With the WMAT coming very close to being held this year, there was no time like the present to show off a little in-front of the children that had started to gather around him at the shore of the beach. "C'mon mister! Show us your sword swings!" One of the more boisterous of the children piped up as they all got really excited because he was fairly known as a swordsman in these parts. "Okay, but keep your distance everybody. It's really sharp! Jack warned then with a slight blush as he distanced himself from them just enough so there was plenty space away from the radian of his sword swings. He then started to practice several horizontal, vertical, and diagonal swings in conjunction with some thrusts while he began to sense a strong Ki in the area. Part of him was hoping to have a training partner, but there was the chance that they might not be as friendly as he’d hope.

Ever since Grisha got with Muscle Fuel, he started to notice that he couldn’t really go anywhere alone. Judy was always going to follow him around like a chaperone. There were strange photographers hiding about taking pictures of him. It bothered him greatly, but he did his best to tolerate it for the promise of news about Lena. Today, they were going somewhere else. A new place he had never been to before. Judy sat across from him with her hands folded comfortably in her lap. She smiled at Grisha, “Today, you get to meet some kids.” Grisha glanced from out the window over at Judy as he raised a brow. “Kids? Why?” “You’re going to be fighting in the WMAT, right? Well, some parents want you to teach their kids some basic self-defense,” she informed. “You should have fun.” The giant didn’t look too confident. He scratched his head uncomfortably and grumbled some. Judy noticed his reaction to the news. “What’s wrong, Grisha?” “I don’t know martial arts,” he informed. Judy blinked. This was the first she had ever heard of the news. “But…you signed up to compete in the WMAT, right?” “Mhm.” “Uh…do you intend to try and win?” Grisha crossed his arms and mused aloud, “Strong warriors are there. I just want to see how strong I have become.” “Ok, uh…” No one mentioned this! Common tongue lessons and now martial arts lessons. Are we raising a child? “Just do what you do Grisha and that’s all that matters. I’m sure a tough guy like you can defeat a lot of opponents even if you’re not sure.” Grisha’s eyes widened some, and he uncrossed his arms to grasp his knees. He leaned forward in his seat, staring at Judy as though he could go off like a bomb of riled up excitement. “Grisha sure. Grisha will break their tiny bones. Make them bleed blood!” Judy made a sheepish face, “Um, Grisha. You don’t have to say blood. Bleed implies blood, and these are just young kids. Don’t scare them. Make them love you.” Grisha slumped back in his chair with narrowed eyes. The only children he knew were the ones from his village, and he got along with them just fine. The black, luxury SUV landed near a beach. Judy and Grisha exited the vehicle, noticing a warrior already present and demonstrating some sword skills to the children’s delight. Grisha growled some uncomfortably. His sword skills looked impressive, and he wouldn’t have known any better if they were actually lousy. Grisha was no swordsman. Judy looked up at the giant and smiled. “It’s okay Grisha. I’m sure the kids will think you’re amazing too,” she assured him. Grisha and Judy descended some rickety, wooden beach stairs to the sand, while the driver stayed behind with the vehicle. The kids were mesmerized by the other warrior’s sword swings that they didn’t notice the two creeping up behind them. Grisha and Judy stoodby to also watch. All it had taken was for one kid to turn around. His finger was deep in his nostril. His eyes first stared at Grisha’s shins and slowly, his head started to tip, tip, tip some more, until the kid’s head was near hanging off his shoulders. His body stiffened and his eyes swelled up to the size of saucers. His finger dropped from his nose and his mouth fell open in awe. A girl standing next to the boy noticed that he wasn’t watching the swordsman and looked behind her, and then up. She shook in a start and screamed, pointing up at Grisha as though he were some kaiju. A third child turned in fright, gave Grisha one look and started crying. It continued to create a chain reaction of disturbance. Embarrassment and depreciating self-esteem started to petrify Grisha. The mainland kids were so easily scared and weak. Was he really that scary? Judy tried to calm the frightened children. “It’s okay! This is Grisha. He may seem big and scary, but he’s very nice!” Scary? Grisha thought. Judy continued to put out fires until a brave little girl stepped forward. She had a bobbed haircut and dressed like a tom boy. She rested her hands upon her hips as she gazed boldly up at Grisha. “What can you do?” she challenged. Judy nervously stepped between the little girl and Grisha. “Grisha’s very strong!” The last thing she wanted was for Grisha to do something that could