“Running a dojo is never easy,” a young woman thought to herself as she stared out at the world from a mountain cliff situated in the East Lands. Her name was Chiu and she hoped with all her heart her savior might climb up to her training school and rescue it. She was the top student at the Mouser Bite Dojo, but even with this training and a license that allowed her to teach anyone its secret techniques her power father died and left the place in debt. Five years ago, he fed some loser who was trying to leave these lands all of their dojo’s signature cheeses when he crawled in from the desert and screamed for food.
These cheeses were going to go to market although caused chaos with the dojo’s budget instead and nearly shut it down. Chiu had one of two options, one, marry the male master of the dojo at this mountain’s peak, or two, capture the loser named Yasu and place him through extreme training to kick that guy’s butt. One was impossible, yet the second option was worse. They managed to catch him sleeping in the woods at night and dragged him through the dark to accomplish her only option and get him as good as required. He lay now at her feet asleep and it made her smile with glee. She was going to force him to remember her.
Chiu sauntered over to her new recruit and lightly tapped his ribs with the edge of her sandals. Her bare toes tickled his belly and when he stirred from his rest, he squirmed around in the bindings of some taut ropes. He tried to flex his muscles to escape before relaxing to try to slip through them; however, these things ended up done in a triple knot with a bow tie!
He had no idea who did this to him though so he gazed up and followed the curves of powerful thighs, huge hips, and very big bosom up to the face of a girl with big eye gray eyes and three-inch long buckteeth. She wore a black gi with a golden belt that tugged at her form as though it was a size too small yet appeared to be Yasu’s age. “Oh crap,” he though as he remembered a man with a curved back and a long set of two white beards, similar to whiskers, wearing the same getup and having the same face too, “it is that geezer’s brat grown up!”
“Hello, rat…” she cooed as she bent down to his face and filled his ears with an irritating whistling tone, “…would you beat my pompous ‘boyfriend’ up and save my dojo in exchange for what we had done to us by you five years ago?”
“You have a boy friend?” Yasu questioned, “I know of no boy friend in your life.”
Chiu grabbed his face and pointed up to a thousand foot ladder that ascended to the top of the cliffs at the back of the cliff they were on top of now. “Up there lives a man named Master Hawk. Some consider him the most beautiful man on Earth and an exceptional fighter. Master Hawk though loves to crash through my roof with his special technique, and because of it, he caught me in the middle of my training one day.”
Yasu felt Chiu’s hands get warm as her face filled with a lovely blush. Her huge teeth retracted into face and she screamed, “It was embarrassing, but he still wanted to marry me to cancel the dojo’s debt!”
If Yasu remembered right, the martial arts style she practiced relied on short punches, kicks, and a powerful biting technique. It was supposed to mimic a mouse, but everyone had unnaturally elongated teeth because of it. Yasu sighed and said, “I’m not ruining my handsome smile for this.”
“But… You’ll get my secret technique!”
Yasu swayed his head side to side to express his rejection, and suddenly, she slugged him across the face as if to say no as well. Then she uttered again, “You’ll get my secret technique and a kiss.” Her long brown hair dangled over his face and forced him to focus on her eyes. He could see tears in them.
“Ah…”
“Hawk loves to prune himself and prides himself in looking the strongest. If you do not stop him Yasu I will marry him and then he will demolish my home, force me to move in with him and build something ridiculous below his own place instead.” She explained to him.
He sighed at Chiu and answered, “Okay, what’s his secret technique then?”
“He just drops in on you with his feet, grabs your head with his toes, and-and…”
Yasu heard her fall silent and waited expectantly for her statement to end. So far, it sounded like what hawk might do and it was terrifying. “Could he win?” he wondered.
“…after that he flaps like a chicken with both his arms.”
Yasu’s whole chest shook; he started to wiggle around too in his constraints from this sudden, funny shock. He almost felt amusement until Chiu’s fist slammed yet again into his face and left a welt on his right cheek. It hurt badly.
“It’s not funny, and it’s time to begin your training runt.” She chided him before she cast her shadow over him and drug him over to the edge of a cliff. They waltzed past an old building with a hole in it and Chiu stared at it before glancing down at a gaping valley below them. Then she tied the end of his ropes to boulder and nudged him over the edge. Yasu screamed as he plummeted down towards the earth then felt a sharp pull from the cliff above him. The poor child realized that it is not terribly hard to find somebody who might just murder him.
Appeal to pathos though, and you might just live. Thus, he screamed, “Please pull me up! I will do anything to beat him just not this!”
“My school has to win this way,” Chiu shouted down with her buckteeth exposed and a frown on her face, “otherwise, he will say I cheated and sully my name before marrying me off to someone else for free cash.”
“Wait, he can do that?”
“No, but he is a pompous fool who can force others into stupid deals, thereby stealing their stuff.” At this point, he sounded similar to a raven or crow as blood pumped to his head and made him dizzy.
A pole extended down from above and slapped on his left side. “Yasu reach up to your ropes and start chewing!” Chiu shouted.
“What will that do?” Yasu screeched in return, “I am a wizard and super weak!”
“Force you to learn the Mouser Bite Dojo secret technique “Super Chew Attack” all right.”
“Or just disfigure my face!” The pole slapped him again. “How will you catch me when I obviously fall?”
“That’s the fun part! I dive bomb after you, slam into the cliff and use my equally sharp nails to climb up to the top!” Chiu stated without hesitancy.
Women from this era had gotten weird, or even crazy Yasu noted. Life for many women who had some success was hard and wondered if Chiu should be proud of her abilities if this ridiculous training was how she gained them. After all, dojo’s secret ability was finding a way to chew through anything. This included food, flesh, bone, and metal. Oddly enough, the ability sometimes made these things viable to eat, which only made it worse, or so the legends said. Gross!

