Fishing Line: XtDuk3zH1d100Conditions: 1d26 It was a beautiful day to be having a fishing tournament. Clear blue skies, a gentle sea breeze, and even the temperature is not too hot or humid to be ruining the experience. It is truly relaxing, even if it is supposed to be a competition. Though Will doesn't care about winning. He has managed to catch three big fish so far, unfortunately the tournament is about the quantity of the fish caught and not the size of the fish that matter.
While fishing his tail grabbed onto something strange, it certainly didn't feel like a fish, and it wasn't a boot or anything like that either. Will takes it out and finds a strange squirrel action figure. It's kind of charming actually. As Will is playing with it he puts it into a Kamehameha pose and this reminds him of his training for it. And while he is thinking of him trying to perfect the True Kamehameha he realizes a way in which he can get into the pose faster with how quickly he managed to pose the action figure.
Well at least he didn't come out of this tournament empty handed.

Well, this was rather unexpected. It's been a while since anything good happened around the area. The Saiyan was mostly working and.. training. At least, until today. The Saiyan, wearing a green tracksuit, found himself at this Fishing Tournament. It wasn't exactly a problem. Celerai liked fishing, as a kid, at least. That is, until his tail got removed. The last time he used a fishing rod was for this job, where he ended up seeing Shinryu again. After signing up at the booth, he was handed the fishing equipment. But, he could feel a rather familiar ki signature. Behind him, to be specific. "Yo!" The voice was also familiar. The Saiyan would turn around, only to see a familiar face. He had purple hair, with his pupils matching that exact same colour. "Pavo? You? Here?! Oh, it's been a while. Hehe." The Saiyan said, scratching his head and laughing at the thought.
Pavo also smiled and went up to the booth. It seems he was also there to enter. At least the Saiyan had company. Once he entered the venue, he walked along the pier, looking around for some familiar faces. Unfortunately for him, there were a lot of people there, so it was hard to spot someone and even if he tried to sense them, the other ki signatures would make that extremely difficult. "Hey Celerai, what have you been up to lately? I haven't seen you since that last spar we had." When the teenager said that, flashbacks of that fight came to the Celerai's mind. He hasn't done anything worth talking about lately, so he simply replied with "Oh, nothing much." After which, tucking his hand into his pocket. He was looking around for a nice spot, for the both of them. One where there was space. "Ah, here! This is a nice spot. Come on, Pavo. Let's catch some fish."
Nodding in agreement, the teenager accompanied the Saiyan over to the spot on the pier. "Fishing takes a lot of patience.. and concentration, for me at least. So, we'll continue our little conversation after, yeah?" Celerai asked. Nodding to that, they both went silent for most of the time they spent fishing. Celerai set the lure on his fishing rod, before placing it into the water, as he began to fish, with his friend Pavo to talk to.. if he needed anything, which was highly unlikely. He would be there for about fifteen minutes, but.. he only caught 16 fishes, which was a bit frustrating. The mere fact that he got here, just to catch this little number fishes. "Ugh, this is getting to me. I.. might as well give up." Pavo didn't catch much either, only a few more than the Saiyan.
"Well, we don't have much luck when it comes on to fishing, huh?" Pavo said sarcastically, placing down his fishing rod. He picked up the bucket he had and looked at it for a few moments, before he began to speak. "Eh, I only joined because I thought I'd find you here. I.. was in the Southern Lands after all, I just heard about this Tournament and flew over here." The teenager admitted. He knew that he wasn't good at fishing, but just didn't want to admit. A look of concern was visible on the Saiyan's face after he mentioned that. Pavo matured personality wise, it seemed. "Hm, so you wouldn't mind if.. we had a little spar.. you know.. just like we used to. I feel a bit rusty, to be honest." The Saiyan admitted. He hasn't been in much combat since his spar with Zaru. If Pavo didn't have time for that, he would understand.
"Hm, I don't see why not. Come on, let's go." A smirk appeared on Celerai's face after hearing this. Finally, something to cheer him up and some exercise before his daily job.