negatively wind up on DynoTube or the news. “Oh yeah; how strong?” the brat continued to challenge. Grisha smirked and cranked back his right arm. Judy immediately held up a finger to him. “NO! No; everyone stop!” she exclaimed. She felt so nervous she could panic. Coming here was a bad idea! One wrong move and the media could destroy not only Grisha but Muscle Fuel! She hadn’t known he didn’t know any martial arts. “Put that arm down now!” Judy was treating him as though his arm was a loaded weapon. Grisha sighed in frustration and directed his narrowed and irritable eyes off to the side. Why was he even here? “If you’re going to start swinging, then you swing away from people!” she scolded. Judy then bowed and apologized to Jack. “Forgive us, Sir. We didn’t mean to interrupt your demonstration. We’re just going to watch for now.” Two jets of irritable steam shot from Grisha’s nostrils as his face hardened with anger. Why was he here!? WC: 921 | 1,084 Tag: Jack Pota

Jack was still engrossed in his training when he suddenly halted his movement when he heard the little girl scream in a panic after seeing the intimidating appearance of the Saiyan that had just arrived, which he was able to mentally confirm as the source of great power he was sensing earlier. Her reaction wasn't out of the ordinary because a good many people would be very wary of Grisha's overall build and choice of attire. The hybrid then decided to sheath his sword and keep a watchful eye on events as they would unfold in a matter of minutes. It was fortunate, on the other hand, that Judy was able to pacify the growing chaotic situation by reassuring the children that Grisha was very nice despite his intimidating exterior. Jack let out a soft sigh of relief as he closed his eyes and put his hands on his hips. Grisha huh? He definitely seems like he could be a real challenge as a sparring partner. I wonder if he has good skill with those fists of his. Jack thought to himself calmly with tactical curiosity before Grisha was inquired by a young girl of what he could do.
The hybrid then found himself chuckle softly when Judy stepped between the Saiyan and the girl to emphasize that he was very strong, but he was then immediately alarmed when Grisha had been challenged verbally about how strong he was. Jack's smile faded as he charged his energy in his palm into a sphere of sparking energy as he prepared to fire a Ki Blast at the warrior to stagger him out of his attack when Judy jumped in again to get the children and Grisha to stop, to which he allowed the sphere of sparking energy to shrink and disappear with a soft sigh now that his intervention wasn't needed. He watched from afar while Grisha was scolded and the Saiyan's eyes narrowed as he looked away in irritation. Yes, Jack could still salvage this social situation so that everyone could win in the situation while having some fun, and put on an exciting show for the children present.
He was then pulled out of his thoughts briefly when he noticed Judy apologizing for his demonstration being interrupted, and he bowed to the woman in acknowledgment. "No, no, it's quite alright! Actually, I have been in need of a sparring partner for a while now. If he still feels up to it, I would be more than happy to spar with Grisha." Jack offered with a reassuring smile to the woman and assumed that it would also be good publicity and training for Grisha to have a friendly fight with another capable fighter. Besides, it would give him an opportunity to let loose on an opponent that would be able to keep up with him and withstand his blows. Initiative Roll: ose1SiEZ1d100WC: 481 | 1,565 Tag: Grisha 1d100

Judy straightened from her bow and blinked when the other fighter asked to spar Grisha. “A spar? Well, um, you see he doesn’t-” “I accept,” Grisha interrupted. He grinned over at Jack as he sized him up. He had an interesting smell. It hadn’t been Human, but it did somewhat smell like a Saiyan. Grisha wasn’t sure if he had a tail. Identifying a tail was his primary method to determine if he had a sibling or not. He considered all tailed Saiyans part of his family. Judy faced Grisha and warned, “But Grisha, what if you hurt someone?” Grisha pointed off to the side. “You and kids, stand over there. Grisha be careful.” Judy could tell by the fire in his eyes that there was no talking him out of it. She rested her hands upon her hips and huffed, “Don’t get carried away. This isn’t the WMAT.” The assistant started to corral the kids over to a safe space where they could watch Grisha’s and Jack’s fight. Grisha couldn’t stop smiling. He thought he was going to stand around and watch all day with Judy not trusting in his abilities. He had never fought anyone with a sword before, and it made him excited. “Smelly Man, what is your name?” Grisha asked, sounding like someone still learning common tongue. He brought his hand to his chest and identified himself, “My name is Grisha.” Judy wanted to scold Grisha for casually insulting his opponent before politely asking for his name, but she held her tongue. She figured he was going to face some sort of justice during the battle. Initiative Roll: oTmS05Zr“1d100”WC: 269 Tag: Jack Pota“1d100”

