Bowling for Sharks | 3 Star Mission (6000 words requirement)- A village is split between a narrow bay between the two portions of its territory. It would be fine so long as they went during the tide shifts, but lately there's been an issue. A group of jetski and shark riding hooligans from South City are now out for proverbial blood in the area, draining the people every time they cross the bay by charging them tolls. Can you imagine having to pay a toll to go to school? To the Cafe? To your grandmother's house? The people of Pecan Island can. Being out on her own was a bit of a interesting twist in her life. From the common vigilante justice against common muggers and burglars, Flare had already set out to do more with herself than her master ever let her for the past few years. Suuuuure, she might have gotten in trouble with the local police for collateral a few times. That doesn't really irk her all that much, most the time she just tells them off and tells them her services are free of charge. You can imagine how well that'd go over. Explains why she was now several towns down from her own house. Just sitting calm in a small sit-in cafe "..."The food was alright. Fish sandwich and a salad. Being a practiced pescatarian for her entire life, it was one of the few menu items that settled right with her. But it wasn't all much like home cooking. Ahh well. It distracted her long enough as she was sitting at the window-side tables. Just peering outside at the small town she had settled in for now. The day was already running past noon and nothing interesting has happened. Well... Until she caught a couple of dudes walk their way on into the bar in mid-conversation. One of the dudes looked like he had been roughed up by something. Or someone. The other trying to comfort him. "Look bro, I told ya those dudes are no good! What do ya think was gonna happen if you just tried sneakin' past them? Now they got your money and beat ya up."The sun pupil perked up as she caught wind of this, watching this carefully as the two approached the bar and asked for some drinks. Not one to really wait until people were comfortable Flare stood up and approached them from behind. Rather loudly planting herself next to the roughed up kid with hands sat down on the counter in an affirmative. "Overheard ya boys talkin' about some trouble. What is it, some thugs? Thieves? Ohh, are they a gang?"The one closest almost jumped out of his seat, but leaned back and stayed up as Flare made herself known. His friend cleared his throat and just looked over the girl like she were a bit loopy. "You new around here or something? Haven't you heard about that shark gang out near the bay? Can't even pass from one part of town to the next without being harassed by them."That explained a lot more, and the sun pupil leaned back away from the scuffed up kid for a moment to think on it. Rubbing her chin before smirking to herself. This was just what she was looking for. Not only was it a larger problem for her to butt in on, it wasn't too close to the residential side of things. "Nah, can't say I have heard of this... but now that I know, I've got somethin' ta do today. Mind tellin' me when exactly they like being most annoying to you folks? I'd like to strike when most of them are around to pester people. Sends a better message that way."Now his friend had turned his worried look into appropriate confusion. Both looked between each other, and now a few of the other patrons in the diner also gave weird looks. Oh well, they weren't really in a position to tell a carrot-head martial lady off who wanted to help. "They like being around during the tide change, when most people try going across to the other part of our village. They aren't native either, most likely from one of the big cities. Don't really care for them sticking around... Best of luck to ya, crazy redhead."Flare was already on her way out by the time she had some of that thrown her way, pushing the doors aside and taking in a deep breath of air through her nose. Ooooh yeah, today was going to be a good day. PL: 974 Post WC: 671

Tiger Lily was dressed up like a swimsuit idol at a sandbar getting filmed and photographed by South CIty University fashion students. Several jewelry, hair accessories, and goggles were being swapped with the outfit to showcase the pieces on their online store. “I like all the star shaped pieces, those are great, this is so much fun!” Ty grinned briefly until she was instructed how to pose so the photographer and filmographer captured their work for the last hour of shooting. Once the university students were satisfied, they all decided to take a break, and eat lunch after spending all morning working on their project. Minutes into eating, a gang of people on jet skis began to circle the sand bar, the red headed teenager waved her hand at them. “Hello! Can I ride along?” Ty blinked her ocean green eyes expectantly. “This is a shake up, squirt!” A beautiful tan woman riding behind and equally tan man approached first. “Hand over all your valuables quietly and no one will get hurt.”