Tiger Lily was visiting her uncle Toad Lily in South City when she saw the advertisement for a fishing competition. The prizes included entry to the World martial arts tournament but the lucky lure is what interested her the most. If she could win the grand prize, the Saiyans of Ensalada Island would be able to fish with ease, and have enough food to share. In no time, she flew over to the registration booth, the President of the fishing association Kai handed her a fishing rod, explaining it was free to keep as all the fishing gear had been provided by noteworthy companies that sponsored this event.
With a fishing rod in tow, she ran over to the end of the pier, and cast her line with a piece of bait attached to the hook. As soon as she caught something on the line, she was quick to reel it in, she was an experienced fisher growing up on an island, and made her own glass blown lures. In her excitement, she didn’t stop think about bringing her own lures, and she hoped she could put her skills to the test by playing on the same field as all the contestants.
Soon enough she caught seventy one fish, it was an overwhelming number and the waves began to crash suddenly into a whirlpool. A giant sea king, a whale with a dog head ate all the fish in one bite, and returned back to sea after having its fill. Tears formed in the corner of her ocean teal eyes, she was terrified that she did not get eaten, but was greatly disappointed that she lost her entire haul.

The flyers were everywhere so they were hard to miss. They were brightly colored and with a lot of interesting eye catching graphics. The font was also quite nice to look at, so all in all it was an effective advertisement. It was advertising a fishing tournament and the grand prizes sounded, at least to the tall light haired wolf, very interesting. He could only imagine how grateful the Tea Clan Princess would be if he were to arrive back at the compound with a nice grand prize, and a big boatload of fish on top of that; whatever fish he catches, he could clean and cook in so many various ways, or at least that was the plan.
He made his way to the location and registered. The fishing pole he was given, as well as all the fishing equipment, he took politely though with a look of mild confusion. He had never fished before. Still, he did shoot the man who offered him all of the equipment a bit of a wink then made his way over to the end of the pier. He noticed, quickly, that there were many other people there. Everyone was eager to get themselves a nice grand prize.
The first thing anyone around him would notice was that Fenrir did not know how to fish. He stared at the fishing rod with the same expression a man would a man who suddenly grew an additional head; a look of confusion. Ultimately, he sat the rod down and stripped himself of his clothing; vest, shoes, socks, everything except a pair of comfortable boxers. "Time to catch me some fish..."
With that, he dove into the ocean.
Within moments, fish began to fly out of the water; deftly tossed out of the ocean by the muscled, soaking wet, grinning man. One, two, five, ten, twenty, thirty; the number kept piling, growing into a large flapping pile on the pier as he kept submerging underwater and then burst out with more fish, several of them were the size of his entire body, massive fish that he tossed out of the water with ease and onto the pier.
The last thing that he noted, as he submerged, was that there was something at the bottom of the ocean. Something that, to him, didn't appear to quite belong. It was a Tuffle compound.

You are probably wondering what such an esteemed scientist such as Isaac Grey is doing at a fishing tournament of all places. Well science was what brought him here. As his sister Vera was flipping through channels on television Isaac say Fenrir fished up what appeared to be some sort of bunker. He heard rumors of such bunkers filled with advanced technology found in different places around the world. So in a flash he quickly made his way here. However, they wouldn't let him pass unless he entered and participated in it. With no other option he takes a fishing rod and joins in this debauchery only so he can get a good look at the bunker once it's over.
He actually has been doing a pretty good job at fishing. Catching exactly forty two fish with the number reminding him of a comedic sci-fi book he read as a child. And as caught onto one more thing he reeled it up to see a Dynocapsule. He opens it up to find a bag of Zeni, he looks inside to see that there could be about 50,000 Zeni in there. His eyes darting left and right he pockets the Zeni into his large white coat. Hoping that no one witnessed that or filmed him pocketing the Zeni he found to himself.

There were a lot of people. He did consider that there would be a good number of people there, but this exceeded his expectations. The blonde cyborg walked over to the President of the Fishing Association. "I am here to join the Fishing Tournament." He held up the flyer. It had actually been by sheer happenstance that he even learned about the tournament; Vidar had been walking down the street when a piece of paper came flying out of nowhere and assaulted his face. Well, to be more precise, it just slapped up into his face and blocked his vision. Having peeled the paper off, he read it and it is the reason he stood in front of the President of the Fishing Association.
He was given his equipment. It was nothing he had not seen before. He thanked the man and made his way over to the pier. He picked a decent spot, his sensors working diligently to pinpoint which part of the pier, which area of water, held the most abundant amount of fish. His eyes taking on a soft golden hue as he did this. He picked a spot, sat down his equipment, readied his fishing pole and got to work.
It did not take long for the first tug at his fishing line to alert him to the presence of a catch. He snatched the fish out of the water and removed it from the hook. Seeing it was a good sized fish, he went about to trying again. Another tug at the line. Another fish yanked out. He kept this up, on and on as the pile of fish he had caught grew and grew. Soon he had caught seventy three fish and something was tugging at his line once more. Whatever it was, it was strong, and he yanked at the line, gave it slack then reeled in, gave it slack, then repeated the process. But, whatever it was, it was fighting him tooth and nail, refusing to succumb.
It was with one final strong pull, the blonde cyborg's cybernetic arms taking on a golden glow as he allowed energy to flow through his cybernetic augmentations, that whatever it was on the end of the line was ripped from the water. He pulled it up out of the sea and raised it up at eye level. It wasn't a fish. It was a jar. It was full. It was a jar filled with dirt.

