It took quite some time, but after a lot of research and well.. a lot of her time flying and teleporting, she finally got to Little Vegeta. She had one goal and one goal only. That was.. to find her father.. and learn more about these saiyans. She had to do this. She was already nineteen years old, growing slightly taller than she was once and.. more mature. In terms of her appearance. Even her tail grew back! But this time, she didn't remove it. It reminded her of.. what she was and who she was supposed to be looking for, although her mother didn't like the idea. Because.. of what happened when she was younger.
Let's just say, she turned into a Great Ape and she managed to cut it off at the last second. As for Little Vegeta, it reminded her of West City. So busy, but it was different here. It was filled with.. Saiyans. There might be a possibility of her father being here. After all this time, she might finally get the chance to meet him and ask him why he left her. Why he left.. everyone. But, Little Vegeta was huge. Simply walking around the area could get her lost. So, she decided to.. settle down in the area for now, before going on her search.
Cilan found herself in a training facility that was filled with Saiyans that were training. It was almost hard to believe how the gym looked from the inside. To think that these Saiyans had these types of equipment and trained like they were doing now. She wore her regular training attire. That was, a black tank top and some shorts, with some sneakers to top it off. For now, she walked over to the bench press equipment, adding 50 lbs of weight to each side of the bar, before laying flat on the bench with her feet planted on the floor. She sighed, before thinking to herself..
"Well, this is gonna be a long day." She stayed there for about five to six minutes bench pressing, before a fellow Saiyan walked over to her. He had wild black hair and had a visible scar on his face. "You seem to be new here, saiyan. What's your name?" Cilan could hear a deep masculine voice next to her, which actually frightened her for a split second. "Uh, yes.. I am new here. My name is.. Cilan." She said, hesitantly. He looked at her for a few moments with a rather neutral look on his face, before addressing the green eyed female once more. "You don't mind going a few rounds with me, do you? You seem.. strong."
It was not what Cilan was expecting, but.. she agreed. Placing down the iron bar, she shrugged. "Why not?"

After a nice dinner of a home made quiche and a bottle of rosé, at her penthouse condo apartment in West City, with Fenrir as a guest, it was time to research the saiyans in Little Vegeta. A city adjacent that trained in the true warrior way for generations. The tea princess cleaned up her place, before heading out with Fenrir, and took flight together to reach their destination. The fitness center was the largest she had ever seen, it was filled with state of the art equipment supplied by Capsule Corp, which was obvious by the stamped logo on the work out machines, and everything that was necessary to keep in shape. After peering through the glass ceiling, Clove flew over to the entrance of the facility, upon entering everyone stopped what they were doing to look at the new guest, her power level was immense, people cracked their necks as she walked gracefully in a particular outfit. Crimson eyes scanned the perimeter, she placed her hands on her neat pleated white shorts, she was not shy of having any style for a princess that hailed from the western lands. Some of the whispers in the fitness center mentioned that she was the West City Women’s World Martial Arts Tournament champion, a title she shared with Zam, who she recently trained to improve the pink Majin’s skills. Fenrir stepped through the entrance behind her, with the same demonic blood eyes, he was a bit more casual in his stride as he kept a curious grin that she was already used to by this point. “This is quite interesting, we do not have anything like this at Little Vegeta in Oolong City, it’s mainly small businesses and dojos. We may not have the saiyan warrior way level of training but we historically have samurai saiyans, if working out is part of regime, then perhaps we need a revival of samurai on behalf of the major clans if the Tea clan encourages the other clans to hire saiyan samurai.” Clove said to Fenrir, “What do you think?”[346] Fenrir Cilan

It took a bit of work but once the quiche was cooked and served, placed beautifully on the table, with a good Rosé, it was quickly proven to be worth it. Then again, the cooking process was always worth it, or at the very least that is what Fenrir firmly believed. What was also worth it, was the chance to spend time with the person whom Fenrir was cooking with; the lovely Tea sibling of Juniper, Clove. On top of all that, it had been a long time since he had eaten a quiche and he couldn't contain how much he enjoyed this one, commenting and complimenting Clove's cooking ability.
