Question of the Moment 19: How does your character want to be seen by others? Do they often succeed at putting on this demeanour? Being a noblewoman and a wicked witch, Lilith seeks to be seen as a sophisticated and fearsome sorceress. She tries her hardest to be an intimidating figure others look up to. Unfortunately, she often seems to come a little... short. Pun fully intended, but don’t tell her that. While she has the demeanour of a noble down, her short, sickly stature eats away at the fearsome part. Her attempts at intimidating others, especially certain rays of sunshine, tend to flop miserably.
Question of the Moment 20: Is there any virtue that your character considers overrated, or irrelevant? Charity, one of the seven virtues and the opposite of greed... Is utterly pointless in Lilith’s eyes. She considers altruism in general overrated. Nothing in the world is free, so why should she waste her valuable time or resources on others?
Question of the Moment 21: What is your character’s family like? Even if they have no family by blood, is there anyone they treat as family? What are their relationships like within it? Lilith's relationship with her family is a little frigid at the moment, on the account that every last member is dead. And most likely in HIFL. However, when alive, they were the most beloved and influential people of her life.
The most important was, naturally, her mother Lucia Nevermore, the original Lady Nevermore. She taught Lilith everything she knows about magic and sparked the lifelong ambition to study every aspect of it. The daughter takes after her mother in many ways, especially in looks. ...Sadly, height and figure weren’t passed along.
Another important figure was her father, Count Vladimir Nevermore, a man of vampiric persuasion. He taught Lilith the proper manners and court etiquette. The daughter also inherited many of her father’s mannerisms, especially the harsh and old-fashioned style of speech. ...But the vampiric blood was diluted to a point where she only ages and matures far slower.
The rest of the family and its many eccentric uncles, aunts and cousins fueled the young girl’s curiosity. All their knowledge has been recorded in a massive magical tome, which the girl lugs around wherever she goes, a memento of a better time.
Question of the Moment 22: What is the most beautiful thing your character has ever seen? The most beautiful memory Lilith has is from her childhood. She was eleven at the time. It was All Hallows’ Eve. The clock struck midnight. An orchestra of ghosts and ghouls played a haunting song. Under the pale full moon, her parents shared a slow waltz. She was mesmerized. Even after all these years, the fond memory still lingers. She secretly wishes to experience it for herself one day.
Question of the Moment 23: How does your character display affection? What behaviour do they consider affectionate towards them? Lilith is absolutely terrible with affection, both showing and receiving it. Physical displays especially shatter her cold composure all too easily. Her idea of showing someone affection starts and often ends with addressing someone by their first name. That alone is borderline scandalous. In more extreme cases, she might take a kinder tone with them, or even offer her magic to help them. However, such familiarity is reserved only for close friends and... love interests... More concrete gestures as well, such as touching, hugging or heaven forbid kissing are strictly off-limits. She wouldn’t dare to direct such displays of affection towards anyone she isn’t actively courting. Being on the receiving end is met with various degrees of protest or violence, depending on who dares to initiate it.
Question of the Moment 24: How does your character deal with stress? What really stresses them out, and how do they try and manage it or relax? Poorly. Lilith deals with stress very poorly. She is a perfectionist far too strict on herself and people around her. Things going awry is the prime source of her stress. ...Alongside having to put up with people she considers beneath her. She manages her stress proactively. Usually that involves freezing the source solid. However, when that isn’t an option, she instead brews herself a nice cup of tea and reads something relaxing. Spending quality time with her favorite familiars, such as Chester the Mimic, is also an option, but a strictly kept secret. No one must ever know...
Question of the Moment 25: Your character has accidentally walked into a life-changing formal meeting wearing an embarrassing Halloween costume. Their future is depending on this meeting. Don’t ask why, how, where, or anything else – just explain how they would react to such specific humiliation.
Numerous candles cast their wavering light across a small, round hut. A lithe figure stood in front of a large mirror, wearing an odd outfit and a deep frown. Lilith turned around, silently cursing herself for even trying on this scandalous garb... It barely qualified as a black swimsuit, with how little it covered. The leather straps around her arms were superficial accessories at best. A small crown sat crooked on her head, flanked by a pair of red horns. From her backside extended twin batwings and beneath them a tail with a spade tip.
The witch wasn’t quite sure which fact was more embarrassing... That this looked exactly the kind of thing a shameless succubus would wear... Or that it fit her petite figure perfectly. Tch, how insulting. Worse yet, she had to admit the quality was... ugh... excellent. She could feel the magic reserved for demonic royalty beginning to course through her.
When the noblewoman turned around, however, horror struck her like a hammer. Her hut was gone, now replaced by a large council room. Witches of various prestigious families sat around a table shaped like a crescent moon. Each signet was more famous than the last. At her sides, summoners finished closing a swirling portal that had brought her in so spontaneously.
At the very center of the table, an ancient crone in the finest silken robes adjusted her thick glasses. “Welcome, Lilith Nevermore, to the annual evaluation for-” She squinted at the strangely -or barely- dressed girl. “...What the HIFL are you wearing?” Her icy tone remained professional even as the murmurs spread across the table.
Lilith’s pale skin flared into a luminescent hue of scarlet. The blush spread like wildfire from her cheeks across her entire face. Her heart stopped briefly. She prayed that it would stay that way... Unfortunately, no such luck. Death refused to take her away from this mess. Typical. The old Reaper was still holding a grudge from how she had escaped a certain demise a couple of years ago. This was payback, wasn’t it?
The young witch glanced around, looking for a way out. In the cauldron of her mind, words bubbled to the surface. “I... I uh... This...” She stammered weakly. “I was doing... research... This... is a research outfit...” Her explanation was met with skeptical looks. Oh how she wished the earth would simply swallow her...
After a short, awkward silence, the old crone adjusted her glasses again. “Research.” She repeated flatly. However, from the edge of the table, a young, charming girl suddenly clung onto that word. “Research, you say? Demonology, right? Hah, of course I’m right. That is the outfit of a Succubus Queen, is it not?” She brushed her wavy, blonde hair and smiled oh so smugly. “Oh, I can recognize the quaint traces of demonic magic all the way from here. This is my field of expertise after all.” She enjoyed the social spotlight she had just stolen.
Lilith’s eyes widened. Her hammering heart slowed down and the burning blush faded slightly. There was her door...! She puffed her petite chest with an imitation of pride. “You are absolutely correct. This is my project on Demonology. I am studying the possibility of infusing demonic magic into garments. And... And the magical energy manifests the strongest in a garment that closely mimics the original.” Technically, she wasn’t even lying...
More skeptical murmurs spread across the table like ripples in a pond. After some consideration, the elderly woman finally let the matter slide. “Fine then. But research or not, such an outfit is hardly appropriate for this hearing.” She motioned at the summoners and they took position again. “Go and change into your formal wear. You have five minutes.” In a blink of an eye, the council room vanished and the privacy of the small hut returned.

"I-I... I'm actually a little busy right now, something's happening. I'll try to do this fast." Question of the Moment 19: How does your character want to be seen by others? Do they often succeed at putting on this demeanour? "Hah, simple question, easy, you fried fart. It goes without saying that I want to be..." Bubbles fluttered out of her container as he brain stalled. "Uh... I've, well... Most of the time I'm more worried about the Tuffle species you see... And the TAS. I rarely think too much about me, but I think I want to be inspirational to others. Proof that Tuffles can be strong to, because of our intelligence. "As for... Well, as for living up to that... Maybe once upon a time I did, but there's a lot involved in morale and inspiring people, I think General Cerola is better at that. I might try, but most of the time I'm too hot-headed to really think about what someone else might need to hear. I know I sure as hell haven't been inspirational in the passed three hundred or so years, that's for sure..." Question of the Moment 20: Is there any virtue that your character considers overrated, or irrelevant?"I'd have to say Temperance. It's not quite discipline, but it's a deliberate withholding from the good things in live. Why? Makes no sense to me, probably invented by the monke- no, no, that's giving them too much credit. I like to think I can live life as lively as I want, I shouldn't have to contain myself. At least, not all of the time- y'know... Formalities and... Meetings and stuff... That's fine. I think Temperance can also lead to a lot of misunderstandings. Withholding how much you care about something might mean opportunities are missed." Question of the Moment 21: What is your character’s family like? Even if they have no family by blood, is there anyone they treat as family? What are their relationships like within it? "They're gone, naturally. I don't know my mothers face, I know I was donated to a research facility for the betterment of Tuffle kind, but I don't think she was important enough to have cloning priority. Maybe my parents will show up again one day, but I'd never even know if I saw them. As for who I treat like family... Y-you're really digging in deep. I think the closest thing to family I have is my comrades. I might not be the best leader, or the greatest motivational speaker, but I bond with my allies on the battlefield. Those that have the courage to stand on the battlefield and fight in the face of annihilation and against all odds instantly earn my respect, regardless of their personalities. Now... I mean, I wouldn't say my relationships with those people are normal either. I'm me, sure, but most people just gawk at how I look. They define me by it, which is fine, I guess. Because of that however, it feels like a one way street where they admire me because I'm well, a supersoldier, and I admire them because of their personality traits. That's fine though, we're all in this together, and silly things like that don't matter too much." Question of the Moment 22: What is the most beautiful thing your character has ever seen? "I've been in Space before, especially when I was priority cloned on CONTINENT before we reached Planet Aspic. There I got to see a lot of wonderful galaxies, stars and planets as we drifted through space. I still remember leaving our system. It was tragic, but at the same time there was something... Painfully beautiful about potentially seeing the vessel of which I'd lived all of my years at that point fade to be but a small blip in my vision. Perhaps I enjoy being uncomfortable." Question of the Moment 23: How does your character display affection? What behaviour do they consider affectionate towards them? "D-d-depends on what kind of affection you're asking about, tch. You just keep pushing the envelope don't you? Not like you have much time left to ask me questions, it looks like I might be finally getting out of here. Well, I kind of went over familial affection in my prior answer, so I'll interpret this in a romantic sense. The simple answer is I can't- more like I don't. I... Well, maybe I do, and can. Just there's a lot, as a soldier tasks with the safe future of Tuffles, that I need to consider in selfishly humoring my own feelings. I guess... I guess if I punch you with a smile I might just be interested, got that? Hope you wrote it down because I'm never saying it again. As for what I think are signs people like me in a romantic way? I haven't a clue! I can't tell what's just admiration, curiosity, or genuine interest. So many people with so many personalities, that I think only the most obvious ways are predictable and consistent enough to be worth mentioning. If someone confesses, - or even better, if someone seems to deliberately go out of their way to hang around me, that's when I start to wonder." Question of the Moment 24: How does your character deal with stress? What really stresses them out, and how do they try and manage it or relax? "Stress is commonplace on the battlefield, so I'm generally in tune with it. Not only that, but I regularly get night terrors that I have difficulty explaining. Only reason I'm so willing to share that is that they don't seem to be from combat, but something else I can't quite put into words. Regardless, when it comes to stress I turn it into motivation to get things done. Even petty emotions like spite and hatred can be used to ones benefit if aimed right, all of which generally come with stress attached. I think some of my biggest stress points are those that put me on the spot and out of my comfort zone. That being said, by extension being stressed means I'm uncomfortable, and I do try to broaden my world view all of the time. Still, stress is stress, and at the end of a long day I generally just decompress and well... Literally relax. Sit or lay down, think to myself, imagine the time going by, do some personal reflection. Though something else that helps a lot with my stress is if others spot it, identify why, and proactively help that way. I'll never fully admit anything that's stressing me out to others." Question of the Moment 25: Your character has accidentally walked into a life-changing formal meeting wearing an embarrassing Halloween costume. Their future is depending on this meeting. Don’t ask why, how, where, or anything else – just explain how they would react to such specific humiliation. Suddenly, the matrix of her mind went to a vividly realistic sequence. Like it had many times before with similar things, it was as if she was in the moment with memories of a day that never happened, and a life she never lived. Apparently they said, 'wear this, it'll be hilarious', 'come on, you'll rock it' and 'the guys will swoon!' on Halloween. What she did not expect, was that the night left her so exhausted that she'd gone to work the next morning without changing out of her costume. A black bunny girl costume. Unfathomably, she stood amongst her superiors looking like... Like that. Of course, she hadn't registered it yet. Though one of the officers raised their voice towards her. "Major Charentis, who in the world do you think you are coming here dressed like that?" The words were harsh, but nobody could be as clueless as Charentis, right? If she was here with the wrong clothes, that was a deliberate choice, and she was stepping severely out of line. Impulsively she looked down, and suddenly it all clicked. Nine higher ranking officers sat at the oval table, with her the closest to the doors exists. Eighteen eyes on her and she felt... Dread, horror, she was scared, and wanted it to end. Was she going to be pureed? She... Shook, her eyes became watery as she fought back tears. She didn't want to lose the only thing she had, and screwing up around the big shots in TAS was an easy way for that to happen. She wanted to cry, but she'd save the rainfall for after, for now if she was going to go out... She'd go out with a bang. "Why yes." She said, her voice steeling with conviction. A hand swept her hair back in a flashy flip, and she'd lean forward to rest her palms on the table. "-" She struggled to follow up with what she was going to say. Her pride, her dignity, were being washed away like grime on dishes in the sink. "I... The TAS frontline need more motivational posters." She got it out. She'd die standing before living meekly with unaddressed humiliation. Most of the group were simply awestruck. "Not the way to go about that Major, but the moxie is noted. Sit down, we're beginning the meeting."She was alive. Regaining all of her composure and carefully obscuring a sniffle as she battled away the emotional distress she was feeling, she'd save the breakdown proper for the pillow. Didn't stop her from feeling incredibly self-conscious for the entire meeting, of course.

