If it wasn't utterly barbaric and fitting with the savage stereotype that Tuffles seemed to have fed humans about Saiyans, Cayle would have likely ran his fist directly through this Tuffle's stomach at the words that came from him. Hubris? Pride? Saiyan Prince? Either this Tuffle was somehow unaware of his people's sins or he was agnostic to their sins. It was enough to make Cayle willing to tear the boy limb from limb and beat him with each limb that he removed, but despite that the Saiyan would-be warlord did not actually act on his feelings. He was silent even as the group of military uniforms, tuxedos and casual wear with 'aliens are real' shirts and the entire group wearing rabbit ear headbands went about their work, firing at the group.
It didn't mean that he was not paying attention, his eyes and ears were firmly focused on Tiger Lily, Vidar, and Will o' Wisp. As the red headed Saiyan disappeared to deposit the tiny bear scientist in safety, Cayle's senses focused on her even as bullets bounced off of him and Will o' Wisp spoke up as he tried to plan.
Will's plan was actually something which had some good thought towards in regards to stopping it at a distance, but something which had too many possible potential issues. If it exploded and shattered into pieces, instead of being vaporized, it would land in the densely populated park around them. To Cayle, that wasn't acceptable, even if he was still not sure about the Park's owner's connections to the Tuffles and if the Pilaf Corporation was actually to be trusted.
“Firing Energy Blasts at the Meteor isn't a good idea I think. If we don't do it right it might break apart strange and hurt the people around us in the park.”
To Tiger Lily, the Saiyan simply nodded. Vidar was fighting the people around them already, but Ty was also already putting forth strategics. Cayle hadn't actually moved to strike any of the new comers yet, even the Tuffle who deserved to be used as a living plough share – that is to say rocketed through the dirt face first-, so he didn't have much criticism. Letting them come to the group would be easier, and if these new comers, this pink haired cat girl, this Tuffle, and this other Cyborg, were all on the up-and-up, then letting the Meteor get closer might be okay too.
Unzipping, his jacket the Saiyan let out a sigh, slipping out of his long sleeve flannel shirt as well and taking his cap and goggles off. He took the time to fold them up gently and stack them together even as the bullets continued.
Now, with his tail clearly visible and coiling and as it came clear from his torso the Saiyan would-be warlord took a deep breath. This fight didn't need to include bullets, energy blast, or any other threats to people which were being thrown down. The Saiyan focused on his spiritual energy centers, took a few deep breaths, and began to focus on using the techniques which he had been practicing and had mastered in the past few months. The first, Kaioken, soon washed blood red energy and spiritual aura around him. The second? The focused his suddenly ballooned spiritual energy- now over that of 150,000 power level units even without the technique Cayle Pota, son of Pota Potaset, long in the line of his clan's descendants? His aura was physically oppressive. But with the second technique, that of what he had began to called 'Hedgemon's Badge' it became absolutely distracting. Physically pushing the opponents who had shown up, with some of their guns actually bending or exploding from the sheer force of the wave of spiritual energy slamming out from Cayle.
“We'll take the headbands from these guys, Ty, Achido, Vidar, Will, Tuffle, Catgirl, Grey hair. They're the combined aspect of them, and if they're here at this sudden moment, and attacking us when a meteor's about to come? It's got something to do with it...”
For now, the meteor was still not even visible, but they wouldn't have too much time to come to a decision.

