Appearance: Renkon is considered tall for a Saiyan, standing at 6’9”, though he isn’t on the tallest scale. He is heavily built, seen as the brute style of Saiyan among outsiders, with thick muscles and longer hair. Wild in the normal way for Saiyans in general, his hair falls to nearly mid back, spikes in all directions. If you see him without armor, he clearly shows signs of being in many wars in his life, scars across his body from all kinds of combat.
Personality: Renkon is a commander above all else. While he never rose to any serious rank within the Saiyan Military after it was established, he has the willingness to lead others in battle, or just in general, but it mostly comes from him slowing down and taking time to understand the situation, to learn what he can and prepare for the best and worst outcomes. Outside of this, he tends to be a fairly active person, laughing and enjoying life, knowing how frail it can be sometimes.
History: Renkon was among the first wave of Saiyans sent to the stars by the PTO as soldiers and warriors. Before this, he was a simple warrior within the budding Saiyan Empire, having done battle against the Tuffles in the past and building up an odd mix of respect and hate for them as a race. During the time of the war, he built bonds with his team mates, eventually moving them to a crew through the mutual desire to help the small community they all came from. Renkon has a fear of space, the vast deadliness of it and prefers to be on the ground of a planet when he can help it. The mission that caused him to arrive on Earth was far different than most. Thanks to magic used by the creatures of a long forgotten world, Renkon was hurled hundreds of years into the future, and lightyears of distance, to the world he finds himself on.

Everything had gone wrong on this mission. His crew, as low level as all of them were, had been sent to deal with a planet of weaklings. They had been loaded up in their gear, given food in their pods, and sent off to do everything they needed to do. It was enough that they landed on the world without a problem, but it would have been better if a scouting report had been given. Everything that had been listed was from the buyer of the world. Low power level population, small pockets of slightly elevated power levels. It should have been a cake walk to say the least. They should have been able to land and leave in a few days…
But nothing ever goes as it should, does it? Renkon and his team found the world had low technology, very little in the way of pollution, and showed signs of being not even as advanced as the Saiyans were BEFORE the war against the Tuffles… But something didn’t seem right. Everything about this world felt weird, like there was an energy that shouldn’t belong. The attack on the first village was carried out by Renkon himself. A simple thing, but as the leader of the crew, he needed to test the problems they might encounter until they reached any major challenge. Renkon tore through the village like a bomb.
His ki blade danced out, whirling and slicing through the small beings with an ease of motion that seemed like he was in a training simulator. While it wasn’t the most glorious or the most wonderful work, it took care of the people he gave a damn about back on Vegeta. Each world taken over gave him and the crew a fair bit of money, allowing them to take care of what was needed. Food, equipment, medicine, everything. The PTO saw the Saiyans and little more than a warrior group to shoot at a wall, but they were so much more than that. While he loved battle as much as the next warrior, there was purpose behind it, always.
Landing on the edge of the village is when things got… Complicated. He turned around, seeing he had missed a single person in some kind of robes. Skulls and other bones seemed to decorate this outfit, and he took a single step towards the being before it’s hands shot up, blasting him with some kind of energy and sending him backwards. The entire crew all jumped in at once, Renkon had barely hit the ground before the others were on this fool, grabbing his arms and legs to pin him down, and Misha ramming a fist into his mouth to prevent him speaking. They had never seen magic before, but voice based technology was something they all knew well, so silencing him quickly seemed to be the best bet of them all.
Renkon had pulled himself from the rubble of the outcropping, bruised and annoyed, but very much alive. “That was really cute… But you made the mistake of not ending my life with that first attack.” He said, rolling his shoulders a bit as he walked over. “Now look, I don’t want to torture you, but I cannot let you live. Plus you already did something weird, I can usually soak energy attacks pretty easily, but this was something else. I’ll have to find another village and end your life now. Sorry mate.” He said, the ki blade sparking to life once more and he slashed down, cleaving the being in half, only to have the body itself fade into some kind of smoke. The staff remained behind, as did the tattered robe. Picking it up, he pressed the button on his scouter, looking around for a moment before spotting the next village.
