Appearance: Diocletian Underhall Esquarth is a beast of a man - not only does he stand at an astounding 2.2 meters, or 7 feet and 3 inches, but many years of treacherous archeology expeditions, fighting against evil monsters lurking underground, have tuned his body to peak human performance. He always goes to battle in a tight T-Shirt and with a fashionable cowboy’s hat on his head, and wears a permanent toothy smile. And, of course, a very impressive beard, which he is often seen stroking.
Personality: Diocletian Underhall Esquarth may appear intimidating at a first glance, however, he really is a jolly beast. Always open to people before him, as long as they are not truly dastardly villains, he will be able to listen you out and tap you on the back afterwards. No challenge worries him or infuriates him - even in defeat, he makes sure to find joy. After all, his true motivation in the Tournament is not to obtain riches, or to achieve personal glory, or even to seek revenge against anyone in particular among the line-up. No, all he is truly interested in is meeting powerful warriors and fighting them with everything he can throw at them!
History: The great archeologist, Diocletian Underhall Kannarus Esquarth may not be the celebrity you have ever heard of, but rest assured that he has done some spectacular feats in a career which has spanned twenty years! Graduating with a degree from West City University in ancient history and kicking ass, he has ventured to the depths of Earth, battled mummies, demons, monsters, gigantic monstrosities, ancient robots which somehow exist despite science still being baffled with their existence... He can regale you with great tales of having once entered the Demon Realm through a never before seen gateway and battled through endless hordes of imps there, or once having visited an alternate dimension and defeated a wicked, villainous version of himself, before finally turning them back to the side of good!
In spite of these tales he tells to his fellow competitors in the tournament, Diocletian is an enigma, who rarely mentions much about his personal life. It is his first time competing, and the organizers of the World Martial Arts Tournament certainly have not heard of this martial artist before. Still, he has been training hard for his eventual break-through moment, with his usual routine - he drinks water, exercises, eats bread and watches an action movie every day, simple as that.

After several years of him being stuck inside the rift, the Shadow Anomaly finally spat Duke Luciferius Satan back to his original timeline. As he soon learned, not that much time had passed since his leave - enough for him to be labelled as mysteriously disappeared, but less time than he spent in the alternate timeline. This was of concern, but also an opportunity!
After all, as the missing scion of the House of Satan soon learned, he returned just in time for the newest installment of the World Martial Arts Tournament, the spectacular event which once had propelled their ancestor to such incredible heights. And they were seeking competitors, too! Seeking to not spoil the surprise, the Duke donned a whig and a new identity, creating the person of “Diocletian Underhall Esquarth” to safely call himself as while entering the Tournament. And he could not be more excited for the prospect - what better chance will he have to witness the true pinnacle of Earth’s martial arts?