He started chewing through Chiu's ropes as ordered though. His mouth became tired a few times from doing this and he forced himself to rest. During one of these periods, he questioned, "Am I just fighting this Hawks fellow?"
She answered, "No, it is a whole tourney he sponsored. You will have to fight his underlings and then him. Try not to show your training on this technique until him however. You want him to pin you down Yasu then bite his leg. He will hopefully immediately surrender as he freaks out and stops doing anything when he gains a wound in a weird manner."
"You mean like not from a punch, kick or weapon strike?"
"Exactly," Chiu then sat down on the ground and Yasu felt jealously in his heart and brain as blood started to rush to his brain. She got to sit up on a nice cliff while he had to dangle for his life while chewing through strong bindings. It was unfair to him. He really wanted to end this training so he might fight in this tourney and then go to the base of the mountain and sleep. This detour was stopping him from leaving the desert to find his family, even if it was learning the secret powers and history of a pretty girl whose family and life he only hindered by acting stupidly. It just felt odd she was willing to place faith in him after his need to eat as a young teen caused her father to work himself to death and left her in trouble today.

“To fight him though you are going to need to get through his little tournament and show you have beaten his hired thugs, er, disciples.” Chiu continued.
Yasu only hoped he could learn to do the technique Chiu had been mastering at the level of her own father. A human’s capacity to learn something only went so far and they could not just change their teeth overnight to chew through an object. Yasu was going to need to us his energy to reinforce his mouth and cut through anything he wished to do that with now.
The young man focused his power and soon he would chomp his way through Chiu’s first set of ropes and plummet through the air. Chiu then sprang into action and as she promised she dove after him and pulled him up the mountain again by catching him in mid air and then using her own nails climbed to the top of the cliff. It seemed as though it was an inhuman possibility but Chiu clearly made it not so. She then tied Yasu up again and forced him to enter the same routine repeatedly for the next seven days. After this, Chiu made Yasu chew through iron wires the next week and then finally steel chains on the third week. Yasu’s mouth was so sore by the end of this that Chiu forced herself to feed him. Yasu’s mouth then spent another week recovering. It was only able to do so by the grace of Chiu having special herbs to heal it.

