[Continued from " The Clash at Demonhead"] Star Head? Lord Jaaku glanced up at the glowing star on his forehead, and then his face contorted with rage. My host is burning with anger… the demon thought. Black energy erupted around his body, blazing like a bonfire that absorbed light. “I’m going to enjoy destroying what little, remaining intelligence you have in that empty head of yours!” Lord Jaaku bellowed. Grisha saw the student’s hands raise and immediately started running. Two dark beams of energy fired from Lord Jaaku’s palms in a continuous stream. The Saiyan ran swift and hard, trying to avoid getting caught in the twin beams. When Lord Jaaku started to levitate into the air, Grisha figured that he wasn’t going to let him get close. Had his strength frightened him? Grisha couldn’t fly or use energy, but he made up for it with his immense physical strength. Was the metal one gone? He had to find out. In the meantime, Grisha would buy time to not only devise a plan to get close to Jaaku but give Vidar time to catch up if he was still alive. The other could fly and use energy attacks like Jaaku. If they teamed up, they would stand a better chance! WC: 203 Tag: Vidar (PROJECT: RAGNAROK)

The crater, in which the blonde cyborg had been buried, was quite large. It had a wide spanning circumference and it had a surprising depth to it; in the nexus was the cyborg, underneath a large pile of rock and stone.
His HUD was, as per the usual, screaming at him. Data streamed before his eyes as his body performed an automatic self diagnostic. Nothing appeared to be irreparably damaged but he was not at 100% optimum status. Above him, beyond the rocks and debris, he could hear the sounds of the battle continuing - the battle between Grisha and the demon possessed student. Lord Jaaku as he had been called by the now-blowing-in-the-wind-like-an-allergen (in short, the dusted) demon that they had been dealing with originally, was more powerful than Vidar had originally estimated him to be. Or, at the least, he had a large amount of burst damage potential. Perhaps, that was it? Was this creature capable of sustaining that amount of power over time or was he only able to release highly potent and destructive bursts at once?
All of that was relevant information, but it was not helpful at the moment; he had to focus on the task at hand. Beating the demon down and tearing it out of the possessed young man's body. How they did that, well their master had not given them a single clue, so the only thing that he could imagine would be to do as Grisha originally intended and pummel the demon until it submitted. Or, at the least, beat it till it was unconscious or immobilized, in order to safely return back to their master and have him remove the foul demon from the young student.
Lord Jaaku was distracted, attempting to decimate the bulky saiyan. So much so that he did not, for a moment, notice that something was heading his way. The ground was tearing apart, as if something was burrowing just under the surface. It cracked apart in a straight line, bulging the ground creating a large snake of upturned earth.
The demon's eyes turned to face the approaching line, turning his face just slightly to see just whatever it was heading his way; but, Vidar was not emerging from there.
In fact, the cyborg burst out of the ground from the other side of the demon. The ground erupting apart as chunks of earth scattered across the air and the demon turned, eyes wide, what? How was that possible?
It did not matter at that point. The blonde had his arms aimed out, raised; fingers, wrists, arms, latched together, metal plates sliding and shifting and opening and spreading wide as his arms transformed into one massive, pardon the pun, arm canon. He dug his feet into the earth, stabilizing himself, and then he unleashed a wall of fire and Ki that slammed into the demon with incredible force. The potent wall of fire, the dragon's roar of it, slammed into him so violently that he was sent flying through the air, the heat of the attack bearing down on him. Then he was smashed into a wall; Lord Jaaku's body colliding with the wall and engulfed in fire augmented Ki energies. When the fire died down, the demon was embedded in the wall, snarling with increasing fury.
"I'm going to tear you apart, tin man," The enraged demon snarled, attempting to rip himself free of the wall.

