Appearance:
In accordance with the ordinary traits designated to the Saiyan pureblooded race, Rhuba's eyes are an uncanny solid black: A coloration that runs parallel to her simple, messily kept head of coarse hair. Her toned form is absent of most unnecessary fat spare her rather large, stocky arms. She customarily wears a simple, baggy jacket to cover her combat gear and tail, a pair of baggy thin-fabric pants, and street shoes. Her expression is ordinarily drawn into nigh-stoic neutrality.
Whilst ordinarily tucked away within her garb, bound about her waistline, her flexible tail may occasionally spring free to assist her in combat. Personality: Rhuba is a very straightforward and insatiable megalomaniac. Whilst not overbearingly violent, a deep, unnatural tendency towards aggression lingers in her heart, occasionally overshadowing her stoic and level-headed demeanor. Very much an individualist, she prides herself in the overcoming of obstacles, challenges, and practically any opposition: Counter to her own benefit, however, she often makes matters more difficult than necessary by attempting to make challenges 'more difficult' for herself (and occasionally, taking on more than she can handle). Whilst she possesses no manner of ethic based honor, she has a stern dislike of dishonesty, and would rather suffer than break her own vows or promises. History: Rhuba was originally sent to earth many, many years ago to weaken and cause discord upon the planet earth in its infancy. However, due to the trajectory of her pod as it was sent hurtling to the earth, she was never granted an opportunity to do such in the slightest. She made contact with the northern reaches of Yunzabit Heights, remaining there for some time. After many expeditions within the endless wastes, her pod was discovered completely surrounded by ice and snow, thawed out, and revealed to contain her young form.
Predictably, she was studied and observed for some time as a temporary mother was acquired to watch over her, - and while she had extremely, violent and destructive tendencies, she was sufficiently tamed by being taught basic martial arts, pressed to exercise, and partake in vigorous, solo sports (such as rock climbing, swimming, long distance running).
All the while as she grew, she was frequently sent to interact with a guru to quell her dangerous tendencies as much as possible: And whilst said tendencies were never fully managed, they were suppressed enough to consider her 'safe' to be around others by the time she was a teenager.
As she grew and soon needed to find work, she inevitably took up a job in the butchering industry: Taking great relief from the butchering of the large animals, however uncanny it was to her co-workers, - and even more comfort from beating the hanging racks of cow with her hands as boxing practice whenever she scraped enough money together to purchase one of the bodies for herself and her family.

Faintly, a figure took shape amidst the a billowing cloud that wafted outwards.
A shrill hiss writhed its way free of Rhuba's joints at the strain leveled upon her taught muscles upon impact with the ground: Discordant shards made shrapnel by her descent shot across the horizon in all directions as the earth itself shifted and splintered into an endless, nonsensical web of destruction around the point of her impact. An unrelentingly murderous rage seethed from her narrowed visage as she took several rock-crunching steps forward from the newly formed crater: Haphazardly ignoring the earthen debris that scattered dust and rubble across her form as it fell from the heavens. Vicious, blackened gashes and bruised dotted her form, - yet hindered her none, - as she pressed on with an unnatural, driven zeal fueled by anger.
Venomously, she all but spat in the direction of the quarry she had sought within the mountainous region, a faint dribble of drool escaping her sneering lips, "You're going to regret crossing me, insect."
It was then that she descended like an animal: Form ablurr, misplaced in entirety as she nigh teleported forward in a burst of fluid movement. Her gaunt fingers outstretched, flexed like claws, - and it was then, that the poor fool who had dared to make an attempt at robbing her during one of her meat deliveries, was never heard from again.

TELEPORT [1] You vanish--moving immediately through space and time by some unnatural means. You may use this technique to flee the current thread. Cost: 25 ki. Limit: Once per battle. Ranks: Rank 2 costs 20 ki and Rank 3 allows you to avoid Critical Hits with Teleport. Learn: Rank 1 was learned as the character creation starter technique. Additional ranks do not take time but cost 2 MP.
{Basic Techniques} FOCUS ENERGY You infuse extra ki into an attack, boosting its potency right before you release it. Type: Utility Action: Bonus Action Effect: Increase your Accuracy with Energy Attacks on this turn by +15. Cost: 10 ki Limit: None Enhanced: Your Energy Attacks have an additional +15% chance to inflict Status Effects this turn.
DRAGON DASH Your aura burns around you as you rush forth to launch a violent assault. Type: Utility Action: Bonus Action Effect: Increase your Damage with Melee Attacks used on this turn by +3. GRAPPLE You grab your opponent and put them in a crushing hold. GUARD You hunker down against incoming attacks to survive them. Type: Defensive Action. Bonus Action - Reactive Effect: You gain 10 DR on your turn against all opponents. (Remember DR subtracts from total damage taken per attacker on a turn, not from each attack they make.) Cost: 10 ki Limit: Once per turn. Enhanced: Guard now only costs 7 ki.
POWER UP Your aura bursts around you as your power increases and you draw out your ki. Type: Utility Action: Bonus Action Effect: You regain 25 Ki at the time of use and increase your Current Power Level by 25% for 2 turns. Duration: 2 turns Cost: None Limit: Once per turn. Max of 100 ki restored. Enhanced: Once per battle, you may choose to have a single Power Up regain double the amount of Ki.
RAPID MOVEMENT You use your ki to enhance your speed and allow yourself to escape attacks easier. Type: Defensive Action: Bonus Action - Reactive Effect: You gain +25 Defense against unresolved attacks targeting you this turn. This is reduced to +10 Defense when used against a Special Technique of the “Finisher” type. Cost: 15 ki Limit: Once per turn. SENSE You reach out with a sixth sense and can feel the energy of others around you. Type: Utility Action: Bonus Action - Reactive Effect: You gain +5 Defense versus all unresolved attacks targeting you this turn; additionally, you gain +5 Accuracy with all attacks used this turn. Cost: None Limit: Once per turn. Enhanced: Whenever you use Sense, you gain 1 DR and +1 Damage with all attacks on that turn. SUPPRESSION You compress your ki down inside of you and lower your power level. Type: Utility Action: At-Will / Reactive At-Will to Release Effect: You may use this technique to reduce your Current Power level to a value of your choice. While your Power Level is suppressed, you cannot use Power Up or Transformations. The first time you Release your suppressed Power Level in battle, your opponents may not use their Sense basic technique for 1 turn. Cost: None Limit: None Enhanced: You regain 3 ki at the end of your turn if you are suppressed to 50% of your Base Power Level or less. After unlocking your first transformation, this goes into effect so long as you remain untransformed.

So was she found and raised by other Saiyans or by some other group? That's a question I would like answered as it likely influenced her.
Beyond that everything is fine and this is Approved.
Rhuba starts with 279 EP and 27 PL. In addition the numbers for recruitment are off:
Individual Recruiting All new and returning players, regardless of if they were recruited, came through an advertisement, or just came back on their own, gain the following benefits. 1) 5,000 Effort Points. 2) 2 Free MP. 3) 1 Rep Point. 4) A bonus 25% to their gains in all threads, and providing a bonus to the gains of others by 25% in all threads which they participate in together. This bonus lasts for ONE month and then is inactivated.
Bass gets the above aside from 4 for recruiting you.

So was she found and raised by other Saiyans or by some other group? That's a question I would like answered as it likely influenced her. Rhuba was found by standard human civilians whom tried to help her fit into ordinary society.