Question of the Moment 4: What is your character's favorite Broken Destiny universe fast food restaurant? Taco King, of course. I'm very proud of what we do there. If we are excluding it, I'm fond of some of the foods they have in Pilafland, especially their lemonade and the meatball and marinara Calzones from A Day's Calzone Knight. Question of the Moment 6: If you could thread with any one player character on the site, which would it be?The other Saiyans, Cabin and Grisha especially. I feel like a thread with Cerola would be amusing too, but that's really it. Question of the Moment 7: What is your character's worst habit? Their most positive tendency?“Saiyans don't have habits. We have instincts and disciplines.”Realistically, Cayle is somewhat judgmental, and a little bit of a bigot when it comes to certain races. These combined with his sometimes 'my way or the highway' attitude about things make him not always fun to be around. His most most positive tendency is his refusal to give up, and his continual urge to hope. Further, his intention to try to instill in others that same hope. Question of the Moment 8: Does your character have a code they follow? If so, what is it? Otherwise why is it that they do not have one?Cayle has a code but it is not one that he can fully express verbally. The former Saiyan peasant does what he thinks is right, and also tries to not simply 'do what is done onto him'. The Taco King Vice President instead tries to think of better solutions when he can. Outside of that, if anyone laid a hand on someone he cared about – he's likely to let out his old testament Saiyan side. Question of the Moment 9: What does your character do in their spare time? What are their hobbies?
He reads, he watches martial arts films, practices martial arts moves, and he cooks. These are his hobbies, as well as his typical activities in his spare time, though he has also been practicing on his dancing so that he can take Tiger Lily on a proper night out and dancing.

“Yo! Bros and brosettes! It’s your pal, Mad Brad, back again in the winter wasteland. You guys gave my video 100,000 likes! I guess you really liked Ice Bro, Grisha, ha ha ha!” He mused, Even though we risked our necks filming.
“Well, just for you guys, I’m out here at Kousetsu Village, freezing my buns off. So, let’s get some more interview questions in shall we?”
Mad Brad stepped over to Lena who was wearing an exasperated look. “I’m here with Lena! You guys remember her. Hey Lena, since Grisha isn’t around right now, do you mind answering some questions?”
Lena frowned and crossed her arms before her chest. “I don’t mind, but how many are you going to ask this time?”
“Not a lot. What is Grisha’s worst and best habits?”
Lena peered down at the microphone with a scowl and then sighed. “I guess how he never wants to study. He would do so much better if he just learned common language, but all he wants to do is disappear in the mountains and train. He would rather make his muscles bigger than his brain!”
“Wow, were you venting a little there? What about the positives?”
Her face softened. “He can be sweet and caring. He helps out the village when he can without being expected or told to. He protects us and we really appreciate it.”
“So how does a big guy like that work? Like, how does he not destroy someone with his strength as angry as he gets? Does he have a code he follows or something?”
Lena frowned in contemplation. “No…I don’t think Grisha follows any real code. He just tries to do what’s right. He knows harming people unnecessarily is wrong and that I’ll get mad.”
“So Lena’s code! Ha, ha, ha!”
Lena blushed and a vein blossomed above her brow. “If you keep teasing me, I’ll scream and Grisha will come.”
Brad’s and cameraman’s faces paled some. Brad turned to the camera with a frown and motioned with his hand beneath his chin to cut the feed.
<CUT>
Brad and the cameraman were standing around Tobias as he was cutting wood behind the house. He was splitting logs in half with an ax and tossing them over into a pile.
“Hey Tobias. We haven’t talked to you enough. You must be the one running this place here, huh?”
Tobias split a log and narrowed his eyes some at the question. “Actually, I think it’s my daughter. She takes after her mother after all. She used to run the house.”
“Ha, ha, ha! It’s always Lena. Queen of the Household. We have some questions about Grisha.”
“I don’t really like that Neanderthal, but I might be able to amuse you.”
“Woah, why do you hate Grisha? He seems…kinda nice..”
“He breaks everything he touches; he’s hard-headed; and he’s an imbecile—that’s why. Now what questions do you have?”
“Ha! So much hate for the friendly giant. What does a big guy like him like to do besides break skulls?”
“Well, when he isn’t in the mountains training, he hunts and goes fishing. Sometimes, I go with him. And when he isn’t stuffing his face, he’s sleeping. That’s probably what he’s doing now.”
“Hm, maybe we can go take a peek.”
Tobias threw back his head and guffawed, “If you bother him while he’s sleeping, then not even Lena can save you.”
He looked at the disturbed look on Brad’s and the cameraman’s faces and laughed some more, “I’m just messing with you two. Grisha wouldn’t harm a fly!” Tobias then smirked. “Shame there are no flies here…”
Brad turned to the camera and whispered, “Well…we’re going to avoid Grisha’s room this trip. Maybe we can get into it later folks. Sorry!”
<CUT>
Okay Grisha. Stand right there. No wait. Step a little to the right and…there! Perfect.
A makeup artist was standing on a stool and dabbing a powdered applicator against the giant’s face. Grisha sneezed from the white powdery cloud that billowed about and growled in aggravation.
“All right Grisha. Right after John says ‘Try Muscle Fuel the energy drink that gives you more…’ you’re going to shout ‘Power’ as loud as you can all right? Can you do that?”
Grisha grinned and held up the OK sign.
“Great! All right. Everyone in position. 3, 2, 1…”
Are you tired of having a flabby body? Do you want to feel energetic? Try Muscle Fuel! An energy drink for people who need GRATUITOUS AMOUNTS OF ENERGY! With all the new flavors: Choctane, Vaniloleum! It’s like adding flavor to AN ELECTRIC STORM! Sound the alarm! You’re about to be UNCOMFORTABLY ENERGYETIC! What’s that? You want strawberry? How about BRAWNBERRY! Made with lightning! REAL LIGHTNING! SPORTS! You’ll be good at them! It’s an energy drink for men! MENERGY! These aren’t your dad’s puns! They’re energy puns! TURBOPUNS! SCIENCE; ENERGY; SCIENCE; ENERGY! Electrolytes! Powerlytes! Turbolyes! More lytes than YOUR BODY HAS ROOM FOR! Power running! Power lifting! Power sleeping! Power dating! Power eating! Power laughing! Try Muscle Fuel the energy drink that gives you more…
Grisha’s hands clenched into large fists. His face hardened as his eyes filled with shadow. His tail unfurled behind him and rearing back his head, the Saiyan bellowed, “POOOOOOOOOOOWEEEEEEER~!”
The entire studio shook. Ceiling bulbs exploded and a few studio lighting umbrellas fell over. The entire studio became silent. Grisha opened his eyes, staring blankly at the ceiling before he glanced over at the director whose mouth was agape. The director slowly brought the bull horn to his mouth and breathed, “I loved it. I FREAKIN’ LOVED IT! CUT! THAT’S A WRAP! GREAT JOB EVERYONE!”
<CUT>
Question of the Moment 10: Your character finds themselves in a position where they can star in an advertisement of their choosing. What would that advertisement be, why? Or would your character even take the opportunity in the first place?
Grisha already works a normal job hunting, fishing, and helping out around the village. It’s necessary for their continued existence.
<CUT>
“Grisha! Hey Grisha wait!” Mad Brad called as he and the cameraman chased after the giant.
Grisha stopped and turned to regard the humans with annoyance.
“We have a quick question Grisha. Have you ever had a crush?”
Over Grisha’s shoulder, Lena glanced at the three with large eyes before she casually pretended to not pay attention. The Saiyan was regarding Brad and the cameraman with a hard expression. His eyes were so stern that they were convinced that he knew what they were talking about. “Yes. Big crush!”
Lena gasped. She raised a gloved hand to her face to hide her glowing cheeks.
“What did you like about it?”
Grisha smiled and held up his hands as though trying to articulate…common language was so hard. His hands opened and closed at chest level. “Big…”
“Oh-ho-ho! You lik’em big. Right on!” Brad held out his hand to give the Saiyan a high five that he regretted. He felt a shock pass through his arm from Grisha’s large hand clapping against his own. Brad hid his wince behind a large grin.
Lena was grasping her chest and tensing. Hers weren’t that big…who was he referring to?
“And what do you do with them?” Brad laughed, blushing himself. “Is that too personal for this channel? Ha, ha!”
Grisha raised his hands again. His tail was excitedly flicking behind him. “Grisha grab big rocks; raise high; scream-”
Brad blinked and waved his hand to stop him. “Woah, woah, hold on. You’re talking about smashing boulders? That’s not what we meant.”
Lena expelled a large relieved breath before she jogged over to Grisha.
“We were asking if you ever l-”
“Hey Grisha! I need your help over here! Sorry Brad! Come on!” Lena started pushing the clueless Saiyan along.
Brad sighed in irritation, “Cut…”
<CUT>
Question of the Moment 13: What is your character's shoe size? (Use North-American Shoe Sizes for ease) What is their favorite type of shoe?
Probably about a men’s 23s. His favorite shoes would be the snow shoes from his home.
<CUT>
“All right,” Brad whispered. “We snuck into Grisha’s room because we received 1,000 subscribers last night. So just for you guys we’re risking our lives.”
The cameraman aimed the camera passed Brad’s ass as they both were on their hands and knees, gazing at the giant resting with his back to them in a fur-covered bed that seemed too small for one of his size. His tail was hanging off the bed and lying on the floor. Brad pointed at it and the camera zoomed in on the fuzzy appendage as it twitched and lifted a little before flopping back on the ground—much like a cat’s.
Once the camera was back on him, Brad mouthed silently for the cameraman to follow him. They crawled closer to the giant, hearing his soft snores. Brad quietly stood and leaned over to peer at Grisha as he slept. Being this close to the Saiyan and seeing his size in comparison to his bed was astounding. He really was huge. Brad turned to the camera and gave his fans a wink and two thumbs up until he heard a low, guttural noise. It grew louder and longer before thinning into a squeal. Brad looked toward Grisha’s bum in horror and the Saiyan’s tail swished, fanning the rotten odor around.
“HURP!” Brad exclaimed as his hand immediately slapped over his mouth to not only prevent himself from vomiting, but to stifle the noise he had made.
Grisha’s snoring stopped and both he and the cameraman froze with their hands still clapped over their noses and mouths. The giant’s eyelids slowly cracked open. His eyes were still rolled back into his head and a strand of drool was wobbling between the corner of his mouth and his pillow. Brad and the cameraman were both trying not to spew into their hands and resisting the noise of their bodies retching. Grisha’s eyelids closed once more and he resumed resting.