| Grisha raised his arms high into the sky. His chest inflated as he sucked in air through his teeth, causing his Muscle Fuel T-shirt to raise, exposing the cobble of his stomach. The large Saiyan deflated on a deep yawn. Suddenly, he plopped over into the sand upon his back, his arms and legs outstretched as though he were making a snow angel (or a sand angel in this case). The children giggled at his behavior, while Judy glanced left and right over her shoulder nervously, knowing paparazzi were watching. Why was he acting like it was bedtime? For a moment, the giant Saiyan just listened to the lapping and whispering of the ocean. It was so pleasant that he could have taken a nap. The sand was warm and soft like a bed. He brought his right leg toward his chest and wrapped his arms around it, holding it there firmly. While he stretched his leg, he rolled his ankle to loosen the tendons in there too. Before, Grisha didn’t bother to stretch. Muscle Fuel trainers had taught him a few things about warming up before a workout. Once he was finished with his right, he stretched his left leg and ankle. Afterward, he sat upward and Judy stared at all the sand rolling down his back. She narrowed her eyes as she thought about the vehicle. His sandy butt wasn’t riding in it until he was brushed clean. Grisha leaned to his left, reaching across his leg to his foot, and did the same stretch to his right. Pressing his hands flat between his legs, his hips started to rise into the air, carrying his legs with them. His hips became vertical with his back and shoulders, and then Grisha lifted his legs straight into the air. The children emitted sounds of fascination. “Wow! That’s amazing!” one boy exclaimed. Already, another child was bent over with his skull in the sand, attempting to copy Grisha. Judy walked over and stopped him—unwilling to accept responsibility if the child broke his neck. “Oh, no, no; you’re going to miss out if you do that,” she warned. The boy sat up and scowled at Judy. He stuck his tongue at her, causing the patient assistant to suppress her own power level in the form of irritation. He was lucky she wasn’t his mother. Grisha lifted one hand off the ground to scratch his bottom and several of the children exclaimed in giggles and disgust, “Ew!” The Saiyan smirked. He might have been showing off a little to entertain the kids. With his weight planted on his lone, stationary hand, his fingers began to flex, lifting him inches higher as he rose upon them. All fingers curled into his palm except for his pointer finger that he remained balanced on. Judy was amazed along with the children this time. No one had expected a giant like Grisha to have such control over his balance. He hadn’t even been using his tail. Grisha’s legs lowered, and his feet settled upon the sand. He straightened and patted the sand from his jeans and shook his head wildly, discarding some sand from his hair. Grisha continued to stretch and warm up his upper body. Jack was a bit confused when Judy started to explain something to him about Grisha, but then she was interrupted by the Saiyan accepting his offer with a grin. He then felt as if he was being sized up by the imposing man. Judy then voiced her concern and was followed up soon after with Grisha's promise to her that he'd be careful, even though it sounded like his command over language was somewhat limited in scope; a far cry to what Jack was used to around other Saiyans, but he didn't let it bear upon his mind. Then Judy stated something to the Saiyan that was particularly interesting to the former Tuffle. Ah...so he is competing in the WMAT after all. This changes things entirely. Jack thought as he held his chin thoughtfully with a small grin. After Judy safely escorted the children to a much safer distance, Grisha asked him what his name was while calling him "Smelly Man". Rather than being insulted at the being called such, he held an expression of surprise and confusion as he wondered what would warrant such a description when he was confident that he didn't reek of sweat and musk just yet. Jack then deduced that Grisha must have a very keen sense of smell to the point of being able to pick up on specific pheromones, concluding that he did indeed smell like a Saiyan and something else that definitely wasn't human. "Right, sorry about that..." Jack said nervously as he rubbed the back of his neck in slight embarrassment. "My name is Jack Pota." Jack said as he introduced himself with his hand over his chest in the same way that Grisha had just a moment prior. He then admired how Grisha was stretching in preparation for the upcoming spar and decided to crouch down and lean on his left leg and alternate to his right leg slowly before standing upright again to stretch out his forearms and upper arms slowly while focusing on his breathing. Jack's eyes then became wide as he finished up just in time to witness Grisha doing push-ups with only his index finger without any sign of struggling. Grisha would eventually get back to his feet and continue to do warm-ups in the meantime, and the hybrid would soon dash towards the Saiyan after he was finished with preparations. Jack fired a sparking crimson orb from one of the rings he was wearing in an attempt to stagger Grisha while he made his advance. He would then follow up with an attempt to land a pointed strike diagonally and horizontally upon the Saiyan. Words: 439/2332 Tag: Grisha{Spoiler} [Action Phase]