Cayle was only here for promotional purposes and because the fishermen's association was a group he had done business with before. The dark brown haired, icy blue eyed saiyan pure blood had used it their organization to supplement his finances and to feed himself and the rest of the Pickles who had been in his care at that time and so when they brought up advertisements to Taco King about their event, he was a natural choice to form the team to represent Taco King.
He would have likely done well at it as well, if it was not for the fact that the fishermen's association insisted that he not fish in the 'traditional Saiyan way' and dive in the water in the buff to hunt down the fish as if they were animals fleeing him in the jungle or on the savanna. By the time he had gotten going, he had already caught ten fish- but then he felt a truly big one against the pull of his line. Using his strength and attempting to strengthen the fishing line with his spiritual energy, he pulled and pulled only to jerk back and almost fall on his back as the fishing line snapped.
He knew that technically disqualified him from any further catches, but with the fuel of an true saiyan's pride being besmirched, Cayle threw himself into the water and rocketed forward in the direction the pull had been. Those who were spiritually sensitive might have even noticed a massive power up building before a boom in the water where something had previously been.
Cayle was laughing as he came up from the water. He had quite a story to tell his friends, even if he had likely lost with a pitiful catch of like seven fish.

As Nase traversed the South Lands, he caught glimpse of what seemed to be a giant festival-looking thing going down in what seemed to be the South City. Not really having anything to do and not one to ignore a party, he went and looked around. Upon entering, he found out about the "FISHING ASSOCIATION OF SOUTH CIRY'S BIANNUAL FISHING COMPETITION!!!" via being too close to a speaker and an attendant there asking if he was there to participate. After the process of clearing out his ears and asking her to repeat twice, Nase thought it would be a good idea to try and do something interesting for once that didn't involve getting punched in the face. He was not prepared for this endeavour.
Not realizing that taking off his dark jacket in the midday sun was probably a good idea until much too late, Nase became a sweaty mess that may have soured his mood a bit. At least the fish were biting. Unfortunately for him though, the sweat had run down onto his pale undershirt, causing it to cling and become see-through as if he was in a wet t-shirt contest instead of a fishing one. This got him a lot more (too much if you asked him) attention from the cameras, which distracted him enough for an eel to jump out of the water and snag at his line and bucket, leaving him with only 17 fish to spare. Fighting the urge to curse on what he believed was live television, Nase stood up from his position and grabbed the greedy eel out of the water and slammed the writhing creature onto the ground next to him. Nase yelled out behind him if he could count the eel to his grand total of fish in the competition. He could not.

Achido was sitting on his bed, staring at the foriegn egg he took from the Raptor's nest. He had his headphone in, listening to his typical hip hop music, bobbing his head back and forth to the beat. The teenager loved his music, but his interest was in the egg, hoping that it would hatch one day. As the song came to an end, some advertisement came on. It was a man talking about some fishing event. It didn't cross his mind that his friends and several others would be joining as well.
The egg moved just the tiniest bit, causing Achi to squint his eyes and take a closer look. "Hey, if you're in there, I just want you to know that I am going to take great care of you, and nobody will eat you, I promise!" He said in a soft, yet excited tone of voice. The egg was tucked in it's own enclosure, making sure that it stays warm and if it were to hatch, the hatchling wouldn't make it too far.
The blonde teen pulled out his C-phone, looking at funny memes, giggling at the same time. It was always nice being alone, but he missed his best friend Tiger Lily. He stood from his bed and crawled out of the treehouse, making his way down to the ground. He hopped down the final few feet, landing with a solid thud. "I wonder where she is?" He muttered to himself, while closing his eyes, and concentrating on her energy source.
"There!" He called out with his eyes still closed, then he vanished from thin air, teleporting to Ty's location. As the teen opened his eyes, he heard sobbing coming from his left. It was Tiger Lily and she seemed frightened! Achido quickly ran to her, wiping the newly formed tears away from her beautiful, ocean teal eyes. With a single finger, Achido pulled her chin up and smiled. "I'm here, Ty. Everything will be okay, I promise." He said in a soft tone, pulling her chin closer to him, causing him to lean in and kiss her passionately.
