The view zooms in on the serious looking face of a middle aged man with slicked back black hair. In a professional deep voice he starts to speak as the camera finishes zooming in and his name appeared on the graphic at the bottom of the scree, "This is Theo Allgood with this breaking news! We have an update on the South Side disaster, that has practically rendered that district of the city unlivable. Our own Jimmy Firecracker is live on the scene. What's going on out there Jimmy?"
The Screen changes to a shot of a lean man in glasses with black hair and a huge smile. The perspective is looking a bit downward and showing that he is on top of a building looking down into a park where there are dozens of mechanical forms laying destroyed. His cheerful voice rings out, "Thanks, Theo, Well the situation out here seems to be improving. Capsule Corp has contracted a team of people to investigate the mysterious happenings in the South District. They appear to have been battling an army of robotic ruffians and have managed to defeat them!"
The view zoomed in over Jimmy's shoulder further to show a thin looking blond man tinkering with a device, a dark haired woman who looked deadly even standing still, and a blonde woman in a suit with a sucker in her mouth. They seemed to be waiting on something, looking around impatiently. As Jimmy begins to speak again, three more people can be seen coming into the frame. One was a rather tall athletic man with white hair, a young woman accompanied by a floating octopus, and a green haired woman accompanied by a smaller looking pink girl. Jimmy's excited voice rang out, "And oh, who is this approaching? Looks like the team is perhaps getting reinforcements! I am going to reach out to my contacts at Capsule Corp for a comment, but for now, let's watch the action!"

Upon arrival of the enclosed south district sector of West City, completely secured by capsule corp personnel, it appeared that the local news station was standing by trying to capture the developments within the south district. Juniper had been on camera several times before, especially during new year celebrations in Oolong City, and she instinctively waved over at the news film crew with a sweet smile. Once she bypassed the media news crew, gained clearance from the capsule corp picket line, and walked down a long dark road that was devoid of street lights, as the power grid was shut off, she stopped in her tracks. Everything was quiet, except for the hallowing wind that blew debris across the asphalt ground, and half expected to see Dr. Grey by now but she could not detect his ki signature.
“Hello, is a Dr. Grey around here?” Juniper called out and turned towards the others, “That’s strange, I do not detect another ki signature here, and I doubt he would have gone too far ahead without us after his last bout. What does the device do, Misaki-san? Is it supposed to summon him, or take us to a certain area?”
Juniper extended her hand out, materializing a giant paint brush from a pocket dimension, and held it close as she kept her cobalt blue eyes locked on any sudden movements on the empty street. Rather than keep looking, she remained guarded, and stood rather close to Misaki and Fenrir to make certain that nothing interfered with their position.
“Fenrir, do you detect anyone? I was certain one of the Capsule Corp personnel explained that Dr. Grey was here waiting for us but...Ms. Blackheart never described what he looked like. It is too late for us to go back to ask now...maybe he deserted as well?”
What the tea princess did not realize was that Dr. Grey was an android, after meeting two in her lifetime it would all make sense once he revealed himself to the others, at present there was no one visibly in sight from where they stood.

Misaki's steps were as measured and well-paced as ever, as she watched the tracker. it was quite the handy little thing, and didn't require a lot of technical know-how, which was good for Misaki. she'd used computers, even some VR equipment, but she found their presence to be a little stifling, and thus, had developed a bit of the skills and understanding to use technical machines, but never really accumulated the experience to use them in any fashion other than a clumsy one. It usually took her a while to navigate menus and push buttons.
As she continued to walk across the asphalt, every hard step making her wish this could've been a dirt road instead as her shoes hit hard concrete, she kept alert. Just because the enemy was there didn't mean that it is there now. There was a chance they could get attacked at any moment, and Misaki wasn't missing her chance at a good fight go to waste just off the chance of her getting smacked too hard in the forehead by surprise. Also, it would mean they wouldn't rescue the people Misaki said she would rescue, and Misaki already said she would do so. Misaki Kazamiya did not say she would do something, and then fail to deliver for any reason.
