over-stressed and still overworked King Yemma buried himself in his work as usual. Though this time doubly so, as his only coping mechanism over the stress of being a father.
For the God of Snake Way this was the final straw, she had had enough of an increasingly loveless marriage to a husband who seemingly cared for his work more than his wife. When Hebihime was born, her mother announced she was leaving King Yemma, to return to Snake Way and her old life. King Yemma took the news as well as expected, and there was a noticeable upswing in the number of souls sent to Hell in the following months. The God of Snake Way, having seen her child only as a means to win back her husband's love, now had no desire to raise her own daughter. Instead, she took the easier solution, dumping Hebihime off in Hell to be fostered by the worst souls to ever die.
So the young Snake Deity found herself as a crying baby in the darkest pit of Hell. Fortunately for her, even evil has a softer side. And most of the dead aren't so malicious as to harm an innocent child if there's nothing to gain in it for themselves. Baby Hebihime was a brief spark of happiness for the residents of Hell, a small but positive thing amidst an afterlife of endless suffering and toil. She was passed around like a plaything, raised for a few days or a week before being given over to another. Inspiring the long forgotten motherly instincts in dead witches, sorceresses, queens, and anyone else important enough to keep their body in the afterlife. The denizens of Hell were keen to keep young Hebihime a secret from their ogre jailers, who they believed would confiscate this one positive thing in their miserable afterlives.
As she grew older, Hebihime grew more curious of the Other World around her, and of her own parentage. She wandered the layers of Hell, asking her former mentors and caretakers if any of them had been her parents in life. None knew, though many had their own theories. Eventually it was decided no one in Hell could be responsible for her birth, so Hebihime decided to leave, which was easier said than done. Hell is designed to be inescapable, and Hebihime was forced to beat several ogre jailers in a footrace before they finally showed her the way out. Once Hebihime escaped, she found herself high in the clouds, standing atop a winding road that stretched on endlessly in either direction. With nowhere better to go, she decided to follow it.
Eventually Hebihime naturally came upon the God of Snake Way's Palace, thinking her fortune had finally improved. In the meantime, her mother had not changed her ways and continued to prey upon unsuspecting strangers. However, the sight of her abandoned daughter all grown up triggered a rather unflattering emotional response in the goddess. She embraced her daughter in her arms, the later still oblivious to the truth of it all. Snake Princess explained her daughter's origins, her own anger, and her foolishness at casting her away. She claimed she eventually relented and tried to seek her out to make amends on her own, but just as with the ogres, none of the dead in Hell would give up their secrets. They feared the God of Snake Way would confiscate the child, report them to her estranged husband, and King Yemma would find them an even worse punishment than Hell.
Rather than overjoyed at the revelations, Hebihime was angered by her mother at the news she had been discarded like an unwanted toy. Hebihime flew into a rage, and attacked her mother, lashing out with centuries of repressed anger and sorrow. The God of Snake Way was caught momentarily off guard, too self centered to expect such a response from her 'ungrateful' daughter. Hebihime drew first blood, and her mother responded by assuming her own monstrous true form. The two serpent deities clashed along their namesake, shaking the skies above Hell as they matched each other blow for blow. Where Hebihime had the advantage of youth and raw emotion, her mother boasted greater strength and skill from centuries of killing warriors seeking to train under King Kai.
Ultimately Hebihime was defeated, overpowered by her mother as their grueling battle came to a close. Outraged at her daughter's antics, thinking her ungrateful and unworthy of being even called a 'goddess', the God of Snake Way used her magic to summon a portal to the realm of the living. She cast her daughter through it, cursing her name and telling her to return once she'd learned some humility and respect for her elders. Hebihime was teleported to Earth, intentionally so by her mother. Earth had long since been a 'problem planet' for her father King Yemma. Once home of the Dragonballs, a constant place of war and strife, and currently ruled by an extraterrestrial demon king, Earth had a long history of making Yemma's job more difficult. The God of Snake Way hoped adding her daughter to the mix would create even more problems for her estranged husband; wars, strife, demonic magics, the undead. Anything to get back at Yemma for failing to give her the attention she deserved as his wife.
Since then, Hebihime has spent the last century or two stuck on Earth with seemingly no way back to the Other World safe for dying, something she would happily not do lest she too be judged by her father and wind up in Hell. She has wandered the planet, searching for means magical or mundane to return to her home and confront her mother. In the meantime though, Hebihime has actually come to like Earth, much to her own surprise. The planet and its people are boundlessly interesting, and there is so much more to do than there ever was in Hell. She delights in the freedom to explore her own cruelty and malevolence, and that has found her in the retinue of the Demon King Piccolo. Hebihime is formally a part of the Dark Kingdoms, though her authority within waxes and wanes based on her own antics. She flip flops between wanting to govern a kingdom of thralls and cultists, or going back to the life of an aimless wanderer content to enjoy Earth's sins at her leisure. This indecisiveness has won her no favors with Piccolo Daimao, who tolerates the serpent goddess' antics chiefly because they destabilize his enemies while she wisely ignores his own lands.