Vidar had appeared just in the nick of time. Grisha had nearly lost steam trying to keep ahead of the twin beams that were chasing him. It appeared his opponent had to use a great amount of strength to keep the attack in a controlled stream. If he had had enough control, then the energy would have caught up to Grisha. The body of a martial arts novice was not the body of a master. When the stream of energy stopped, the giant noticed that Lord Jaaku had become distracted. Grisha took a moment to slide to a stop and rest his hands on his knees. From fighting a demonic army to fighting a demonic lord, Grisha hadn’t trained for such endurance. He was angry that the fight had been this long, and they still didn’t know how to get the demon out of the kid. Sweat was pouring down his face. Grisha was panting, watching as Vidar revealed himself and fired an impressive beam attack at the lordling. This was their chance. This was HIS chance. After the android’s beam attack had slammed the demon into the side of the cliffs, Grisha crouched. The earth exploded beneath his feet as he launched into the air. He soared toward the crater; his shoulder presented for the ramming. Lord Jaaku had just pulled his shoulders free from the stone when his eyes swelled to the size of saucers seconds before Grisha made impact. His shoulder sank into the little lord’s chest, forcing breath and spittle from his lips. A second and larger crater imploded over the one Vidar’s attack had made. The demon lord’s body near molded about Grisha’s shoulder until the giant wrenched back. He cranked back his arm and aimed the massive knuckles of his fist at the boy’s face. Grisha struck him, causing his skull to sink into the stone. The Saiyan irritably resumed his exorcistic chant as his punches became a blur. His arms pummeled the lordling so fast that his body appeared to be convulsing. “GET OUT! GET OUT! GET OUT!” Grisha shouted over and over. He was tired of fighting, and he wanted the annoying demon kid to stop moving. Through his passionate barrage of punches that didn’t even allow the demon lord’s body to fall to the ground, Grisha hadn’t noticed that the student had fallen unconscious. His eyes were still open, staring lifelessly and leading the giant to believe he was still able to fight. “GET OOOOUUUUT!” WC: 414 | 617 Tag: Vidar (PROJECT: RAGNAROK)

This whole fight had taken an extraordinary amount of time. From having to deal with the angry hornet nest of demon underlings, to dealing with the fake Demon Lord, and now to dealing with the real one, Vidar was really quite near the point that he was almost getting miffed. This was a change from his usual nonchalant expression; not that he could not feel emotions, it just took quite a lot to get him to do so, such as getting him angry. Now, he wasn't angry. He was more annoyed than anything else. Perhaps bothered? Either way, the demon had to go.
His attack had struck and the demon had been embedded into the wall. Vidar's alarms were still blaring inside of his head; this creature was far too dangerous and it had to be extracted from the boy's body, and - now that he thought about it, then what? Once the demon was removed from his body, did that mean that he and Grisha would have to take a disembodied demon to their master? Or did that meant that the demon would simply disappear into the aether? After all, what did a demon look like when not inside of a human body? Was it like the other demons they had fought? Vidar should have asked questions before he agreed to do this mission.
He had to power up another attack - do something quick, that hit hard, and kept that demon embedded in the wall, at least long enough for Grisha to join him so they could formulate a plan on how to rip the demon out of the young -
And there was Grisha. Roaring like an enraged locomotive, slamming into the demon with such violent force, that he buried the demon deeper into the wall and created a secondary and larger crater. The demon was almost molded against the massive man's body, his eyes bulged comically, and he couldn't even scream properly; or, perhaps, he had and Vidar just had not heard it over the roar of the saiyan, the explosion of the impact, and the bellow of the crumbling rock?
Then the 'exorcism' began. Or, what the big man called an exorcism. That entailed generally beating the demon possessed young student into a fine pulp; raining down thunderous blows upon the young man's head, face, shoulders, all while screaming at the demon to GET OUT.
He swiftly launched himself forward, and grabbed onto the big man's arm. He gripped it tight, "Enough, ENOUGH," He spoke firmly, as he looked at the body, "He appears to have been knocked completely unconscious. If the demon is in there, he is out of commission. He's out cold. We should bring him back to the Master, I'm sure he's got a more efficient way to remove the demon that isn't beating this poor student into a fine paste. If you keep this up, you'll kill both of them, and I'm sure that's not what our Master wanted."
The blonde cyborg did not wish to upset the big man. But he also did not wish him to kill the young student and in turn enrage their master; he had not given them the order to kill the demon or the boy. "Now that he's incapacitated, let's tie him up and take him back."