Brad and the cameraman quickly and quietly evacuated the miasma that filled the room. They made it in their desperation outside to dump their guts into the snow.
<CUT>
While Grisha slept, he dreamed about a round island of drifting ice in the sea. A walrus so plump that it had three chins soared like a submarine out of the water to land on the ice island. Its entire body jiggled as the island bobbed beneath it. Its body had disturbed great tsunami-like waves that washed multiple walruses onto the nearby shore. If it hadn’t been a dream, they would have been enough meat to last them for months! The fat walrus looked toward the dreamer’s first-person perspective and greeted, “Goo goo g’joob!”
It spoke, “Grisha; taketh from my bountiful flesh my meat, so that you may become strong. Devour me whole and leave not one remnant of me behind. For I am the walrus. I am your spirit animal.”
<CUT>
“Tobias!” Brad raced over to the old man.
“Not you guys again,” Tobias grumbled.
“What do you guys got to drink around here? And I mean drink!”
“Well..the monks at the monastery make a very delicious arctic beer. It’s the favorite of everyone in the village.”
“Even Grisha?”
“Yes; even Grisha.”
“Can we try some of that beer?”
“There isn’t anymore and there won’t be until the next festivity. Grisha always drinks it all.”
“Man, we’ll have to try to come back then. I want to taste this beer and see Grisha in action. I bet he drinks a lot.”
“Believe me. He does.”
“Awesome!”
Tobias frowned as his right brow twitched, These darn kids…
“You hear that guys? If you give this video 300,000 likes, then we’ll come back here around festival season to get some beer!”
You won’t even know when that is… Tobias irritably thought.

Question of the Moment 17: What's your character's favorite holiday? Feel free to describe some archaic DB:BD Earth Holiday, or one from ancient Planet Plant or the like. Do they celebrate it now?
Grisha’s favorite season is one similar to Christmas in Kousetsu Village. They have a big feast and give each other gifts. It’s a season for spending time with loved ones.
<CUT>
Question of the Moment 18: What is your character's favorite color? Favorite color to wear?
Grisha doesn’t have a favorite color. He tends to wear whatever without any real sense for fashion.

Question of the Moment 19: How does your character want to be seen by others? Do they often succeed at putting on this demeanour? Grisha doesn’t want to be seen as weak to others. Most who look at him upon first impression see a large, strong brute, and so he naturally succeeds at it. Only an exchange of blows would prove otherwise. Even though he knows he’s strong, he’s never satisfied and always seeks to become stronger not for himself but to protect those he loves.
Question of the Moment 20: Is there any virtue that your character considers overrated, or irrelevant?
Grisha wouldn’t know what virtues are, so there isn’t much to consider.
Question of the Moment 21: What is your character’s family like? Even if they have no family by blood, is there anyone they treat as family? What are their relationships like within it?
Grisha loves Lena and dislikes Tobias because he’s racist. Regardless, he protects Tobias equally because he knows it would upset Lena if he didn’t. Grisha naively considers anyone with a Saiyan tail to be part of his family or related to him in some sort of way. He will give them brother/sister titles with adjectives.
Question of the Moment 22: What is the most beautiful thing your character has ever seen?
An all-you-can-eat buffet.
Question of the Moment 23: How does your character display affection? What behaviour do they consider affectionate towards them?
Grisha will give hugs and gifts.
Question of the Moment 24: How does your character deal with stress? What really stresses them out, and how do they try and manage it or relax?
When Grisha is stressed, he often has a bad habit of keeping it to himself. Lena has learned to identify when he is doing this and will often approach him one-on-one to talk about it. Other times, Grisha will resort to walking away from the source of his stress. It is better than lashing out in violence since he knows he can be quite destructive. He often will leave to train in the mountains for several weeks until he feels better.
Question of the Moment 25: Your character has accidentally walked into a life-changing formal meeting wearing an embarrassing Halloween costume. Their future is depending on this meeting. Don’t ask why, how, where, or anything else – just explain how they would react to such specific humiliation.
Grisha would rock it.

Question of the Moment 1: What is your character's greatest fear? Greatest personal wish?
- Their greatest fear is the void of space. Renkon has a very healthy respect for space, so long as it remains on the other side of the pod door. He rarely is comfortable in a pod anyways, and being able to see space so close bothers him even more.
- His greatest wish is to find and free all of his old crew, or at least avenge them for the needless death they all faced. If he can do that, before his lifetime ends, he will be pleased.
Question of the Moment 2: What is your character's favorite food? Most hated food?
- Renkon's favorite food is rather simple: Chicken enchiladas! As long as they have rice and red sauce at least.
- His least favorite food is: More of a condiment really. He doesn't like soy sauce, so food with lots of it he tends to not enjoy.
Question of the Moment 3: Describe your character's primary abode/home. If they're a vagrant like a certain Koma cosplaying Tuffle, describe your homeless encampment.
Renkon isn’t so much as afraid of the world, as he is being careful, so he doesn't have much of a home. Currently, he is hidden away within a small cave, doing what he can to survive in this new world and living off the land as much as he can. Right now, the cave is sparse, but that will change in time. It has a simple bed of shaped stone and animal pelts that have been cleaned, as well as a shelf for his own possessions.
Question of the Moment 5: Vegeta and Goku (Kakarot) have a lot of in universe media out about them. Gohan is the second Mister Satan and the star of 'Mr. Satan's Neighborhood' on Public Broadcasting near you. Almost all of the Z Fighters are famous in their own ways. If your character could eat lunch with one of them, which one? Describe the scene.
It was an odd thing for Renkon, sitting down to meet someone that he recognized the name of… Prince Vegeta. The location was at his home, some place called Capsule Corp. It wasn’t like the Palace on Planet Vegeta, but it was still grand. He could see the man from his own time, he was the spitting image of King Vegeta as well, but he was… Smiling. Seeming to enjoy being around the woman he had claimed as his wife, seeing him interact with his kids and give them tough love but seeing them walk off with a resolve they didn’t have before… He was still leading the small number of people he had around him, and Renkon suspected he knew the answer to his question, but to learn it from the man himself, well... That would be something else.
“Alright, I’m here. What do you want?” Vegeta asked, not even blinking at the fact the Saiyan was here.
“To know something simple… Why this world?” Renkon asked his question directly and Vegeta hesitated for half a second, but it was all he needed.
“Because I have a life here, more than just battle, but something to look after and protect. Is that all? Let me eat my lunch in peace.” Vegeta said, almost barking it at Renkon, but he got his answer.
With a bow of his head, he stood up and left. It didn’t take much for Renkon to understand, but he could understand this very easily. This was Vegeta’s new homeworld, and nothing would change that now.
Question of the Moment 7: What is your character's worst habit? Their most positive tendency?
- Worst habit? Assuming everyone will have the same code of honor that he does. They will live and die by their word, and be willing to stand by it even if it consumes them.
- Most positive tendency? A willingness to see beyond what people are currently, and instead focus on who and what they can be in the future. He was very big into this back on Planet Vegeta, and still is in many ways.
Question of the Moment 8: Does your character have a code they follow? If so, what is it? Otherwise why is it that they do not have one? Renkon does have a code, one he holds dear.
Renkon while on mission, if a foe has surrendered, he will honor that so long as they are willing to honor their surrendering. Though, depending on how things go, they might not get the chance. He is a man of his word however, and will make sure he follows through with everything he has said. It is mostly a code of conduct and honor for him. Outside of a mission, Renkon won't harm children. Train them yes, but active harm no. He also sees animals as innocent, and won't needlessly slaughter them. He hunts sure, but he only hunts as much as he needs, and uses everything he can from the animal. Honor and Pride are very closely linked for Renkon as well, seeing them as one in the same, so to lose ones honor is to lose your pride as well.
Question of the Moment 9: What does your character do in their spare time? What are their hobbies?
- Carve bone into small figures of those he trusts and respects, but puts them in barbaric armor and with ancient weapons as a hobby.
Question of the Moment 13: What is your character's shoe size? (Use North-American Shoe Sizes for ease) What is their favorite type of shoe?
- Shoe size? About an 13. Favorite kind of shoe? Boots, combat boots if he can help it.
Question of the Moment 15: What is your character's spirit animal? (Only use Earth animals, you fruits, veggies, instruments and appliances, unless you give the animal a full explanation of its taxonomy and stuff) What's their favorite animal?
- Spirit Animal: The Hippopotamus. It appears like a big old water creature, but it will mess you up!
- Favorite Animal: Bears, they are dangerous sure, but they are so damned adorable.
Question of the Moment 17: What's your character's favorite holiday? Feel free to describe some archaic DB:BD Earth Holiday, or one from ancient Planet Plant or the like. Do they celebrate it now?
- Day of Fallen: A tradition/holiday among those who Renkon called his kin. It is a day where you select someone of your past, and honor them, be it by story, by action, or by a simple ritual. It can be as loud as a thunderstorm, or as silent as a monk's monastery. The entire thing is to bring the hope of becoming as great or wonderful as they had been in their life, and bringing their blessing upon you.
Question of the Moment 18: What is your character's favorite color? Favorite color to wear?
- Midnight Purple as the favorite color, as it the color of success (as it is difficult to make naturally) and denotes royal houses and nobility. - His favorite colors to wear are really anything dark in color, deep blues, blacks, etc. But if he had to pick one, a dark blue.

Question of the Moment 1: What is your character's greatest fear? Greatest personal wish?
Nal's greatest personal wish and fear would depend on whether it's something she actually wishes for or something she believes is her wish or fear. For the latter, Nal would say that her greatest wish is to become the Hero (with a capital H) and be famous and liked by everyone. As far as fears go, she'd probably say it's turkeys. They creep her out with those weird, beady eyes and those sounds they make. In actuality, Nal's wish and fear are related to the same thing: acceptance. Deep down inside, she feels like a pariah, not quite the Majin everyone expects, but still Majin enough to warrant the general dislike her kind produces sometimes. Her deepest wish and life goal is to overcome that and make sure all Majins are accepted and liked (especially those she knows can be infamous like Zam), and her fear - to be rejected by both worlds, for not quite fitting in either, and be forever alone.
Question of the Moment 2: What is your character's favorite food? Most hated food?
Is candy considered food? If so, definitely the soft biscuit cubes, covered in chocolate and coconut shavings would be her favourite, if that doesn't count - pasta with beef and rich paprika sauce. Yum. Most hated, in both cases, would be mushrooms of all kinds. They're rubbery, chewy and have no real flavour. Bleh!
Question of the Moment 3: Describe your character's primary abode/home.
Nal, until recently, had no real home and no real place to fall back to, the closest to it would be a leaning rock that she practiced Rejuvenating Strike under. Nowadays, however, she has founded (with help!) the great majin homeland of Nalakazam and in there, she has a home - a simple one, a green-and-gray demisphere with a door and a couple windows. Within it are three rooms - one is a bathroom with a simple shower stand and the typical bathroom-y facilities and utensils, most notably, a small, compact washing machine shaped like a cyllinder, set on the flat end with the other having the lid to open and put the clothes into. One is a place to sleep (that one has no windows, so the pesky sun can't tell her when to get up. It has a big bed, for the small majin to comfortably sleep in, and basically nothing else, except a small stool to put water and overnight snacks on. The third room is... everything else. It has a bookshelf, a small table with a TV stand, a fridge with food, a stove to cook that food on, a couch to lie on, a bookshelf to grab the books from and read them, a sink to clean dirty dishes, a rug to look homely, a shelf for all of her prized possessions (including a figurine of herself and Majin Zam bumping fists while wearing holiday outfits!) and a table to read by or eat food on. A kitchen-living room mix, a dream of any majin (or particularly voracious saiyan) to have.
Question of the Moment 4: What is your character's favorite Broken Destiny universe fast food restaurant?
Uncle Nappa's of course. Being a creature borne of magic, Nal couldn't care less about genetic modifications of food - and stuff in there is something one cannot find anywhere. Exotic, amazing foods - what's NOT to love for a majin?