Another pair on different jet skis unboarded, then began to steal food from the lunch table, which they began feeding to their pets, and settled against a formation of rocks on the sandbar to drink cola. “No way!” Ty began to loosen her jacket, she realized if she needed to punch these people, and teach them a lesson, but she needed to avoid ruining the clothes the students worked hard to sew. Things have been a drag for a while since Kinryu Kyto had returned home to South City. Mai-Mai has not been as compassionate as she normally would be. Given the events which recently occurred Kinryu was not one who would allow that to continue much longer. So Kinryu decided this afternoon he would change that by taking her with him to have fun at the beach. Shortly thereafter Kinryu Kyto found Mai-Mai sitting with her eyeglasses on while sitting on the couch. Kinryu had come to know that her eyeglasses were simply a prop to make her feel comfortable as she worked on her business paperwork. As Kinryu gently placed his hands on her shoulders and began massaging her, he spoke. “Hey Sweetie, you remember that one boardwalk restaurant we went to on the other side of the island that had that awesome jerk chicken, macaroni and cheese meal? An idea just popped into my mind to head backover that way today. What do you say?”“Hmm. That sounds like a good idea.” It seemed at first that Mai-Mai was honestly appreciating her lover’s gentle touch with his strong fingers pressing out the tension in hidden corners of her upper body. However, given what has come to her attention Mai-Mai did not yield to this temptation but instead leaned away from Kinryu Kyto’s grasps. When Mai-Mai turned to look up over the frame of her glasses at Kinryu with her emerald colored eyes, they bore knives as she said. “Which is why I am sending you there now. It appears there is a little bit of a mess going on in that area which I need you to clean up.”“Whatever it is Sweetie?” Kinryu Kyto stepped from behind the couch to sit down beside Mai-Mai. ”You know I got you.”“I know, Shinryu.” Mai-Mai smiled briefly as she brought up a picture on her cellphone to show Kinryu Kyto a semi-blurry picture showing several people all bearing a peculiar symbol shared on all of their headbands and clothing. “These people are definitely according reports not from anywhere in the Islands and are getting in my associates’ way from performing shipment. And you know in my profession I cannot have my deliveries being interrupted. Someone says they are calling themselves the Shark gang. I need them gone." Nearly sixty minutes later Kinryu was actually retelling this brief tale of his morning as he was laying down as if on a couch while riding upon his blue kinto-un, Tsunami. Which to these jet-skiers passing by him would believe at first glance it some sort of small boat. Kinryu sat up when he heard them hooting and hollering as they came towards him. One of the two jet-skies darted past Kinryu heading straight for the coast line where several college aged kids seemed to be hanging out on the beach. The other one however circled back around to black Kinryu Kyto’s path towards the shoreline. One made the mistake of shouting at Kinryu. “Where do you think you’re going sailor? You still have got to pay the Shark gang here your port fee of your wallet. If you ever want to set foot on dry land again.”“I’m sorry but I’m afraid you have our roles reversed.” A dastardly crooked smile came to Kinryu Kyto’s face because he was quite amused with the fact he would not have to searching hard for this stupid Shark Gang. “But don’t worry I’ve got a good feeling you’re going to help me. Because I am the true tax collector.”WC:602 Mission: 1820/6000 Tag: Flare Ty

Seems like Flare was going to be headed right into the action. Catching the gang in the midst of their rummaging. It wasn't a long few seconds until Flare had sprinted all the way to the bay area with blinding speed. Catching herself at the beachside as a few of those skis bayed up along the coast. Harassing a few of the locals from what she could make out, but some of these individuals were... Well, in the middle of other things. Looked closer to some model college kids. And some modeling work. Ohhhh, that was all interesting. But first, to be extremely forward with these thugs. "HEY! You! Yeah, You! Imma give ya three seconds to turn this whole operation around and stop buggin' this village before I let the sun judge ya!"She had stepped up to where the other youthful redhead had been caught up in her clothing. Stepping up beside Ty in and crossing her arms at these two main ruffians ahead. One of the unboarded shark gang members just gave a hearty chortle and assumed much the same of Flare as the other residents. not only feeding some of that stolen food to their pets but eating it themselves. "Oh yeah? Or what, ya gonna glower at us some more? Gonna stand there with ya-"Just then, Flare very quickly ran up on the guy and decked him with little restraint. Stomping to stop herself just short of the small sit-in area as the man went flying way past the students and Ty. In his wake, he dropped the food he was taking from the diners, which Flare caught and settled on back to the nearest table. Almost too careful in settling it back down compared to just how rough she was with the thug. "Ya forfeit the time if you're gonna just say somethin' stupid. I'm not askin' again."There, suddenly everyone was on guard and ready to throw down. A few more of the gang's jetskis shoring and their riders launching off them hastily as to get into position. It wasn't gonna be much longer before the dark woman would have to do more than just knock one off his feet. With a sigh and squinted eyes Flare lowered herself into a strong stance. Facing a few of the ragtag members as they ran up on her and the students. "With the light as my witness, radiance will judge you!" Post WC: 412 Total WC: 1083 Mission WC: 2232/6000

Tiger Lily struggled to get everything off, eventually stripping down to a black bikini, which was the only thing she owned as if she was giving up her valuables without a fuss as instructed. By the time Flare arrived, her ocean teal eyes lit up, this stranger was willing to fight against these ruffians from terrorizing her and the rest of the university students with verbal threats. It was not often that someone was willing to get involved in the middle of a crime scene and she had the highest respect for citizens who stood up for the little people.