| Grisha dropped his arms and smiled until Jack lunged. The large Saiyan’s expression dropped when the swordsman directed a fist at him and from it, fired a red orb. Grisha hadn’t even seen that Jack had been wearing a ring when the red sphere struck his chest, and like a grenade exploded. Smoke and fire blossomed into the giant’s face causing him to raise his arms and fan the noxious fumes. Jack was quick to take advantage of the opportunity, sending a fist across Grisha’s jaw. Judy’s hands immediately grasped her skull. She was seated on her knees with the children who were gasping and cheering at the fight. Oh no! He’s completely taking advantage of the fact Grisha can’t fight. I knew he said he wasn’t that great, but I didn’t know it was this bad! she nervously thought. Before Jack could strike him again, Grisha’s arms dropped down like axes upon Jack’s next swing, knocking his arm downward. With his arms lowered, Grisha’s hands clenched into large fists. The Saiyan’s eyes vanished behind a white gleam of power and the muscles in his torso swelled against his white Muscle Fuel T. His teeth were grit like a beast as the sand formed a small twister at his feet. A growl rumbled from his throat as an ominous aura thickened the air between them. In that threatening zone, it seemed that all other distractions melded into an overwhelming darkness (Hypnosis). After blowing off some steam, Grisha brought his right hand before his mouth and dragged his tongue across the tips of his fingers. Drool dripped off the ends as he retracted his hand like a claw and slashed in a downward-diagonal direction across Jack’s body (Poison). A veil of disgust settled over Judy’s face and an irritable vein pulsated above her brow. Did he really have to resort to being so nasty? She knew he didn’t have much technique, but ew. The children were more audible about echoing their thoughts: “EW!” Grisha followed the slash up with two, sledgehammer-like strikes of his own. The first hooking for Jack’s jaw and the second rising in an uppercut for his chin. WC: 360| 2,253 Tagging: Jack Pota Battle Tracker Information

Jack was satisfied with his first strike that landed upon Grisha's jaw, and had chosen well to begin with a diversive attack immediately. However, he doubted that the same strategy would work again and that he would have to adjust his approach accordingly in this fight. He was impressed by his reaction time when Grisha used both of his arms like axes to knock his arm down, so that Jack's first swing was both blocked and cancelled while he felt some pain from the block. Jack then bore witness to Grisha unleashing some sort of power that affected the area immediately around them, despite it failing to affect his mind just yet from the threatening aura that would have easily paralized the normal opponent. Ignoring the aura that was about Grisha, Jack managed to land a blow with his sword that appeared to be somewhat deep and would most definitely leave a scar as the midsection of the shirt appeared torn and blood flowed slowly from the fresh wound. Unfortunately for Jack, his opponent licked his wingers and proceeded to make a diagonal slice across Jack's body with his fingertips. The hybrid managed to dodge the blow of the attack, but his combat shirt was moistened by the saliva with Jack immediately feeling ill afterwards. "A...biotoxin? Impressive..." Jack mused out loud just before he sensed the sledghammer-like hits and felt the full to his jaw and chin as he staggered backwards a few steps from the blows. The taste of iron trickled in his mouth and he could tell that his cheek was bleeding.[/ "You hit hard. Good, I like that." Jack said as he narrowed his eyes slightly with a soft grin as he sheathed his sword and began pooling his Ki into his palms. Let's heat things up then! He shouted as a pale orb of sparking Ki appeared in each of his hands before he threw both of them independently towards Grisha, followed by a third while he still felt numb from the poison and the shock he felt running through his body. | The children were growing disturbed by the blood. Judy was bothered that Jack had actually cut Grisha with his sword. They were like two grizzly bears relentlessly going at it, and she was wondering if the two even knew where they were and who their audience was. “E-Excuse me?” Judy attempted to call out to the two fighters, hoping to halt their spar. Grisha grinned almost sadistically at Jack, enjoying the brawl just as much as he was. When