Grisha paused; his arm cranked back, and fist balled and ready. He turned his head toward his shoulder, peering over it at the cyborg who had stopped him. His body was expanding and shrinking with his deep pants and sweat was glistening on his brow. The metal man had been concerned that Grisha might kill the kid. The insight caused Grisha’s brows to raise and the enraged expression that had been tightly clenched on his face loosened. He turned his attention back to the boy. He was slumped over and tucked inside a shallow cave Grisha had made with his fist. A sweat bead descended the side of the Saiyan’s head as he felt a wave of embarrassment. He had gotten so carried away. Lowering his arm (like lowering a weapon), Grisha apologized, “Sorry.” Grisha didn’t have anything to tie the kid up with. He glanced down at what remained of his pants and untied his belt. It caused his tattered pants to drop to the floor as he approached the kid in his fundoshi. Grisha knelt before the kid and tied his ankles to his wrists. He then extracted him from the hole, folding him over his bare shoulder and giving Vidar a thumbs up. “Good to go!” Bringing his fingers to his mouth, Grisha whistled sharply as his Mokuzai soared in. He patted the log before it lowered to allow him to step on it. “Go home!” Grisha told the log. The giant had never felt so desperate to return to the dojo. He wanted to soak in a hot spring to ease his aching muscles and eat food until he thought he could burst. Lastly, he wanted to sleep like a rock for a long time. The flight back was quiet. Grisha’s eyes were half-lidded. He looked exhausted and could have fallen asleep while riding his log, but his sudden head bobs startled him awake. The flight had never felt so long. It had been easier actively going on a search for Lord Jaaku, but when the objective was to anxiously return to the dojo, the flight felt like it had taken ages. When they made it back, it was no surprise that Djirodoo wasn’t standing at the gates waiting for them. He was probably where he always was—in his meditation room. Grisha hopped off the Mokuzai and purposefully headed toward the dojo with the boy only checking to see if Vidar was following. The Namekian’s servants slid open the doors, revealing the South Star seated with his back to the two fighters. “So, you both returned. That was quicker than I anticipated,” Djirodoo said before he uncrossed his legs and stood. He faced Grisha, and his face dropped with irritation to see that he was practically naked in his meditation room. “Why do I always have to tell you to put some clothes on around here?” He approached Grisha, gazing at the boy tied up and laying like a towel over his shoulder. He looked to Vidar to give him a comprehensible report (knowing Grisha…). “Is this him?” he asked. The following action had been so swift that not even Djirodoo had seen it until it was too late. Grisha’s left hand was clutched about his throat and was quickly crushing it. The Namekian master bared his teeth as one hand rose to grasp Grisha’s wrist and his other attempted to aim a palm in his face. Grisha’s other hand snagged Djirodoo’s wrist and wrenched his arm down. The boy limply fell from his shoulder. The giant Saiyan’s eyes were mysteriously crimson, and a wicked grin was cracked on his face. Djirodoo immediately realized that the demon must have possessed him. Grisha drew the Namekian close. He opened his mouth, and the spirit of the Demon Lord attempted to fly from Grisha’s mouth into Djirodoo’s. The Namekian master opened his own mouth as a beam of ki energy slammed into the Demon Lord’s spirit, forcing it back. His eyes glowed as he kept the evil spirit at bay, but he wouldn’t be able to for long. Sorry Big Guy, Djirodoo mentally apologized. The South Star’s right leg swung upward between Grisha’s legs, and his shin struck him in the package. Grisha’s red eyes bulged, and the Demon Lord attempted to retract back into his mouth. Djirodoo closed his mouth, ceasing his beam, and rushed the giant as he dropped to his knees. Grisha’s hands grasped his shattered junk, while Djirodoo grasped Grisha’s throat with both hands, strangling him to keep the spirit from slipping back into his mouth. Tears of agony were spilling from Grisha’s eyes as he choked on what he wanted to be a scream of pain, but he was instead literally being strangled while choking on the ghostly body of a Demon Lord! Djirodoo looked to Vidar and demanded, “There’s a large, empty gourd in this room. I need you to find it quick and stick it in Grisha’s mouth. I won’t be able to hold him for long!” When Vidar would manage to find it, he would find out that if he attempted to stick it in Grisha’s mouth, the Saiyan would attempt to snag his wrists and try to stop him. Grisha was behaving like the demon, wild, savage, and ruthless. The massive beastly man, muscles bulging and flexing - veins almost visible through the skin of his body, the skin itself tautly stretched across his muscles - was beating that possessed young student into mush. The blonde cyborg managed to catch his fist, to stop his arm, to cease him from beating the young man to death. Perhaps there was a moment of self reflection, or perhaps the big brute recognized what he was doing, but, he did something that Vidar had not seen him do often, he apologized. The big man then tied the boy up, though in doing so caused his pants to come fully off, exposing his thickly muscled legs, thighs, calves, and the traditional almost fundoshi underwear he was wearing, before they decided to return to their master, unconscious boy in tow like they were delivering new carpet.