In a matter of seconds, the fiery red headed woman exchanged a series of blows after being threatened with violence, acting quickly as if she knew something Ty was not aware of. Perhaps the jet-ski riders were all wanted criminals who had been threatening people at different islands, the woman did mention leaving a village alone from their antics, which was evidence enough for the half saiyan to act.
In the distance a somewhat familiar saiyan on a blue nimbus cloud was being threatened, it seemed there were more gang members wearing blue clothing closing in, and Ty tried to recollect when the last time she had seen that man before. The nimbus cloud was the first clue, she last saw Shinryu and his girlfriend riding Will O’ Wisp’s yellow nimbus cloud when they were escaping the mysterious temple outside of Pilaf Land, and she never had the chance to see him again ever since.
Flare was suddenly surrounded by four of the gangsters, the eldest man with a magnificent beard pulled out a knife, and Ty sprang into action in her black swimwear by kicking the weapon off his hand then catching it as she flew up into the air.
“Alright! That’s enough, unless you really want a beating, you all need to listen to this lady and surrender! Piracy is against the law of the southern sea. The world government has a special place for you, lot.”
Ty simply hovered in the air, only the best trained martial artists mastered the sky dance art, and while she looked like a teenage girl she was more than capable of fighting if necessary as she waited for an answer. [377] [2,609/6,000] Flare Kinryu "The Shinryu" Kyto

For a moment there was silence from both Kinryu Kyto and the Shark Gang members sitting on the jet ski before him as they stared each other down. The moment ruckus could be heard on the shoreline this far out to sea, the Shark Gang members turned their heads to see what was happening. When they tilted back to face Kinryu their jaws nearly fell out of their mouths as they watched him step off of his blue kinto-un to stand floating well above the rolling waves. The gang member steering the craft shouted out in surprise. “Bloody, Hell? How can this monk…?”Before the Shark Gang Member could finish uttering the final word of his sentence a lavender Ki blast struck him square in his chest exploding. Followed swiftly by another which struck the jetski launching both him and his partner crashing into the sea. He felt incredible pain as he crashed deep into the water. He struggled hard trying to swim for the surface but he simply could not rise fast enough to the light. It was just too far away and growing dark. However, before the light completely escaped from him, the gang member felt a sharp tug at his throat and he rose swiftly out from the sea. Coughing up water between every shallow breath he could gasp. As the foggy vision of his eyes cleared up he realized Kinryu Kyto the Saiyan he had just enraged was now holding him one-handedly by his throat nearly a hundred in the air. “Wha..? Who..? Who are you?” “I already told you. But it appears you’re having hearing problems.” A devilish crooked grin came to Kinryu Kyto’s face. An eerily brilliant lavender fire engulfed his free arm until the flames coalesced around the fingertips of his left hand as he raised it to the side of the Shark Gang member’s face. Watching this pathetic hooligan struggle to keep from being strangled or his face burned at the same time made Kinryu chuckle briefly before he said. “Here let me give you a visual reminder both you and anyone who ever sees your wretched face will never forget. Why they should never return to the Southern Islands.”

Flare watched unmoved as the other gang members started surrounding her. Settling deeper into her stance as she squinted at these gangsters. Scanning around, there was another guy who was doing something about these ruffians. And behind, the student... model had gotten down to swimwear and hovered. That's not really something an average person could just do. And her, of all people, didn't look like an experienced warrior or sorcerer. Something to look out for in the future.