As Juniper asked her questions, Misaki simply gave a shrug. "...Perhaps he does not have a ki signature?" Misaki guessed. "The tracker led us here, and you fail to find the ki signature. Either you have failed at finding it, or...hmm... the man who gave us the job has failed at giving us a reasonable tracker, or neither of you failed, and the ki signature is simply nowhere to be seen. Alternately, it's a trap, and they've made this entire job much simpler by taking the tracker and bringing us into a gang of their own kind, making our goal of extermination much quicker and simpler, and allowing us ample room for tea-time afterwards."

Isaac walked across the street, a bit impatient as he was hoping he would be able to meet the creator of those robots. A part of him wants to convince him to stop this whole terrorist attack and use his brilliant mind to improve society rather then bring it to ruin. And another part wants to beat his knowledge out of him even if he was turned into a bloody pulp. More likely then not the scientist wouldn't listen to reason and they would all have to fight him. Of course, with just him and Savina and that agent it wouldn't be enough. Of course now the media seems to have gotten involved he made his way past the buzzards as he ignored them, of course they managed to surround him and started to answer questions. He then gave a smile. "I am not an official part of Capsule Corp I am just working here from Gero Industries as a sort of learning experience, they asked me to help since I am an Android and I was happy to oblige, however, I am probably not allowed to make any comments without getting in trouble. So I am afraid I can't answer your questions, all that you need to know is that as an Android I am quite capable of handling this. Now if you'll excuse me," Isaac said. He then walked towards the two reinforcements, both seem to be young girls. First Savina and now these two. He shouldn't underestimate them though there seems to be something about him. His eyes are equipped with special cybernetics and according to his scans these two are not human, but they're not mechanical beings. How very interesting, he then bows.
"It is a pleasure to meet you two, I am Isaac Grey, Dr. Grey some call me for short though I usually prefer my full name and title. Now I believe we're expecting a couple more people before we can leave now isn't that right?" Isaac said.

He was right. The people that he was grouped with certainly were an interesting bunch. That Misaki girl had quite the sharp tongue, a bit of a haughty attitude, and did not appear to give much of a care for the opinions of others, such as Miss Blackheart. Her friend was somewhat more apologetic, stumbling not only over her words but her own two feet. It was almost rather cute to watch. And watch he did, he had taken a half step to help the girl up but she had almost leapt to her feet after having stumbled, righted the chair, petted it as if it were a living thing and making sure it was alright, and then gave chase to Misaki, leaving a somewhat befuddled looking Blackheart at her desk.
"Hm, I'll try to avoid being captured," He grinned somewhat at the woman, "Though if I do get captured, is there a safe word?" He was making somewhat of an off-color joke though he did wonder just what it was they were up against, as she had not given them as much information as he feels she could have. She was hiding something. It was a bit of a gut feeling; or, it could just be from his experience with dealing with those in positions of power and authority. They always managed to obscure some part of the truth, and usually when they did so, it was for self preservation and really nothing else.
Once everyone had made sure they knew where they were going, Fenrir decided the best course of action was to follow Juniper. She was the one that appeared to be the most grounded of the group.
The trip to the quarantine zone was rather short, and as they walked toward it, Fenrir had his hands in the pockets of his leather jacket, the collar trimmed in its signature fur, he noticed that there were news crews at a distance. He could see the anchor speaking into a microphone and he grinned as the man turned to face them; a mischievous toothy smile crossing his face before he went ahead and followed Juni's lead.
"Hm, I don't particularly sense anyone, though I do smell something off about the place" Fenrir confessed, his sense of smell was always pretty good, and whilst he could not detect Dr. Grey, he believed he picked up his scent. Or at least, he assumed it was the man's scent. "Hm?" He turned to see the coiffed individual that walked over to them, though, they appeared to ignore Fenrir altogether. He did not appear to mind, as he was too busy eyeballing the individual and trying to pinpoint why he could not detect the man, to notice.