Notes Hebihime's font color is #914685. Referred by Vidar (PROJECT: RAGNAROK)
Roleplay Sample
Hebihime opened her eyes as light flooded through the darkness of the portal once more. The far end had opened, it felt like she'd been falling through darkness for a lifetime. In truth mere minutes had passed, but when deprived of all one's senses time seemed to slow to a crawl. It was bright on the far side, blindingly so against the black abyss between realms. The next thing she knew, Hebihime had fallen out the far end of the portal. She slammed into the ground below with a thunderous impact that shook the trees and sent birds flying away in startled flocks across the forest. She lay there silently for several minutes, exhausted, battered, and sore. Collecting her thoughts at what had happened prior to this painful arrival. The last thing Hebihime remembered, she had been fighting her mother. It was a literal clash of the titans on the middle of Snake Way as the two went blow for blow in the skies above Hell. The two snake deities battling in a mother daughter quarrel over centuries of pent up frustration. Though she'd had the upper hand initially, Hebihime had walked away the loser, and was currently suffering dearly for it.
Her 'loving' mother, the God of Snake Way, had in her divine wisdom conjured a portal to... somewhere and flung her daughter through it as punishment. The last thing she remembering was hearing her mother cackling with fiendish glee, fangs bared as the darkness of the abyss between realms consumed her daughter. Hebihime had been flung from Snake Way to this strange new destination, and lifted her head to gaze around at her surroundings. She lay in a clearing... well, it was a clearing now. Most of the trees around her had been leveled by her arrival. Either crushed under her body, or flattened from the force of her impact. This place felt strange, different. Like a sense she had but didn't use before. There was a kind of 'weight' to this place, something that made it feel different from Hell. Hebihime had grown up in the worse half of the afterlife, living among the souls of the damned and only occasionally venturing into the more distant parts of Other World. But this place, it felt... alive. Yes that was it, it felt alive. She could sense it now, there was life, and energy, and ki, all around her. In the air, in the plants, beneath the ground. Life flourished here unlike the barren wastes of Hell, populated only by souls and ogres.
"So this is... the mortal universe?" Hebihime said to herself, slowly rising to her feet. The phrase was purely metaphorical, her immense serpentine body had no limbs though she still towered over the treetops. "It's so... green." She added, awestruck by the she amount of plant life that managed to crop up. Trees as far as the eye could see, with lush green branches unlike the charred, withered looking husks in Hell. Grass that was full and verdant, blanketing the ground like a soft carpet. A far cry from the dried shrubs and cracked earth that dotted her home realm. And there was blue too, almost as much. The sky above was a light blue, dotted with occasional white clouds. Hell had a blood red sky, with orange clouds that separated it from Snake Way far above. Where were the lakes of blood? The seas of boiling lava, filled with endless needles and caves of broken glass. Did the mortal universe not have such things? Hebihime mentally facepalmed as she answered her own question. Of course it didn't, these were all horrible creations designed to punish the damned for eternity. No, the mortal universe was bright, and colorful, and so full of life.
This all meant one thing for the serpent. This strange new realm needed to be explored, and she wasn't going to do it lying here feeling sorry for herself. Her mother had sent her here for her own cruel reasons, but that didn't mean Hebihime couldn't pursue her own agenda. So with a great lurch Hebihime began to slither forward, with no destination in mind other than what was in front of her. Moving like a leviathan among the trees, slithering around the larger ones while simply knocking over the smaller ones in her path. Animals fled in any direction, fleeing the serpent the way they'd flee a forest fire or a logging company. These animals were so simple, too simple to have strong souls. Hebihime could sense as much. Where were the beings that left their Souls in Hell? Did they live elsewhere, had she been left abandoned on a realm of harmless creatures like some cruel isolation? Hebihime wondered endless questions in her slow, languid procession through the forest. Each moment that passed brought her no new answers, only more startled animals and more trees in her way. But, Hebihime's bones ached and her muscles were sore, and so she simply trudged forward in an almost robotic motion as she willed her body to move.