"Government or not, I'm here to make sure ya'll stop tormentin' this village. Now, I'm gonna give ya one last warning. Ignore it and I'll let the Light sort ya out." The other gang members were mostly hesitant on attacking the two girls on this side of the fight... Except for the bearded guy. With his dagger out the man was cocky. A smug grin spattered over his face as he took a big step forward. Glancing between Flare and his mates.
"You don't scare us. I've personally faced your monk-types before. Don't think we'd be here without a couple of strong arms! Come on boys, let's show these girls how we punish those who cross us!" The others eventually rallied behind this and took a step just behind their bearded leader. Giving him the strength to step up and lunge forwards at the young sun with reckless abandon. Those crimson eyes of the lovely redhead glew bright as she made a much more calculated move in retaliation. The knife going for her stomach, the woman easily knocked it aside with one hand and applied a fist to his face. He will probably be the only one strong enough to brace himself and not immediately go flying from the single blow, instead grunting from the impact and shouting at his companions to dogpile on her.
"Fuck." This was more a sigh of disappointment and restraint, the woman recovering quickly to deal with similarly armed thugs. Knives brandished at the young flame from multiple angles. But none of these jetski punks really had any proper training. Each and every swipe, stab, and slash would be met with a duck here, a bob and weave, and finally, a kick to one, palm to another's chest, and kneeing the last man before he could even swing at her a second time. The motions were quick and efficient. Managing to disarm and properly knock the fight out of these three without breaking a sweat. And they were a lot less destructive than her initial blow with the food thief beforehand. To make sure of things, she'd stomp back into her strong stance and just poke at the last guy with her toes. It's best to say the bearded guy was not feeling too good about his odds after that one.
"Whoaaaa, hey, that's some fancy footwork ya got there. And where in the world did you train?" Flare was silent. Staring deep reds not the guy with a near snarl. She wasn't interested in divulging her life story to some random gang member, nor was she keen on repeating herself. If he was going to insist onattacking her again, she was going to send the same message. The guy should honestly feel lucky that the other girl wasn't just yet involving herself.

Disarming one assailant was not enough, eventually they all pulled out knives, and Flare was forced to fight in response nearly being overwhelmed by the sheer numbers. Ty dropped from the air, disarming everyone who brandished a knife, and collected them all. In the shuffle, Flare was being asked to discuss her fighting technique, these thugs were up to no good. Tiger Lily punched the guy who asked the question square in the face knocking him unconscious. “Don’t listen to him. He probably wants you to join their crew but what they are doing is bad, ok?” Tiger Lily affirmed Flare as she held ten knives, wedged between her knuckles, she was having trouble figuring out what to do with them all, so she scurried over to the lunch table, placing them all on a cleared out space, and then began digging into a pouch for an empty DynoCapsule. After clicking the pill-sized device she dropped it on the knives, storing them all inside, it was programmed to store items of the same type so it avoided storing the entire lunch table since it was not the same composition as the knives, and she held up in the air. The sun’s rays glistened on the capsule in her hand, “I have all your fingerprints and knives as evidence now!”Of course no one was going to take a teenage girl seriously for taking their weapons, it almost gave them a moral boost to try to subdue her, despite her ability to fly. Anyone who tried to take the capsule were met with an elbow, knee, or barefooted kick and rendered unconscious on the sand below her feet forming a pile of thugs wearing the blue clothing. In the back of her mind, she was wondering how many of these people were showing up, and with just three people with significant power level she was worried it was going to cut into the time slot allotted for the University Students who were on an hourly budget of the equipment they rented for the shoot. Post by Cayle Pota on Oct 13, 2020 21:39:48 GMT -8
Being a petty king of a tribe of Saiyan formerly held in cryogenic stasis and their friends while that tribe were trying to adapt to the ways of an alien world and trying to hide in plain sight while they could, until they were ready to take the war to their former oppressors? It was a busy job. Being the executive vice-president of Taco King heading expansion of the brand and its logistics side? That was a busy job as well. Being the mentor to dozens and dozens of Saiyan 'warrior-chefs', who were trying to follow Cayle's ideal of mastering nutrition and practicing martial arts by doing prep tasks at cooking? It was a busy job as well. Sometimes it was a wonder that Cayle Pota was able to sleep. Some who knew him in all three or two of the three aspects of his life? They thought he was so silent because he was actually asleep while standing up and with his eyes open.
