Note: Clove should have 7 rep after finishing the first two endorsement missions for everyone to participate and meet the requirements. Clove hired Director Cabbage to do a promotional video of Daruma Tea & Coffee a couple of days after doing the energy drink advertisement, the cafe business had been doing well enough to sponsor the World Martial Arts Tournament, and she called her sister Juniper for a favor in recommending a special edition dessert promoting the event. Rather than share ideas, the heiress of the Tea Clan suggested Fenrir to develop the treat, and sent along her regards after giving the wolf deity the location and further explaining that it was owned by her older sister. The bakery in Oolong City that was owned by Juniper had been rather successful and it was most likely because their baker was an excellent chef. Clove was curious about who Fenrir was, unable to picture him in her mind, she patiently waited for his arrival, as well as for Baccer and Zam who were invited to sample the treats and vote on the best one. The filming project for this advertisement was a bit more natural this time around, they were going to be extras in the production, as patrons of the cafe in the background. Juniper insisted that Fenrir can dress the part of the baker showcasing the dessert after his successful butler cafe promo, and Clove had been to busy to look for the video on the internet to confirm it; trusting the opinion of her younger sister. The tea princess was dressed as a waitress, with a daruma doll emblem on the corner of her apron, and stood by the service counter for everyone to arrive. The film crew was busy setting up on one side of the cafe as she watched for the door while preparing an oolong iced tea for herself. The cafe had booth style tables next to large windows, with an open brown and cream tiled diamond pattern floor, a dessert display case with a pastel rainbow of mochi cakes, and deep red wood countertops that complimented the wooden dining tables. The tea shoot ended up going smoother than Baccer could have ever expected. Clove seemed light in her element, he himself was quite the experienced actor, even Zam brought a sense of energy and innocence to the ad that wasn't there before. With a bit of luck, that'd be enough to land them a spot in the world martial arts tournament, or at least give him a bit more of fame and possibilities to meet even stronger people... He just hoped the RR wouldn't stumble into it
But that wasn't quite enough to snuff out the bio-android's enthusiasm. The last few days of "city life" had been quite exciting. He was using his newfound spare change to stay in a hotel, while his days were split between working on an advertisement and just goofing around. He even tried to patch things up with Zam. He didn't know that much about majin, but she seemed to really like sweets. Thus, he hoped buying her some cupcakes might help mend things. In reality, he knew he was right about their squabble. But at this point his adolescent pride lost out to wanting to be in good terms with the only person he was even somewhat close to being "friends" with
And it seemed an opportunity to try and make up would present itself pretty soon. Clove had invited him to a new advertisement she'd landed for them, this one seemed to have something to do with a bakery. As he entered, he was pleasantly surprised: this place was so big. It seemed very well kept, and honestly everything here looked delicious. There was only one issue... this place was full of sweets!. He couldn't help but feel that his "gift" seemed pretty meaningless and stupid in a setting like this... Man, insecurity really sucked. Would all emotions be this lame to experience for the first time?

Against all odds, the shoot for the energy drink hadn’t ended in a total disaster. The energetic Majin had even received compliments for her efforts. She had been pretty smug for a good while after that. In her simple mind being praised clearly meant she had won that weird pro-jet game. For the past few days, she had been exploring the city on her own. While she didn’t really have a place to stay, she didn’t really need one either. A free soul couldn’t be shackled to one place. ...And it didn’t help that she had a habit of wandering off the moment she was let out of sight. Luckily, she also had a tendency to show up at (in)convenient times.
True enough, the door of the cafe soon flew open and the small adventurer burst in with a cheery greeting. “Hooooooi~!” She had been drawn here by the scent of delicious things, like a bloodhound. Or maybe a sugarhound? Anyway... She wasted no time zooming around, gawking and gasping at the fancy interior. “Oooh, what’s this do? And that?? Aaah, can I eat these???” The dessert display case especially received a positively ravenous stare. Her eyes twinkled like tiny stars and the drool falling from her mouth resembled a miniature waterfall. She didn’t like sweets... She loved them. So in that sense, a certain bug boy might be on the right track.