he mentioned heating things up, his animalistic sense caused the hairs on his body to stand on end. The giant dove to his right, lunging like a beast as he landed hands first in the sand. He moved evasively like a lion on all fours. His legs swung forward passing his arms before his feet slammed into the turf to propel him several feet before he caught his weight once more. For being a large Saiyan, physics didn’t work quite the same way for superhumans. He bounded in a counter-clockwise circle around Jack as the ground exploded behind him from the balls of energy he lobbed. The giant braked, his hands leaving a trench in the sand as his hips and feet swerved behind him. Grisha lunged at Jack like a predator. His hand was raised above his head and fingers curled like a Tiger-style strike. He dropped before Jack, his swipe slashing down his face so fast that the air molecules combusted into flame. “HEAT UP!” Grisha bellowed, echoing Jack’s last comment as he followed the attack up with a blazing right hook from his gargantuan fist. He brought his hands together above Jack’s head. Grisha’s pectorals and shoulders swelled, causing the seams of his shirt to split about his deltoids and sleeves and his shirt to roll up his stomach a little. His muscles inflated with power as his fingers locked together. His gray eyes were gleaming with little mercy, nose wrinkled and teeth bared like the maw of a beast. He brought both of his fists down on top of the swordsman’s head in a third, burning strike. WC: 350| 3,869 Tagging: Jack Pota Battle Tracker Information

Jack watched as Grisha moved evasively as he lunged to the right like a wild beast and eventually bounded counter-clockwise around him as the blasts of energy exploded upon making contact on the ground. Although it did nothing to give Jack the upper hand, this was definitely a prime opportunity for him to see how fast he was on his feet. It was clear to the hybrid that Grisha's body mass had no bearing on slowing him down whatsoever, but he was prepared with his arms raised in-front of his face to take the brunt of Grisha's Tiger-style right as he made a swipe towards Jack's face. Although his face was spared injury, Jack grit his teeth hard and winced as his arms received burning blisters while also tricking warm blood. The burns and slight blood loss along with the poison that was coarsing through Jack's veins was enough for his arms to drop and his vision to blur as he felt himself go briefly into shock. The right hook seemingly came out of nowhere as the flesh on the left side of his face screamed in agony and a thick ribbon of crimson blood flew out of Jack's mouth from the impact while he was left disoriented and open for a follow-up. The impact of both burning fists hitting him on the head burned his scalp and singed some strands of hair while he was thrown hard onto the sand from the impact. He blacked out for an unknown amount of time and came to with ringing ears and the telltale symptoms of a concussion after coughing up a small amount of blood. Forturnately, despite the violent barrage, Jack hadn't gotten any sand in his open wounds yet, so he was grateful for that at least. With his heart racing and his vision strained, Jack used on his knees and feet to shakily stand up to his full height again while he breathed heavily. He recognized that what Grisha lacked in technique, he more than made up for in raw physical power. Jack doubted he could withstand another onslaught like the one he had just withstood, so he decided it would be best to forfeit the battle for now. "Well played... I submit..." Jack breathed with a satisfied smile and was glad to have fought a more than worthy opponent that had bested him on level footing. More importantly, he was curious how the Saiyan had poison in his saliva to begin with. At any rate, it was becoming harder to think straight as his whole body felt numb and ached quite severely. What I'd give for a restoration pod right now... Jack muttered under his breath almost inaudibly. “Enough! Enough!” Judy exclaimed. She rose to her feet and raced over to the two fighters. Even if Jack hadn’t submitted, she was determined to stop them. She stood between the two, gazing up at Grisha whose eyes were still small and chest still heaving from pants spurred by his adrenaline. Grisha hadn’t expected Jack to force himself back to his feet, and when he did, he felt a surge of respect for the stinky one. He smelled like a Saiyan even more now after their spar, but he also smelled like something he had never smelled before. Or maybe he had…he was disturbed from his thoughts when Judy chastised him for the condition of his Muscle Fuel shirt and for his wounds. “Your shirt is torn, and we don’t have a way to find you new clothes if you bust out of them. There’s blood all over it. I thought he cut your stomach open!” Grisha glanced down at the slit in his shirt. He grasped the hem of it with one hand and grasped the edge of his pants with the other. Slowly, he raised his shirt, the material peeling back