The stone statue that approach King loomed over him like a towering mountain. It leapt into the air with the intention to crush him, it's
glowing red eyes seem to shine with pure malice. However it was prevented from accomplishing it's task by turbulent wind, manifesting
from King's fist. The hurricane that follows lifted itself off the ground before smashing into the ceiling above them with a cacophonous
clash causing the room to shook. Cracks began to appear above them as small pebbles fell unto the ground.
Meanwhile, the one that dashed towards Fang found it's claws smashed hard against the barrier, the impact reverbrated loudly though it
failed to penetrate Fang's barrier. When the Saiyan catgirl let loose of the light arrow, the statue was in a vulnerable position. It was
not agile enough to dodge nor was it fast enough to block the incoming projectile. Explosion enveloped the statue before it staggered a
few steps before finally falling backward, joining it's companion on the ground before remaining completely still.
Meanwhile Ruby began to weave herself so as to dodge the incoming blow of the statue. With it's heavy arm, even a glancing blow would
have crush her head like tofu but her barrier held in the face of the statue's barrage. Unlike a living opponent, the statue didn't flinch
even if she countered so it was difficult to gauge how well she did in the face of such adversity. She did note that the statue's movement
seem to have slow down by just a bit.
Daisy had not expected herself to be caught inside combat. It was the reason why she hired the trio-letting them do all the heavy duty
while she directed them from safety. However, all her employees were too busy holding off their own foes and now one of them broke through
their line of defense. Spearing through the gap, the living statue blitz towards her like a linebacker about to sack the opposing team
quarterback. A wall blocked her path from the rear, preventing her from retreating any further. She would then raised her hand to shield
her head and brace herself for the impact.
Yet it didn't come.
Slowly the blonde girl would lower her hand to see the statue attacking her, crashed violently onto the floor courtesy of Fang's arrow. The
other two fell prey to the arrows as well, either from distraction or sheer damage that prevented them from defending themselves. With an
exhale of breathe she didn't know she was holding Daisy looked around at her surrounding. It was hard to see anything in the dark but Ruby's
cellphone light flicker once more, revealing there were no other statues within the room, safe the ones that lay on the floor. She would
then rub the sweats off her forehead.
"Good work you three."she complimented, her expression slightly paled but slow regaining composure.
"Nicely done~ If that's all of them, think we're clear to check the door over there."Ruby gestured with the light of her cellphone.
The door that barred their path this time were not like the ones barring entrance to the castle nor was it like the one protected by magic spell.
Instead it was just a simple and antique round Katchin vault door, often seen guarding the money within the bank. One would have to rotate
the wheel before opening it.