“We need to stick together until we have a better grasp of the situation. This planet has two moons, and both seem to be the right size, all we need to do is wait for the full moon and we can go off on our own and take this down. Based on current projections, that is two days from now. Let’s head to the village and see what can be found.” He said, lifting into the air and starting to take off towards the next village. He crossed his arms over his chest as he flew, his eyes on the horizon.
When they landed in the village, there was already a panic. He kept his arms crossed as he watched them all run around, the rest of his crew was in the air, watching the village as they ran around. Soon, slowly, they calmed, and they saw the robes and staff carried by the Saiyan. One of them stepped out, scared to death, but looking dead at the robes. “So they do have some importance… I suspect you all know the galactic tongue, so please answer, what is the meaning behind the robes and the power they used before? I suggest you all answer quickly if you don’t want to end up like this one did.”
“Nothing to fear from you… The weavers know you are here. You can kill us, but we will be back in time…” The small alien answered. Renkon frowned a bit and cut this one down quickly enough. He stepped past the body, dropping everything and motioning to the group above him, energy blasts rained down a moment later. It was going to be all clean up work, he could see that. These beings were not a threat to the empire, but someone had paid money for the planet, and everyone else had missed it.
So he wasn’t going to turn his nose up at a free paycheck. It got medicine and equipment for their community, upgraded his gear, and everything else. He kept his arms crossed over his chest now, watching as the energy blasts rained down, blasting apart the village. It wasn’t going to take long before this one was removed from the map, and once it was, Renkon walked to the edge and he turned, seeing another of those robed figures and bursting forwards almost instantly. Avoiding the attack this time and slashing hard through the body of the robed figure. These were two of them that had been missed in the sweep, and again turned to smoke.
Drawing his power to him, he was cautious and worried a bit now. He was trying to not show it, but there was a creeping fear in his heart. He crossed his arms behind his back now, looking at the pile of robes that rested there and wondering what was going to happen on this mission. It looked so easy, is this why it was so high priced? He looked up at the others floating in the air, looking around and keeping a vigilant eye out, wanting to make sure they didn’t get ambushed. He shifted a bit, sighing softly and shaking his head as he floated into the air, time to give new orders. “Three groups of two. Rain fire down on the villages. If you meet with one of these robed figures, fall back and contact the rest. They aren’t strong at all, but they have weird powers.”
Everyone nodded, and they broke off into groups, Renkon was with Misha, heading towards the next village. “Something else is up with this world. The six of us still walk away with a cut of ten thousand credits… That is more than the last three missions combined per person…” She noted, making Renkon nod his head. “And I wasn’t firing, just watching the center of the village. The thing just appeared there, out of thin air. I’m fast, but I’m not that fast.” She mentioned, grumbling a bit. “I don’t like this.”
“You aren’t the only one. It’s why I did groups instead of solo. The last thing we need is any of us to really fall on this forsaken world. We are going to clean up, kill any of the damned robed fools, and call it a day.” He said, flying to the village and looking down at it. He wasn’t the best at airborne bombardment, but he didn’t really care. Energy pooled in his hands, and he pulled them both back, firing a spread shot of attacks towards the ground. It only took a few moments for everything and everyone to be consumed by the fires of their power, and he waited… The robed one appeared and looked around, as if confused.
As Renkon appeared behind him, the robed figure spun, hands up, not in defense, but instead an attack of some kind. Renkon’s eyes went wide, and the bubble slapped shut around him. “Your friends all suffer the same fate… Your own power will fuel the spell, and we shall send you as far as our magics allow us to. Be gone from this world once and for all!”
The world went dark, and Renkon raged in the orb, feeling his strength slowly drain away… It felt like so many life times had passed, and yet, he was unchanging… At least until he saw the light, and his fury had grown to allow him to slam into the edge of the bubble, shattering it and dropping him to the ground on an unknown world. His scouter was gone, his armor was ruined, but he was alive… Weakened, but alive.