"Hm, well, I'm right over here," He raised a hand, standing behind the two young women. He was hard to miss, he was clad in his all red attire and was nearly seven feet tall. He grinned at the man, who introduced himself as Dr. Isaac Grey, "I hear that you need some assistance," He peeked over the man's shoulder seeing that the reporters were only continuing to amass, snapping photos and recording every single second, and every single one of their actions. It was odd, at least to Fenrir, how the media had so quickly swooped in and had refused to back away from the area. Still, he had to admit, it was gutsy.
"So, how do we track the person who built those robots?" The tall man scratched his chin, as he peered back at the bespectacled scientist. He was kind of cute, albeit, he couldn't be sensed, which was odd. Still, he was cute. But, not Fenrir's type. Now, Toma, on the other hand; he was a bit closer to the type that Fenrir could really appreciate.

Savina had spent several moments floating in the air, scouting for the origin of the damnable robots that had swarmed them only moments before. To her great dismay, the streets of West City were a winding maze and there was little in the way of tracks that could be followed from their origin. As synthetic beings, there were not even minute traces of ki that could be followed with her eyes advanced sensors. She heaved out a large sigh and dropped back to the ground to conserve energy. Better to regroup with Grey and see if he had any ideas-- he did seem to be more of a thinker type than Savina was, after all. She jogged back to the last spot her and her companion had been fighting in, and to her surprise, the man was not alone. For a moment, she paused to observe each apparent new addition to their party. The girl with her brush was a little familiar, but the others were unknowns; their demeanors betrayed them as being decidedly separate from the gathered media, to say nothing for their relative power levels. Further observation indicated to her that they were at potentials closing in or even exceeding her own- which was a delight. Perhaps some of them would offer themselves up as opponents when this whole mess was done. Alas, the mission came first. The gynoid kicked herself again into motion, jogging once more toward the assembled group. As she arrived, she lifted a single metal hand to wave toward the lot of them. “ Hello! I’m Savina, and I’m also not part of Capsule whatever-- not associated in any way beyond this mission, actually. You guys all look pretty strong, so are ya goin’ to be our reinforcements? Or… maybe you’re the ones that sent those goons!” the girl jabbed a finger toward the three new arrivals, though her tone and smile easily betrayed her accusation as one made entirely in jest. wc: 326 twc: 4212 darthlunchbox Misaki Kazamiya Juni Fenrir Isaac Grey

Upon regrouping with their reinforcements, the intrepid heroes enter the breach into the tunnels below the south district of West City. As they enter the dimly lit tunnels, the air entering their nostrils is noticeably staler, as if it had not been stirred in quite some time. The walls of the tunnel were made of worn grey cinder blocks and the floor was plain concrete under a layer of dust. The dust swirled and floated through the air as the group passed, leaving their own mark on the previously undisturbed location. As they trek further into the depths, it is almost oppressively quiet except for the sounds of their feet and any small talk they make. They come to a few junctions in the halls and Dr Grey is able to use his cobbled together locator to determine the way each time. After about half an hour, they reach a T junction at the end of the hallway they are currently traversing; on the wall ahead of them is an old faded red Ribbon Army logo, faded from the ages. Dr Grey's sensor indicates that the group needs to go left... and as they turn the corner, they see a crew of robots doing something to the tunnel. They begin frantically finishing placing something on the walls... and then one stepped to the center of the hallway and presses something in his hand... and an explosion roars in front of them, muted yellow fire veiled by the cloud of stone and dust that is collapsing. The shock wave of sound hits you almost like a physical force, making you step back... and the tunnel is blocked. The rubble before you is tightly packed earth and stone with a few mangled metal limbs visible as well, but the tunnel itself on your side seems to be relatively solid. There is a slight tug at your ki that you can feel now; Isaac and Savina will recognize this feeling from their first battle. [331/659] {READ ME}
All players, start tracking that you are losing 1 ki per round as an environmental effect
The Barrier before you has 100 HP and 5 DR - Time is is a factor - the longer you take to get through the barrier of rubble, the more time your foe will have to power up...