Eventually Yasu proved he could bite through steel chains as Chiu wanted. When Yasu proved this while hanging upside down, and chomping through them, Chiu caught him, gave him a thumbs up, and considered him ready to fight Lord Hawks. Yasu showed off a new pair of huge buckteeth (even larger than Chiu’s at six inches) when he smiled. The next day they climbed up the thousand-foot ladder Chiu showed him a month ago and ascended to the man’s haughty dojo.
When they got there, they found themselves greeted by a group of martial artists wearing gis but also sitting in gigantic woven baskets. Yasu ended up told he was to fight two opponents immediately, including Hawk.
One of them a twelve-year-old girl with long orange hair in a pony tail wearing a red gi said, “I am Robin and I will be your opponent today. I am going to crush you if you try to challenge Lord Hawks.”
Suddenly, a tall lengthy man next to her spoke up. He had on a purple gi but it had black, yellow, and brown feathers that opened and closed akin to a fan. Under his haggard eyes black eye shadow accentuated his angry glare, “If she fails though I Peacock will destroy you!” The man then stood to a height of eight feet and looked down on Yasu to try to intimidate him.
Yasu gulped and quickly turned to a snoring man in a brown gi. This man was only five feet tall but his chest, arms, and legs were bursting to the point his veins were visible. “That’s Hawks.” Chiu whispered in Yasu’s ear. “He’s literally what ladies such as me would call “A Man Hell Bent on His Craft” Yasu.” He noticed he had lovely flaming red hair though that swooped behind him as one big flowing lock.
Yasu noted that thick men in his shape often attracted the opposite sex. He could see why he might be afraid of ending up wounded though as one wrong puncture wound could send this person on a one-way trip to bleed out. This man was pushing his body so hard though Yasu considered he might suffer an embolism or heart attack first.

Chiu gave him a serious glare that indicated she hated him. “The hell-bent on his craft,” spiel must of meant he was doing everything in his power to either woo Chiu or other ladies with his martial arts abilities and dojo. As if on cue, the sleeping man came to life and snapped his fingers. A group of seven women in white gi uniforms rushed out of the slanted roof dojo he owned and sat behind in on their knees. They hoisted a banner in the air that read in sloppy kanji, “We love you Chiu and we will win for you today!”
Chiu blushed because she was partly embarrassed but mostly wanted to go up to them all and hit them. Yasu frowned and demanded, “Will I be fighting all you lovely ladies?”
They nodded yes in unison and Yasu glared at Chiu. Chiu shrugged and replied, “He promised two disciples and he would participate in this fight, however, I am sure you can clobber the rest.”
Yasu mouthed, “I am a wimp and Hawks is still built to appear as if he were a boulder.”
Chiu rolled her eyes and gave him a thumbs, “You can win my special loser.”
Yasu was not smitten with the idea of her trying to force him into this fight. She wanted him to beat these people so she did not have to marry into their dojo and lose all her secret techniques. Yasu was the man she wanted instead, but he felt as a mage learning martial arts was pointless because he could barely learn her chewing technique for this. Also, throwing an explosive blast at someone seemed far easier and safer than mauling someone to death in a real battle. Finally, Yasu had to care for his sister/guardian spirit genie as well. He could not leave her to die here at some flashy fighting school that sounded more like a group of pests annoying a weaker group of pests.
Yasu enjoyed Chiu’s company but he only intended to pummel these people in order to pay her for the fact he let her father die. He threw himself into paying for a training complex he could not afford. Yasu was plainly at fault for eating the only product besides fighting he sold, “ancient cheeses”. At least that’s how he would describe it. He remembered them having a moldy, sweet taste he almost died from. Unfortunately, Chiu never learned to create them and that was a good thing. It was always best for a business to focus on one goal.

Without orders, the seven women got up from where they sat, planted the banner down, and returned to the dojo. It was a few minutes before they came out again but each moved a heavy stone tile on their shoulder and placed it down between Yasu and the group of fighters. This process slowly formed a circular fighting ring.
“This will be the area we fight in,” the peacock gi wearing man announced. He flicked his hair and stepped towards the arena. Master Hawks wants use to fight in it until we cannot move (even if we die), but you can cowardly surrender or get thrown out too.” The orange haired man rose to his feet and flexed his in brown gi. The poor fabric stretched until the great master appeared to have eaten or fused with two other men.
He was so big Yasu had to comment, “Is that cheating? I really do not want to do this if his body can gain that much power and then proceed to punch or throw me before I hit him.”
“Well, he’s definitely gotten stronger,” Chiu now admitted. She remembered him seeming as though he were two people whenever he flexed.