Once they had eaten and the mess cleaned up, Fenrir joined the beautiful dark haired woman as the two made their way to Little Vegeta. And, to be honest, Fenrir was surprised? Well, as surprised as a person who had never seen a saiyan before could be. He had been alive for many years - oh so long that he had simply lost count after a while - and he, until that moment, had never before met a saiyan, at least to the best of his recollection.
The city was quite modern. It reminded the nearly seven foot tall wolf deity of West City with its skyscrapers; a glass and cement jungle.
"Hm," as they walked into the city, his eyes traced all over the area, not just over the structures, but over the people. The saiyans, that is if all of the people in Little Vegeta were saiyans, looked not much different than humans. Then again, Fenrir didn't look much different than humans and he was definitely no human. Still, he couldn't help but stare, intrigued at some of the fine specimen that walked past. Hm, tall ones, beefy ones, slender ones, male and female ones, he noticed that some had tails, some did not, and he felt this urge to want to reach out and pet it. But, he politely kept his hands to himself.
But, ooh, the possibilities were endless. He walked along with Clove, keeping himself close to her, mostly because he did not want to get lost in such a large city.
The place they wound up entering, a rather large building, was apparently a fitness center. He could see many more yummy sights there; saiyans of either gender working out on various pieces of equipment. But, even as he shot little sneak peeks at various individuals, he kept himself close to Clove and made sure to appear to be looking at the equipment. He was good at sniping glances but being coy about it. "Hm, a fitness center? This place is pretty big," he sounded impressed.
"Hm? Saiyan Samurai? I guess that would be an interesting sight to see. I wonder what other professions these saiyans would not mind taking," he rubbed his chin, thinking over the possibilities, his grin growing. "Working out does seem to be part of their daily routine. I like these saiyans, at least so far from what I am seeing. They are an interesting looking bunch. And this Little Vegeta place is quite a sight too."

He was rather straightforward when it came on to talking to others. Cilan always tried to keep herself.. hidden and undetected sometimes. At least, when there was a need to. To their convenience, there was a huge ring inside the gym. He mentioned something about her being seemingly strong. How did he know that? Cilan was suppressing her energy anyways. Sure he didn't assume that was her at full power, did he? Well, Cilan didn't pay much attention to that thought. They both entered the ring and with the flip of a switch, he turned on what seemed to be a barrier. One that absorbed ki attacks.
At least, that's what he explained. She has seen people use this a few times, but.. has never actually used it for herself. Capsule Corp was really something. "Alright, then. Let's get started." Her voice caught the attention of a few saiyans that were near the ring and they immediately turned around to watch the.. well, the fight that was about to take place. The wild haired Saiyan immediately entered his fighting stance while Cilan, on the other hand, just stood there. Like she always does. With a smirk, she removed her tail that was wrapped around her waist, before releasing, in a split second, a portion of her power.
Her white aura became slightly visible and well, her opponent began to smile. "It's been awhile since I've been able to fight such a strong opponent. Because of.. well, reasons." Not giving Cilan a chance to ask a single question, he lunged forward at an incredible speed, attempting to land his first blow. But, his punch was easily sidestepped by the green eyed Saiyan hybrid. After numerous attempts to hit her, she finally decided to hit him with a counter strike, weaving through one of his punches and landing a hard blow to the stomach. It sent her opponent a few meters back, as he doubled over, gritting his teeth.
She had a feeling that he was holding back. Especially since he wanted to 'fight' her in the first place. His power level was lower than hers by quite a bit at the moment. If he said 'train', she would understand. So, she confronted him about it.. in a rather odd way. "Don't you dare hold back just because I'm a girl!" Well, technically a woman, but still. About half of the saiyans using the gym turned to face the ring after hearing this. This was definitely no fun. Immediately after she let out that outburst, her aura white bursted to life, dancing wildly around her form. The sudden growth in power caught almost everyone's attention.