"That would be correct," Even if he was firing upon their attackers, Vidar appeared to be paying attention to the people around him; noting the red headed Tiger Lilly taking the small bear woman to safety. He also heard what Cayle had commented on, mentioning that simply firing upon the large carrot meteor was not the smartest of plans; which he had already considered as an idea but had dismissed it for that very same reason that Cayle mentioned. There was no way of knowing if firing upon the meteor would cause it to splinter into smaller pieces and thus rain even more death and destruction onto the park and all of its inhabitants and the surrounding area. Now, if they had some more data on the meteor, they could attempt to redirect it - though that would involve firing upon it, it wasn't simply just firing at the meteor and hoping it changed course. It was a complex mathematical equation, figuring in the meteor's density, composition, angle at which it was descending, and its speed.
But, did they have all of that info? No, not really. Which made the idea of firing upon it to destroy it or firing upon it to redirect it somewhat moot at that point in time.
His barrage of energy attacks had done, somewhat, the trick of what he had intended. The flurry of attacks struck the artificial snow in front of the incoming group of oddly mismatched dressed attackers. This sent a wall of artificial snow surging and bursting up in front of their faces. This startled several of them, several even dropped their weapons, mainly because they were carrying relatively smaller weapons, peashooters compared to the Gatling gun which had just fired upon them all. But, many of them still did not appear ready to surrender the fight.
"I suggest surrendering now before any of you are injured," The blonde cyborg stared blankly upon the group of startled attackers, the black sclera and brightly glowing golden eyes, set him apart from the rest - as did the Gatling gun he was aiming straight at the group. He had been the one that had fired upon them earlier. He managed to not hit a single one of them with that spray of glowing compact energy "bullets", but the point was still the same; give up or else, simple as that.
Cayle, on the other hand, was going to be a bit more direct. He did not attack them, rather he performed some technique that Vidar had never seen before; in fact, he didn't even get to see this one. He was looking towards the attackers, when his sensors picked up a sudden spike in power. It was all coming from Cayle and suddenly that spike became oppressive. It felt as if he were carrying a weight on his shoulders, and he could see that several of the attackers cried out, some fell to their knees, some were bowled over entirely, and some had to throw their weapons to the ground as their guns suddenly twisted out of shape or shattered apart as if the ammunition inside the weapons had spontaneously combusted.
Whatever that move was, it had been effective. Or, at least, Vidar would say it had been. He peered over at Cayle as he spoke up, commenting about the headbands which the strange group of people wore. And, it was true; whilst they were wearing a strange menagerie of different clothes, from formal evening gowns and tuxes to informal shorts and wifebeaters and tank tops, they all had one thing in common and that was the headband they wore.
Did that mean that they had all been called to that spot by someone or something? He didn't know. But he did want to find out. So, the command that Cayle had given was to take their headbands? But, why? What would that accomplish? Aside from them collecting a large pile of gently used head garments, what would collecting all of those headbands do? Well, he didn't really think it over too hard. He had to believe that Cayle had some kind of plan formulating inside of his head, some kind of idea, right?
He began to make his way toward the startled group, his weapon arm raised still, "No sudden movements." He spoke in a commanding tone, and they stood there as he walked up and he snatched the headband off the head of one, his arm returning to normal as he looked at the headband, scanning it with his glowing golden eyes, before he snatched another headband, and another.
He was going from man to woman and back again, deftly grabbing the odd headbands right off of their heads.
"Once I have collected all of these headbands, what exactly are we doing with them?"

Tiger Lily listened in to the plan on handling the carrot shaped meteor, during that time everyone was occupied with fighting the swarm of people wearing rabbit head bands, and without being able to piece the connection between the two in a short period of time Cayle flared up his power level to cause anyone below a certain power level to suddenly faint. More of these people just kept showing up and in the distance people who were thought to be tourists were climbing up from the base of the mountain while they remained at the peak. The red head took one of the head bands confiscated by Vidar, she put the bunny ears on the blonde android, and a pair on herself. When you’re outnumbered in this situation, the best solution is to simply blend in with the crowd.
If everyone did as instructed by Cayle, the rest of the group of bunny eared people would assume they were one of them, and the people who were unconscious were cleared away for what was about to take place. Tiger Lily took a third headband, flying over to Cayle while he lowered his power to normal levels, and kept a quizzical look on her face.
“So we’re blending in but how is this going to solve the problem with the meteor?” Tiger Lily asked her boyfriend. [226] [11,098/16,000] Please make small posts to see how the story ends.

Indeed firing energy at the meteor is a gamble, only if they know more about it, that it can withstand the impact of such an attack to be pushed away rather then blown apart. Only then they could be able to perform something with a low risk to anyone. Though if there was any way to take care of it, the best way would be to do so from far away. After all, no one here can possibly survive in the vacuum of space except maybe Vidar. Even if he didn't need to breathe he would most likely be frozen by the icy black void unless he was specially built to be able to withstand such temperatures.
Will then looked to where Cayle is and see him use that same burst of red aura he used to lift that giant ship. The sheer pressure of it is enough to make the fur on the back of Will's head stand up. That overwhelming power, it succeeds Will's prime long ago. To think that Cayle is younger then he is and already has far surpassed him. It's truly frightening to think about but he is glad they are allies at least. Though it also gives Will hope that he can be able to reach that level sooner then expected.
The people Will disarmed looked at the various happenings around them. Between Cayle releasing a burst of strange energy enough to break their weapons and push some of them back. The cyborg firing at their comrades. And the various other freaks. The kung fu cat was the least of their worries but they realize they have no chance and just surrender with their hands up in the air. Will then heard Cayle's comment about the headbands, which is not a bad idea. "Also I am going to need you all to remove your headbands," Will said. The bunny headband wearing goons were about to object before Will stomped his staff on the ground, and with a whimper, they threw their headbands on the ground and ran off. Will saw Tiger Lily putting one on and on Vidar too. Though Will starts to wonder if these headbands that tie them are a part of why they came here. Then what if they are what made them came here? Will doesn't put his on yet but suppresses his energy and hide waiting to see what happens.