The serpent's meandering came to a halt when a piercing sound startled her from her almost trance-like state of pondering. "SNAKE!" Came a woman's voice, high and shrill filled with fear. Hebihime looked down, violet eyes locked on the mortal woman below her. The woman dropped her basket, fresh picked fruit and berries scattering on the ground. Discarded out of fear, she turned and ran. "Monster! Snake! Giant Snake!" The woman bellowed in a banshee's wail to whoever was in earshot. Hebihime was instantly enraged at the word monster, her forked tongue flickering out as much in irritation as to pick up the mortal's scent. This woman was lucky, if she wasn't recovering from the worst beating of her life she'd simply have evaporated the woman with her fire breath. Instead, Hebihime gave chase, slithering slowly through the forest floor. Head low to the ground, forked tongue flickering in and out as she smelled her prey. Damnable cretin, calling her a monster, she'd show her.
It didn't take long to catch the woman, she stumbled her way into a clearing in the forest surrounded by a wooden wall. A small mountainside village, far away in the remote parts of the world. Well removed from the troubles of this world, or so the villagers had thought. Hebihime gazed at the structures, smoke rising from chimneys as men rushed from their doors to see the commotion. "Mmm-monster!" One shouted. "Demon!" Cried another. "King Piccolo must have sent it!" Another cried out. "We're doomed!" Some fled, some stood frozen in fear. And some of the more foolish woodsmen pulled out shotguns and other crude weapons, taking aim and firing away. Boom, Boom, blasts of buckshot and hunting rifle bullets glanced harmlessly off the massive serpent's scales. They did succeed in doing one thing, further pissing the deity off. She swung out her tail, smashing through their feeble wall and leveling several homes in the process.
"You think me a monster?" Hebihime roared in a deafening tone that shook the vicinity. "I'll show you monstrous." She said with an ominous, throaty laugh as the serpent craned her head down and opened her mouth wide. Her jaws clamped down on the man who'd fired the first shot, and she devoured him whole. A new wave of terror set in through the village, men and women grabbing their children and attempting the flee the rampaging serpent. Hebihime did not care, and showed no mercy as she picked up her assault. Her head smashed through buildings, jaws clamping down on stone and wood if it meant devouring the people beneath. She gorged herself on the village in a hateful rampage, she'd use these mortals to replenish her strength and sate her blood lust. The poor logging camp stood no chance against the serpent deity, and as quickly as the attack began it seemed to have come to an end.
None yet lived, save for one. Hebihime had spared the shrieking banshee woman, who remained frozen with fear, her face white as a ghost. The snake craned its head back, shifting itself to face the woman as it leaned in close. The humid breath from its nostrils washing over her as the snake breathed. "Do not think I had forgotten you." She said in a deep, ominous tone. Hebihime looked the woman over, studying more carefully now what these living beings looked like. She'd seen so many races in Hell, it was hard to remember individual ones. Fair skinned, two arms, two legs, hair only on their head... no tail. The last part irked her, that would be problematic. No matter, she would make do.
"For you, I have something special in mind." The snake said with a throaty laugh. Her eyes flashed with a pulse of violet light, as magic coursed through her. Hebihime suppressed her true form, using her insight on the Earthling to construct herself a disguised form. Mimicking the woman, Hebihime now stood before her in a human guise. Except... not like her. While her face, build, and features were those of the peasant woman, Hebihime was... something more. She had made alterations to her guise, improving it in her own eyes. Such was her own vanity, and she corrected what she saw as fault. Her legs were longer, more toned. Her bust larger and fuller, hips wider, and waist narrower than her counterpart. Her face was fairer and her hair longer and more luxurious to behold. There was one glaring fault though. Hebihime still sported a long purple serpent tail, making it plain as day she was no mere Earthling. The Achilles's Heel of her illusions, no matter how hard she tried Hebihime could never manage to do anything about her tail. It persisted without fail across every disguise she'd worn throughout the centuries she'd been alive.
"There... How do you like the new look?" Hebihime said, running her slender hands over her feminine figure. "I think I may have outdone myself this time. Don't you agree?" She said with a devilish smile, her fanged grin flashing the venomous teeth behind plump lips.
"You're... You're me!" The woman said, stumbling for words as her face drained of any and all remaining color.
"I'm you? Pffft. Hardly." Hebihime said with a haughty chuckle. She leaned down, wrapping her hand around the woman's throat and lifting her to her feet. "No, I'm superior to you. An improvement, in every way." She said, grinning ear to ear as she watched the woman struggling to breath against her grip. It felt good to have hands again, she did so miss them from time to time in her true form. With that she leaned in close, close enough to whisper into the woman's ear. "That makes you rather... redundant, doesn't it?" She whispered softly, relishing in tormenting the poor girl.
"No, please. Don't kill me. Don't eat me!" The woman said, finally finding her words as she struggled against Hebihime's grip. "I'll do whatever you want, please, I swear!"
