Appearance: Carter has white hair and pale skin.He has different colored eyes one blue and one red. His cybernetic enhancements aren't obvious but when absorbing or using energy one can see blue streaks run down the appendage that is using or expelling energy. Carter is usually seen wearing a dark hoodie.
Personality:Carter finds it easy to distrust those who don't care about their surroundings and likes to learn as much as possible about alien races. He hates saiyans and has a very hard time trusting others. He prefers talking when it comes to conversing with other species (except saiyans)
History:Carter was a pretty normal kid wanted to go to college even if it had to be with a football scholarship. When saiyans were having another of their 'world destroying fights ' He tried to get behind something but wasn't fast enough when he lost his right arm. He thought he would be safe behind a building...but when the building collapsed and fell on him....the football scholarship was out of the question. He was saved by an old man who 'helped' him and gave him cybernetic replacements. But Carter wanted more. He wanted power. He wanted to show saiyans that they weren't superior to any other race. He had the man give him a core in his chest and use the scanner they found after the fight to be implanted into his eye so he could find saiyans
Rp Sample:Carter looked up at the saiyan, who not only had the gall to act high and mighty but to show up at his house like he owns the place. "Look I think you should take your self back to your planet and leave Earth alone." What the says said next was both funny and infuriating to Carter. "Little human you shall obey or else" As it shot a Ki blast at him. Carter crawls out of the crate and locks eyes with the Saiyan "You guys don't care much for property huh" He holds out his right hand and fires a small ki blast as the saiyan rushes out of sight Carter thinks to himself"This fight wasn't supposed to go on this long if I don't stop him he could end up hurting someone....Goddamn saiyans" He looked around trying to find his escape adversary"Show yourself you coward!!" His blue eye glowed slightly as he turned to a specific area. He was sure where the saiyan was now and thought "This idiot doesn't know who he's up against" A small smile reaches his face as he holds out his hand a second time "Peekaboo"