Question of the Moment 5: Vegeta and Goku (Kakarot) have a lot of in universe media out about them. Gohan is the second Mister Satan and the star of 'Mr. Satan's Neighborhood' on Public Broadcasting near you. Almost all of the Z Fighters are famous in their own ways. If your character could eat lunch with one of them, which one? Describe the scene. ---------- Nal was prepared. As prepared as she would ever be. This was overwhelming, but the only thing that needed helping would be her frantic, racing mind. She needed no special dress - it would be dumb, if she wants to meet her favourite celebrity, she should do it as herself, yeah? Not someone she isn't. With that said, her hair tendrils had a hard time figuring out what to be. Her favourite dreadlocks were quickly discarded in favour of a ponytail mimicry, abandoned for short, face-encircling curtain of tendrils, abandoned yet again for a mimicry of a saiyan's spiky hairdo. It was hard to figure out, since she couldn't just mimic - he lacked hair to begin with. Sometimes, she wondered if it had to feel weird - not having any hair and not having tendrils like her to mimic it, but then she realised few people truly did such mad mental gymnastics, especially not him. He, and all other amazing people like that, really didn't concern themselves with this. They just... were awesome.
Like she wanted to be.
Deciding that if she spends any more time thinking, she'll be late - the majin stopped doing that immediately and took off, punching a hole in the roof of her abode. Fortunately it would regenerate by the time she was back, but oh boy was she glad nobody saw that because it'd be utterly embarassing. From there, it was just a short soar towards the meeting place, the excited girl soaring beyond the speed of sound just to meet her idol. Having enough presence of mind to start slowing down before reaching the spot, landing on the street and skidding to a halt right before the place - a restaurant. Majin Moo's, of course. Grinning, Nal sped forward, sprinting into the place, taking a split second to notice the big, pink blob of Majin Buu sitting there. Spriting there and stopping at the table, leaning over it with a VERY excited grin on her face.
"Hi! I'm Nal and I want to be an awesome Majin hero like you! Wanna see which of us can eat more?!" - she blurted out, excitement turning her brain even more frantic than usual...

{answer}Despite his disposition, world weary and ostensibly dismissive, Loki cares about things more than he lets on. His greatest fear is disappointing others he respects/cares about and not living up to their expectations, which explains his aversion to leading his village like he was supposed to. So, he tends to shy away from positions of high responsibility. Failing said people who count on him depresses him and makes him question a plethora of aspects about himself. It has much to do with how his parents failed not only each other, but him during their separation.
His greatest personal wish is to find a true solution to his village and their want for certain beastmen of special blood, like him, to lead their village into what they think will be a grand, new prosperous age for them. He should be able to do as he pleases and not worry about what everybody else wants; but he does. Hiding away and denying them of him is a failure to meet their expectations all on its own, which he often tricks himself into believing that this isn’t the case at all. {answer}Loki’s favorite food is meat, hands down. This comes as no surprise to anybody who assumes his tastes based off of the species of beastman that he is. As for which, there has not been a meat to date that he has turned down or disliked. As for his most hated food, it’s vegetables. Sweet potato may be an exception because of its sweetness, but he dislikes bitter tastes. This includes most teas as well, for example, or dark chocolate. {answer}Loki lives in an apartment. It was a motel at one point, but was then turned into an apartment after they had no luck finding anybody who wanted to stay there. As a more permanent residency, however, they found success. The building has two levels and Loki is on the second. To get there, you just walk up a metal set of stairs and you’re there. You do not go into the building save for actually entering the suite itself. Loki has a hallway that leads to a larger room. There’s a bath, a living room with a large bed in it and a kitchen. There are no walls between any of these ‘rooms’ save the bath. It’s all the same room. Loki has a laptop on the kitchen table and another monitor on it that he can plug into it. He sits on a nice, wooden chair with some books on it to compensate for his height. {answer}Loki can generally not decide between two establishments: Ox-King Barbecue and Kamehouse Fried Chicken. Loki finds himself strangely self-conscious preparing more than one should for one’s self at the Ox-King Barbecue. So, it is easy for him to consider Kamehouse Fried Chicken as his favorite since nobody bats an eye at somebody heading out of the restaurant with a bucket filled with various common cuts of deep-fried chicken. The option of fried ostrich chicken is especially alluring. {answer}Yajirobe.
Loki would likely find having lunch with somebody known for being one with hardly any equal in regards to power distressing more than relaxing. Yajirobe, however, looks and is rather chill. The girth he sports also suggests that if Loki is going to have lunch, he is going to have lunch with this guy. The scene would be very much like when Yajirobe attacked Cymbal. Loki and Yajirobe roasting pieces of a large monster over a fire out in the wilderness. If Yajirobe was to call attention to the small beastman being able to eat more than most twice his size, Loki would most definitely take it as a complement. {answer} Fang I miss having them around here. Hopefully they make a return. Fingers crossed. {answer}Loki’s worst habit is smoking. It generally depends on the contents of what he smokes. Clean, plant-based material is obviously preferred, but he hardly cares. So, he will just smoke whatever. For him, a quicker means of relaxing comes from lighting up than it does meditating.
His best habit is his cleanliness. Loki likes to frequently make sure he does not smell like a wet dog. Seriously. Discrimination against him is easy enough to partake in. Besides wanting to look and smell fresh, he does not want to lend ammunition to his to-be hecklers. {answer}There exists no such code that Loki is aware of.
To him, following a code sounds too much like stripping away one’s own freedom to adapt to a situation. Each calls for something different on a regular basis in his eyes; but, it would not be entirely true to say he does not follow one. He does without him knowing it. He simply makes sure to do what’s right in a situation. “Do no evil.” Otherwise, he feels like he is greatly disappointing the present company and himself. Simplistic and commonplace, certainly, and everstill, he is not generally aware of it. He would say he doesn’t follow a “code.” {answer}Loki’s spare time was spent editing photos and images on his laptop. The reason for it was self amusement at first. Creating jokes or sarcastic images about various topics eventually became designing logos and posters - things of that nature. This became a means of income for Loki, the freelance graphic artist. His ability to do so is rooted in his knack for visualization, required for crafting illusion as kitsune do. Outside of that, he killed time with various video games and things of that nature. As much of a bar-goer Loki looks like he is, he isn’t really - but as he ventures more and more, his hobbies are shifting to things done outside rather than inside. {answer}If there are any cigarette ads, then he would gladly star in one if the opportunity ever arose. After all, despite what others say about the habit, he finds they make him look pretty damn cool. It multiplies his dismissive air one-hundred fold and everybody knows in current year, it’s all about being uncaring and callous. If there aren’t any advertisements for those anymore, then definitely a Kamehouse Fried Chicken ad. He actually hopes to attend the Turtle School of Martial Arts one day. He has no intimate knowledge of it, but the chicken restaurant they invest in is great and it seems to have crafted some of the most powerful fighters ever. {answer}Loki does work a normal job - or rather, he did. Since he is a freelance graphic artist, he still can take on jobs at his leisure. His kitsune-born visualization lends to careers in the arts well and he’s got widely-dexterous little hands. The why stemmed from lazing around as he does. It evolved into creating edits of photos and memes and from there, became logos and designs for things of that nature. It isn’t an amazingly well-paying job for him, but it was enough and a lot more legal than what he used to do. {answer}No.
Loki has always been rather reclusive. Years ago in his village, he was only there for a handful of years before being whisked away elsewhere. That elsewhere was where he learned to pickpocket, to thieve and other shady work revolving around taking what was not already his. So, not only was his focus elsewhere and his mental state too dark to see those standing directly in front of him, but he retained that reclusiveness when he did not need to be out and about. As for when he moved away from such work, he found comfort in his motel-made-apartment and worked from home for the most part. {answer}Shoe size is a difficult thing for Loki. Different styles of shoes for different species surely exist with the influx of alien races, but still - about a size 10 since his feet, for his height, are pretty big. Since Loki’s feet are as sturdy as they were designed to be for the environment before beastmen were beastmen, he can opt out of even wearing them if need be. His favorite kind of shoe would be casual shoes: sneakers. {answer}Loki sleeps a standard amount of hours, perhaps a bit longer than most. He generally sleeps anywhere from eight to ten hours, the latter of which is preferred. He sleeps in the fetal position unknowingly. When he wakes, he tosses about or stretches out of it, so he makes no note of it. That and it has never been something he has thought about. He generally likes to lay down like a baus on his back with his hands behind his head or in a “draw me like one of your French girls” position, but as he falls asleep, he will just collapse in onto himself until he’s in that fetal position. {answer}Loki’s spiritual animal is a crow; a fairly chill bird with just a tinge of sinister found amidst its black feathers. Its wings do a wonderful job symbolizing his thirst and belief in freedom being a very important thing inherent to all. Why not a raven? They feel a bit too intelligent, crafty, and sinister for the dismissive, but (not-so)secretly-caring Loki.
His favorite animal is the squirrel. He finds them cute and how they skittishly run off all of the time always makes him laugh. {answer}He loves apple juice. The problem is it would be all he drinks if he bought it all of the time, so he mostly just sticks to water. He isn’t keen on taking in copious amounts of liquid sugar. He has never had a weight problem, but he just figures it cannot be good for a plethora of other things as well and apple juice would likely just end up ruining him.
As for his favorite alcoholic drink. It’s an apple-flavoured cooler, likely to appear in a little box holding six cans. They are delightful. He is one of the few (or many if people are being honest) who do not like the taste of beers, hard liqueurs, etc. {answer}Loki likes to celebrate Holidays in his own special way. He loves decorating for the winter holidays even if nobody will care to see them. Though, his favorite holiday is Halloween. When not looking like he’s dead inside, he actually can take on a really youthful appearance. What helps is how long-lived his demonic blood makes him coupled with his lacking stature. So, Loki can go around taking the candy that is handed out for children as a twenty-eight year old. He thinks it’s both fantastic and hilarious. Most children’s costumes will fit him too. {answer}His favorite color is gold.
It’s just an epic color to him, but represents wealth and perhaps that is why he finds it so alluring. He has never had wealth, does want it, but does not seek it with any kind of fervor. While he likes to wear gold, he likes to wear it as accents like as jewelry, chains, rings, etc - not that he has any of those things right now. He likes wearing blacks, greys, and pretty much any other color as long as it is paired with greys and/or blacks. {answer}Loki wants to be seen as a chill, cool, devil-may-care guy who’s got your back, who’s competent and does not disappoint. If Loki’s there, he wants them to think that is all they need. His smoking, he hopes, lends to this.
His success in pulling off such a demeanor is not well known to Loki. He isn’t exactly a wellspring of interactions and is generally left alone. From what he can tell, people buy it. Some will walk by, he will nod, they will nod - both nods are devoid of expression. They both succeeded in looking badass. {answer}No. Loki has not given such a thing any thought. However, if presented with the question, he would surely feel there is a place for each and everyone of them. He may feel sins are overrated, having done such at length during his past. It led to nothing good for him. He was hardly ‘born again,’ but would most likely find meaning in all virtues to some degree. {answer}He does have a family.
For most of his life, it was his immediate family that was a part of his life. Outside of his mother and his father, most were excited for Loki to adhere to his responsibilities as a kitsune. His mother and father disagreed to such a degree, they both took their son and fled the village.
Loki did not have much of a relationship with family outside of his mother and his father. As for his parents, he had a relationship with both. They were fine until his parents separated. He was left with his father who taught him to survive through nefarious means. He knew not where his mother went and eventually, he lost contact with his father as well, moving to fend for himself when he grew to a proper age to do so. He also lost contact with him.
Currently, there is nobody he would consider family outside of a blood relation. {answer}To date, the most beautiful thing Loki has ever seen has been the Northern Lands. Recently was the first time he actually traveled there, but in a particular portion of it, seeing a grand expanse of pure white, crystalline coatings of ice glistening with the stolen light of a pale sun - he found himself standing in place, having briefly lost his sense of time as he gazed at the winter wonderland-of-an environment. The grandness of having not been to the north at all lent to the breath-taking sight. {answer}Loki is pretty awkward with affection. He would display affections so subtly that if one knew how he displayed them, they might mistake regular behavior for it. Spending time with someone when there is no reason to do so outside of companionship is one way, but paying for meals or items in general out of his own pocket is another. He generally is not that considerate. The more considerate he is, the more affectionate he is likely being.