Speaking of whom...
Zam snapped out of her drooling daydream when she noticed a familiar carapace. Her eyes narrowed. “Oh, you again...” With a twinkle of mischief in her gaze, her lips curled into a cat-like smile. “I dunno what we are playing today, but I’m gonna beat you again~!” Yep, still pretty smug. Buuut on the bright side, she wasn’t so fiercely hostile anymore. If the boy was still going to give his plan a try, he wouldn’t get a better chance than this.

The advertisement had been a grand success. There were customers lined up around the block - quite literally - who wanted to get a table at the Peach Pit. The two owners of the Butler Cafe were surprised; sure they had expected there to be an increase in the influx of customers. But they had not expected there to be such a turnout. As soon as they arrived at the cafe, after having spent two hours handing out flyers alongside their workers, alongside Fenrir, Sal, and Peppa, they were shocked to find the line waiting there. The first two customers to arrive were two young women who immediately questioned if Byakko and Mani were there that day; they appeared particularly eager to meet the tiger beastman and wolf beastman.
“You did an amazing job.” The cafe was full to bursting. Inside the noise was quite uproarious but the two owners appeared content with that. Every single table was occupied, their butlers were working hard that day, walking up and down the aisles between the tables, smiling, bowing, bringing refills, bringing menus, and doing everything they could to make the customer’s time at the cafe an experience worth reliving.
“I mean, I knew that you were going to do a good job. But, wow,” The husband peered over at the tables and then over at the list of people who had reserved a table. The list of reservations was full up for the next week.
“All in a day’s work,” Peppa smiled. “Well, for now, that should do it. Go ahead and go home, get some rest.” She smiled over at Fenrir.
“Hm, before I leave, let me do something really quick.” The wolf wandered away from the woman who then continued to speak to the Butler Cafe’s owners, as the two of them were more than happy customers.
As the wolf crossed the room, customers waved and smiled, several women even took photos of him with their cell phones.
“Hey, I’m heading out.” The wolf spoke up to Byakko, the tiger beastman, “Keep in touch. Maybe we can hang out again sometime,” He grinned, a friendly warm smile that crossed his handsome features, “Bring, your pup too.” He said in a teasing tone, peering over at the wolf beastman who appeared to have his hands full with another table across the room.
“Will do,” The Tiger’s face grew warm but he nodded and waved as Fenrir walked out of the Peach Pit.

West City. He had gone out there a few days after finishing up his advertising gig in Oolong. It was a simple short visit or at least that was the plan. How did he end up there? Well, he had been in the compound, in his room, considering making something special for everyone there, when Juni knocked on his door. Allowing her into his room - for once, the wolf was wearing clothes - the tall muscled fighter flirtatiously asked what the purpose of the visit was. She was wondering if he could help her sister - he didn’t even know she had a sister but there was a lot about Juniper that he did not know - in West City.
He, without thinking too much about it, agreed. So, taking as many ingredients as he could in a dyno capsule, the nearly seven foot tall wolf made his way to West City. He knew where he was going, he had been given specific instructions and directions on how to get there.
The first person he spotted was Clove. He saw the waitress attire and took note of her aura, her scent, both of which reminded the wolf of Juni, and he made his way over to her.
He was dressed in his usual garb, the red leather pants and vest which showed off an almost illegal amount of skin on his upper body. “Excuse me,” He spoke up to Clove Tea as he attempted to gain the woman’s attention, “The name’s Fenrir, I’m looking for Clove, I assume that’s you? If you are her, it is a pleasure to meet you,” He bowed politely to the young woman.