That.. wasn't her at full strength though. Cilan darted towards the wild haired Saiyan, landing a sucker punch to the face that sent him flying into the ropes and flung to the ground. It took him a while to get up and.. Cilan was actually confused as to what just happened. One second, she was fighting this random Saiyan and another second she literally punched him, giving him absolutely no chance to guard or dodge because.. he was holding back? Ok. That was normal, right? He got up after a few moments.. smirking? Now, Cilan thought that was weird. "Oh. You're actually stronger than I thought." He said, wiping the blood from his mouth. She.. didn't exactly plan to draw blood from him.
"Hmph. Perfect." Was he.. happy? This encounter was actually showing her how these 'saiyans' were like, compared to her. She never actually got to meet her father and this is the first time she's actually had a long interaction with one of his kind.. one of her kind. Her opponent's aura began to flare up around his form, as he raised his ki as high as he possibly could and.. well, it was impressive. "That's it!" She said, as she began to sense how high his power level was. He was currently around her level a year ago. Maybe even past that. It was at that point where she began to power up too, releasing her full power, with her aura flaring up around her form,
The power she exerted caught even more of the Saiyans' attention. The two would fight each other.. as equals, both weaving and blocking each other's attacks, exchanging kicks, punches, headbutts, elbows and even knees. The spar raged on for quite a while, before they both dashed backwards, panting and giving each other some breathing space. "You're pretty good.. Cilan was it?" The wild haired Saiyan asked. With a nod, she assured him, before placing two fingers on her forehead. "Let me show you a neat trick." He raised his eyebrow in confusion, but was surprised when he saw her literally.. phasing out of existence? Performing her Instant Transmission Technique, that she was yet to perfect, she immediately appeared behind the wild haired Saiyan.
She quickly attempted to sweep him off his feet, using her leg, of course, but before she could, he somersaulted just in time to avoid it. But.. that's where Cilan caught him. Firing two ki blasts from her palm at him, they both connected, which caused him to lose his balance. He fell on his face, which was actually a little bit embarrassing for him, but surprisingly, the Saiyans inside the gym didn't find it funny. He got up, before saying to Cilan "Darn it! If it wasn't for that teleportation trick of yours, that fight could have been mine. Well.. that settles it then." Wrapping his tail around his torso, he exited the ring. "Also.. the name's Kabage." Cilan, on the other hand, just stood there with her arms crossed across her chest.
She began to think about her father. She still wanted to know where he was. He could be dead or alive. But, she was extremely sure that he was here. She could start by asking around. She could ask Kabage if he knew her father. It wouldn't hurt to ask, would it? He was the one that approached her in the first place, anyways.

“I am quite impressed! I am glad you came along for the visit, Fenrir-san. I was afraid of coming on my own, honestly.” Clove shrugged as she continued to walk through the fitness center until she came up on a serious battle between a male saiyan and a female who used instant transmission; an ability she recognized from her Demon Pig beastman father, Pine Tea.
“Ah! A saiyan that knows instant transmission, very interesting.” Clove said out loud, crossing her arms, watching the fight before her eyes.
“Say, Fenrir-san, will you be participating in the World Martial Arts Tournament in two years?”
The demoness was curious, she was fully aware that he lived at Zen Estate with Juniper, a place for martial artists to train, she assumed he was the type to enter a famous competition. “I must admit, I am still on the fence on it, as much as I relied on martial arts growing up, I feel I lost the will to compete. I recently entered an illegal tournament in the Southern Islands, with a cat beastman named Will O’ Wisp, and in the finale we lost to a team of...tuffles” Clove whispered the last word, she knew Saiyans were particular of the phrase, despite no history of tuffles being recorded, everything was from word of mouth, “Not only did they have extraordinary skill, they used underhanded tactics to nearly render me unconscious, one of them used flame abilities, igniting it, then extinguishing it seconds before I was frozen inside a dome of ice breathing in the C02 poisoning. If it wasn’t for my demon blood I would have suffocated, clever little beasts. While I was still unconscious they stole all the zeni at the bookies and made their escape. I believe there is a bounty on them, now.”