Go ahead and attack, don't worry about initiative or anything.

Misaki's grin stayed just as stoically plastered to her face as ever as Dr. Isaac Grey introduced himself. "Pleased to meet you, Dr. Isaac Grey. I am Misaki Kazamiya." She introduced herself. "We three will be helping you on this mission." She added, motioning to Fenrir and Juniper, before tapping her parasol against the ground, both hands resting on the handle as she stood. "May I ask what you are a doctor of? While I would assume robotics, if I, a gardener, am here, it could always simply be that you are both strong and possess a PhD. Mister Blackspark didn't seem particularly picky." Misaki added, only somewhat bothered by the fact she wasn't sure if she got the name right. It really wasn't that important at the end of the day. "At any rate, we seem to be all, Dr. Isaac Grey. And..." Misaki would nod towards the android she... might have seen before? Something about a classroom... If she did, it was only a very basic recollection of seeing her once or twice, Misaki thought, so she'd let it go right now. Luckily, the Gynoid was more than happy to wave to them and let her know her name personally, along with giving them a very enticing offer. "Oh? You seem strong. I'm almost tempted to ask what might happen if I was... but I think a spar might be something to save for later." Misaki added with a chilling grin, Eyes half-shut as the prospect of a fight with someone else who was strong lit it's sweet enticement under the Florist... but it would have to wait. "For now, let us depart. We have the trackers, and I'm sure Dr. Isaac Grey would have no problem guiding us to where we need to be." Coral, on her part, would yell "Hey! Pov'rel industries would never endanger innocent civilians like this, and if you think-...Oh. Oh gosh, that's a joke isn't it? Ehehehehe... sorry! I'm, uhh, a little slow on the uptake sometimes..." ----- As the group continued on, the Green-haired florist would smile politely as she notices Isaac's impeccable skills at handling that tracking device. "...Did you really improvise that? You must be quite the technologist." the powerhouse would say, looking forward as they walked through the tunnels. the anticipation of getting into combat was killing her, but it seemed there were barriers in their way... as the robots appeared, then exploded the barrier in front of them, Misaki took a deep breath, planting her parasol's tip firmly into the ground as a brace, even as the explosion happened. "...My, it's annoying when the weak scamper and run like rats. Such a bother..." Coral Gulped, even as she looked a little pale. "Oh, oh god, my stomach..." Even as she said this, though, Misaki stepped next to her, putting a hand on her shoulder. "No worries..." Coral would look up. "Is this thing... not tugging at your ki?" Misaki would look up, and Yellow ki would flow from her as her aura became visible. "I'm simply too strong for something like this to affect me..." As she spoke, flower-shaped energy blasts would form at her shoulders, perfectly visible, before the florist flung them at the barrier in front of her. "And I have no intentions of waiting any longer for our prize." Coral would put up a hand. "Wait! I got a ki attack for this." That would make Misaki stop. She had no idea Coral had a ki attack. What could this new development be. "My ultimate technique! My final maneuver!" The girl proudly yelled, holding up both hands as pink energy swirled into a ball. Eventually, the pink mixed with a white in a spiralling fever pitch, before finally being launched into the rubble for further damage, at a fever pitch... As well as the pink puff, but in the other direction, as the girl was suddenly launched backwards from the recoil of her own attack, bouncing off the wall, then the wall on the other side, hitting the ceiling, and then the floor... before Getting back up and rubbing her butt with a look of minor pain. "ouuuuuch!" Misaki simply smiled at the antics she saw. "...You're a funny one." "Bwuh?" "Don't worry about it." [711 words] BATTLE TRACKER SUMMARY Natural PL: 9,088 Base PL:13,832