Clove bowed her head towards everyone that arrived, who were right on schedule, and she drew the attention of Baccer who was lost in thought with a simple hand motion towards a booth. “Welcome all,” She spoke loud enough for all to hear, “Baccer-kun, please take a seat in one of the booths by the window, for this advertisement we’re voting on a promotional dessert, all the proceeds will go to the World Martial arts tournament, so I am counting on you.”Zam was quick to stare at the dessert case, filled with traditional rice cakes of various pastel colors, and politely asked to have some without getting carried away and outright taking the sweets outright. “Zam-chan, I need you to focus this time, we’re going to develop a couple of new desserts for you and Baccer to try then vote for the best one. Please have a seat over there, and I will bring one for you.”Fenrir did not spare a moment to approach the Tea princess, he offered a bow in greeting, which was customary in the western lands, and she demurely offered a bow with a smile. “It is a pleasure to meet you, Fenrir-san. My sister has highly recommended you to create a new dessert for Daruma Tea & Coffee, thank you for coming and assisting me in this endeavor. Allow me to introduce you to Director Cabbage who will be filming and photographing the promotion today.”The demoness walked over to the Donkey beastman in a suit who waved his black finger nailed grey skinned hand briefly, assisting the film crew with a camera jib to limit its movement to the high ceiling. She then walked over to the opposite side of the cafe.
“Over here, we have the taste team, who will be voting on the best dessert to feature at Daruma” Clove extended her hand over to pair, “Baccer-kun and Zam-chan are both experienced in endorsement advertisements. Director Cabbage plans for them to be patrons in the background of the filming this time around.” Crimson red eyes met with the wolf deity’s, “Please, make yourself comfortable, and set up the kitchenette however best suits your creativity, Fenrir-san. I will gladly be of assistance when and where you need it.”After a beat, she walked over behind the service counter, which had all the typical equipment of a cafe that made its own desserts, and she picked up a pair of chopsticks to take out one of the mochi cakes shaped like a white rabbit with green leaves as ears, placing it on to a black bottom plate with a red surface. A pitcher of water infused with lemon and berries was placed on a circular serving tray, along with two glasses, and she brought over the entire tray to the booth Baccer and Zam were to be seated in. The pitcher was placed in the middle, the cups were set on the opposite sides of the table, and one rabbit mochi cake was served. Each cup was filled with ice and water was poured half way to avoid spilling it on the table. After seeing Baccer rarely eat, she figured he would barely have any room to try all the desserts, so she refrained from giving him one since it was not the focus of their project today. “This is a mochi snow rabbit rice cake. It is a popular sweet on new years in the western lands. After you’re done eating this drink plenty of water, you need to cleanse your palette every time to determine which sweet is best, ok?”[597] [2,239/6,000]

It seemed the next shoot was about to begin. No rest in the advertising industry huh?. Well, the fact that it would have something to do with tasting sweets intrigued him. While he technically didn't need to eat, he definitely enjoyed experiencing new and unique flavours. Thus, this seemed right up his alley
however, it seemed the first dessert was only handed out to the pink majin, making him feel sort of left out "Umm. Will we be taking turns sampling the desserts?. Or are the solid products for Zam while i get the liquids?" he asked clove, seeming rather puzzled on why he didn't get one, not understanding what clove's intentions were at this point. Of course, she could have just brought him along for novelty value, while Zam would act as the real tester. It did make some sense. She was definitely a person that adored sweets, way more than he was. Thus, her opinion may be considered "more valuable"... But that was all just speculation, he wouldn't know unless she told him herself

Before the mischievous creature could antagonize the bug boy further, the demoness managed to distract her. Upon being told to focus, she nodded with a serious huff. Super focused! ...Ooh, who was this new person? Well, at least she did take a seat as instructed. Quietly she wondered if she had to move suuuuuper slooooowly this time too. Much to her mischievous delight, nice Miss T brought her something delicious... And not for meanie Baccer! Served him right~! If the smug look didn’t broadcast her thoughts well enough, she underlined it by sticking out her blue tongue and wagging it at the boy. Nyeh nyeh~!