Of course, before they even began their journey back to their master, Vidar checked the boy's vitals; he was alive, still, breathing, albeit weakly, and whilst he had been beaten senseless and into complete unconsciousness, he did not appear to have suffered what the blonde cybernetically enhanced warrior would call life threatening injuries. So it appeared as if the demon had kept the boy's body from sustaining any mortal blows; something that made some level of sense, the demon needs his host alive thus he would use a considerable amount of his power to protect his body, making it stronger, tougher, capable of taking a beating, even from someone as powerful and frightening as Grisha.
"You managed to best the demon, I'm sure the master will be happy," Vidar commended the big man, going along with him as the log carried them back to the master's home.
When they arrived, he could tell that the big guy was happy to be back. He appeared eager to return; perhaps he wanted to show to their master that he had done a good job and captured the demon? An almost childlike image of the big man crossing his mind, eager for validation and praise, something that was both humorous and odd to imagine at the same time.
Vidar did not have much to say, the Master had spotted that the big man was not wearing almost any clothing, once more, in his home, something which brought him great discomfort and annoyance. "I could go bring him some clothes," at least, that is what the blonde was going to suggest, when he barely registered the next few actions - the hand around Djirodoo's throat, the mouth beam, the strange thing emerging from Grisha's mouth, the crotch shot, it all happened in relatively quick succession, and left Vidar little time to react.
A gourd? His eyes scanned the room, his scanners activating automatically as his eyes took on a bright golden hue, an almost warm glow emanating from his eyes as he swept them around the space as he was moving quickly. His eyes fell upon the gourd and he rushed to it, grabbed it, and returned to the big guy as he crammed the end of the gourd into his the big guy's mouth.

Djirodoo saw Grisha’s hands rising to halt Vidar’s from getting any closer to his face with the gourd. The South Star was forced to release his throat to intercept them. He grasped the giant’s wrists, and the two fighters shook as strength combated strength. Djirodoo was a master, but even trying to force the Saiyan’s arms down proved to be a task that didn’t happen quicker than he had liked. Both were clenching their teeth, glaring into each other’s eyes as Vidar attempted to shove the gourd into Grisha’s face. The demon tried to keep Grisha’s teeth tightly closed, but the gourd had an unusual power that began to suck like a vacuum. The magic gourd had detected the wicked spirit and greedily started to draw it from Grisha’s mouth. The strength of the vacuum had been so strong that Grisha’s teeth were forced apart and his struggling with Djirodoo instantly ceased. Djirodoo continued to restrain him as the black, wispy form of the demon became slurped like a noodle into the device. Grisha’s eyes rolled back into his head, and when the demon had completely left him, Djirodoo was quick to grasp the cork that hung on a reed rope from the gourd and seal the demon inside. The giant folded over, his skull shattering the dojo’s wooden floor. The corner of Djirodoo’s lip arched as he cursed. This was why having students was a pain in his green ass. Since Vidar was the only one conscious, Djirodoo took the gourd from him and gave him a thumb up. “Good job. No matter how strong he is, the demon won’t be able to escape this gourd,” he informed. He tapped some sharp nails against his pointy chin in contemplation. “I need to figure out what I want to do with it. The power of a demon lord would make for a good weapon.” His eyes shifted down to the still, tied up and unconscious boy. He turned to one of his students and ordered, “Send notification to the wolf school that we have their student, and he’s safe.” His attention returned to Vidar, “I don’t know if you’re capable of resting, but you and the lunkhead earned it. You both passed my test. Hrm…maybe I should make my exams more difficult…” As though fighting a legion of demons hadn’t been. Tears were leaking from Grisha’s eyes as he started to come to, and his hands went back to grasping his aching junk. “Wha-what happened? Grisha hurt bad!” he whimpered. Djirodoo had been hoping for some extra peace and