Loki considers affection towards him being more obvious than his own awkward, reclusive brand. Handsy stuff, giggles, getting real close - just plainly blatant things, meaning he will likely miss affections sent his way. {answer}He deals with stress by smoking. If that does not work, he will meditate, close his eyes, shift his awareness to a tail, and watch the elemental imagery associated with each one as a means of calming down. If it is something that is not overly serious or grave, simply lying down and thinking about it with some white noise in the background, like a desk fan, works well for him too.
What really stresses him out is when he is handed a lot of responsibility, a lot of tasks that require a lot from him to complete. His immediate thoughts go to how he is supposed to accomplish them all, if he can, what happens if he does not, etc. It compounds the more people are relying on him. {answer}Everything a meeting essentially is is something Loki generally strives to avoid. There is much expectation. Dressed in a costume and walking into one that is life-changing would be too much to keep his composure; but he would see it through to the end nonetheless. A frustration would be clear on his face. Eyes tightly shut and teeth clenched, in one resolute pose, he would open them again and proclaim loudly in his head, “See it through!” And with little balled-up fists, he would march resolutely to his chair and take a seat, glaring at all present as if to dare them to say anything. Flaring his power level may be required to, and then he would start things off by speaking to dispel their stun, but to retain his control of the situation - at least, what little control of it that he has left.

Interview of Champion Sitting across the table from the young interviewer, Aichi tried not to sigh. After the hard earned tournament victory he knew he stunk, and was trying to face the cheek of the woman. Careful to direct his words beyond her shoulder rather than her face, Aichi spoke slowly while he maintained control of any odorous winds that he made in her direction.
It was clear Aichi was completely exhausted and he was really feeling it now that his final victory ensured some rest would be awarded to him. A day long of tournament bouts had stolen his breath, and after all his hard training it seemed like each shallow breath was more of a deep draw instead. Not to mention fifteen minutes long matches kept him hungry, the red headed Saiyan was hoping to step towards some food after this interview.
Trying to keep it brief, Aichi's cheerful attitude got the better of him. After he was done panting he wasnt so concerned with super than he was making himself sound like a champion. After all he had just won the Tin Bracket of the Central City Tin Grade, E Ranked bracket.
Question of the Moment 1: What is your character's greatest fear? Greatest personal wish?
"If I could wish for anything I would wish for greater understanding of the worldat large. I'm pretty smart so I dont need to wish for wisdom. I know if I bounce a ball off the ground, I can bounce it off the roof and into another yard. So I would want to have understanding, and know which window to aim for by just having a good feeling through understanding. Haha, plus with understanding I might be better apt to estimate the angle after just looking at it. Rather than using mathematics to create a formula to throw my wrist."
Question of the Moment 2: What is your character's favorite food? Most hated food? "Well I don't eat uncooked seafood. All meats ar less best ate after cooked on a fire."
Question of the Moment 3: Describe your character's primary abode/home. If they're a vagrant like a certain Koma cosplaying Tuffle, describe your homeless encampment.
"I live abroad, renting rooms inside of whichever dojo I might be training at. Sometimes I buy hotel rooms." Aichi was too proud to say he slept in a tent too.
Question of the Moment 4: What is your character's favorite Broken Destiny universe fast food restaurant?
"Well I love a good burger, thin and crispy with cheese. As I'm getting older cheese is hit or miss. Right now though, I'm feeling Taco King; a good bean after a day of fighting really strikes me."
"I just want to get this right. You mean if I could have lunch with one the greats? Well obviously I would pick King Kai. After we sat at the picnic table and ate some of his famous jambalaya I would convince him to teach me about the famous Kaioken."
Question of the Moment 6: If you could thread with any one player character on the site, which would it be?
"My love life is none of your concern." Aichi was bluffing, he was just still thinking about King Kai, and didn't think that was the sort of answer she was looking for. His response was sharp and quick, and he was sort of embarrassed. Aichi wasn't the greatest at hiding things, at least when it came to excuses.
Question of the Moment 7: What is your character's worst habit? Their most positive tendency?
"Well I'm greatly traveled. I'm culturally a jack of all trades. I can change a tire, and have master degree levels of martial arts knowledge. I can survive outside for over forty weeks with nothing but clothes." He could have just said he was homeless because he was scared of using a bank to establish a credit line and buy a home.
Question of the Moment 8: Does your character have a code they follow? If so, what is it? Otherwise why is it that they do not have one?
"Hold your word by your side, and hold others words to their side. As people we create a faith amongst each other based on what we say and do, so I believe if we keep that concept close at hand we create an individuality unique to ourselves, and develop the uniform pattern people require to stay happy and healthy."
Question of the Moment 9: What does your character do in their spare time? What are their hobbies?
"I like to read, and ponder different things that strike my fancy. Philosophy, ontology.. real boring stuff. I have a dog named Rudi, and he is my beat friend. I walk him two hours every morning. I am also an inventor, and in my free time I repair different small technologies like radios."
Question of the Moment 10: Your character finds themselves in a position where they can star in an advertisement of their choosing. What would that advertisement be, why? Or would your character even take the opportunity in the first place?
Question of the Moment 11: If your character had to suddenly work a normal job, what would it be and why?
"Oh yeah I know this one. A farmer. I love to work hard, and if I had a few cares to myself I could manage a nice yield. I would love it. Stay tuned, the Genki name is going somewhere."
Question of the Moment 12: Has your character ever had a crush? If so, what traits from them caused those feelings? Otherwise why haven't they?
"Oh no. I have some friends, and that's it." Aichi was lying. He had women partners before, but nothing serious. Mostly after superficial things, he would rather not talk about it.
Question of the Moment 13: What is your character's shoe size? (Use North-American Shoe Sizes for ease) What is their favorite type of shoe?
"Oh well that's odd to ask. As you see I prefer to wear the usual Saiyan boot. Pointed, heeled and laced. I wear a size eleven in boot, and ten in sneakers." Aichi looked the interviewer up and down, curious if she was hitting on him now.
Question of the Moment 14: How does your character sleep? (Both in length of time, in position, and in detail)
"Usually I'm asleep before nine pm, when it's getting dark. My alarm wakes me up at four am, and by five o clock I am drinking some coffee to get my day started. Before my coffee I just lay in bed and try to stretch before standing up."
Question of the Moment 15: What is your character's spirit animal? (Only use Earth animals, you fruits, veggies, instruments and appliances, unless you give the animal a full explanation of its taxonomy and stuff) What's their favorite animal?
"Wellmy dog Rudolf is part fox. So I suppose Foxes are my favorite animal. My spirit Totem is definitely a red dragon though."
Question of the Moment 16: What's your character's favorite drink? (One answer each for alcoholic/non-alcoholic, if they're of age and actually drink)
"I actually don't like coffee. But a good coffee infused milkshake is too sweet in the morning. I keep a flask filled with silver tequila for nights when i cant sleep. But I prefer to smoke for pain relief."
Question of the Moment 17: What's your character's favorite holiday? Feel free to describe some archaic DB:BD Earth Holiday, or one from ancient Planet Plant or the like. Do they celebrate it now?
"Well I am a practicing member of the Ryusha Temple. During the summer months we commit to ritual fasting for the Summer Solstice, when the spirits of dragons are reborn through Karmic debt."
Question of the Moment 18: What is your character's favorite color? Favorite color to wear?
"My favorite color is blue. It looks good with my hair, and if I have wear some gold or silver the contrast is impressive."
~Continued~
Question of the Moment 19: How does your character want to be seen by others? Do they often succeed at putting on this demeanour? "Well I like to think my vibe is peaceful. I like others to feel comfortable around me, and I think most do. I strive for respect as a man of the finer arts of life, so sometimes I try too hard. But I digress."
Question of the Moment 20: Is there any virtue that your character considers overrated, or irrelevant? "Studying Ryusha we are taught that virtue, like sin is multi faceted. Where a virtue benefits a situation, it might decline the quality of a person. But that doesn't mean that virtue or sin, is not a valid source conceptually Divine design." Aichi crossed his forehead with a cross gesture, respecting the traditions of Ryusha.
Question of the Moment 21: What is your character’s family like? Even if they have no family by blood, is there anyone they treat as family? What are their relationships like within it? "Well my parents are deceased. I never replaced them, but I am still close with many of their contacts. I had a good childhood, theynwere brilliant scientists who taught me well."
Question of the Moment 22: What is the most beautiful thing your character has ever seen? "Qell aside from a woman.. I do quite like to mountain climb. The scenery is sublime, and truly in the beauty of life a soul grows the most."
Question of the Moment 23: How does your character display affection? What behaviour do they consider affectionate towards them? "A hug is my limit. I'm not fond of personal affection outside of the base ideals. I would like a girlfriend though."
Question of the Moment 24: How does your character deal with stress? What really stresses them out, and how do they try and manage it or relax? "Usually I'm a thinker. If I get stressed I will dedicate myself to understanding why I am stressed, and devaluing that stress based on my lifestyle experiences."
Question of the Moment 25: Your character has accidentally walked into a life-changing formal meeting wearing an embarrassing Halloween costume. Their future is depending on this meeting. Don’t ask why, how, where, or anything else – just explain how they would react to such specific humiliation. "I would own that ninja maid outfit, no matter what. I never give up."

Question of the Moment 1: What is your character's greatest fear? Greatest personal wish? "My greatest fear? It's already happened. I was robbed of everything and everyone I care about. My parents. My men. Hell, even my dignity. Now I'm a washed up soldier without a war to fight, and I'm supposed to just accept that? Nah. Not happening. Somebodies gotta pay. My greatest personal wish? To get back what was stolen from me. But that's not possible, is it?"
Question of the Moment 2: What is your character's favorite food? Most hated food? "Oh, I dunno... cup noodles? It's about the only thing I can stomach sometimes. That or roasted meat. I don't hate any food in particular. It's all about eating to survive. No need to get fancy about it."
Question of the Moment 3: Describe your character's primary abode/home. If they're a vagrant like a certain Koma cosplaying Tuffle, describe your homeless encampment. "It's a lean-to I built on the beach. It's quiet, set apart from all the annoying tourists. The roof leaks and a strong wind can send it toppling over. It's crap but it's better than living in the city. Gives me... a place to think."
Question of the Moment 4: What is your character's favorite Broken Destiny universe fast food restaurant? "Ever had one of those gigantic burritos? I dunno... I forget the guy's name. Namekian or something. It's pretty damn good but it takes me three days to finish it."
"Z-Fighters, huh? Yeah. I've heard all of the stories. Not sure if I believe a word of it. I mean, c'mon. Dragon Balls? Immortality? Some evil Namekian king far up north bent on killing us all? Maybe there's some truth to it. I kinda wish the bastard would show his face so we can get it over with.
I don't respect the Z Fighters. How can I? None of 'em have done a damn thing for me. But the only one that piques my interest is Vegeta. I used to serve under Vegeta the First. From what I hear, this guy was one hell of a king. I suppose I could see meeting the guy and immediately challenging him to a fight. See what he's made of.
After that, I guess we'd hunt down some dinos for grub and swap stories. There's a lot that's happened. I wanna know what happened to Planet Vegeta from the horse's mouth, so to speak. Maybe he could fill in some of the missing pieces for me. Won't make losing my home any easier but sometimes the not-knowing is the hardest part. I hope that makes sense. If it don't, oh well."
Question of the Moment 6: If you could thread with any one player character on the site, which would it be? "How about one of those Majins? I don't care which one. From what I hear they cause a lot of chaos. I bet it'd be a lot of fun to fight one."
Question of the Moment 7: What is your character's worst habit? Their most positive tendency? "Worst habit, huh? I guess any of those Ensalada brats would say I'm mean. Or worse. Guess I could be a little nicer to people, but what's the point? The moment you let your guard down is the moment you get screwed over. I don't care about making friends, and there's no one that can give me what I want anyway. Most of them are kind though... that Tiger Lily and her pops. Konja, too, I guess. Cayle, even if he's one of the more annoying brats. Whatever.
Positive tendency? You mean, what... a good habit? I don't know if it matters or not, but as much as the brats annoy me... I wanna see them all grow up big and strong. We're all one another has anymore. I guess I try to look out for 'em in my own way. Teach 'em what I know, how to fight, how to survive."