While the others were worrying the remainder of the 'army', Nase was instead trying to tend the burns on his fingers after the laser he fired. What even happened to him? This had happened once before, but he still couldn't tell what he did. Was it adrenaline from saving Carter making him overshoot? He wasn't sure. But he had something more important to worry about. Clenching a fist to try and ignore it, Nase watched as Vidar took charge against the attacking group and noticed how the android seemed extremely unhesitant to keeping large groups of detained with threats of violence. Honestly, that's commendable.
As Nase pocketed his hands and stood back from the group, he noticed as the accusatory teen was getting shot as he just stood there. In awe at the durability the Saiyan possessed, Nase watched in even more bewilderment as he disrobed while ignoring the pellets bouncing off of him. Nase now watched him from his peripherals now that he was shirtless, but shook his head once he saw a belt-like object unravel from around Cayle's waist.
"Yep, knew it."
Watching as he released his tail that many likened to a monkey's, Nase watched as the blue-eyed Saiyan, seemingly without moving his body more than breathing a bit harder, began rising his power level more and more. Now, Nase was sure why he felt a strange aura around him and Ty when he reached the false snowcap. Noticing the sudden rise of power, Nase immediately felt his hand go over his mouth as he flinched hard from Cayle's ki presence. Shocked to the point of grimacing, Nase noticed the gigantic ki surge Cayle underwent long before the crimson aura appeared around him. Raising his non-damaged arm, he fought to resist the wind rushing off of him.
"(W-what kind of power is this?)"
Soon after this rush of energy appeared over 'Warrior Prince' and Nase watched as the invaders all turned from the gun-armed Vidar to see what was going on, Nase felt the effects of the heavy push the Saiyan released. The Tuffle cyborg always knew he reacted differently to ki pressure than others, but it was never this intense before. Where others would be knocked down or dazed, like the attackers were, Nase for some reason is drawn towards it in a sort of... avid way. Doubled over from the forceful energy, Nase felt his pained arm lower and as his fist involuntarily clenched, his red ki blade formed and stabbed into the ground underneath him. Cursing to himself under his breath, after Cayle's Hedgemon's Badge lessened, he found the strength to open his hand, causing the blade to break off.
Standing straight up again, Nase was barely able to hear what was said about headbands until he saw a loose one land next to his feet. Picking it up gingerly, he wanted to lament on how stupid it was, but instead silently complied with putting it on. For now at least.

Jade dealt most of these guys with ease and even got time to look at her wound. The one she got from that bullet grazing her arm. Jade had already given it some thought and overheard the conversations of multiple people in the vicinity. Firing energy blasts at that meteor was definitely not a good idea. But, if that wasn't an option.. then what was? As Jade continued to look at the bruise she sustained, something caught her attention. It most likely caught everyone's attention. At least, that's what Jade was thinking. The sudden spike of power from this blue eyed Saiyan was unbelievable. Her eyes widened. "What?!" How was that even possible? How could he have that much power within him? That was even higher than.. Misaki's level of power. At least, the last time they fought.
She had to hold her skirt down, although that actually caused her to lose her balance, but only slightly. "How.. is that even possible?" She asked to herself, as she quickly grabbed her hat and her hair fluttered in the wind. Well, there wasn't much time to think about that. They still needed to get rid of that flying carrot somehow, right? What Cayle suggested was a bit.. confusing and rather weird at first but.. she did it anyways. "Uh, ok. I guess." Shrugging, she quickly dashed at one of the men, snatching one of his headbands.

Carter felt the large energy and was about to blast the source. He then lowered his hand and his eye stopped glowing red and he decided to follow the saiyan's instructions.Carter reached to grab a headband off one of the people he was overcome by guilt again. How could he do this? Why did he do this?
(" Carter now isn't the time for this")
Carter knew Stella was right but he couldn't bring himself to do it. A dark cloud of tiny robots began to swirl infront of him and made an exact replica of the headband. Carter grabbed it and put it on and also tried to blend in. He would question Stella about what that was later. When they were in the crowd Stella said in his head.
(" Nanobots")
"What?"
(" That's what made your mask and what made you, its a lot more advanced than most androids")
"But I'm still part human"
Stella remained quiet. The silence left Carter feeling unnerved. He was still himself right?