They were almost immediately proven wrong. Cayle did sleep, but not much. Perhaps three to four hours. He was too filled with plans, with hunger for knowledge, with hunger for progress in strengthening himself and protecting his people. Hungry for progress in finding his siblings. He had already slept enough for a life time in those cryogenic stasis chambers, the jars that Saiyans remarked on – and if he was asked he would have probably said as much, or that he could sleep when he was dead.
Sleep was riding through the hours passively, and so he kept himself busy, kept himself moving towards progress, kept himself going. When Dill son of Stew and Onio Bell (one of Ensalada Islands' citizens whom had been members of the Scientist Caste of Saiyans under one of the King Vegetas), had asked for Cayle's help in a project they were working on to help both the shipping capabilities of Ensalada Island and the other islands in the Salads Archipelago, as well as the methods available for regular travel between the islands for those who could not swim, fly, sail a bot or pilot a plane.
There idea? Build a rust proof, metallic alloy rail road which had enough tug and pull upon it to float upon the water and could connect the island chains, from Ensalada and the small Island off its coast which was apart of Ensalada's territorial control which had even before the Saiyans had been arrived always been called 'Pota', all the way to Pico y Gayo Islands. To do this, they needed special metallic ore which wouldn't rust, wasn't too brittle, and wasn't likely to break or allow itself to flip to build the rails and a similar ore to build the train, passenger cars, and cargo cars with. The train they planned to be powered by a combination of ki energy and pedaling by the ship's pilot crew, and the ki energy running through the train itself would strengthen the rails in ways which were necessary to make the alloy for the rails work.
So Cayle had made the deals to buy this ore, and had flown between the island upon which it was mined, and the small foundry that Onio, Dill, and the other Scientists among the Saiyans had built upon the Rock of Pota. He had been very careful about it, after he found that his power level and latent ki power alone was enough to make the untreated and unalloyed ore to explode, and now he was done with the second trip and attempting to fly towards the island upon which it was mined from.
Which was when he noticed a familiar spiritual energy signature. Perhaps now was a good time for a break? He flew towards it, and soon saw the incident at hand with Tiger Lily, the Sand bar and the South City University students, the jet ski hooligans and a somewhat familiar looking couple with a somewhat familiar feeling spiritual energy signature, as well as a stranger. He floated there, holding the burlap sack which he had been carrying the ore loads in, and watched the fight from above before floating down.
“Tiger Lily, are you okay? What's going on here?” he asked, not assuming and not considering the very reasonable choice of action of using a green steel strike on one of those jet skis. [730] [4601/6000]

Flare took a moment to stare the main man down. Nosey little prick. Flare herself didn't really need to even heed the warning of the other redhead to know this sorta prying was just someone trying to silver-tongue their way to her. Speaking of, her insistence on mere arresting seemed so aggravate the chaotic flame a little bit. Just a little. Nothing more than a twitch of the eye as she remained steadfast in front of the main gangster.
"Who I am or how I am ain't nunya business, ya dang rat. Imma ask ya one last time to take the rest of your crew and never show yer faces here in this village again, or I'm makin' an example outta ya." The threat was not light. Seeing as she already tore through his lackeys, the mastermind just smiled and relaxed. Raising hands and tossing his knife to the ground in a form of submission. That didn't make Flare lower her guard any, but she did perk a curious brow at the person. Actually, giving up to authority? That's a rare one. Most of these thug types had deathwishes.
"Alright, look, ya got me. We'll just hightail it outta here and stop stealing from these poor suckers. That seem fair to you, fire crotch?" A sudden, very quick shot of ki, engulfed in bright light and flames, is shot out from a wounded up punch from the sun scion. Striking purposefully at the man's feet and causing him to jump a bit at the suddenness of it. That clearly wasn't the answer she sought and she continued glaring at him.
"Nah, you're also gonna return the things ya can to these people. Food is one thing, but ya took valuables and money." Actually, the guy sorta blinked at not only Flare but glanced at Ty and the new guy with a blink. His cocky demeanor changed even quicker with more strong looking people showing up. Most of the other thugs were already starting to bail. Gave Flare the perfect distraction, to look at this new guy. The moment she would try and crane her head over to see him the man tried running.
"I-I ACTUALLY SPENT ALL THAT MONEY ON JUNK ALREADY! P-PLEASE!" This wasn't any more Flare's call to make, but she sure seemed a little miffed the man would try running on her with her gaze turned. This fire blast was aimed at his rear. Regardless of what the other two did with him now, he'd have to rush himself over to the shoreline and dunk himself butt-first into water to cool down with a sizzle. How irritating...

