Matsuno is a tall Man, slightly buff due to the personal training. He has Long hairs he lets flow and sometimes ties intoa tail.
the one shown in the picture, tho he completes this look with his Personal Kabuto Helmet When ever he isn't walking around cities.
Personality: Matsuno is pretty well known for being quick to anger, Top that with his Family's pride and it becomes a double edged mix if poked at hard enough. When Matsuno manages to push aside his pride for long enough he'll become calm and calculative, Part of what allowed him success within his own family and helped him make his ownPosition well cemented. Despite these Seemingly just bad Traits, Matsuno also does understand a well treated Anyone is a productive Source which thankfully helps avoiding any signs of a god complex, don't be fooled tho, as there are very few instances where he ll act out of simple goodness of heart.
Talking about pride, this too can actually work for the good time to time (as good as it can be at least), as by an extension Matsuno has grown to see his own subjects as an extended part of his family, basically kind of like the weird 3rd cousin, leading to him usually lash out an about any other noble who dares speak against his people residing in his family's holdings.
Since Matsuno had to Crawl up the ranks of his own family thinking how truly idiotic it was, Once he finally had the chance he started applying Meritocracy and What he considered as fairness to what he could, in his eyes if you have the capabilities to do something you should be allowed to try, if you were to succeede you should be awarded for it, if not then what happens happens.
Lately Matsuno had started to grow incredibly tired of political intrigues and such, which his family instead seemed to revel on, so he has grown slightly annoyed with some members of his family and leading to him spending most of his time adventuring and wandering the world to bring more riches and eventually founding his own personal feud, where he could enact his own personal vision of society.