Joining their team of three women, seemed to be an impressively well-sculpted man clad in red leather who stands taller than that of Isaac. He looked up at the gentleman who addressed him in a friendly or polite manner. He gave him a handshake as he introduced himself. He definitely seems to be the peak of human fitness. "You must be one of those martial artists I heard about, a pleasure to see a fine example of human determination and ability to adapt to become stronger to a point that we originally thought was impossible. I have a handheld tracker at my disposer right here, and we briefly visited the place where the signal was coming from, so me and Savina will lead you all to it," Isaac explained to Fenrir. He then showed a handheld version of his tracker which somewhat looks like a portal gaming console mixed with a tablet. "I am a doctor in many fields, including that of robotics. The reason I was picked was because of my unique body composition. You see I was altered from a normal humanoid to that of an Artificial Human or Android as people have shortened. Of course, I am not a human-looking robot or cyborg and more of a human being that has been enhanced with scientific methods. The reasons for which were to save my life from an unfortunate chemical explosion accident back in university," Isaac explained to Misaki. As they walked through the faded Red Ribbon logo did not go unnoticed to him. So, of course, this place is either used by some old Red Ribbon facility. To think that the great Dr. Gero used to work for these people. Of course, he probably had no choice and they were perhaps his only means of funding for his research. Or maybe some other more personal reason, no one can know for sure as the "good doctor" doesn't make many public appearances or take any interviews. The woman known as Misaki complimented his tracker. "Well, this was a more handheld version I made since I had a bit more time on my hands waiting for you all before I just made a large apparatus after borrowing some parts from the robots and an abandoned parts store to give a general location as to where the robots were sending the Ki they've been stealing. Don't worry about the store Capsule Corp paid for the items I had to borrow," Isaac explained. And before they could meet the man behind the machines they were faced with their first obstacle, what seemed to be a cave-in, but was it caused on purpose or was it an accidental effect caused by the mysterious creator's experiment?. It was then that Misaki and her pink-haired tagalong then blasted the door with their attacks. He then stands in front of everyone, put his hand forwards, and just launches a large explosion of energy from the palm of his hand. Hoping to blow the rocks to dust with tremendous force. This individual, Dr. Isaacs, was an android or was it a cyborg? The tall toned man didn't really know the difference between the two terms but he knew that generally they meant somewhat the same thing? The man was not entirely human. Which would explain why he couldn't sense his energy, even if he was standing right in front of him. Or, was that it? It was the only explanation he could think of. He could sense Juni, he could sense Misaki, and he could even sense the reporters that were standing not far away, talking into their microphones and recording every second of what was happening for the masses back at home. But he could not pick up the energy signature of Dr. Isaacs. So, that must be the reason. Well, it did not matter either way. He was the one they were there to ...what? To assist? He did not appear to look as if he needed rescuing. One thing that Doctor Isaacs apparently needed was a class in manners as he appears to either have somehow failed to see the nearly seven foot tall man clad in red leather - as well as failed to hear him because he openly spoke to the scientist - or he was simply just ignoring him and choosing to give his attention to the two women that had traveled to the site alongside Fenrir. It would almost be annoying if he wasn't distracted by the arrival of another party. This time, the newcomer was a woman. His eyes trailed over her as he canted his head, "Oh? If you want a fight, I'm always up for it, though I always did prefer the battlefield to be a little less public." He said somewhat flirtatiously, though fight may not be exactly what he had in mind. She introduced herself as Savina, an interesting name that was immediately logged into Fenrir's memory, as well as her face as he found it quite aesthetically pleasing, "Name's Fenrir. Pleased to meet you. These two are Misaki and Juniper." He motioned to the two that had come with him, "And that guy's Dr. Isaacs." He got the introductions out of the way quickly since the scientist wanted to get their expedition started and began to lead them to the tunnels underneath the South District of West City. Though, during which, Fenrir noticed that he once again appeared to fail to notice that he was