The carrot shaped object continued to barrel through the atmosphere, until it loomed large over Pilaf Land like some sort of orange, carrot shaped day moon. The meteor, or space object, or fallen satellite continued to barrel down until a few seconds after each of those present had gathered a headband. Wearing them or not, they soon would find themselves in an invisible tractor beam pulling them towards the object and off of the ground. While this wouldn't be an issue for any of those who could fly, it might be terrifying for those who couldn't, and they couldn't move a muscle anyways as they were pulled further and further towards the object, until it dominated the horizon. It was a giant, carrot rocket, complete with carrot flesh, docking bay doors and art deco style rocket windows, circular chunks of metal with glass inside of them that were riveted. In this case, riveted with more carrots.
Soon, the group of heroes, along with any of the unconscious cultists and the Pilaf Land scientist bear, would find themselves dragged through a circular drop door and thrown together in a heap beneath the tractor beam.
“You know, with the ratings they were saying the radio broadcasts were giving, I figured more fans would have come out.” came a voice from somewhere in the darkness of the cavernous area behind where the tractor beam had been. Then the voice was gone, if anyone's eyes followed their ears they'd see an old style intercom box.
Cayle meanwhile, was cackling as he pushed the unconscious figures that had been dragged in before him. How had he figured out their plan? He hadn't, but there was too much of a coincidence that these groups were all wearing rabbit ear headbands, and it takes an alien to catch an alien, no?

It was growing larger and closer. Even as they attempted to deal with the growing amount of people arriving and firing upon them, all clad in such a strange menagerie of outfits, the object grew closer. They didn't really have a plan on dealing with it. They couldn't fire upon it, in the very slim hope that the damage would be enough to destroy it, as doing so could make the problem worse. One massive object compared to a whole sky full of smaller and even more dangerous objects, raining down and peppering the Earth's surface. That would cause untold destruction not just across Pilaf Land but any populated city or town around it.
That was clearly not an option.
Putting on the headband, Vidar was sure that he looked somewhat silly. Standing there in a rabbit ear headband, with one arm missing, the missing limb placed in a sling draped across his chest, as he looked at the small militia of strange individuals that, for the most part, had been stripped of their headbands and weapons within a short period of time.
"Now what?" He questioned, just as the tractor beam hit them all. They were lifted into the air and dragged towards the object, which now that it was closer, Vidar could see was very much one immense carrot. It looked like a carrot, had the same outward appearance and texture, but it wasn't a carrot. Neither was it a meteor. Unless meteors came with tractor beams.
They got dumped inside of the ship, let's just call it a ship, in one big heap. Vidar, thankfully, did not land on top of anyone. Pulling himself up off the floor, he followed the sound of the voice to the strange old style intercom box and peered at it closely.
"Why exactly are we here inside of a massive flying carrot?" The cyborg questioned, not to anyone in the room but to the voice coming from the intercom, hoping that whomever had spoken through the box would hear the question.

Ironically the meteor in question was not astral debris, it was in fact a carrot shaped spaceship, and when she witnessed it break through the atmosphere Ty was elated. For a long time while reading her favorite Pilaf comics, she wondered if the stories about aliens were true, she was thrilled about the spaceship with a broad widening smile.
Everyone wearing rabbit ears, even the assailants who attacked them because they were not wearing any, and were trying to secure the area for themselves were caught in the beam of light.
It was slow at first, the half saiyan found it difficult to move as she was brought inside the massive orange carrot, and she overheard a strange voice in the intercom complaining. Once the side effects of the beam subsided she practically leaped on top of the pile of people hugging Cayle from behind.
“Cayle! Aliens are real! This is so exciting!” Ty seemed to forget that her boyfriend was also an alien but this was different: it was physical technological proof that life outside of planet earth is out there. [182] [13,119/14,000]

Will did not know what will happen while he was waiting, though as he looked up to see a giant flying carrot suck them into a tractor beam like something out of a b science fiction movie. It seemed even he was caught in the beam despite hiding so well. It seems whatever advanced technology they were using to view the area they were able to find out Will was there. It was then he heard a voice, and saw what appeared to be an intercom. "So I guess this rules out my magical mind control rabbit headbands theory. Alright so if your messages have been picked up one thing I like to know is if you guys come in peace or not? Cause either they misinterpreted your messages or you were telling a bunch of people to grab their guns to come to this spot. Mighty suspicious if you ask me," Will said.