Question of the Moment 8: Does your character have a code they follow? If so, what is it? Otherwise why is it that they do not have one? "Yeah, I have a code. It's pretty simple, really. Know who your enemy is, stomp the hell outta them, and make sure they never wanna lift a finger to you ever again. I'd say it's pretty effective. Problem is... Tuffles aren't easy to find. Sneaky bastards. I'll find 'em though, and then I'll make sure they get nice and acquainted with my code."
Question of the Moment 9: What does your character do in their spare time? What are their hobbies? "Spare time? I don't have a job or anything like that, if that's what you're askin'. Sometimes I toss Director Cabbage a bone and work out some sorta deal for a tv commercial or whatever. I hate it though. Why do people care about my autograph? I'm a nobody. Mostly I just hang out by myself, take naps, or train. I used to travel with my buddy Grisha but it's been a while. Maybe I should look the big fella up."
Question of the Moment 10: Your character finds themselves in a position where they can star in an advertisement of their choosing. What would that advertisement be, why? Or would your character even take the opportunity in the first place? "I've already done that. I've been in a movie and a couple of commercials. One was for some kind of fruity drink with Clove. I think she owns a tea shop or something like that. I haven't talked to her in a while. I... kinda blew my lid when I didn't get my endorsement and she did. My bad... guess I should at least apologize, huh?"
Question of the Moment 11: If your character had to suddenly work a normal job, what would it be and why? "Does acting count as normal? I mean, they point the camera at me and... well... I don't do anything different from what I normally would. Some of what they want me to do is pretty stupid, but sometimes it can be a lot of fun. Just wish they'd like me fight that Brussels guy. Punk's been ducking me. But I'll get him."
Question of the Moment 12: Has your character ever had a crush? If so, what traits from them caused those feelings? Otherwise why haven't they? "A crush? You mean... someone I had a 'thing' for? Not really. I'm a soldier. Some guys got lucky and had a family. I was never one of those guys. Thought I had all the time in the world... joke's on me, huh? I mean... there's a few lookers. Konja's pretty cute. Wouldn't know how to approach her though... there's that demon princess or whatever, Clove? Yeah. Now that's a woman. Not in a million years though, I'm no fool. Guys like me don't get so lucky."
Question of the Moment 13: What is your character's shoe size? (Use North-American Shoe Sizes for ease) What is their favorite type of shoe? "What kind of question is this? How the hell am I supposed to know that? Ask me something relevant."
Question of the Moment 14: How does your character sleep? (Both in length of time, in position, and in detail) "On a hammock I strung up between a couple of trees. It's not all that comfortable, but what's the alternative? I... don't like big cities. I don't trust 'em. Too many people know my face now. It's annoying. I like to sleep on my back, staring up at the skies. Sometimes at the water. Didn't have big oceans back on Vegeta like it. Anyway, it's better than lying on the ground using a rock for a pillow."
Question of the Moment 15: What is your character's spirit animal? (Only use Earth animals, you fruits, veggies, instruments and appliances, unless you give the animal a full explanation of its taxonomy and stuff) What's their favorite animal? "What the hell's a spirit animal? I don't even know what that is. I'm not familiar with all the animals on Earth but I have found some I like. Bulls, oxen, that sorta thing. Why? They're big, strong, a bit slow and a whole lot of stupid. Kinda remind me of myself. I dunno... they're simple. They know what they gotta do and they get it done in a pretty damn impressive way. I like that. I admire that. So I guess that's what I like."
Question of the Moment 16: What's your character's favorite drink? (One answer each for alcoholic/non-alcoholic, if they're of age and actually drink) "What the hell does that have to do with anything? Alright, fine. Lemme think about it... I guess if we're talking non-alcoholic, there are some pretty good fruit drinks. Papaya juice is probably my favorite. Alcoholic? Sake. Hot sake. Nothin' like a good cup of hot sake."
Question of the Moment 17: What's your character's favorite holiday? Feel free to describe some archaic DB:BD Earth Holiday, or one from ancient Planet Plant or the like. Do they celebrate it now? "Oh, hell yeah, haha! Now we're talkin'. Yeah I got a favorite holiday. A little something me and the boys used to play between campaigns back on Planet Vegeta. We called it Bull Rush, and we're not talkin' real bulls either. Basically, there were a lot of nasty beasts on Vegeta if you knew where to look. For the most part, they left you alone unless you pissed them off or entered their territory.
Which was the point of the game. You slip into their barrow, mess with their kids, piss 'em off and let 'em chase you. If you get away safely, that's one point. If you kill the bastard, that's three points. There's a way to earn five points but... well... we won't get into that, heh."
Question of the Moment 18: What is your character's favorite color? Favorite color to wear? "Favorite color? Black, I guess. Just about everything I own is black. It's a tactical color, easier to hide. Plus it's harder to get dirty. Not only that, the royals and aristocrats used to prefer purple or black armor to set themselves apart from the rest of us losers. So the color black it is for me."
Question of the Moment 19: How does your character want to be seen by others? Do they often succeed at putting on this demeanour? "How do I want to be seen? That's easy. I just wanna be left the hell alone. I mean... maybe that's kinda harsh. I guess what I mean is... I just want to live in peace and solace. My life's been nothing but one fight to the next. As much as we Saiyans love a good brawl, it's not all we want or care about. I miss being a soldier because it wasn't just all about fighting. It was about community, brotherhood, being apart of something bigger than yourself.
I don't have that anymore. I mean... I guess I could but... it's not the same. That's what those brats don't understand. They think I'm just being a cranky old man. Maybe they're right. Not that they care... heh. Damn kids do whatever the hell they want, really."
Question of the Moment 20: Is there any virtue that your character considers overrated, or irrelevant? "Yeah. That's an easy one. Being a hero. Heroism or whatever. I've known a lot of heroes. Good men and women. But that don't mean squat when its your blood staining the ground. Heroes are stupid. Heroes rush in with a need to save everyone's lives. The way I see it, if you aren't willing to save your own life, why the hell should I risk mine for yours? I don't like heroes. Heroes die all the time. I'd rather be a warrior. Warriors fight, plain and simple. And if they die, they die, but not for a stupid reason. Heroes want the praise of others. Warriors just get the job done. End of story."
Question of the Moment 21: What is your character’s family like? Even if they have no family by blood, is there anyone they treat as family? What are their relationships like within it? "Family. That's a tough one. My family's been dead for a long time. I'm an orphan. I had a father and a mother. Anpan and Challa. They were low born, like me, so no fancy titles or anything like that. Traders in their own right. They'd grow barley, wheat, and other grains, grind it to flour. Sell it as is or maybe bake it into bread or cakes. Good honest work for good honest people. They were happy when I joined the army. Don't know how I wound up having a higher battle power. I dunno if it was a blessing or a curse. Either way I miss 'em."
Question of the Moment 22: What is the most beautiful thing your character has ever seen? "We talkin' women or what? Heh... alright, I'll keep it clean. Nothin' beats a Vegetan sunset. I haven't seen one in over eight hundred years. Probably won't ever see it again, maybe in my own dreams. There's just something about it... the color of the skies, the humidity of the evening. Even the beasts seemed to calm down around that time. Most people sat around campfires eating communal dinners, rough housing and stuff. Nothing else like it. I miss it."
Question of the Moment 23: How does your character display affection? What behaviour do they consider affectionate towards them? "As much as the brats annoy me... I guess it's kinda nice they come see me just about every day. Sometimes they stick around and ask a bunch of questions, or they want me to play a game with them. I don't mind. Not like I've got much else to do outside of busting up bunkers when Cayle comes calling. So I guess spending time with my people."
Question of the Moment 24: How does your character deal with stress? What really stresses them out, and how do they try and manage it or relax? "You wanna know what stresses me out? The fact that I can't hardly go anywhere without being recognized. I only agreed to that stupid movie because I wanted to beat the crap outta Brussels. Never even got close to the guy. That stresses me out too. I guess I like to wind down with a drink and a nap. Maybe a fight if anyone is up for it."
Question of the Moment 25: Your character has accidentally walked into a life-changing formal meeting wearing an embarrassing Halloween costume. Their future is depending on this meeting. Don’t ask why, how, where, or anything else – just explain how they would react to such specific humiliation. "First off, I'd never be caught dead in a costume. Maybe if you pay me enough. Maybe. Second, when the hell would I be in a formal meeting? I'm not the sorta guy that gets invited to meetings. Maybe a small pow wow on Ensalada. So obviously someone's playing a prank on me. I don't like being the center of attention. I especially don't like being made a fool of. So it wouldn't end very well for whoever decided to waste my time like that.
I'll just blow the damn place up."