Hebihime let go, and the woman fell to her knees, gasping for breath. One hand rubbing the sore spot on her throat. Red finger marks in her tender skin. "One of those men I devoured just now. He spoke of a King Piccolo, said he'd sent me. Then called me a demon. He wasn't exactly wrong..." She said, inspecting her nails admiring her own handiwork in her illusion. "But I'd like to know who exactly this King Piccolo is. Tell me, or I'll devour you next before I find someone who can answer my simple question." Her tone was strict, like a mother scolding a child.
"You can't be serious?" The woman said, eliciting Hebihime to raise and eyebrow at her. "What I mean is. I... I can't believe you don't know who Demon King Piccolo is. He's ruled half of Earth for hundreds of years. Ever since he was freed from wherever he came from he's terrorized this world." Hebihime was intrigued. A Demon King? Here? How fortuitous, perhaps this Piccolo would know a way to send her home. Or have some magic relic she could steal and simply go back herself.
Hebihime smiled, an almost lustful smile as the opportunities began to unfold in her mind's eye. "I hadn't, but now I'm intrigued. Tell me where this Demon King Piccolo lives, and I will be done with you." Hebihime added, impatience coming through in her voice.
The woman nodded, responding immediately. "He lives far to the south of here. And west too. In the lands of the Dark Kingdom. In the highest tower of the largest castle. Surrounded by armies of demons and monsters."
"Hmm..." Hebihime said nonchalantly. "Lucky for me then, I grew up living among demons and monsters. There were quite a few of those in HELL!" She said with a cackle, terrifying the poor woman further. Whether she truly believed her or not, the serpent's words had sent a new wave of fear through the young woman.
"There, you got what you wanted from me. I told you what you wanted, that means I can go now, right?" The woman begged, still on her hands and knees practically groveling.
Hebihime slowly shook her head no. "I'm afraid not, I said I wouldn't devour you." The serpent woman said as violet flames sheathed her right hand. "I didn't say I wasn't going to kill you." The woman didn't even get a moment to respond, her last memories one of fear and despair, as Hebihime raised her hand and unleashed a blast of caustic flames that washed over the woman bathing her in arcane fire. She screamed a wretched scream, until her body was vaporized to ash a mere moment later. Leaving behind only a faint pile of charred remains, which blew away with the wind. Hebihime smirked, clenching her hand into a fist. She still had much of her strength to recover. No matter, she had plenty of time to, and at last had a destination in mind. "Demon King Piccolo..." Hebihime said, mouthing the name aloud as her gaze was distant and fierce. "You have a very important guest arriving, and you don't even know it yet." She said with a scoff, as a sudden realization dawned on her. "Grrr... I forgot to ask that damn woman how I'm supposed to figure out which way southwest is..."

Hi! Sorry it took so long to get you this review, but I work on the weekends and this really needed the intention of me as the head admin and primary head of our 'world plot'. You've created a beautifully done character and it is for that reason why we agreed to wait until I can actually sit down to review it to fix the few issues that it has.
Your transformation from giant snake to woman can be handled without issue by the Giant form technique, so it's good you chose Demonic Royalty. I was going to suggest you use 'Demon' because we plan to transition a second, identical but not 'demonic' option called 'Outsider' to the cover all the minor deities and the like which exist in Dragon Ball. I was going to suggest before I saw that you had already done so, that you pick 'Demon' as her race.
History wise, initially I was inclined to say 'You need to make her bump her head and this be the history some cultists told her or the like', but I'm not so sure that is necessary. Other players don't know anything of the other world, and even Goku in this timeline has not traveled Snake Way and the like, so it isn't even something most actually know of from first, second, or third hand experience as even the Demons on Earth are generally 'homegrown/born'. I can't promise to you that just because this is a Dragon Ball site, when we -do- open up Otherworld, it will be exactly as Hebihime remembers it or the canon says it is, and indeed she might have been sent to an -alternate- Earth from the one which was intended, through some way or another.
Statistically, I'm going to need both of her custom/special techniques (Hellfang Frenzy and Jormungandr Rush) to be posted up in the custom techniques area so they can be reveiwed and approved, though on first glance I don't see anything wrong with them- that is our policy.
Aside from that, this is approvable without any major changes necessary. I'm just saying as the HGM, don't be surprised if I flip the script on things when someone finally DOES meet King Yenma and the Snake Princess of Snake Way. Additionally, you need to add the free trait Canon Descendant (King Yenma/Hebihime of Snake Way) to your sheet, at your leisure.
For your RP sample, you gain 2649 EP, and 150 PL.
In addition, you will be starting off with 1MP free and an additional 1000 EP, for being recruited by Ny/Android 18. And when he finally gets a character done and approved, for the month of time after he has been approved, the two of you will gain a +25% bonus to all gains for threads which you are in together.