“Cayle!” Ty was surprised to see him, he was working on building a floating rail road track to connect the islands near the Saiyan refugee island, for easy transport of commerce between the islands since not every resident could fly. Capsules were convenient, there were limitations to what could be stored inside of one, and people were one of those hard limits. “These people on jet-skis started making demands while I was finishing the photoshoot. The red head, the blue cloud fighter, all started to help out, since we were outnumbered.”
It seemed a majority of them started running away, before they could mount their jetskiis they were taken away by the local south city police, who arrived via boat, possessing all their vehicles, it seemed one of the students tipped them off while the able-bodied fighters kept them on the sandbar buying the authorities enough time to arrive. This ruthless gang had been terrorizing the local islands for some time, elusively escaping capture, as they had some way to track incoming police vehicles. The South City began loading the wounded into a medical boat, which was obvious for the red cross, and others were being captured with nets or arrested swiftly.
“Swift justice!” Ty announced, she handed over her capsule to a nearby officer, “This has some of the weapons they used in their attempted robbery and assault as evidence.”
The teenager began to gather her things, as her side of being a good citizen was now over, she helped the film students load their belongings into their boat since the shoot was finally over. [266] [5,309/6,000]

As the other warriors began to gather around on the beach talking amongst themselves and threatening the Shark Gang members a feint low frequency sound could be heard by all standing there on the beach, but no one could tell exactly where it was coming from. Over the course of a few seconds the indistinguishable noise grew louder until it became an identifiable wailing voice of a human male. The Shark Gang looked up to see this cringe worthy sound was coming from one of their own instinctually trying to grasp onto anything to slow his descent as he came falling at terminal velocity from the sky. Shouting, “Aaaaaaah!”Kinyru Kyto could also be seen with his arms crossed with a calm stern expression on his face as he descended from the air just outside the gang members reach at the same rate of speed. However when Kinryu Kyto look down to see they were only about fifteen to twenty seconds from impact he grinned crookedly as their eyes met one last time and said to the face burned gangmember. “Good bye?”Kinryu Kyto upon saying that stopped his descent immediately in the air as if he were in an invisible elevator, floating approximately ten meters in the air. The Shark Gang Member wasn’t so fortunate and only managed to respond with half of an unfinished word before impact. “Fu..*spalt* !” There wasn’t a huge a explosion of sand when the charred faced Shark Gang member finally crashed into the beach. His body simply smacked the ground spurting blood like a raw stack of hamburger meat. As Kinryu Kyto descended to land beside him, he mockingly leaned over with his right hand cupped to his ear. Chuckling as he said, “I’m sorry what was that again? I couldn’t hear you over the turbulence.”“Oh hello officer. I’ve got little package for you right here.” Kinryu Kyto, smiled as a female police officer approached him cautiously. He stepped out of the way to present the heavily battered Shark Gang Member laying half-conscious beside him. “Don’t worry I think he’ll be very co-operative with your investigation.”“Yes?” Kinryu Kyto said while looking into the eyes the charred faced Shark Gang member who wearily nodded his head in agreement. “Good.”Curious about the other warriors who were here Kinyru Kyto made his way over to them. He saw they were gathering around the ginger-haired one in the bathing suit. “Hello, it’s good to see I’m not the only one who agrees the beach is not the place for such shenanigans. Oh I forgot to introduce myself. My name is Shinryu Kyto, and you are?”

Cayle was silent for a moment as he floated there and listened to Tiger Lily, and the others as Tiger Lily spoke to explain to him what happened and the others talked and acted. He would have admitted being a little surprised at the sight, had Cayle actually spoken – but remained in place, arms crossed as he watched the situation. Both the capture and/or destruction of the jet skis, and the reports put forth into the south sea police patrol.
He would have likely stopped his contemplation, had he not then been stopped by a ring on the phone. The distinctive Taco King jingle made him realize it was someone from the home office, and as if he had been working in the corporate management his whole life, the Saiyan instantly grabbed the phone, opening the call and answering.
“You're talking to Cayle Pota, son of Pota Potaset.” he said, truncicating the full thing because he had seen his coworkers roll their eyes when he said his full name and descriptor, all his coworkers aside from Carlos Alfonso and Carlos Alfonso's wife Isabella Lizbet, and the saiyans, really.
“Cayle, we've got some issues going on. I sent you a text message, can you check it out for us please?