“Uh… Why are you recording this?” The white haired youth was staring nervously at the camera. He was seated at a table in a comfortable leather chair with wheels that swiveled. The man in front of him was trying to get the focus to work, he seemed agitated with the new piece of equipment. “We want to get to know the people of Oolong City more. So we’re doing a series of profiles; and someone told us that there was a young man that lived in this apartment building that we would find interesting.” “Oh…” His eyes trailed over to Himawari, who whistled as if he was playing innocent and looked the other way. “So, we’re just going to ask you some questions. We’ve done a few interviews already today. Is that ok?” “I...I guess that’s fine.” “Alright. I guess the first question we should ask is the most obvious, what’s your name?” “Kurogane Hotaru,” He answered in the proper manner, “Kurogane is my surname, Hotaru is my first name.” “Hm, nice name. So, tell me, what is your greatest fear? And on the flip side, what is your greatest personal wish?”"This is...a very personal question. I've...I guess I've got many things I fear. I'm not ashamed that I fear a lot of things. Fear is part of being human. Fear is not a weakness. Acknowledging fear and facing it is a source of strength. At least, that is what my father used to say... I fear common things, the unknown, the things that lie in wait in the darkness, common human fears. But, my greatest fear is not something like that. My greatest fear is succumbing to my fear and failing at my promise.” For a moment, the interviewer seemed struck, and then he questioned, “Promise?” “Yes. My fear is not being strong enough. Losing someone I have promised to protect. My sister. I promised to get stronger, in order to protect her… And as for my greatest personal wish… Mine is to attain the strength to protect her and my friends. And my greatest fear is failing that. I already failed once and could do nothing as my parents were slaughtered. I can't fail again." The words ‘as my parents were slaughtered’ hung in the air and the interviewer looked somewhat nervous. “Uh… What? I mean, yeah. Let’s… let’s go to something more lighthearted. What is your favorite food? Most hated food?”"Hm, my favorite food is a specialty that now there are only a few people left who know how to make it; a Sparrow Clan recipe that could only be found in our village using local ingredients known as Flying Sparrow Ramen. The ingredients included handmade noodles and a broth with local mushrooms and herbs as well as a locally grown game hen that is similar in size to a Cornish game hen... My sister sends me a big batch of it sometimes. I try to make it last as much as possible.... My most hated food? I really hated the taste of Himawari's Tofu Burgers... I don't know what got him into those but they tasted awful..." “Hey! They tasted good to me.” Himawari muttered off to the side, pouting. “I got over eating those, by the way. They… They were not for me.” “You live in the city in an apartment, on your own? Pretty impressive for one so young. Can you describe your primary abode?”"My home? Well, I do live in a small apartment in Oolong City; the place isn't particularly big, there's two bedrooms, although I only use one. There's a small kitchen and living room. Outside of my bedroom, outside one of the windows, is a big neon sign advertising the nearby Ramen Shop that I visit whenever I get a hankering for noodles. It tends to flicker at night and make a little buzzing noise whenever a bug flies into it and gets zapped. But I've grown used to that. It almost works as a good nightlight." “You said that there’s a ramen shop near your apartment; I assume it is one of your favorite restaurants? Do you have any other restaurants you like?”"I haven't actually gone to many actual restaurants, though I heard there was a place called Taco King...? I've never had a taco before but I wouldn't mind giving it a try..." “You meet a lot of people while living in the city, is there anyone that you know that you would like to spend more time with?”“Uh, well, there is one person…” Hotaru scratched his chin a bit, “I met him, alongside Himawari, when we were traveling to the North. A boy named Echo. He was very nice. Very informative. I would not mind spending some more time with him.” “What do you consider to be your worst habit? And, on the flip side, what do you consider your best tendency?”“Uh, well, my worst habit? I guess, I… I don’t know.” “You doubt yourself too much.” Himawari piped up, causing the cameraman to pan over to him for a moment. Himawari was putting together a puzzle. How he could do that since he was blindfolded was beyond the scope of the camera man. Maybe he had the pieces memorized by touch? He knew the shapes? “I guess that’s true. I question my strength, my capabilities, all the time.” “And you’re too trusting. And you - ” “I get it,” Hotaru frowned. Himawari smiled off to the side. “He’s… A good kid. He’s willing to help people. That’s his best tendency. It’s his best and his worst. He wants to help people. A real hero, this one. It’ll get him hurt one day. Well, again.” The cameraman stayed on Himawari for a few seconds more then turned back to Hotaru. “You wanna help people… So do you have a code you follow? If so, what is it?”“A code? I guess it’s pretty simple; those who can must help and protect and guide those who cannot. One with great strength must stand over and protect the weak. But, not just the weak. Even those with strength need help. And I want to help them too.” “Is there anything that you do in your spare time? Do you have any hobbies?”"Well, there's a few things that I do when I have time; I am either training at the gym near to my apartment in Oolong City, it's not the biggest gym but the owner is a nice guy who lets me come in early and stay in late, and if I'm not training I'm reading. I have a lot of books that my sister sent me." “Here is a hypothetical situation; you find yourself in a position where you can star in an advertisement of your choosing. What would that advertisement be and why? Or would you even take the opportunity in the first place? You seem like an introverted sort of person.”"Star in an advertisement? Uh, well I don't watch a lot of T.V. But I guess I wouldn't mind doing an ad for the ramen restaurant where I visit. Or maybe Taco King if their food is good... Hm, or maybe the gym where I work out, help the owner drum up some business." “Hm, so, tell me, if you had to suddenly work a normal job, what would it be and why?”"Well, I guess it depends on if anyone would hire me. I'm 15?" He tapped his chin, "But, I would not mind working at a bookstore. Or the ramen shop." “This may be a bit personal, but have you ever had a crush? If so, what traits did this person have that caused those feelings?”"Oh...yeah, that... is a bit personal," He seemed put off by the question. Hotaru bit his lip, "I did have a crush once. They were my sister's fiance's little brother. He had nice eyes. There was something about them that...I wanted to see his eyes more. I wanted to look at them. I wanted them to be there all the time…” “You had a crush on a boy?” “Yes. Is that strange?” “Oh, no. What was his name?” “Hishimo,” Hotaru smiled, somewhat sad, somewhat fondly, as he thought back to the young man. “What happened? Did you ever express your feelings to them or?” “It… There was an event. A lot of people died. I couldn’t tell him that I liked him and even if I did...He wouldn’t have cared. After it happened, his eyes… they weren’t the same. He looked at me and I knew he hated me for what my brothers did." There was a bit of an awkward silence and the cameraman coughed. “Bit of a switch in pace, but how do you sleep?”"Uh, in bed?" Hotaru didn't seem to get the question. "He's a mover and a shaker,” Himawari piped up from his spot, “He tends to start in one position and by the time morning comes around, he's practically falling out of the bed, the sheets are on the floor and his face is buried under or he’s in a pillow face first." “Do you believe in spirit animals? Or, know what that is? What is your spirit animal? If you don’t have a spirit animal, what is your favorite animal?”“Spirit animals? I mean, I heard about them. The girl at the ramen shop was talking about them while she did some online quiz about them. I don’t know what my spirit animal is; I guess I wouldn’t mind something nice. Maybe a cat.” “What's your favorite drink?”“Hm, well, there’s a few things I like. But my utmost favorite is this drink they sell down in the ramen shop and also in the nearby oriental market; it comes in glass bottles and it’s called Ramune. It’s amazing. I buy a case of it whenever they bring a shipment into the market. Because I buy it in bulk, I get a discount on it.” “What's your favorite holiday?”“Hm, I’m a big fan of Halloween. I like to dress up in different costumes. I’m not really much for the candies, even if the candies are delicious, I guess.” “Getting back to some basics here, what is your favorite color? Favorite color to wear?”“My favorite color? Hm, well, I don’t really just like one color. I like several colors.Silver, white, grey, black. I wear whatever is comfortable, though I do like the color black in at least one piece of my clothes.” “What is your family like? Is there anyone you treat as family?”That one got the boy to go silent. He didn’t seem particularly to like this question, he looked over at Himawari, who had peered over at him rather quickly as soon as the question was asked. “This a bad question?” The interviewer slowly remembered several past answers. “No. It’s….It’s fine. I have a sister, an elder sister, Sakura. She’s busy a lot. But, she always manages to send me a note or a phone call.” “Do you have any other siblings?” “.... I have one older brother. He was exiled. That’s all you need to know.” “What is the most beautiful thing you have ever seen?”“Beauty is in the eye of the beholder,” Hotaru thought the question over, “I’ve seen a lot of beautiful things. It depends on the day, or the circumstance. One time, I was so hungry, that when I saw a ramen shop sign, I thought it was the most beautiful thing on Earth, and it was just a small cardboard sign outside of a food booth.” Himawari laughed at that one. “But, I guess, the most beautiful thing I have ever seen… It was not long after I moved here. I had to get away from… from everything; I just couldn’t handle it. There was a lot going on and I was overwhelmed. My sister sent me a package, there was a container of my favorite ramen in it, homemade, and a note. It was nothing that anyone else would call special. Her handwriting, what she wrote, the food, it was beautiful to me. I guess that was it. My sister’s care package.” “What was it that she wrote? Or is that too personal to ask?” “You’re not alone. You don’t have to carry the weight all by yourself.” “How do you display affection? What behaviour do you consider affectionate towards you?”Hotaru’s face went a bit red as he thought about it, “Eh? Well, I...I guess I hug someone?” “How do you deal with stress? What really stresses you out, and how do you try and manage it or relax?”“I guess it depends on the circumstance, the stress, the severity of the stress, and my environment… I laid down, taken a nap. I’ve gone to the gym and let out all my frustration on the training dummy. I scream at the sky? I dunno if that sounds weird to say. And I guess, I try to de-stress, I do something that takes my mind off what is stressing me. I go out, eat, train, clean my apartment, or call my sister.” “Here’s another hypothetical; you have accidentally walked into a life-changing formal meeting wearing an embarrassing Halloween costume. Your future depends on this meeting. Don’t ask why, how, where, or anything else – just explain how you would react to such specific humiliation.”“I would… uh… wish the earth would swallow me whole… But...I would probably...try to power through it.” “So… Is that it for the interview?” Himawari seemed to be quite bored with the whole thing already. “Yeah, I think we got enough. Thank you for your cooperation.” NUMBER OF QUESTIONS ANSWERED: 21

Question of the Moment 19: How does your character want to be seen by others? Do they often succeed at putting on this demeanour?
Maxine thinks she’s a badass. She always says that she’s humble, and polite, and meaningless; but deep down – she thinks she’s really cool. Nice suit, smooth guns, suave style – she reckons she has it down pat, like an action hero from the movies. She wants to be seen as a stoic professional who always gets the job done, and has no mercy for anyone or anything that gets in her way. A killer in all but name. And, you know, looks really cool while she’s at it. For someone who calls herself ‘just a machine’, she’s a bit of a stickler for her looks. Whether she pulls it off? Kinda. Most of the Duchies and outside world probably think she is all that since she’s pretty consistent, but anyone who knows her personally knows she’s a bit of a wreck. Even the low-rank Shinobu punks find it hard to take her too seriously – sure, she really is living the badass life, but she also spends her off-hours playing fluffy visual novels and falling over her words whenever a pretty girl hangs around her. But, you know how it is. The only one who can really judge what kind of person she is you, the reader. The author is already dead, the moment words fall upon the page.
Waka doesn’t care nearly as much about her reputation. Sure, she’d like to be known as someone cool, but she has bills to pay. She’d much rather fade into the background than fuss about how other people see her. She likes to be fashionable and all, but her physique has kind of cursed her to never have that chance. So, she’s given up caring about how others see her – looking good does not pay your rent. Well, not unless you’re really good at it. I imagine the average Central Lands passer-by really does see her as a scary thug, and so far it seems like a lot of other characters see her that way, too. Maybe she’s doing a better job than Maxine by not even trying! But, she’s still a softie, and doesn’t really mind people knowing that she’d rather read a nice book than fight.
Question of the Moment 20: Is there any virtue that your character considers overrated, or irrelevant?
Maxine does not care much for honour, in spite of her Western Lands heritage. If the job needs to be done, then it should be done right – the means are irrelevant. People talk about charity and kindness, so surely the best outcome would be to act as swiftly and justly as possible; to minimise strife. So, to overlook honour and complete the operation would be the most kind option, right? It is a bittersweet irony. The samurai talk of kindness and honour alike, but the kindest thing is to assure that fighting is never glorified in the first place.
Waka doesn’t care for kindness. She’s not just thoughtlessly cruel or anything, but she doesn’t have any reason to go easy on the world that chewed her through and threw her out the door. If she could manage such a life and pull herself together, why should she not expect the same from others? Or, perhaps more to the point – if she was met with such abuse, why should she expect others won’t exploit her?
Question of the Moment 21: What is your character’s family like? Even if they have no family by blood, is there anyone they treat as family? What are their relationships like within it?
Unsurprisingly, Maxine does not have any direct family – the closest thing she had was Duchess Rhyme, but even then her position and relationship is more complicated than a motherly role. Maybe you could call that nameless killer who trained her akin to a father, but Doctor Unid was anything but. Within the Shinobu Clan in the present, though, she does hold her clan close akin to how an Earthling might consider their family. Duchess Karigane is like her step-mother, I suppose. A role model and leader, but they don’t always agree. Maxine feels uneasy around her – it is ironic that the girl without a heart is always so cold, but gets unsettled by her boss being just as stoic. The Duchess thinks highly of Maxine, but also knows that she isn’t remotely suitable to being a heir, and does not always fit the mantle of Captain either. The Princess is probably like a younger sister, though again – their relationship is more complicated than that. She’s a superior, but also a subordinate. She’s above her, but still has a lot to learn. But, she also knows a lot that Maxine doesn’t, so… i-it’s complicated.
Waka’s family… is a matter she’s left behind. She’ll probably never consider anyone to be like them again – for that would be an insult, not a blessing.
Question of the Moment 22: What is the most beautiful thing your character has ever seen?
Of course, that would be the Snake Way Ergal Magnum… an innovative auto-revolver with a unique contemporary design, yet utmost polish that is so reminiscent of guns of old. Unconventional, but offering subline performance, it is a work of art. Lightweight, yet heavy enough to soften recoil; a smooth pseudo-hammer; that gorgeous hexagonal cylinder; and tactical rails…! …no, it’s not quite true. The most beautiful thing Maxine has ever seen – prior to the time-skip, it was that killing technique that cannot be compared with. No flaws, no distractions; just a technique to take a life. Three Kings Before Heaven; an art with no artistry. Ah, but during the time-skip, she found those memories of her days before full activation – and, the time she spent with Duchess Rhyme. It is all precious, but there was a moment that made her world shudder. She asked her – “What’s the colour of the electric sheep you see?”. Maxine did not have a reply… but, it was the first time that someone reached out to the way she saw the world, rather than imposing the perspective of a living thing on her. It’s too bad, though. It’s a question the Duchess will never hear an answer to.
Waka has a simpler answer. When she felt like the world had lost all its colour; when her family turned their back on her, and she did the same in return; she came into that hermitage. It was scary at first, but the day that she felt like she fit in, at long last – that was something beautiful. The realisation that this was her new home. That she was not hated or feared, but… yes, even in that biting cold, and struggling for food and water, she found something warm deep inside.
Question of the Moment 23: How does your character display affection? What behaviour do they consider affectionate towards them?