there, as he only appeared to pay attention to the two women with him; though he did also appear to ignore Savina, or at least not even look in her direction since her appearance. The red leather clad man walked alongside Savina for the most part, whispering over to her as he kept his eyes on the scientist who led the way, "You ever get the feeling that someone's ignoring you?" Their trip was surprisingly long as they wandered about the tunnels for half an hour before coming across anything; though that was cut short by..a tunnel collapse? When the whole thing had come down, Fenrir moved rather fast as he reached forward and grabbed Juni by the arm and whipped the woman around; as he moved her behind him, as he almost instinctively used his body as a barrier between her, Savina, and the crumbling rocks. "Tsk," He clicked his tongue, looking at their obstacle in their path. They had to get that out of the way in order to continue on their way. The tall wolf cracked his knuckles and stepped forward as he allowed his aura to slowly eek its way around him. It had an odd feel to it, a coldness that radiated off him and yet there was also a strange depth to it, a seemingly infinite emptiness as he stepped up to the wall of rubble and took his stance before unloading two rapid and powerful palm strikes against the rubble; each strike aimed at specifically weakened rubble, for fractures and cracks in order to make it crumble apart into dust with each successive and potent hit. Juniper mused at what Misaki and Fenrir had to say until Dr. Drey presented himself suddenly and introduced himself. “Hello.” Is all she managed to say until Savina arrived flying in the air, which made her gasp in awe, she was using ki to hover in air, not a jetpack, and despite not being fully organic it was enough tap into abilities that required ki channels derived from chakras. The androids she had met were a marvel to observe, she wondered what the minimal requirements were to utilize ki energy that every day martial artists took years to train, and while she held a slight interest in science this was beyond her comprehension as a mystic healer. “Goons? I have not seen any since we arrived.” Juniper answered Savina, “We’re having a difficult time...detecting anything from here. The tracker device is all we were provided with to get here in the first place.”Cobalt eyes looked over to Dr. Grey who had a different device, Fenrir took a moment to introduce Savina with everyone’s names, and the tea princess remained quiet with a smile unaware of the danger ahead as they followed the path of the tracker. It was not the first time she had met Savina, they met during a ufology class with Professor Nimoy, and he recommended Juniper to take on this mission from Capsule Corp in the first place. The dimly lit concrete tunnel forced her eyes to change from blue to crimson red in order to focus clearly in the darkness. Hachi hovered above everyone’s heads as they all walked as a group to reach an end. “Do you know the people who are missing?” Juniper directed this question to both Savina and Dr. Grey. In truth, she met with at least one of the people of the original task force, and was fully aware of where they were at present but unless she heard names she would not be able to reveal this fact. Suddenly, the dead end was being attacked by Misaki, Coral, and Dr. Grey. The tunnel’s ceiling shook with crumbling concrete rock from impact and Fenrir suddenly grabbed Juniper’s arm so that she would stand behind him. It was just as well to remain further back, given that she was not a close combatant, and the chill in air was from the aura surrounding the wolf deity as he punched the wall after them revealing a massive fissure. “Say, Hachi that fissure needs a rorschach right down the middle there.” Juniper pointed at the barrier for her octopus companion who immediately spat an ink blot using his own ki infused energy. Once the rorschach was in place, with the giant paint brush in hand, she used telekinesis to manipulate the ink to splatter against the wall repeatedly while focusing on it like a target, each splatter was different every time it hit the wall, while the brush served as a catalyst to channel her ki energy into it. Savina kept an even pace with the larger, leatherbound, man who had opted to be her temporary travel buddy-- this meant that her legs had to pump twice as fast to maintain her position beside him(given the relative difference in their sizes), but she didn’t mind too much. In truth, she was just happy to have a bit