Yasu approached the arena between them. He stepped up first but instead of the orange girl, peacock man, or the flexing Master Hawks one of the rather plain women in gis stepped forward and bowed to him. Then she entered the ring. Yasu held his hands up in the air and stepped into the ring too lowering them afterwards. “Everyone who was here was a lady besides peacock, Hawks, and him. It was all a menagerie of animals meant to show off their fighting abilities for the muscle bound fool.
Yasu chose to forgo the niceties and when Chiu stepped to the edge of the ring and shouted, “Begin!” the woman before him launched forward crying, “Wing Cutter!” She started chopping at the air, but Yasu’s eyes glowed blue as he saw his future through divination. He evaded the blows aimed at his head and with one thrust of his right fist sent her crumpling to the ground.
Yasu then barely saw her get up and swing her leg around to try to force him off balance. He leaped over it and proceeded to land on it with both feet as she swung it back around. He would then step forward on top of her leg. She writhed in pain as she felt his shoes dig into her body. Chiu gave him a glare of disgust.
“What? I expected to win these matches. I cannot if I have to fight eight people.” Yasu called back to her as he gazed at her. “I get tired too easy from all my magic powers.”
He did not want to be cruel to these women, but these fights might give him no choice. Suddenly, he heard his foe cry, “Ah! I give up!”
Yasu forgot he was standing on the woman’s leg so long it had started to cut off her circulation. He bent down to try to help her, however, the woman zoomed away to the edge of the ring. Then she exited and fell into the arms of the orange haired girl and sobbed her eyes out.
“Hurt this man for me sister, Robin, do it pretty please,” she whine to the girl.
Robin clasped her hands and told her, “All right.”
The first opportunity to be beat Yasu ended with his victory. The next woman approached, bowed, and when she got into the arena summoned a sword onto her hip. It was a plain long sword but when she drew the blade whilst proceeding to smooch its sharp edge it burst into flames.
“MY PHOENIX! It will destroy you little man! All for the man with eye liner, my husband, Kuja!” The woman screeched. Yasu then stepped away from her as she built up a flare of energy around her body. It glowed similar to the sword’s white-hot flame.
She and the girl from before had different level of abilities for sure. Yasu could not approach this one as her body melted her gi, forcing him to close his eyes, when he opened them again she had on a red leotard that fit every curve of her torso.
“Geez,” Yasu thought, “the guy at this dojo recruits some hot women.” He definitely needed to punch the person some for only getting female disciples to train at his weird dojo. He could definitely say it had an animal theme though.

The woman ran towards him cutting the air with deadly flames. Yasu wanted to dodge them and used his senses and his rapid movement technique to get around them, however, her burning blade started to land blow after blow on him across his torso. The first time it did he had to toss his smoldering coat, the second time it did he pulled off his shirt, which lit itself in the same way a candle would. He no clothe on him the next time so he tried to raise his arms up to guard and found his forearms burnt by the endeavor. Poor Yasu had to end this fight by throwing two energy blasts at his foe. This launched her out of the ring and her sword clattered to the ground with her.
Yasu's remaining opponents were similar trouble. One threw exploding eggs at him and left him with bruises. He had to submission her into the ground with a well aimed grapple and throw technique. Another women acted as if she were a woodpecker and aimed punches and her legs in the same spot, his stomach. He nearly threw up from that but Chiu's torso training eased the pain. He had to bring out his Super Chew Technique, hold her down and bite her repeatedly. Finally, a fifth woman simply brought small boulders into the arena with her. Yasu though she might throw them at her but instead she ground them into tiny pebbles and threw hundreds of those at him.
"What type of animal was she?" he had to wonder as he fired energy blasts at them to stop her. The woman said, "An ostrich, which can crush stones into diamonds in it stomach." Yasu just rolled his eyes at this fact and eventually managed to get through to her when his opponent ran out of things to throw. It was a familiar fight to the third one. He did not throw her though but upper cut her poor chin. At this point though, Yasu felt exhausted he had two more normal people, Robin, Kuja and Hawks.
The young mage gasped for air as he sat down and curled his feet up to chest. He was not going to get to the last fight at this point. Chiu then ran onto the battlefield and cried, "Ten minute rest, everyone!" It was a life saver.