Err, suffice to say, Maxine is not very good at the whole ‘relationships’ thing. Ironically, despite her pride in her professionalism, her affection is most clear if she is willing to drop it and talk about herself. She isn’t good with physical affection, so it’s all about words and feelings to her… the chance to admit mistakes, to show her true colours, and to admit that she’s not sure just yet if she is just a machine. To reveal vulnerability… that’d be how she shows her affection. How troublesome. As for affection towards her – though she’s so awkward about it, she likes being involved in trivial things. Taking a seat at the dining table rather than standing behind it, going to parties, and so on. She is like a child in that sense. She likes to be treated gently, and especially likes to have her work appreciated – she puts a lot of thought into the little touches that make her work so exemplary, so having them noticed is important to her.
As a few characters have come to know, Waka shows her affection by teasing. A lot of teasing. Especially if she’s seeking attention with it! And of course, she is most pleased when people get uneasy or bashful about it. She doesn’t mind hugging and cuddling up, but she’s no good at talking, so… she’d rather than do that sort of thing quietly while she reads or snoozes. As that first note probably implies – she likes being flattered, ogled, and flirted with. She’s proud of her looks, and really likes to be complimented on them; and otherwise quite enjoys being the centre of someone’s attention. S-So long as it’s someone she likes, anyway. Just, hands-off! Unless she gives permission, she doesn’t like being randomly grabbed or hugged… j-just because she looks soft doesn’t mean she’s up for grabs, you got it? …Zam gets a free pass, but only ‘cause she probably wouldn’t take no for answer…
Question of the Moment 24: How does your character deal with stress? What really stresses them out, and how do they try and manage it or relax?
Badly, is the answer, for Maxine! She keeps it all bottled up until she blows up. Maybe literally, someday! She can’t afford to let it leak out. No, when she is stressed that much, she’ll generally get a little snappy, and pretty anxious. Thankfully, she’s very resilient, but… someday, it’ll all come pouring out. That shall probably be her last day on the planet… She gets super stressed out by making mistakes, as you might imagine, and having circumstances suddenly change – she won’t avoid the blame, but it does make her feel terrible if the mistake’s on her head! Plus, u-um, she’s no good with being teased or flirted with… m-maybe it’s not right to say she gets stressed, but she certainly gets more rattled! Can a machine relax? I guess so. She just takes time off to do basic work and lose herself in procedures. She likes doing mundane work or maintaining her equipment, so that’s usually how she handles it. It’s kind of like meditation. And, the Shinobu are usually pretty quick to dish out compliments for those trivial efforts, so that’s her way to improve her mood.
Waka is a lot more composed. She has a temper, certainly, but she has a lot of self-awareness, so she doesn’t buckle under stress too often. She’s used to making mistakes, being humiliated, and facing abuse. It’s still not fun – but, she can cope. If really pushed she’ll probably lose her cool, but it’ll be short-lived. Waka gets particularly aggravated by people who change their minds a lot, or people who are ungrateful… unfortunately, she has to put up a lot with the latter, so she’s gradually learned to just bite her tongue and deal with it. She doesn’t like the rich flashing their money around, either, as one might guess given her circumstances. She has it tough… being belittled by those who don’t, does not please her. To cool off, Waka likes to lose herself in a good book – she tends to be easily drawn into those romance books that are made for you to self-insert in… she knows it’s a little trashy, but hey. Everyone’s got their own hobbies! Otherwise, snoozing and relaxing is nice… she doesn’t get a lot of time to herself, but catching up with those detective shows is always a good way to spend a lazy afternoon.

"AIGHT! IMMA ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS COZ IM IN DIRE NEED OF ZEEENIIIII" -Seungkyu"My greatest fear, eh?" thinks "Can't think of anything at the moment, no. As for my personal wish, I wish I could've saved my village in Colorcloud." "HAH! Gimme that meaty barbeque!!!" "...and spare me from vegetables" "I no longer have a home. Been wandering these past few weeks 'round the world and making use what's available..." "Haven't been into one yet... except that unknown ramen shop where the owner made me pay by washing dishes....Well, if ya gonna treat me, I'll be sure to rate it 5 stars!" " I don't know them. Who has moar monies? I'll go with them." "Hrrrmm... anyone willing to help this poor demon prince to get by? I need Zeni. Also, I've heard there are techie people out there... uh.. can they rebuild or renovate my kingdom perhaps? For free?" "Eeeeh.. Well... if it ain't obvious, I tend to get into trouble for some....reason. But ya know, I do like helping people A LOT! Especially if I can reap some rewards. Things are hard these days, ya know." Basically, Seungkyu always gets into fights. But yeah, he's kind and generous and would go out his way to help other people. "A code... you say... hrrmmm... well, I am raised a noble, so I know some manners despite my seemingly rough attitude." That's right. "Sleep. Heh. Been doin' it for the past 400 years and it doesn't seem enough. Eh? Other hobbies... actually, hah" Seungkyu scoffs, "I like reading." Now, that last statement is a lie. "Advertisements? Are those the ones I see on this big screen with moving pictures?" (He's referring to a television) "Well, I heard those folks who appear in there are paid well. If I can be in those, well, I'll take any project. AS LONG AS IT PAYS WELL!" Yep, you heard him. "Is brawling NOT a decent job??? C'mon! I can do that ALL DAY!" "Uh... a crush you say.." Seungkyu scratches his cheeks "I've meet a samurai lady with a green hair somewhere in the Northern Lands. I find her attractive. Hopefully, I could meet her again." blushes Melody"I am not aware. Are you goin' ta give me one?? Well, boots are fine. Actually, just gimme boots!" "Hehehe... ya haven't seen the greatest talent of this demon prince. The longest time I've been asleep is 400 years! And I can sleep any day, any time, any position! Heck, I can fight ya while I'm sleeping!!" That last statement is him boasting, but oh well. "DORAGON, of course, duh. And I mean literally!!" transforms into dragon"I drink any alcoholic beverage. But I am NOT a drunkard, NO SIR!" Yeah, he's not addicted, but once he gets to it, he can drink a little bit too much. In short, he can get drunk. And I mean, most of the time. nods"It's not a holiday per se... but I was supposed to marry my fiancee. But well... I got cursed and slept indefinitely. When I woke up, everybody was gone, including her." pats Seungkyu"Isn't it obvious? Blue of course. And I'm pretty damn comfortable with my clothes right now." whispers to SeungkyuI heard, they're going to pay you if you wear pink trunks and Hawaiian shirts. "WHHAAAAT?? Well gimme those trunks and Hawaiian shirts!!!" Heh.

Question of the Moment 1: What is your character's greatest fear? Greatest personal wish?
To do nothing and to make nothing of themselves. To live a pointless and unimpactful life. They want to become someone important. Feared or love, the wish to become known. As a result his goal for the future is to become the king of monsters.
Question of the Moment 2: What is your character's favorite food? Most hated food?
Bacon is his most favorite thing to eat. He hates anything super spicy.
Question of the Moment 3: Describe your character's primary abode/home. If they're a vagrant like a certain Koma cosplaying Tuffle, describe your homeless encampment.
He lives with Cayle and Ty after being picked up from the forest.
Question of the Moment 4: What is your character's favorite Broken Destiny universe fast food restaurant?
Can't say, he's never eaten at one yet.
Arashi isn't likely to want to spend time with any of the Z fighters, but if he was forced too, he would probably settle for Vegeta. Arashi sat across from Vegeta quietly eating his food, the Saiyan across from him did much the same, having no real interest or inclination to speak to the child across from him. The kid was strange, and Vegeta did have questions, but he didn't care enough to ask them, and the kid seemed more interested in the food than in him anyway. If they just ate their meal quietly before splitting that would suit them both just fine.
Question of the Moment 6: If you could thread with any one player character on the site, which would it be?
Right now I am very interested in training with Lilith.
Question of the Moment 7: What is your character's worst habit? Their most positive tendency?
Arashi is extremely arrogant and prideful. They are a quick learner.
Question of the Moment 8: Does your character have a code they follow? If so, what is it? Otherwise why is it that they do not have one?
A code has yet to be set, though one is likely to be formed in the future. Likely something along the lines of, the strong should rule, but they should be worthy of the role and the people should be free to challenge their ruler anytime they find them unworthy of the role.
Question of the Moment 9: What does your character do in their spare time? What are their hobbies?
Training, fighting, eating. They have not gotten to do much yet, but at the moment his main desire is simply to get stronger since his physical growth is based on the power he possesses.
Question of the Moment 10: Your character finds themselves in a position where they can star in an advertisement of their choosing. What would that advertisement be, why? Or would your character even take the opportunity in the first place?
Arashi would not be interested in advertising without some incentive. Money or food would be enough to make him do it though. And if he had to pick a commercial or something to be in, it would be for bacon.
Question of the Moment 11: If your character had to suddenly work a normal job, what would it be and why?
He's too young to work, but if he had to work, then he would likely want to work at an ice cream stand for a normal job. His power over ice would be useful for keeping ice cream cold.
Question of the Moment 12: Has your character ever had a crush? If so, what traits from them caused those feelings? Otherwise why haven't they?
No crushes yet. There are people he cares about, but not in a lovey-dovey way.
Question of the Moment 13: What is your character's shoe size? (Use North-American Shoe Sizes for ease) What is their favorite type of shoe?
Cild size 11 right now, I think. Size 13 when he's an adult.
Question of the Moment 14: How does your character sleep? (Both in length of time, in position, and in detail)
He sleeps on his back, or on his side. One arm tucked under his head and pillow on his side, or arms resting over his stomach on his back.
Question of the Moment 15: What is your character's spirit animal? (Only use Earth animals, you fruits, veggies, instruments and appliances, unless you give the animal a full explanation of its taxonomy and stuff) What's their favorite animal?
Dragon. He's a dragon, and he carries a piece of his mother's spirit with him to some extent, he literally has a dragon spirit both as a dragon, and from his mother who is also a dragon.
Question of the Moment 16: What's your character's favorite drink? (One answer each for alcoholic/non-alcoholic, if they're of age and actually drink)
He doesn't like alcohol even when he's an adult. Favorite drink is peach ice tea.
Question of the Moment 17: What's your character's favorite holiday? Feel free to describe some archaic DB:BD Earth Holiday, or one from ancient Planet Plant or the like. Do they celebrate it now?
He has not gotten to experience a holiday yet. But Christmas sounds nice, he likes the idea of people giving him things especially if the gift is meaningful. And to be able to give a gift in return.
Question of the Moment 18: What is your character's favorite color? Favorite color to wear?
Black and blue.
Question of the Moment 19: How does your character want to be seen by others? Do they often succeed at putting on this demeanour?
He wants to be respected, loved, and feared. He wants to become a king worthy of the title. Right now, he has mixed results. Not many would look at him as any sort of person worthy of royalty, but there are people that care for him and he likes that.
Question of the Moment 20: Is there any virtue that your character considers overrated, or irrelevant?
Not really. He might question a virtue, but he doesn't really consider any virtue to be overrated, or irrelevant. At least for now
Question of the Moment 21: What is your character’s family like? Even if they have no family by blood, is there anyone they treat as family? What are their relationships like within it?
Ty is a radiant and affectionate mother-like person for Arashi. He admired her spirit, even if he thinks her attitude is silly, it's deeply endearing. Cayle is a powerful figure who makes great food. That's more than enough for Arashi to respect him as a father-like figure.
Question of the Moment 22: What is the most beautiful thing your character has ever seen?
A memory from his mother, looking upon a lake with the silver moon reflected upon its clear and dark surface.
Question of the Moment 23: How does your character display affection? What behavior do they consider affectionate towards them?
He's rather cuddly nuzzly at the moment. Hugging is something he considers easily affectionate.
Question of the Moment 24: How does your character deal with stress? What really stresses them out, and how do they try and manage it or relax?
Breaking stuff. Being surrounded by people who mistreat him or disrespect him. Breaking them, or anything around him would make him feel better.
Question of the Moment 25: Your character has accidentally walked into a life-changing formal meeting wearing an embarrassing Halloween costume. Their future is depending on this meeting. Don’t ask why, how, where, or anything else – just explain how they would react to such specific humiliation.
Use magic materialization to change his outfit, and then play it off like he just wanted to show off his magic before getting to the meeting in a more normal state.