Clove was not robbed of anything apart from her dignity, she was disappointed that she was unable to work with the cat beastman with teamwork, he was quite emotionally driven despite being an elderly feline; team citrus simply had superior intellect and team work. Lately, she felt the world was becoming such a dangerous place, that encouraged her desire to return home in order to protect her own family from danger. [372] [718] Fenrir Cilan

"Oh? I guess with what happened to your sibling, I can understand." He nodded, "I've never met a saiyan before, at least to my knowledge, so I am unsure what they are like. So this is a learning experience for me." The entire time that he was talking, he was peering around at all the saiyans around them, male and female, tall or short, built and slender. His eyes were tracing over them, studying them from afar. They were a peculiar breed of creature, the males appeared so wholly focused on their workout routines that almost none of them appeared to notice the female saiyans in the gym. Despite their workout clothes being quite eye catching, they did not seem to care for that. Or, at least not externally. He did not see a single male saiyan even peering over at a female, and if they did, it appeared to be asking the woman to spot them as they lifted weights or something of the like.
His attention was then caught by the sounds of fighting. Clove was watching a pair of saiyans tangle in a fighting ring. And he moved to stand beside the Tea Princess sibling and watch as well. "Oh?" He was almost immediately intrigued. He wanted to see how this fight would turn out. Both of the fighters appeared to be quite strong, and both appeared to have been trained. The woman, however, was faster. So much faster that she just disappeared, appeared, from one side of the ring to the other.
It was a move that he had never seen before, and off to the side Clove called it Instant Transmission. Is that what that technique is called? He wanted to learn it. It looked positively useful in a fight.
As he stood there, watching the woman fight, Clove standing beside him, all he could think about - beside the fighting going on in the ring - was of a past meeting, of a time long past, with someone who fought just like the girl in the ring was fighting. It had been so long since he had seen Tira or heard of her or from her. She had been a fighter, a long time ago. How long had it been? A few years, if he recalled correctly. He had faced her in the ring before. But, she was not a saiyan. No, she was not. But, she was tough. And she was fast. And if Fenrir recalled correctly, she had a mean left hook.
Oh there were many more memorable things about her; those rosy lips, those beautiful hips, and the way she flipped her hair - wait, no. No going down memory lane. He shook his head and focused his attention on the ring. "Martial Arts Tournament? I guess I wouldn't mind. I've never really been in one of those. Have you?" He rubbed his chin, thinking it over, before he peered over at her from the corner of his eye, "...Truffles?" He muttered, questioning that last word that she whispered to him, confused as to what it was and why she whispered it over to him as if she were whispering a dirty word in front of a strict nun. "Hm, they sound like bastards."

After giving it some thought.. she decided not to ask him. That way, she could stay lowkey and not have people snooping in her business. She could feel a rather large energy in the room though, which actually caught her attention. With her arms still crossed against her chest, she looked over her shoulder, only to see a long hair, crimson eyed woman accompanied by a man. He also held a bit of power too, but she simply couldn't take her eyes off Clove. She turned around and squinted her eyes, rubbing her chin as she did so, trying to remember just where exactly she remembered seeing this woman.
No, she hasn't met or interacted with her before, but.. she looked familiar. Ah, yes! That tournament. She.. was one of the participants. It took awhile for her to recall that. That was roughly two years ago. But, Cilan remembered. She remembered watching this one battle royale, in a rather huge arena. This was in West City, of course, where she resided. If she remembered correctly, this woman also won that tournament.. or was it that pink fighter? She couldn't quite get her finger on that part of it. She left the arena right after the fight was over.
She got out of the ring, after switching off the barrier, before she began to slowly walk towards the two. She was actually a bit nervous, but she seemed to be.. intrigued, just like the others here, in her fight with Kabage. "Uh, hello there." She said, before giving the two a slight bow. "I.. am Cilan and I am a Saiyan from the Central Lands. Well, not a full blooded Saiyan, but.." She looked down in disappointment. Was that a bad thing? Was she even welcomed here? She had a tail, but she wasn't a full blooded Saiyan. She didn't know too much about this place, which is why she really regretted saying that.