across the wet and sticky blood that smeared his stomach. Judy found herself overcome by a condition that came and went at random times whenever she was with Grisha. Six pack… she heard the words whispered like some dark spell in her conscience. It was a weakness of hers, and it might have been why she even chose to work for Muscle Fuel in the first place. You’re a professional Judy. There’s nothing wrong with examining a patient to see how deep his injury may be. You may not be a doctor, but you’re a concerned coworker.Judy stepped forth her arm outstretched. Déjà vu all over again except this time, he didn’t turn away. When her hand rested against his warm, solid stomach, she felt her whole body grow tense. “There’s so much blood, Grisha. Do we need to take you to a hospital?” she asked, while innocently sliding her fingers across the dips and swells of his belly. She didn’t care if her fingers were getting soiled with blood and sweat, when would she get another opportunity to do this!? Grisha gave her a reassuring smile and replied, “Small scratch.” Before both she and Jack’s eyes, they could see the cut on his stomach close. Judy’s brows rose as she wondered, Huh? It disappeared.Seeing that the wound had healed, Grisha dropped his shirt and could see how dizzy and pale Jack looked. His brows rose then out of concern. “Poison still inside,” he told the swordsman. Judy’s hand was still under the giant’s shirt and flat against his stomach, when she looked up at him, “Poison? How was he poisoned? Do we need to rush him to the hospital?” “No; I fix,” Grisha said. Grisha stepped over to Jack and bent at the knees to lower his height so he could gaze closely at the slash marks he had left on his chest. The children curiously walked over forming a U around them. “Is he going to be okay?” a little girl asked. Judy crouched next to her and patted her head. “Yes, dear. Grisha will…I guess help him.” “I suck out poison,” Grisha informed Jack. The giant’s arms wrapped around the swordsman’s waist, and soon he hefted him off the ground as he straightened his stance. Grisha pressed his lips to the fighter’s chest and started sucking his open wounds. Judy’s face instantly turned cherry-red. “Gr-Grisha, what are you doing?” she asked, her tone uncertain. It looked so… “He’s sucking the poison out. Didn’t you hear?” the brat from before told Judy. “He has to in order to save him.” It had been completely understandable to the kids. She had been the only one to see the scene as… something else. Grisha continued to drag on his injuries, hoping that he was able to extract enough so that Jack’s weakened condition didn’t worsen. Soon, Grisha’s arms loosened, allowing Jack to slide down to his feet. The large Saiyan turned his head and spat blood and what could have been poison remnants to the side. “Almost done,” Grisha told Jack with a grin. He stepped back and clenched his fists. Closing his eyes, he focused on breathing in deep and exhaling deep. Waves of heat started to rise and ripple off Grisha’s body becoming a visible steam as his flesh turned into a hardened, polished steel. The natural color of his flesh didn’t change as he reached out to rest his hand on Jack’s forehead. He had to make contact with his body in order for it to work. Jack would feel a soothing and cool ki flow into him like water and begin going to work on his injuries. Grisha only held his hand there long enough for the healing ki to enter the swordsman’s body. Once it had transferred, he lowered his hand and beamed. “Grisha special technique,” he stated proudly. “Steel Mountain. Make Grisha like mountain big and tough, but it heals too.” “That’s so cool!” a boy cheered. “Do you feel better?” a concerned boy asked Jack. Judy was amazed. She had underestimated Grisha’s lack of martial ability. His brute-like methods had made up for it, but she still wondered how long it would aid him. In the WMAT, she was certain he was going to face some powerful opponents, and brute strength wasn’t going to be enough. WC: 917 | 5,236 Tag: Jack Pota

Jack slowly swiveled his head to see Judy once again making a fuss, and he felt responsible for ruining Grisha’s Muscle Fuel shirt, now that he wasn’t in combat. Jack’s own shirt was torn at the chest, but it was still salvageable. It wouldn’t be too long shortly after when Grisha would pull up his shirt to let Judy inspect him, but also fangirling in the process upon seeing the Saiyan’s chiseled abdominals. He had to admit, she did have good taste and he certainly considered whoever Grisha ended up with very lucky indeed. He noticed as her body tensed when she touched his abdominals and wondered if he’d ever receive similar treatment from another…probably not. He was then distracted by his own thoughts and doubts for a short while before he snapped out of his daze when Grisha informed him that he would suck out the poison. ”Oh…Alright.” He said quietly before tensing up when he was grabbed around the waist and lifted up. What happened next surprised him because he was sensitive to Grisha’s sucking