The final one of Valentus's stick swings landed straight on Mizu, but the Tuffle soon realized that his opponent had planned for it all along. Sliding along the weapon, Mizu used his attack to his advantage, and slipped past any semblance of the Tuffle's guard.
One blow came in, a rather blunt push straight at his chest, and that was it. Valentus slammed back first to the ground, the stick in his hand fell to the side and rolled across the meadow, and Mizu was now on top of him. Ever since the start of the fight, he has been on the back foot and it certainly did not seem like it was going to change - so he chose to throw in the towel now.
"Alright, alright..." the Tuffle muttered under his breath after a breath through his teeth. The slam was painful, but did not break anything, it will wear off in a minute. "I think it's pretty clear who's stronger by now." For now, at least. Paizu was showing both thumbs down atop her tree, but Valentus did not pay attention to her.