"Hm, that's not important." She quickly changed the subject. "I couldn't help but to notice you. I was just standing there and realized that you looked.. familiar. You participated in a uhh.. Tournament.. in West City, right? If I'm correct, that was a while back." At this point, she awaited Clove's response to her question.

“You remembered, huh.” Clove remarked at the mention of her brother, she listened to Fenrir express his thoughts about saiyans, “I believe they become stronger after every battle. Even when being brought near death. Must be part of their evolution to survive.”
It was curious that Fenrir had not decided to join the WMAT being as strong as he was, anyone who was going to be participating would be training for it, and he asked if he was in a tournament before. “Well apart from the one that was robbed by Team Citrus. I won the championship in the women’s west city tournament, which I share the title with someone I helped train recently. You might meet her at the tournament, she is a bubble gum pink majin with a lot of spunk, a demoness that can take quite a hit with her rubber-like body.”
It was then that Cilan walked over to them introducing herself and her race. The tea princess narrowed her eyes, it was quite uncommon to bring up the subject of race so easily, earthlings were of various races which were widely accepted globally. People typically did not judge a book by its cover on earth without getting familiar with a person first. With a shrug she replied, “Hi, I am Clove Tea, a pig beast woman and a demon if it suits your fancy so much. Typically people don’t give away their race during a first meeting. Also this is Fenrir Vulk, we arrived to this facility together, and we were watching your fight earlier.”
Cilan proceeded to ask her about the Tournament rather than acknowledge both of Clove and Fenrir while standing next to each other. A sigh escaped her lips, this young woman only had an interest for power level, and nothing else it seemed. “Yes, I was in the West City’s Women’s Martial Arts Tournament, what about it?”
This was the only opportunity to familiarize herself with Saiyans and Cilan seemed kind enough despite proper manners. “Well, since you brought up the subject, is it pivotal that you are a full blooded saiyan? Is it important in this community not to mix blood with other races despite living in a diverse region?”

The woman that was in the ring, the one who had been fighting and had used that interesting technique - instant transmission as Clove called it - had made her way over to them. But, while Fenrir stood there, the young saiyan girl - who for some reason, that Fenrir did not know or understand, felt the need to point out that she was not just a saiyan but a half saiyan, as if that piece of information was pertinent - she did nor to notice him. Or, well, she probably had noticed him, but was currently so invested in speaking with Clove that she did now acknowledge him. Really, the nearly seven foot tall wolf deity was used to this already; Dr. Isaac had done the same thing to him back when he was helping Juniper in West City with that strange techno-demon-whatevercallit that was hiding underneath West City scheming and plotting and plotting and scheming. He didn't quite recall what the guy's motivations were, he just knew that he had to be dealt with; and dealt with he was. Fenrir recalled pummeling the demon half to death in a flurry of fists.
So, being ignored was something that was not new to him. Neither was it something that bothered him. In fact, he was watching and listening to Clove and the young woman interact; apparently, her name was Cilan, which immediately made his brain go -tro. Her name was Cilan - tro. Do saiyans name their children after herbs and spices? Vegetables? Fruits? Desserts? That would be interesting. Then again, he once again couldn't help but think back to Tira. Her whole name was Tira Misu, which now that he thinks back on it is also the name of a delicious dessert - one that he made for Clove as a cake during that advertisement campaign. But, Tira was not a saiyan, no sir. She was a sassy and strong young woman, but not a saiyan.
Cilan had a tail, something that he took note of. His eyes watching it, as he grinned. He felt the urge to reach out and touch it. But, he abstained from that. It would be rude not to.
"Oh? You won? I'm not surprised," He spoke with a broad grin on his face, "You're a fighter. I can tell by looking at you. Just the way you carry yourself, how you walk, every move you make just screams of someone who's been taught, trained, and has experience in some form of fighting. You can just tell with some people." Well, he sort of gave away the fact that he had been watching her, staring at her, move. But, how could someone be around Clove and NOT stare at her? That would be like being around a beautiful work of art and not appreciating it. "Ooh, a majin? I've heard of them but I had never met one in person before. A female one at that, too. I thought that female ones were rare. I wanted to meet one, to be honest. They sound interesting," though he didn't explain why; the idea of someone so flexible sounded... well, to Fenrir, very interesting for several reasons.