When it came to eating sweet stuff, Zam was indeed something of an expert. She had probably eaten more sweets and treats than the rest of the people present combined. However, this time she faced something completely new! The cute cake received a tentative sniff... And a pondering hum... It didn’t smell like regular cake, nope. Instead, it smelled like those tiny white things elderly demons liked to eat. Gleefully disregarding any and all utensils, she snatched it with her hand and promptly stuffed into her mouth. Leaves and all. Like a child. “Om nom nom, om nom~” Her cheek bulged as she munched, munched and munched. Another pondering hum followed. It was very... odd! Like something between a gummy and a marshmallow. Nice and chewy.
After several silent seconds, the taste tester flashed a wide grin. “Mmm, ish ghood~!” Her declaration threatened to spray Baccer with bits of mochi. A half-chewed leaf fell onto the table. Unsurprisingly, the Majin had no understanding of table manners. She snatched a glass and downed a big gulp of water. While she had no idea what this pal-ette thing was, she had been told to drink lots of water. So she did! With a satisfied sigh, she lifted the empty plate and held it towards Clove. “More~!” Now if that wasn’t a glowing review, then what even was?

She looked like Juniper. She smelled like Juniper. There was something about this woman that was quite likeable, and he could only imagine it was that, everything about her reminded him of that one soft spoken and polite tea princess. He would probably enjoy this young woman's company as well on her own merits, but having just met her and knowing little to nothing about her, aside from her relationship with Juniper, he had little to go off except for that. So, he would just wait to see how she behaved, how her mind worked, and he would see if he would also like this person as well. So far, aesthetically speaking, she was quite a sight for sore eyes. She was beautiful.
"Thank you for the kind welcome." He pulled out the dyno capsule, pressed the small button on it, and tossed it to the air as if he were allowing the fates and god and karma handle the rest. But, being a dyno capsule, it did what it was meant to do, it seemed to pop in a puff of white smoke and when the smoke dissipated, there stood a large box. It was smooth with the Capsule Corp logo slapped on the side so it was hard to miss. It was made of good quality materials and the construction was quite strong. He opened it and began to pull out his ingredients. The kitchenette was of decent size and he set it up quickly; he did everything methodically, working at a good steady pace as he set up all of his ingredients, his utensils, everything was placed where he needed it for when he needed it. Nothing was just placed down and left there, it was placed within arm's reach.
He looked at his organized area and he seemed quite happy with that. "Time to begin then."
The tall wolf already knew what he was going to make. He had already made it. What he was doing now was mostly just presentation, a show, of his skills. "So, I'll be making a few simple desserts today for you to try; I was made aware that this was an advertisement for Daruma Tea & Coffee. So in honor of them, I have selected some coffee based desserts that I am sure you'll enjoy. I had some of the Daruma Tea & Coffee product given to me before I left Oolong to come here. My desserts are already prepared, but I also wanted to show you the process of how they're made so, if you do like them, you can make them for your shop easily."
Among the items that the wolf had brought with him was a small cooling unit, the portable refrigerator was placed on the counter and he opened it. From within he pulled out several small boxes and he placed them on the counter. "These here are individual Tiramisu Charlottes; I did add a bit of dark rum to the coffee when I made it. And these here are individual helpings of a Mocha Chocolate Castella cake. I also made an opera cake here, sliced into individual slices. Each of these desserts incorporates Daruma Tea & Coffee products."

It seemed Baccer was curious about the rabbit mochi, Clove smiled warmly at the teen, and folded her hands in front of her apron.
“I noticed you did not eat anything from the catering when we were working on the energy drink advertisement, so I assumed you were not the type to eat much, and Zam was eating sandwiches with the toothpick and all...which is completely opposite to your level of appetite. The rabbit mochi cake is not part of our project today, she simply asked to try it--” A piece of mochi flew in the air, sticking to his face, and she nervously smiled.