Yasu removed himself from the ring real fast. He had burns, bruises and cuts all over his body after so many continuous fights. Chiu ran to his side, and without even posing a question to him, pulled out a body of whit cream and started lathering him in it. He let out a few yelps of pain, however, some of it subsided as he felt oils enter his body and dull the pain.
He demanded, "What is this stuff?"
"Butter fat..." Chiu answered, "...it will not heal wounds well, but it will stop some of the pain. You still have five matches to go after all."
"Actually, it is four," Hawks announced. "Our last two normal fighters often team up at my dojo."
"Hooray," Yasu thought, "I get to fight one versus two today on top of everyone else still here." He was so happy to get pummeled now when earlier he thought this might be a waltz through the green. Saiyans would definitely relish the brutality he was enduring. He had never met one directly, however, that is how he heard they behaved.

“Hum, hum,” Chiu mumbled aloud as she slathered Yasu with the butter on her hands to heal him up. She then stare back at the arena and told him, “Time to return to the fights.” Yasu was sure he was not out even five minutes before he felt Chiu push him hard towards the ring with a smile on her face. She wanted him to win for her. He promised he would as he clenched both his fists in the manner a confident martial artist might do.
When he got in the ring, two normal martial artists trained women got in the arena too. They suddenly put on glasses and the match began as soon as Chiu stepped over to the ring and shouted, “Begin!” once more. Yasu then felt a woozy feeling enter his whole body as rings of energy from his foes’ eyes paralyzed his whole body. It was some type of owl motif now as they both rushed him and tried to hit him with a flying hit. Yasu crouched though and shot them from behind with energy blasts sending theme hurtling out of the ring. Play time was probably over starting now.

The prior fight ended and Yasu stepped out of the ring for a short rest. His opponent did too until Chiu called the time to return. As Yasu approached the ring, Robin got up and the young haired woman turned to her master and demanded, “He’s taking the fine women of our dojo too lightly. I would love to be the last match he takes on for the day here. I see no reason for you to fight this strange, uncouth whelp. We cannot have you marred for your wedding day nor Mr. Kuja since he promised to help you plan it.”
Out at the ringside Chiu shouted, “Hey you cannot do that! I mean it is less opponents for Yasu to fight, but he was told by me I would be having him fight Lord Hawks as his final opponent!”
Yasu sighed and wheezed, “I do not care. I am a wizard. I told you before I cannot take a beating too long, so let me just fight Robin and decide this here.”
Robin heard Hawks whisper to Kuja then the tall man stated, “Hawks has agreed to this! We will also be taking this fight a bit more seriously.” He threw out his hand and tossed a large scroll towards Robin who caught it in mid air.
“You school has a pitiful secret technique so we will teach you a real one here on the field of combat contained in this scroll.” Kuja announced. By this time, all the other participants gathered to their side of the arena and sat with Kuja and Hawks. Robin opened the scroll and read it silently to herself then announced, “You-you want me to use this technique against him? He will die.” She then handed it back to Hawks before approaching the field whilst cracking her knuckles. She had a confident smile and look in her eyes as the woman stepped into the ring. Robin may have looked weak, however, the first thing she did was remove her gi. It clattered to the floor as if it and the attached belt were holding heavy weights inside. They must have been ten pounds heavier than they appeared. Underneath these she wore a red tube top and tight black shorts.
“Oh dear…” Yasu thought to himself, “…can someone be allowed to train that way in this day and age?” He had heard of hiding training weights in one’s clothes from old movies such as the original Kakorotto but the actor behind that was someone special; someone with lineage to Mr. Satan himself. What was he going to do?
He now stared at little Robin who had a stunning, cut figure. Her shoulders were broad, her pectoral muscles sturdy, and she had developing rectus abdomen muscles that gave her solid 4-pack abs. Her tiny figure ended up built to crush people such as him. She bowed to him and Yasu did the same. Before he understood it Yasu felt her move with his senses and proceed to hit his face with an elbow.
“Let’s begin you rat. I have all the powers of my sisters plus more.” She baited him as she shifted to a jab with her other arm and smashed it into his face again. He felt his jaw loosen and he realized from this blow he might not be able to just bite her or anyone else for a while as planned with the “Super Chew Attack”.