quiet, but it was too good to be true. The Saiyan was pretty resilient. He looked to another one of his students and ordered, “Get him some ice. You did well, Grisha. Good job.” He gave him a thumb up next. Grisha turned his head upon the floor so he could gaze obliviously at Djirodoo. “What Grisha do!?” He still felt lost. One moment he was returning the boy to Djirodoo, and then the next he was on the floor with aching nuts! Nothing was making sense! Djirodoo only grinned, and it appeared almost insensitively. Grisha pathetically looked at Vidar who seemed absolutely fine. He didn’t look damaged at all besides the damage inflicted earlier. Why had he been the only one suffering? “You two rest and take it easy. Next time, I won’t make the task so simple,” Djirodoo said as he walked out of the dojo…sadistically laughing? That was the power of a demon? It had managed to grasp hold of the massive saiyan's body and sink its hooks in tight. It would not let go, and it was taking great use of the man's brute strength. Even their master, as powerful as he was, was having a hard time, and Vidar knew that if he did not move quickly, and that if the gourd failed at doing its one job, they would all suffer. Thankfully, the magical item had a powerful suction, forcing the big saiyan's mouth to open wide, forcing his teeth apart to allow for the demonic presence in his body, in the form of what looked like inky black smoke, some amorphous blob of malevolence, to emerge from the big brute's mouth and be swallowed up, bit by bit by the gourd. The whole thing took a few long drawn out seconds, during which Vidar's eyes glowed a brilliant warm gold as they recorded the whole affair for future study. This is what a demon was? This is their power? They were far more dangerous than he had anticipated, and he had faced the creature head on.
The big man fell to the ground; his hard head caused the wooden floor of the dojo to splinter to pieces. Vidar took a half step forward in mild concern, would the big guy be alright? He had been given quite a potent kick to the gonads and was now smashing his face headfirst into the ground.
His eyes were drawn to the gourd as their master spoke up, the demon was trapped there. That magical gourd was quite useful. Perhaps he should learn how to construct one of those on the off chance that he run into another demon?
"This gourd, how was it constructed? Is it possible for you to teach me how to prepare one for the future?" He did peek over at Grisha as the big man was finally coming to his senses, and was immediately met with a world of pain, both between his thick thighs and possibly his head from smashing it into the ground. "I will tell you everything that happened, but first, I will have to attend to your injuries." He walked over to the big man, "Do you need assistance in standing?"
When the master commented on whether or not Vidar could rest, he did perk up somewhat, "I am capable of sleep, however it is not something that is required of me. I am also capable of eating food but it is not necessary either." The wonders of being a cyborg.
As the master left the two of them, Vidar reached out to help the hurting big man stand, "I will find you some ice for the pain and if you require it, I believe I should have one of those senzu beans that are quite effective at healing bodily damage?"

Djirodoo stopped laughing and turned to curiously face Vidar. He carelessly tilted his head toward the guard, his eyes darting over to it before darting back to the bot. “This is a magic gourd. I don’t make them,” he admitted, stroking his chin in contemplation. “I get them from a Gourd Hermit named Farlin. He’s harder to find than a demon lord in the desert. He’s a small gnome who lives in a gourd. When I run out of these, I usually take a month off to find him.” The dark Namekian smirked proudly. “I know one way to lure him though if you’re really interested. He likes pumpkin pie. If you give him some, then he might tell you what you want to know about gourds.” Djirodoo turned to leave once more, waving a hand dismissively. “See ya.” Grisha peered up at Vidar as he offered to help him up. The Saiyan nodded pathetically before he grasped the cyborg’s forearm in a Roman hold. With a groan, he carefully rose to his feet, still slightly hunched over. Grisha rested his hands upon his knees as he continued to wince in pain. “Aye, ice,” he agreed. He then arched a brow at the robot. “Beans? Beans give Grisha gas.” At least he warned the android.
