Appearance: Alaka is a pink demon-like creature, standing at around 5'6 feet tall and weighing a pretty light 55lbs. For her body structure, she posseses human-like limbs, two arms, two legs, ending in five digits each. For her head, she posseses a humanoid head with a multitude of tentacle-like hair sprouting to the sides, with a big bang-like tentacle on the front. She's got a standard human-like mouth, and two narrow eyes with a black sclera and gray pupils, by the sides of her heads are small protudings holes which act as her ears. Going further below, she posseses a female humanoid chest. As for her attire, Alaka often wears a martial arts uniform, composed of a dark blue gi top, yellow gi pants, with both tied together with a black belt at the waist. Her feet are covered by blue shoes with black cuffs, and her hands with a blue and black pair of gauntlets. Under her gi top rests a pink tube-top that covers her chest.
She posseses another attire when she is on a casual setting: Gray pants, her pink tube top with a short blue scarf wrapped around her neck. Her hands are uncovered and her feet covered by a pair of casual gray with black boots.
Personality: Alaka is a hopeful fighter, even if she is still quite childish. Raised by a lone father and a fighter himself, she is still quite uncultured and unknowledgeable about the world. That doesn't mean she doesn't want to know more though, in fact, she hopes to learn as much as she can through her travels. This is one of her main characteristic: She wants to learn and grow as she does. Not in height though, that ain't gonna happen, but as a person. In fact, while she is quite childish and tends to commit mistakes and act headstrong at times, she is struggling to subdue those thoughts to instead be less forceful and more patient and tactful in her life.
When it comes to others, Alaka is rather friendly. She usually doesn't have reason to harm others unless they do something to her first, though she does tend to become quite pushy if the other person has something that she hasn't eaten before. She likes to talk as well, and often asks a lot of questions that comes to her mind in hopes of learning more. If the person is older than her, she tends to try to imitate how they act, in hopes that it will help her develop a more grown-up attitude.
During combat, Alaka becomes serious and focused, though she still does toy around at times during the fight. Depending on the context, she is either friendly or agressive during her fight, but usually doesn't really aim to fatally wound the other person unless she is angered. In fact, she doesn't have many experiences with death at all. Something that may or may not come back to threaten her in the future.
When it comes to her fighting style, Alaka was trained in the Thailandese art of Muay Thai, a style mainly focused on striking with the eight joints of the body: Hands, legs, knees and elbows. As such, she usually prefers to strike or grapple rather than going for ranged attacks. When close, her preferred strikes are elbows, punches and kicks, with the ocassional grapple mixed into a throw or close-ranged knees.
As for her likes and dislikes, Alaka really enjoys eating new foods from different locations, as well as fighting. She also loves combat sports, with muay thai being her favorite to watch and actually perform. When bored, she also likes to use her ki to 'paint' the ground beneath her by digging just a bit to make a figure or whatever comes to her mind. On the other side of the coin, she dislikes thinking about her fate and destiny, finding it stupid as, according to her father, worrying about it is a waste of time. She also dislikes fishing, mainly because one time as a kid she got slapped by a fish and grew to just hate it.
In the end, Alaka is a young girl who hopes to learn about the world and grow as a person, even if her lack of knowledge and interaction with others hinder her progress.
History: Alaka was raised by a lone warrior and muay thai fighter in his own right. Found as a baby in what her father described as 'some scary cave'; Alaka was raised with care in the small village known as Jingle Village. She lived in a small hut alongside her father, and was often trained and taught at her home rather than going to any academy. Her early childhood was fairly uneventful, though she did get to explore the outskirts of the village. Due to her unique body, she wasn't too affected by the cold, so she often used to take over her father when it came to fetching food from the wild. It was from these ocassional outings that she learnt of ways to fend for herself in the wild, as well as teachings from her father and other citizens from the village.
When she became a teenager, she began to venture out further, ocassionally attending martial arts events in neighbouring villages and observing others in how they fight and act. It was at around this time that she began to grow the need to explore the world and learn even more, as there was little she could do in her village as she grew up. By now, her muay thai training was fairly complete, with her knowing enough to defend herself and then some. Though, there was a catch: Her father wasn't skilled in Ki, so she didn't really have much experience utilizing Ki for her fights. She did learn how to fly and other basic ki-tecniques such as charging on her own, though, mostly brought upon by her natural curiosity of 'what would happen if I tried this'.
Eventually, she reached her 18th birthday and with that, she gained her father's permission to travel. This was it, where her life truly began. Donning a new uniform crafted by a family friend, and carrying a backpack with a ton of food and other supplies, she left her village in hopes of exploring the world and to grow, in both power and personality...

Today was the day. A week after her 18th birthday, she had been given everything she needed for her journey to lands unknown. Still, she felt...scared. This was what she had been looking forwards to all her life, and in her moment, she was scared. What would she find in the wild? Would she be hurt? Or worse? Doubts grew in the majin's mind as she got comfy on her seat on the roof of the hut that she had lived in all her life.
The comfortable night sky above and the beautiful stars were something she was going to miss. The village's nearly year-long winter usually gave sight to a beautiful sky when the night time struck. She actually wondered why they didn't receive many visitors. It's such a beautiful place. "One that I'm not going to be in anymore." She muttered to herself as the thoughts of her journey began to plague her once again. She didn't really have a goal in mind. With her body's weird resistance to this cold, she had thought of going further north and see what lies ahead. But her father had adviced her to go to west instead, to North City to begin her journey.

But her father had adviced her to go to west instead, to North City to begin her journey.
"I'm not sure..." She thought some more. She could maybe go to one of the Crane School settlements and attempt to test herself against one of their members. That sounded fun, really fun. Fighting is her main way to connect with people after all. Thinking about it better...How strong is she really? She hasn't really fought anyone outside of sparring with her father and a few other youths of the village, but against a true martial artist from another fighting style? She hasn't...At all. "...I could really do with some candy right now."
The majin girl sighed to herself, a lot of thoughts were bothering her. She was unsure, but excited. She was scared, but at the same time eager. This felt weird. She has never felt this way before. Was this how everyone else feels when they're about to do something big in their life? Yikes.
With a small sigh, the majin girl put one leg over the other, fidgeting in place. She felt so uncomfortable. Was this the stress getting to her? The last time she was like this was when she was out hunting in the nearby forests for the first time. Yeah, she remembers it clearly. Around five years ago, her father caught a cold and couldn't go out, and she offered herself to go hunting for him. When she walked out that day she was confident, but as she went to the wild, she grew scared, and when she fought her first hunt and came out on top; she felt wonderful. Yeah...Yeah, she wanted to feel like that again.
"Alaka!" A familiar voice called out for her from below. "Food's ready!"
Those thoughts could wait. "Coming, father!" Maybe after a good meal she can sleep soundly. Tomorrow, her real adventure starts. And she can't begin such a journey with an empty stomach. And so, jumping from the roof of the hut to the ground, she turned to head into her home, to take her last meal with her father before she left as soon as the sun rose again...

Starting Non-Basic Technique Chosen: Clash.
Technique List
CLASH I
You unleash a vicious counter attack to ensure neither you or your foe gets away unharmed.
Type: Defensive
Action: 2 Standard Actions - Reactive
Effect: When you activate Clash, you perform one attack of your choosing in response to a single unresolved attack targeting you. If this would reduce an attack's damage to 0, you also resist any effects it would have caused.
Cost: 20 + (Cost of your Attack) ki