He should have definitely thought this through and planned for the worst, but now, as his last opponent Robin was proving a threat. She slammed her calf into his stomach and as he fell grabbed him from the air by his jacket and held him with both hands. Robin's eye glowed and rings of energy flowed from them and made him feel dizzy she let him go and cried, "Wing Clipper!" as a chop soared for his throat. The young wizard dodged just in time. He crouched below her and grabbed at this arm mid chop, however, his grip was poor and he felt her slam her foot in his face. He fell to the ground and moaned.
Meanwhile, Hawks laughed from afar and announced, "He's done. He's got to be."
Yasu did not want to give up though he struggled to his feet and his strange powers activated allowing him to incorporate ice into a punch meant for Robin's face as she approached and tried to finish him off. She saw this coming and summoned a sword of flames to melt it with the power of "Phoenix!" Yasu drew his hand away and threw out a strong kick into her ribs yet it lightly bruised her instead of stopping her. She was a martial artist after all who was taught to tolerate pain, but it did cause her to lose her flaming sword's energy as she lost focus on it. Yasu withdrew his leg and bounded away. He moved to the edge of the ring and Robin charged at him hoping to push him out of the ring. What she came to find though was he activated his divination powers at the last moment and stepped aside causing her to step out of the ring as she fell to the hard ground. The match was over and Chiu called it with a loud, "Winner, YASU!!!" Had Yasu not chosen to make Robin leave the ring this way by seeing her future mistakes he would have lost because he was tired, battered, and bruised.

Yasu felt Chiu rush him and hug his torso in a serendipitous state. She oozed tears of happiness while Robin dragged her humiliated behind over to her master and bowed deeply before his large presence. He gazed at Robin's behind then stated in a muffled voice, "Whets am I going to doff with mush tee?"
The larger peacock man ran to his side and applied some type of red, glowing healing energy to his whole body. It erased his scars and regrew his missing teeth as though nothing had happened to him. Chiu was going to worry about them too, but became too absorbed in the red warmth emanating from Yasu's body. She quickly released him after it faded then said, "Master Yasu, you may not have used my family's technique properly or all that much but it seems you won this fight." Chiu's body then bowed to him on one knee and she offered her hands forward to him.
"Wait what do you want now?" he questioned.
"Please let me serve you!" She cried.
"But..."
Hawks got up and approached him then stated as he slapped his right shoulder from behind, "Take her on as student, follower, or whatever you choose. I have no need for a girl who loves another. Also..." he rifled through his pocket and pulled out an eagle shaped totem made from fine birch wood. This item he hung before Yasu's face and as he did he pressed a button on the back.
It opened it's beak and cried, "I am the High Mountain Eagle! I was made by a some witch-princess long ago! I guard this odd dojo and they deify me for my ability to remember things. The thugs here are really dumb when it comes to inventing fighting techniques, so teach me some stuff I want to remember! Otherwise, the Pang family awaits my return!"
Yasu stared over his shoulder at Master Hawks and said, "You want me to also have this? I am not sure if I should. Does it not seem, rude?"
Robin got up and stated, "Of course it is, but we cannot satisfy its desire to learn so we should return it to this family, or better yet give it to someone who is not a moron." She marched straight up to Yasu and with a strong hand grabbed his small chin.
"It would be rude not to accept gifts from a tournament you won, even if some seem detrimental to you now." She continued.
Lord Hawks spun him around and firmly pushed the totem at Yasu's chest. Yasu took the thing but frowned at it. The burly man coughed and stated in a lengthy manner, "This thing is causing us no end of trouble. I have been trying to develop techniques for a while, however, in my jumping off the roof to do so I upset it and my neighbors below. I figured having a lot of ladies by my side might help my endeavor and because of that I collected them and wanted Chiu. This was all so I could get it to shut up about learning some new fighting move. I am rather stupid and the ladies here all invented stuff that almost passed its muster compared to me or even Kuja."
"You all suck as warriors! That's why!" The totem chirped, "The karate chop and flame sword might have been fine, however, I am in the hands of this weird guy that just won. Therefore, I-I do not care to remember them." Robin approached the totem and punched the top of its small figurehead.
"Screw you loud mouth bird thing!"