At this point Fenrir caught her attention with the dynocapsule cloud, she turned to listen to his explanation of having brought samples of his dishes for them to try, and stepped over to draw out a dessert cart. It was a three tier hollow gold gilded cart with intricate tea leaf inlays on the frame. Three trays were stacked in the counter, Clove carefully opened the dessert boxes with Fenrir as he described each dessert, and she pulled out a knife to use it as a spatula. Beneath the counter were stacks of small dessert plates, she used the knife to pick up the slices to serve on the plates, and then moved an assortment of desserts to one tray. Juniper kept a supply of ingredients from the cafe at the Zen Tea house, which were used specifically in each creation, she nodded as she listened. At some point, she pulled out her c-phone to take a picture, she used the photo to match the assortment for the second tray, and then the third. Several dessert forks with numbers engraved were placed on each plate, so that they could remember which one they wanted to vote for as the best.
“Alright. Number one tiramisu Charlottes. Number two Mocha Chocolate Castella cake. Number three opera cake. I will give these to the taste team and be right back.” Clove placed each tray into each tier level, the handles held it up by the frame, and she rolled it over to the booth. Taking away the empty plate in Zam’s hand before serving her own tray and giving Baccer his own as well.
“Alright you two, eating, and tasting are two different things. When we taste, we have to pay attention to the textures and flavors. While all of these will taste delicious we have to choose which one is the best over the others. Try to remember which flavor and texture you like best from each one and vote on the best one. The forks are numbered to help you remember the order. Itadakimasu~”
The third tray remained on the cart, “I am leaving this here in case you need to try another sample to remember. Again, drink water after trying each one to reset your pallet.”
Director Cabbage interjected explaining they were going to start filming. While there was not a script in this project, he needed enough footage to edit together a final cut.
Clove returned to the large service counter with what remained of the desserts, she served herself a piece of all three options. Taking the time to chew carefully, observe, and then taste another. The tea princess drank from her iced oolong tea between bites and she quietly ate with a calm expression on her face.
As soon as one was voted as the best by the entire team, she would help Fenrir make the chosen one from scratch, and her crimson eyes looked over at the wolf deity while she was still making up her mind on her own decision.
“Which one is your favorite, Fenrir-san?”

Baccer's eyes widened at Clove's explanation of why he didn't get cake. Well, it was true that he didn't need to eat, and she didn't do it with malevolent intent. But he still couldn't help feeling a little sad to be excluded. He was about to say something when Zam's energetic speech caused pieces of cake to fly towards him, causing him to duck to avoid them. It did seem like an overreaction, but in reality is was just reflex. Turns out, bioweapons operate on very intense and sensitive nerve settings. Feeling embarassed out of his mind, the Bug boy rightened himself and sat back on the seat, having all but forgoten what he wanted to say to clove
Luckily, it seemed he was included in the next round of tasting, presented with a wide variety of sweets to taste and rate... and at that point it became apparent he may npot the best judge for something like this. His taste was the furthest thing from refined. He knew he was tasting something sweet, and he reeealy liked the opera cake. For some reason it seemed to really excite him, it was the only dessert he fully finished. His table manners were... interesting to look at. It seemed like someone that tried their best to be prim and courteous... while having no idea how to actually do it. He was very careful and calculated while doing all the wrong moves. Truly an odd behaviour. He made certain to drink lots as he was told, seeming to take this very seriously. Almost TOO seriously

Zam’s tiny yet sensitive nose twitched when an assortment of treats was revealed. Her eyes resembled tiny stars with how much they twinkled. So... much... cake~! Even better, she could eat them without being yelled at! She liked her lips, trembling with barely contained anticipation. However, she made the mistake of trying to eavesdrop the names of the delicious cakes. Tirawhaaaa...? Her eyes turned into golden spirals after the first one. Clove’s strange instructions didn’t help her dizziness one bit. She tried her best to understand the difference between eating and tasting... Buuut all that got was a whistle of steam from her head. Too... many... words!