of company; aside from Cress during the first stage of this operation, there were few here who paid her much mind; that was something that the leather-clad Fenrir seemed to empathise quite readily with. When he japed about Isaac’s dismissive and objective-based demeanor, the girl couldn’t help herself but to giggle. “ He’s been all business since all this started. You’d think he wasn’t havin’ any fun with it all, but I think solving the mystery is what’s getting his gears turning. Probably why he hasn’t got a mind to pay attention to us muscle types, yeah?” she replied quietly. Savina made note of the Red Ribbon logo emblazoned on the tunnel’s wall even though its significance was mostly lost on her. As the creation of something not-entirely-human, much of Earth’s history had been distilled into simple cliff notes versions in her memory, and whatever organization used that logo did not immediately jump out to her as something she had learned about. Nevertheless, it was probably important somehow. Probably. When the cluster of would-be heroes found their path impeded, Savina was quick to offer up her fists toward the task of tearing down that wall of rubble- but she had been far enough back to find her services mostly moot. The gaggle of them, Fenrir included, already sprung to action and bashed the rubble into a fine cloud of dust. Luckily, there was a thick metal door, not unlike a ships’ hatch, beyond that she could still prove her worth against. The android’s forearms shifted and pushed their arm-length blades outward, edges serving as the base for several arcs of crimson electricity. “ Next one’s on me, guys!” the girl called out before bolting forward in a surge of energy, stopping only immediately in front of the next obstacle. Her arms lashed violently back and forth, forming a web of superheated slashes. If she was lucky, the hatch was thin enough for her initial assault to bust through without any further assistance. Otherwise, she’d be a bit embarassed. wc: 406 | 4618 BATTLE TRACKER{Spoiler}DEFENSE PHASE

The wall of rubble quickly crumbled under the fierce efforts of the band of would be heroes who had taken on the job of putting a stop to the mysterious malady that had befallen the city. Savina surged forward, her footsteps echoing loudly as she ran down the hallway... and she went through the steel door like it was rotted wood. The steel frame buckled under her assault and the door made an cacophonous crash as it crashed inwards and grated across the floor. The room beyond was dimly lit, but a cloaked figure was visible sitting with his back to them at a bench, working on something. There was a hibernation pod dimly visible in one corner with the glass on the front if it shattered. Mysterious machinery of all sorts lined the walls, some of it was even lit and functioning. A large robot stood by him with an energy rifle held casually in its hands. It snapped the rifle to aim at Savina but the figure at the bench spoke, his voice deep and resonant, "Hold, Steve. It would be rude to start killing our guests before they all arrive."
A soft clink of metal on metal preceded another robot sitting up from the workbench and grabbing up another energy rifle and standing in position to flank the sitting figure. The cloaked figure slowly stood and turned towards them; reaching up he threw his hood back as everyone entered the laboratory. Looking back at them was a red skinned face crowned by ebon black horns; the golden eyes had pupils like a cats. He let the cloak fall to the floor and revealed his wiry torso, uncovered with a large glowing metallic device in his chest with a gem glowing almost blindingly blue-white in the center and both of his arms replaced by robotic limbs. He took a step forward and the two robots, obviously his guards, moved forward in lockstep, maintaining the distance in front of their creator. The figure smiled at the gathered heroes, "I guess you are here about my little... hunger problem. I'm glad you're here... I sense two of you are generating ki at an accelerated rate. You will be extremely useful in helping keep my hunger sated."
The demon's face took on a considering look as he continued, "I don't suppose you'll submit to my rule quietly will you? I, Rotaro, am obviously a superior being to all of those here; that is why the well of souls was placed into me. And you as well. If, you submit, I will spare your lives and allow you to serve and gather more power for me. If not, I will drain you dry. Answer quickly, Steve and Larry have itchy trigger fingers."