"I will have you know I am a mighty artifact of the Pang family!" the eagle totem answered Robin's rude remarks.
"We already know that." Yasu stated stuffing the item in the pocket of his coat. He would deal with fully understanding what it could do later. It was a good prize for a martial arts tourney as weird as this one.
All involved sighed with relief as the object went away. It made them stay up at night yelling about wanting to have a martial artist or wizard it could acknowledge. They could have thrown the thing away but it was a cursed item. It was unable to leave the side of its owner unless it made good on granting them new techniques, or found its way back to the Pang family.
Whoever those people were, they sure made a bad item Yasu realized as Hawks took his sweet time to explain the above. Chiu followed behind Yasu as they wandered about the muscular man's dojo filled with lots of straw mats shaped into birds' nests. Hawks also showed off a few more of his lesser students meditating and conversing with birds.
"This place is bird brains," Yasu thought to himself. He was glad he was not one of them, but at the same time, he was only a wizard in name. Lilith Nevermore and others probably had more on him when it came to calling themselves wizards. Everyone at this dojo had a family but Yasu did not lest he count the weird setup he had going on with Yoi and his mother.
He felt something cling to his arm the entire time he wandered about the dojo and noted it was Chiu noting as she felt his arms up if he had gotten stronger. "Maybe I have?" he told her, "But only thanks to you dropping me off cliffs multiple times before this whole situation.
He was glad it was over with as he climbed down the hefty ladder that led to Chiu's dojo below Hawks. He watched her go inside the old place then come out of it with a big bag and point to it. "Go ahead and take this place apart piece by piece. We may have won but I do not want to train here anymore by myself. I want to go on a trip with you because as it stands I find I still might be unable to attract students."
Yasu's eyes widened at the idea but Chiu pulled him towards the building and demanded it happen. "We will give thee wood to our neighbors above so they can build a nicer, quieter place now that we have beaten them and taken a greater annoyance away from them. After this, and the traveling I do I am sure to get reputation for my new dojo as long as I am with you Yasu~"
Yasu slapped his forehead and groaned. He suddenly heard footsteps behind him and both saw Yoi climb the mountain from below and stand on the edge of the cliff Chiu had a while back. "Oh geez, fin-finally made it up here brother. Why were you gone so long?"
Chiu asked as she pointed at Yoi, "Who is this?"
"My sister Yoi, and fortunately, since we are going on a long trip she cannot follow us." Yasu announced as he glared at her. The little fox jumped though and landed in his arms. She then bit into his shoulder blade.
"Trip? If you go on one of those I could go hungry!" she screeched in a muffled voice. Much like a vampire she munched on his life force causing to fall to the ground. He did not wake up the neext day but when he did he found Yoi and Chiu trying to tear Chiu's place down and haul the timber from it up to the other dojo. Hawks and Kuja trying to help them out too from the top of the cliff. They handed off wood to Robin and the other ladies who stacked it all into a usable pile.

Many more days passed as Yasu rebuilt Hawks dojo into a real nest egg. They gave it more guest rooms and a full bath that everyone could use. It was too bad Yasu could not jut straight up use it as he was not a member of the dojo. The completed dojo was a new masterpiece and Yoi demanded they go home as Chiu followed on their heels. They descended the mountain together with Yasu feeling this bout somehow made him a stronger person. He also got new company, which he did not necessarily hate, but it was to be seen if it was the most welcome thing in the world.
Yasu had a lot of time ahead of him as he tracked back to the place his mother was. He wish he had a vehicle to get there. Walking was too hard sometimes. Along the way Chiu would stop him and they would spar together. The trip returning took longer because of this. It at least let him view the Ostrich Chickens as they dashed across the sands. They had strong legs and could get anywhere fast in their groups with velocity attuned to a car's own.
Chiu advised him not to go after wild ones as they might just peck his face into mush. Yoi agreed as they switched who carried all of Chiu's things. One day, Yoi carried her bag, which was odd to Yasu because she had no super human abilities to carry Chiu's bag. It was the size of a grown human body so Yoi should not have been able to lift it being a 210 year old fox girl. Yasu needed to investigate this.
Suddenly, on their way back Hawks got ahead of Yasu with his group of dojo fighters and asked to send him off proper. Yasu questioned what this was until Hawks slammed his fists together and screeched, "Fight!"
Yasu thought he had been cleared for not having to fight this guy ever again, however, fate had a different choice. Round two? Round one had Hawks rushing Yasu doing the one thing Yasu expected. The wizard took on a series of blows that hurt, even as he tried to dodge them, yet one good slap from Yasu across Hawks' face ended the fight. The beaten dojo master cried, "I have been beaten but perhaps we will meet again!" as he ran home holding his bruised, swelling face.