When Clove introduced herself, Fenrir did not interrupt, watching the two women speak and only speaking when he was mentioned, and really all he had to say was a simple, "Yo," with a broad grin, giving the young half saiyan woman named Cilan - tro a bit of a wave.

"Oh. Nice to meet you Clove-chan, Fenrir-san." She said, with a slight smile visible on her features. She was.. genuinely happy that she was able to familiarize herself with someone here. Yes, she wanted to stay to herself, but that would be boring and she knew that. A few Saiyans applauded at the 'good show' that was put on for them. Once Cilan asked Clove about the Tournament in West City, the long-haired female confirmed it and Cilan.. didn't really know how to continue the conversation from there.
"Oh, nothing. I just.. had a feeling that I've seen you before, that's all." Definitely nothing else. She was just.. curious, that's all. At this point, Clove would ask if it's a problem to have a mixed-blood Saiyan around here. At least, that's what Cilan got from both questions. She gave it some thought, before sighing to herself. She looked side to side multiple times, before saying in a low tone of voice "As I said, I'm from the Central Lands so.. I'm not exactly sure, to be honest, so I really don't know what to expect. That's why I'm simply trying to.. y'know.. fit in." To be fair, it was her fault for letting that slip. Now, she would have to explain.. everything.
"Yes, I'm a Saiyan and you'd think that I know about my race, but.. I.. don't. It's.. complicated." There. She spilled the beans.. again. She thought that not knowing about her race was rather embarrassing, especially since she's saying this around multiple people of that same kind. "Which is why I came here. To learn more about this race, if that makes sense." That was partially true. That and the fact that she needed to find her father, was the whole story. But, there was no need to share that. At least, not right now. She still didn't know if they would take this news well. She sure hoped they did, because only her mother understood.

Clove was used to being complimented by people but for some reason hearing Fenrir describe her in his own words from the observations he made caused a pink blush on her cheeks. After getting to know him better she valued his opinion the most. A soft chuckle escaped her lips when he revealed his knowledge on majins. “Well, I must warn you, she is quite strong but has a child-like demeanor. Both the female majin and a bio-adroid were taste testing the treats you made especially at Daruma Tea & Coffee, I know you were focused on making the desserts, but they are stronger now it is difficult to ignore how much they have grown ever since then. I must have been so occupied that I may have forgotten to give you their names...I am sorry about that.”
It was unclear whether Fenrir did not remember them or he did not know Zam was a majin when they first met, her pink hair, and ivory horns were not typical to the other majin found in history books. The sclera eyes were common among a variety of humanoids, so it was not much a give away that she was a majin, unless she stretched parts of her body to reveal she was demon with a rubber-like body in a fight.
“Chan?” Clove laughed demurely, “I am twenty eight years old. How old are you? -chan honorific is for younger girls. Of course, unless you’re from the Western Lands or the Eastern lands you would understand why it is an issue to address me this way, being that I may be older. When in doubt, -san is the most appropriate honorific to apply to someone’s name despite their gender.”
The Tea princess listened to Cilan explain she was here to learn about her saiyan roots which made her nod as she spoke about it despite being close enough to have discovered that on her own at any point in her life. “You waited this long to find out more about Little Vegeta? How come? I did notice a lot of the saiyans here are stronger than an average human. Is that the reason? It’s funny that you are making these discoveries, it is part of the reason Fenrir, and I are here. I was born in Oolong City, there is a Little Vegeta there as well, but it’s nothing like this place at all. Not even the slightest, you would have to see it, to believe it.”

He tapped his chin, thinking back to that day. He remembered that he had arrived, had set up the small kitchenette, and immediately began to whip out his desserts. There was the tiramisu cake which he had made using the Daruma Tea & Coffee brand coffee, there was also a mocha castella cake and one other thing he can't quite recall at the moment. His eyes kept being peeking over to the saiyans around them. Not suspiciously, just curiously. He was watching them interact with each other; odd that not a single one of the saiyans, aside from Cilan, had paid them much mind. Or, at least that is what he imagined. He had pictured that the saiyans would at least take notice of the new people in their 'territory' but, they appeared more interested in their workout than anything else.