Eventually the puzzled Majin managed to shake off the dizziness. The delicious scent tickling her nose helped her focus. With a determined huff, she grabbed the fork labeled with a number three. Like a laser beam her gaze focused on the associated plate and the treat resting on it. She hesitated for a moment... Before promptly stabbing the whole fork through it. The cake seemed to defy the laws of physics as much as her mouth, when she devoured it with one bite. Well, at least this time she did take her time munching the treat. While words like texture and flavor went waaay over her head, she did still know when something had a good mouth feel.
In a rare moment of actually following instructions, the pink taste tester cleansed her palette. ...Which is to say, she downed another glass of water. Next up was the fork number one. Because counting wasn’t her strong point either. Stab, munch and ponder. She was getting quite efficient at this. Another glass of water followed. The pitcher was emptying at an alarming rate. The third verse was the same as the first, as she grabbed the final fork. Number two... It was devoured as quickly as the others, yet she showed no signs of getting full. That gut might as well be bottomless.
After downing one last glass of water, Zam slouched back in her chair with a satisfied sigh. She folded her arms and closed her eyes. It was one of those things again... Like... A headache with pictures... Suddenly her eyes flashed open, gleaming with determination. She snatched one of the forks and held it up triumphantly. “This one had the best mouth feel and sweetness!” It was... drumroll, please... Number one! The Tiramisu Charlottes! And the imaginary crowd went wild.

The three desserts had been carefully and affectionately created; that was one thing about Fenrir that was quite obvious. He took great care when it came to his creations; the tiramisu Charlotte was created in such a way that it allowed for individual servings. The lady fingers which were placed on the outer edges of the dessert, working as a border wall to contain the dessert and its creamy filling, were hand made rather than store bought and they were hand made small so as to fit the individual serving dishes. The same thing with the Opera cake. Everything about the desserts, from the lady fingers, to the cake layers, to the filling, to the topping, was hand made with care and precision. He took every detail into consideration. And he appeared quite proud of his work; watching the desserts be labeled, given a number, and then served to those that would taste and judge the desserts for their merits, the flavor, the texture, and appearance.
Speaking of his judges, they were an odd assortment of people; he had never seen anyone like that pink skinned girl before. But, she appeared to have a love of sweets. The way she devoured what was put in front of her proved several things for the nearly seven foot tall wolf; one, she had, obviously, a sweet tooth. Two, she had a deep and hungry belly. That was something he liked. He always believed that the way to a person's heart was the stomach, and there were several people whom he painstakingly made specific meals for in order to gauge their reaction and test the waters with them. Oh, he recalled their faces when they ate their soon to be favorite dish. It brought a warmth to his chest and a smile to his face just thinking about it. Still, back to the pink girl. She appeared very excited about the food in front of her, and she appeared to be easy to confuse. He would not call the girl slow or dumb, neither appeared to be true. She just appeared to be a bit, how would he put it, in the clouds? Her mind was more focused on the act of eating and enjoying the food more so than the judging of the food, carefully tasting and experiencing every aspect of the food. Which in and of itself was not a bad thing. Each person eats and enjoys food differently. There was a certain honesty about her that the man quite enjoyed.
Then there was the bug boy. He was a strange one. Fenrir had seen quite a different variety of people during his long, long, long, long, long life but this strange bug boy was something else. He had never seen anyone that looked remotely like that, and he wanted to get a closer look at him but at the same time, he didn't want to come off as...odd? He was sure this creature was a child, at least from its stature and behavior. He acted like a kid, pouting and sulking when he wasn't given a taste of the sweets that Zam was eating. Then, when he was given a piece, once again he behaved like a child but this time, he behaved like a child attempting to behave like an adult. It was rather funny but also kind of endearing. Everything the bug boy did just felt so out of place, so awkward, and it made Fenrir want to pet his head and tell him to just eat however he wanted.
Clove got servings as well and she tasted the food, one by one, to get a good feel of the texture, the flavor, the presentation, and render her judgement on it. It appeared that the pink one had chosen the Tiramisu Charlotte, whilst the bug boy seemed partial to the opera cake. That left only Clove and Fenrir to make their choices; in fact, the attractive Tea Princess even asked Fenrir which one was his personal favorite.