Looking into the cloudy sky, the (if Cayle had anything to say about it) outcasted Tuffle traced the groups eyeline up and saw what they all had come for.
"...What the hell is that?"
Unable to take his eyes off the menacing structure, Nase watched in awe as it glided through the skies as if it belonged there. Soon after, Nase would find that he was unable to many more thing either as the group that came to investigate all began to start floating in the air. Namely, moving his arms and legs. Initially starting to freak out, he realized that what they were being dragged towards wasn't actually a carrot... fully at least. It still looked and felt like a real carrot though, which only added to Nase's confusion. But before he could try and wrack his brain trying to figure out how something like this could even exist, they had reached in the ship's dock.
"What kind of-"
Before Nase could finish his sentence, the unseen tractor beam let them go, leaving Nase to fall down into the group of cultists and causing him to fight to get out of the dogpile. Escaping and ready to curse someone out, he heard the voice coming from the intercom and became aware of how unprepared he was for what could be ahead. As Cayle began cackling and the others theorizing (save for Ty and the younger ones), Nase went on the defensive.
"Hm, if you all can sense ki, I'd suggest doing it if that door opens."
Removing his gloved hands from his pockets, Nase looked back at the others again and sighed. Hearing Ty's excited speak of aliens next to him when at least two of the people there were aliens was humorous, but a strange feeling in his spine told him it'd be safer if he didn't make fun of it.

Still shaken by the fact that someone could have this much power within them, she stood there with the silly headband that she placed on her head a few moments ago. The feline would find herself staring at the sky, as she waited for the meteor or.. well, the flying carrot to break through the earth's atmosphere. To be honest, she really wanted to get this over with. Blasting it to pieces was an option.. but as soon as that came to mind, she quickly shook her head, trying to get rid of that idea.
She was pretty sure that everyone here was in good condition after dealing with those men with firearms, but she still looked at everyone to see if everyone was ok. You know, just in case. She still had the ability to heal, which she hasn't perfected, anyways. That might come in handy. Suddenly, the flying carrot would hover over the group and a few of the downed men and a tractor beam would.. well, suck them up into the spaceship, which felt rather.. scary at first. After that weird experience, Jade would look around to see if there was anything suspicious inside.
Indeed, there was. An anonymous voice made itself known through an intercom, which left Jade confused. "What's going on?" She asked.

“Well, regardless of the turnout, we'll just have to deal with what we've got. I hope you all are ready to be loyal servants in the Celestial Rabbit Army, when we return to base in this craft. Though some may complain it is closer to slavery, it's too late to carrot out now! Not like any of you can fly.”
Staticed the intercom box, from somewhere on the ship or perhaps somewhere outside of it.
There was a saying, albeit highly archaic, highly stereotypical and bigoted, and highly unlikely to be heard by a modern person on Earth in common parlance, but it was certainly somewhat true.
“Never try to out crazy a Saiyan.” Some might be outwitted, some may be corralled, may be fooled. Gods only knew how much laughter Carlos Alfonso and the rest of the Taco King Headquarters crew got when they convinced Cayle to eat a bottle of King Yenma's Reaper Peppers before he knew better.
Yet these would be masterminds had let a group of walking sticks of dynamite into their midst.
“Ty, Will, Fenrir, Tuffle, Cyborg, Catgirl, I hope you can fly. Begin to lay waste in blasts to this vehicle. We'll destroy it in mid air with such force it can't crash in serious amounts on the ground. We'll try to carry who can't fly when it all comes about, but it isn't as if any of these cultist folks are innocent. Ty, where did I Achido go? I think he was with him but don't see him, so it looks like Achido passed out in that pile..”
Firstly, he reactivated the Kaioken technique, and then he began to build up ki into his arms, commanding by showing and not by asking and not doing. Sparks of Green and Orange Lightning like spiritual energy began to crackle around both of his arms as spiritual energy was pushed into them by the Saiyan. As his muscles expanded, his bones and tendons and knuckles became reinforced by the spiritual energy he began a barrage on the ceiling of the building. Green Steel Strike, followed by another, and finished with his newest technique; Hyouji no Kure Tsuchi, the Herald of Sunset's Hammer. It was essentially just an pumped up version of the Green Steel Strike, but where the Green Steel Strike hit like a bullet, the Herald of Sunset's Hammer hit like a tank shell.
Soon, the carrot would be a carrot-ite shower, even if the others didn't join in. This danger to the people of Pilafland instead turned into a delightful orange and green fireworks and light show in the sky.