of his chest as a result of the poison. Jack found himself closing his eyes and rumbling his chest in a loud purr while Grisha sucked out the poison, and he began to massage the Saiyan’s scalp while his own body relaxed to Grisha’s care with a blush. Jack didn’t take notice of it, but a Saiyan Tail sprouted out of his tail bone area as the last of the poison was extracted, and slid back on his feet before he realized it. The numbness in his body was gone and his vision had cleared of its prior fog. Jack just started to notice that he could smell different scents now, especially Grisha’s, and he nodded when Grisha said he was almost done. He then watched as Grisha focused on his breathing while steam radiated from his body as his skin hardened. He then placed his hand on the forehead of the hybrid and transferred some Ki that sped up his healing process as his wounds closed themselves and the burns faded away. The hybrid was impressed as Grisha explained this technique of his, and he truly started to feel admiration for the Saiyan, and it was just now he noticed his new tail and supposed he was stimulated enough for it to finally grow. ”Hm? Yes, I’m feeling much better now, thank you for asking.” Jack said kindly as he softly patted the boy on the head. WC: 415 | 5651 Tag: Grisha

Judy couldn’t stop blushing when she saw Jack’s reaction. Her lips were pressed hard into a straight-line as beads of sweat collected on her brow. This…this couldn’t have been some home remedy from Grisha’s native lands. Jack had actually looked as though he was enjoying it. Stop it Judy! You’re the only one thinking that! her conscience scolded. Both Judy and the children gasped in surprise when suddenly a tail sprouted from Jack’s backside. What the heck was going on here? Did he always have a tail? She had no idea that he was a Saiyan like Grisha. She pointed at Jack’s tail and asked the swordsmen, “Was that always there?” Grisha’s eyes widened and his own tail started to curl and flick behind him as he noticed Jack’s tail. “Ah! Another brother!” he exclaimed. Grisha’s arms locked around Jack in a near crushing hug as he celebrated, “You smell strange, but I knew you were like me!” “Grisha don’t kill him,” Judy scolded. It seemed he was easily excitable around his own kind. “Are there no Saiyans where you’re from Grisha?” Grisha released Jack and couldn’t stop grinning. He pointed at himself as he replied to Judy, “Me and my baby sister Okora.” One of the kids threw up their hands in celebration, “Grisha has a new brother!” Grisha threw up his own hands cheering with them, Yay~!“We should go celebrate,” one of the kids said. “Let’s go to Chunky Cheese’s!” another kid shouted. Grisha threw his hands up with the kids as they cheered once more. “Grisha love pizza!” Judy frowned at them all. “Grisha, we are not going to that children’s restaurant.” The kids then turned on Judy like an angry mob. The mouthy brat rested her hands on her hips and arched a brow at Judy. “Why are you making all of the decisions?” “Yeah! Why are you trying to ruin our fun?” Judy returned, “Your parents can take you to Chunky Cheese’s!” My mom isn’t here!Neither is mine! You’re a big meanie! The corner of Grisha’s mouth cocked in amusement at the fire Judy was taking from mere children. He leaned over to Jack, raising his hand to his mouth as he whispered to him, “No one likes Judy.” “I heard that Grisha! If you want to act like a man child, then we are leaving. Say goodbye to your new friend.” Grisha wrinkled his nose at Judy giving her an unpleasant look. He was then reminded of the children from his home village, and his face twisted up in pretend sadness. He brought his hands to his eyes and pretended to cry. “Judy always mean. I want to be with my brother and she no let!” The assistant’s mouth dropped in disbelief at Grisha’s performance. The children looked from Grisha to Judy, fuming like a pack of wolves. “Judy made Grisha cry…” one girl angrily noted. The brat pointed a finger at her and shouted, “Burn the witch!” Judy stepped back nervously when she saw the children marching toward her with their fists raised. They’re just a bunch of stupid kids! she thought. Why was she scared? She finally turned and raced for the hover SUV with the children chasing her and shouting insults. Grisha threw back his head and laughed. He laughed until tears ran from his eyes. He couldn’t remember how long it had been since he had a good one. He didn’t know whether to feel sorry for her or not but at least he was with his new brother. WC: 591 | 6,242 Tag: Jack Pota