"Oh, that young woman that had gone to the taste testing was a majin?" He recalled the one whom she was talking about; he had no idea that she was a majin, "I had never actually seen a majin in person before then, so I did not know what they looked like specifically. All I knew is they had a love of sweets, but that is really a universal thing. Not much of a descriptor that narrows down the possibilities. Hm, I didn't have much of a description of what a majin physically looked like. Huh, so that was a majin. They're not bad." He thought the girl was rather nice, polite, or at least she had been rather polite whilst tasting the food. He recalled that the first thing she tried, she merely scarfed it down while giving the dessert not much of a taste. She just crammed it into her mouth. The second and third dessert pieces were eaten with a bit more delicacy but with a still barely concealed starved hunger that now, in hindsight, he could tell was a classic tell sign of a Majin. "You know some of the most interesting people," he commented, though whether he also included himself in that statement was up for debate, rubbing his chin a bit, "That little cricket one, that's a ... what did you call it, bio-android? Huh, I had never met one like that before. I remember meeting an android before, however; guy named Dr. Isaac. Wonder what the difference between an android and a bio-android is..."
For the most part, he wasn't part of the conversation, Cilan, while having greeted him, seemed more interested in speaking with Clove, which he didn't mind. He was watching the other saiyans, albeit he was still listening. "From the Central Lands, hm, not bad. I'm from the north, lots of snow. Small villages everywhere. At least, back in my day, there were a lot of small villages up there. Now, I'm not so sure. It's been a while. Maybe I should go back, pay the little lady a visit." Fenrir appeared to think that over, tapping his chin a bit.

Cilan was somewhat nervous. But, she still tried her best to talk to Clove and Fenrir casually. While her effort to do this was okay, she forgot that she was talking to.. well, a woman and not some teenager or a female of a younger age. It was what she was used to really. Sweat ran down Cilan's face, as she realized that mistake that she made. "Uh, I-I'm so sorry. My bad. I'll make sure that I won't make the same mistake twice." How embarrassing. At least Clove wasn't worked up too much about the fact that she referred to her like that.
Clove asked a very good question. Why did she wait this long to learn about the Saiyans and visit Little Vegeta? Well, that was simple. She learned about Little Vegeta from her mother, which was very overprotective of her kids. She described it as a very dangerous place. A place where Cilan shouldn't even gaze upon. But.. it didn't seem too bad. Hell, it wasn't dangerous at all. Then why did she say that? Did she deliberately say that to keep Cilan away from her father? The green-eyed female pondered for a second.
"Well, to be fair, if I wasn't convinced to not come here in the first place a year ago, I probably wouldn't be in this position. My mother gets paranoid all the time and she told me not to do this. She mentioned a lot of bad stuff about this place and.. well, I think she was overreacting." This was.. her opinion, of course, and this was her first time being here. But, what Clove said after was a shock to Cilan. "Wait.. are you saying that this isn't the ONLY Little Vegeta? There's.. one in the Western Lands?!" She freaked out, which.. caught a few of the nearby Saiyans' attention. This.. just made her search even harder than it already was.
This was.. good to know, but it was.. not what the Half Saiyan was expecting. "Wow, this just made everything more difficult that it already is. This might take way longer than expected." There was a high chance that her father wouldn't be in the same region as her, which meant that she would have to travel all the way to the Western Lands to find him. That's.. if her assumption was accurate, of course. "I guess I should just.. relax for the rest of the day. Do you guys have any.. plans? If yes, is it ok if I join you guys? I hope that's not a problem." That was.. ok, right? Maybe she could even ask them for directions to get to the Western Lands. But, for now.. she'd just have to do something else for the time being.. and hope that her mother doesn't get worried for some weird reason.

Clove nodded as Fenrir mused on the preteens that taste-tested his creations, just as she suspected, they were both occupied in making desserts, rather than discuss their origins until now. Earthlings were an abundance of races, it was normal to be different, and people did not often ask unless their friendship allowed it.