"Quickly? Of course." Misaki will reply, placing her parasol firmly into the ground... before waving to the robots. "Hello, Steve, Hello Larry, and Hello Rotaro. My name is Misaki Kazamiya." The Florist stated with a smile. "It's usually more polite to let the other person answer first, but you seem to have implied you've no intentions of handling these introductions with any dignity." The gardener added with that same smile.
"I'd have to decline submission to your rule, though." The gardener added, even as Coral quickly found the nearest wall to root herself to. "Misaki, please don't taunt the demon overlord."
Misaki's only response was a side-long grin, red eyes taking on a faint glow as she looked forward, ignoring the plea. "Firstly, a gardener can't work with someone who'd drain the life from around them. That's simply a bad match-up. Secondly, I'm already on a contract to end your threat. It would definitely harm any future employment opportunities if I was to switch sides. I'm certain you understand that it's simply not a good idea if I want to keep my future employment opportunities flexible..."
With that statement, Misaki brought her yellow aura together, the energy shimmering with a far more malicious tone than it had normally taken on. "Thirdly... I don't like you. And I feel rather spoken down to. A simple weakling relying on a gem for power has no right to speak to me as though he were my superior."
Misaki punctuated that with a sing-song tone, happily bringing up her parasol towards her opponent.
"So I suppose I'm saying I don't see any reason you're more valuable as my boss than as fertilizer for my flowers." Misaki would add with a broad grin, as energy swirled around her.
"Misaki why-hy-hy-hy!" Coral Bubbled from across the room.

"Just Dr. Isaac, there is no s at the end, of course you can just call me Isaac if that is more suitable for you. However if you refer to be my name I would appreciate if you would say so correctly," Isaac complained to Fenrir.
So now he knew all of the names of the people here, Fenrir martial artist, Misaki that strange green haired woman, Juni a fair but tough girl with a talking octopus companion, and a muscular female Android. Indeed this is quite a strange group of people but lack of normality is the norm in this world. It's trying to understand the chaos that's the real treasure of being a scientist. It was then that Juni asked a reasonable question. Did they know anyone who got captured. "I haven't known anyone from the missing reports personally but one of the original people who helped us again the robots got captured. A strange individual she was, she had wings like that of a moth sprouting from her back and was able to fly with them, she definitely didn't seem to be fully human," Isaac explained. As the rubble and door were both blasted through by their combined onslaught they came into the room of the mastermind behind these recent events. However, what they found was something Isaac didn't expect. What he expected was a human professor, a young gentleman to middleaged at best. He did not expect a cybernetic demon. He never thought that any one of these interdimensional invaders was capable of such technological expertise. This interesting turn of events caused Isaac to laugh. "All of this time I had been expecting a human, and yet a demon whose mind is great enough to utilize such advanced technology for its own goals, it is commendable. However, the fact that you are a demon complicates things, you see I wanted to try and talk and convince you to stop this foolish conquest and use your genius for the betterment of mankind. And while I could convince the others at Gero Industries and Capsule Corp easier if you were a human, since you're a demon they are less likely to trust you. After a lot of your brethren from whatever hellish dimension you all crawled out of having taken away most of our planet's land and committed many atrocities. And from the way you prattle on about how you are superior your ego and pride wouldn't have been convinced anyway," Isaac said. He then continued to chuckle. "That just means one thing, there's nothing stopping any of us from killing you or feeling any tinge of regret for doing so. Once we are done with you I will take you back to my lab so I can dissect your cybernetic body and witness the union of otherworldy flesh combined with technology. No other scientist would ever have such a chance to see such a union between science and an aberration. I look forward to taking you apart along with your robots. Now, let's get this started," Isaac said. He then looked at Rotaro with a wicked smile as energy began to surge around him. Of course, if Rotaro can sense energy he would note that he can't feel anything from Isaac. But one look into the windows of the soul that is Isaac eyes shows deep seeded malice within this young man. That this human could even be more wicked than him. Is he stronger, well he will have to see for himself?