Before Jack could answer Judy's inquiry about his new tail, Grisha locked him in a nearly crushing hug as he was hugged close to the Saiyan and felt his face being buried in the middle of Grisha's chest. Fortunately, he was released and took a deep breath of air while he felt disoriented and slightly dizzy for a moment. So Grisha thought of him as a brother? Well...he'd roll with it in the meantime at least. He honestly couldn't help but smile and curl his tail when he saw Grisha celebrate with the children at the advent of Jack being proclaimed as the Saiyan's new brother, but he didn't realize that he already had a sister of his own. Grisha would certainly fit right in with the other Saiyans on Ensalada Island if he was ever to visit the island that Jack had come to call home at the moment. His curiosity was piqued at the musing suggestion of Chunky Cheese, apparently, it was a children's restaurant that offered Pizza as the titular food option. Jack has never been to the restaurant before and would be interested to see what sort of activities these children engaged in. He never really did anything one might consider as fun in his childhood because he would only either participate in computer simulations or study rigorously while he lived with his father at the Tuffle Facility. However, he felt a chill run down his spine and to the tip of his tail when Judy protested that they were not going to the children's restaurant. Jack knew exactly where things were headed and glanced over at Grisha when he whispered to him about no one liking Judy. Jack then let his eyes go half-lidded with an unamused expression when Grisha fake cried in response to Judy warning that they'd leave if he was going to continue acting like a man child. He then watched as the children then descended upon her like an angry mob. Jack then stared at Grisha in surprise when he threw his head back and laughed so hard that tears started to run from his eyes. Although...he would be able to better explain the truth to the Saiyan now that they were alone. "About my strange scent...I was originally a Tuffle before I was turned into a Saiyan. My original name is Jack Aspic, son of the lead scientist Doctor Aspic of the Tuffle Science Executive. He...forcefully experimented on me after I found out that the experiments that were being done on the Saiyans were highly unethical, and I retaliated against the authority by attempting to free the Saiyans at the facility we were living in. It was excruciatingly painful and I was pumped with anti-rejection drugs to keep my cells from attacking my body while I was transitioning. I'm...still evolving, but I am half Tuffle and half Saiyan at the same time. I was ultimately put into a cryostasis preservation unit known as a 'Pickle Jar' and I was put to sleep without physically aging for hundreds of years until a few years ago when a was rescued and released. Now, I travel and train to be strong enough to rescue Saiyan's that may still be imprisoned in pods within the remnants of Tuffle facilities." Jack explained to Grisha with the intent to finally clear the air, and wrapped his own tail around his waist to comfort himself from the memories of that period. WC: 574 | 6816 Tag: Grisha

Grisha was using the back of his finger to wipe the tears from his eyes when Jack decided to explain his strange scent. It had been quite the story, and Grisha assumed a simple answer. The expression on the giant’s face was stern and hardened with great concentration. When Jack called himself a Tuffle, Grisha’s brows rose, and he gave the warrior a blank stare. In an imagination bubble that swelled above his head, he imagined a mushroom. Truffle? He hadn’t exactly smelled like one. In the background, Judy could be seen quickly entering the hover vehicle and locking the doors to keep the children out. They pounded on the vehicle, shouting angrily. First, he was a mushroom, and then he turned into a Saiyan. The giant started clutching his forehead the longer he listened. Jack’s explanation was starting to sound like Stefan’s commercial ideas. Jack Aspic; Truffle Science Executive. They sounded like big words. Smoke was starting to billow from Grisha’s ears. Experiments…on Saiyans…but Jack was a mushroom first… But he was a mushroom that was turned into a Saiyan by other mushrooms. He was then pickled in a pickle jar. Grisha’s brows crashed together and started to twitch in his struggle to understand his story. He was rescued, and now, he travels to train to be strong enough to recuse other Saiyans. Rubbing his forehead, Grisha’s brain continued to snap, crackle, and pop as he finished piecing together Jack’s story in the best way he understood it. “There Saiyans in pickle jars?” he asked with an uncertain tone. The mushrooms had to have put them in there. Both of Grisha’s hands grasped his skull as he roared in irritation, “Grisha so confused!” “I am sorry, no understand brother’s story. Brother a mushroom now Saiyan? You put in pickle jar and someone free you. Now, brother here. Why mushrooms experiment on Saiyans?” A ringtone then sounded from Grisha’s jean pocket. He dropped his arms and reached into his pocket to remove his cell phone. Glancing down at it, he saw it say “Judy.” Narrowing his eyes, he glanced over to the SUV and saw Judy glaring at him and pointing to her cell phone. Grisha blinked, held up the phone and pressed the “End Call” button with his thumb. Judy’s mouth dropped in shock. The giant returned the phone to his pocket and returned his attention to Jack.