When Fenrir explained he was from the northern lands, Clove was rather enthusiastic over the revelation, she always wanted to visit where real snow covered the scenery. The best the western lands can do is make artificial snow by carving it from ice, and using the latest technology to keep the sports arena in Oolong city cold to prevent it from melting.
“Do people from the northern lands enjoy hot or cold treats? I am opening another cafe-style venue in the southern islands featuring frozen treats. It is currently under construction since it’s being built from the ground up, on an island I recently purchased, so hopefully you can find the time to try some of my creations, Fenrir-san.”
Cilan apologized for using the incorrect honorific, while she was flustered she did not confirm her age, but she figured Clove was older. The reason why CIlan waited so long to visit this area despite being local, was because her own mother forbade her, and the tea princess knew all about overbearing mothers. While her own mother was kind when she was alive, Juniper’s mother Natsuki, was overbearing for a stepmother to the point where she avoided her at Oolong’s castle the last time she was there.
“Well if you’re done training in Central lands, I have no problem with going to the western lands, it is my homeland after all. You can meet my younger sister who has an infinite fondness for all kinds of people who can fight, she says they have the best chakras, she is professionally a mystic healer.” Clove mused for a minute, “I would go right now but I need to finish opening my new business venture first. When I am done, I will call you, and we can take a whole tour of Oolong City together. What’s your contact information?”
Clove took out her c-phone, creating a new contact entry, and waited for Cilan to answer.
“Would you like to be there as well when the time comes, Fenrir-san?” The tea princess smiled warmly at the wolf deity.

Home, he couldn't help but think back to it with a sense of fondness. The northern area from whence Fenrir had come was a snowy tundra, there was no visible green grass for miles. The mountains were capped with white and traveling through the area was always quite treacherous due to all of the snow but also the wildlife. Bears and moose and other dangers wandered through the snowy lands. A small smile crossed his face as he thought about it; the cold never bothered him, and he could not help but think of the many days that he walked through the snow, the chilly air attempting to stab at him and yet he had felt nothing.
There was the image of the temple in his head; a snow covered ground, the high walls, the old architecture that somehow managed to survive the decades and centuries of mother nature's fury. The main building was the largest and he recalled exploring the area around it often.
Clove's voice brought him back to reality as he peered over at her, "Hm, I do recall that they liked both equally. They do enjoy a nice hot treat but they also enjoy a cold one. There was a dessert, that I recall, called Winter Berry Chantilly Cake, named after the Winter Berries that are used as an ingredient in the cake. Usually it is served with a scoop of a vanilla bean ice cream-like dessert that is best when eaten freshly made." He nodded thinking of the first time he tasted that particular dessert. "Hm, I do not mind trying out some of your creations. It gives me new desserts to try. I would not mind making you one of the Winter Berry Chantilly Cakes if you wish to explore some of the foods from the northern area where I hailed from. I am sure that, given how the food was back at your apartment, that the residents up north will love whatever else you make in your restaurants; anything made by the talented hands of the Tea Siblings is bound to be good."
The saiyan girl appeared so nervous around them, it was almost bemusing to the nearly seven foot tall wolf deity. Though at the same time, he felt some level of sympathy for the girl. She mentioned having never explored Little Vegeta due to an overprotective and overbearing mother figure who did not allow her to explore her heritage - for some reason - which he found odd. Thinking back on his own mother figure - if he could call her that - she never behaved in such a manner. At least, not around him she did not. She appeared rather carefree, wanting him to explore the area where they lived. Then again, back then, nothing could hurt them. They did not have physical bodies. Slings and arrows could not reach them.
Once again, he couldn't help but wonder if perhaps now would be a good time - well, perhaps not now at this very moment, but soon - to go visit the snowy northern regions and give her a visit. It had been quite some time since he ventured up there. He was sure that not much had changed. Time always felt as if it went by so much slower up there. Progress was much the same. But, he would visit soon, yes.
"I'm very grateful for the invitation," the wolf grinned, "I will humbly accept."