That was a difficult decision. In fact, it was one that he had never considered before; mostly because, he had never been asked. He had always made food for other people, usually content with hearing the opinions of others and making them the food they preferred, their favorites, but not one person has asked, until now, which of his own foods was Fenrir's favorite. So it was a difficult question for him to answer, for that reason. Another reason was because it was difficult to choose which one he liked best similarly how a proper parent won't be able to tell you which one of their children is their favorite.
Still, he looked over at the three servings he had before him; the Tiramisu Charlotte, the Mocha Chocolate Castella cake, as well as the Opera Cake. The first and last choices were very similar in concept, both involved a cake-like layer sandwiching a nice filling, and usually both were brushed heavily with coffee. But the tiramisu also incorporated some dark rum, though he did not add a lot as he had not been sure as to the ages of those who would be trying it.
The Castella was the one that was mostly just a straight forward cake.
The three of them did take some work to make. So in terms of how difficult it was to make them, he could only place them in ranking from easiest to hardest, with the Castella cake being the easiest, followed by the Opera Cake, and the Tiramisu being the most complicated as it involved making Lady Fingers from scratch.
His eyes drifted across all three desserts as he tapped his chin, thinking this over and then after a few moments of thinking, he nodded, "Well, if I were to tell you which one is my favorite, I would have to be honest and say I like the Tiramisu." He motioned to the dessert, "It's a nice combination of the cake layers, filling, and a nice hint of the Daruma brand coffee, namely their espresso, topped with premium cocoa powder, that sets it apart from the others. That would be my ultimate choice."
He peeked over at the pretty Tea Princess and then questioned, mentally, which would be her personal favorite dessert there.

The verdict was in, there was a split decision between the Tiramisu Charlotte and the Opera cake, and Fenrir confirmed his decision between the two. Clove was also torn between the two Zam and Baccer had chosen, they were similar enough that she felt that the Tiramisu Charlotte was the best choice because of the layers, the opera cake could easily be added as one of the layers starting from the top, which combined both of the taste teams favorites. Of course in the end, with the changes, the dessert was still a Tiramisu Charlotte, and it would be the one featured at Daruma Tea & Coffee. It was the coffee that was the most popular to begin with in West City, so Fenrir perfectly executed the options that were the most suitable to serve to the locals.
“I was thinking that since the top layer of the opera cake is so delicious, it can be the top layer of the tiramisu, and to honor that cake we can dip the lady fingers half way in chocolate to make the ultimate featured Tiramisu Charlotte dessert. I agree that it is the most complex but my staff here are quite talented and we do not hold back on expenses or care to make this. Besides, if it does sell out after the first day, due to the fact that it is limited in quantities, it will encourage people to come to the cafe frequently to try it.”
Clove was unable to finish all the desserts, she proceeded to plate them, and add them on two more trays, then installed them to the dessert cart for Baccer and Zam to finish eating. The Tea Princess cleaned the counter top, and neatly stacked the paper boxes they were in to the side for recycling.
“Alright, let us create the modified Tiramisu Charlotte, you’re going to have to guide me on the ingredients. I have a strong taste palette to discern the ingredients it contained, but you’re more familiar with the creation process, so we can do this together Ferir-san, so I can train my staff to the exact details of baking this dessert.”
The red eyed demoness was familiar with making lady fingers, so she began with making them first, bringing out a bowl full of eggs from the refrigerator, she separated the egg yolks, and placed them in two separate bowls. The whites were put under an industrial mixer to turn into meringue by adding cream of tartar and sugar. The yolks were then mixed with wheat flour and almond flour along with more sugar. Both bowls were then combined then used to fill a piping bag to squeeze out the delicate lady fingers ready for baking. The oven made the entire cafe smell delicious from the freshly made treats they were going to make as a final rendition of the dessert. [479] [6,090/6,000]
